hey guys how's it going I'm Ali's,welcome back to my Channel today if you,can not already tell we're gonna turn,into Wednesday that's,right this is a classic wednesday addams,halloween makeup and like kind of,costume tutorial if you want to do,something easy so you can kind of throw,it together probably with a lot of stuff,that you already have at home,minimal makeup no SF SFX SFX no special,effects stuff no body paint it's really,simple but still recognizable and,classic costume Wednesday's great option,to go with I actually did Wednesday last,year for Halloween I was going to a,Halloween party and wasn't planning on,dressing up and kind of just like,decided to do Wednesday last-minute,because one of my other friends was,going as Morticia it was like oh my god,I'll be Wednesday and then gare was,cousin it the easiest costume ever,figured of beans but anyway I didn't,film that because like I said it was,last-minute but it's easy and I got a,lot of love on Instagram at the time so,I figured let me film it in case you,guys are curious how I threw together,the makeup and the costume everything's,like DIY you don't need to use a wig but,I'm wearing a wig anyway you guys I hope,you enjoy the tutorial hope you enjoy,the video hope you're having a great,Halloween so far and let's get started,now before we get too ahead of ourselves,little Wednesday has some bloody red,nail polish on just like her mother no,they don't wear black nail polish they,wear bloody red what we're gonna use,plot twist goddamn it,wait,Wednesday doesn't smile it's adop she,isn't really sassy either she's more,just straight-up monotone unaffected,unbothered anyway we're gonna prime the,surface I'm going to use this benefit,Porefessional primer I'm gonna go in,with the milk blur liquid foundation I'd,like to just smear it around all over my,face with a brush first and then I'll go,on with the sponge and get rid of any,brush strokes keep forgetting helpful,cover to this foundation and I don't,need as much but I don't need that much,squeezed out too much okay it's been a,while since I filmed I've been sick I've,missed it and my brain is still a little,in a fog so don't mind me you can just,take a sponge and smooth everything out,and I like doing it this way because,it's faster to just like slap the,foundation on your face with a brush you,can also usually use a little less,unless you squeeze out too much like I,did and then the benefit of the sponge,at the end is just to smooth out the,brushstrokes and give it that really,nice air brush look cuz Wednesday was,airbrush do you guys she was was she,like 12 now normally next step I would,do is concealer but I'm not gonna do,concealer because Wednesday is a very,tired looking and depressed child and,she had dark circles I will,contour a little bit though contouring,with the milk makeup bronzer stick in a,blaze you may be asking yourself why do,you want to be Wednesday for Halloween,wasn't she like 5 why don't you be,Morticia and you know I could be I,could but I used to be Morticia when I,was younger like many many many years in,a row it started out as like you know I,was an mmm I think at one point and,a Power Ranger and the Catwoman and then,is the costumes to do to get darker then,I just alternated being Morticia or a,witch like every other year and when,you're younger you want you always want,to kind of be like oh you want a dress,older you want to be older so once you,become 300 years old like myself you,want to you know be a younger person for,Halloween so I'm gonna be here Wednesday, so your base for Wednesday is,gonna be a lot like your normal base you,know however you normally would contour,your nose so that it's flattering for,you and that you like how it looks you,know just do that just gonna go in with,my RCM a you know color powder gently,does that all over the face it's okay if,it looks like it's lightening your,contour a little bit because we're gonna,go in with powder anyway,this my under brows shall we I'm going,to take a dark brown my brain literally,stopped working,dark brown brow gel I was like okay dark,brown brow gel okay if it's not focused,on me so help me the straighter your,brows the more young you're gonna look,that's what I'm gonna go for and they,try to do like a straighter brow my,brows are already very arched but we,need to try and make them straight okay,well when you're used to like really,drawing arched curved eyebrows drawing,straight ones is hard as let's just,set those brows in place with a little,black mascara,moving on to powder contour now I'm,gonna grab the lunatik cosmetics contour,book since it's a Halloween look throw,in a little extra contour even though,Wednesday was a child and she had like,kind of like a cute child's chubby face,used to want to look like theatrical and,like recognizable you know Halloween,costume see I'm going pretty low right,there it makes my face look very sunken,in,it's almost like Wednesday was always,kind of scowling so gonna contour a,little bit under my brows as well okay,so the eyeshadow is gonna be really,simple Wednesday a child did not wear,eyeshadow so the concept of a Wednesday,I hope his makeup tutorial is a little,silly,but she had a very her eyes look very,heavy so we're gonna use the contour,book again and let's grab a thin layer,of a brush let's just start out with,this shading I'm going to put on the,upper portion of the crease oh right on,this brush no me Neal no big,deal kids just grab your foundation,brush and you just pretend like that,never happened so I'm gonna take this,color right here this dark brown from,the contour book and we're gonna put,that up here on the upper part of like,where the creases and this is gonna,create a nice shadow right there in the,crease area we're gonna go around and,put that under as well to make sure that,your edges are very blended out we don't,want this to look like a smokey eye or,like makeup you want it to look natural,like this color is coming from your skin,like you naturally disgusting build up a,little bit here on the bags I can't,believe I'm saying that darken up those,bags a little bit yes it comes through,bags I'm dating this shade right here,from the shooting light palette on a,very tiny brush and we're gonna put that,right here in this light little crease,not up against the lash line it's like,right under it see that and then blend,this way we get kind of like that,squinty look under the eyes gonna take,that same dark brown color just in the,crease next interesting Indians bit of,this color right here you gently put,that at the base of the lashes just so,we have like a little bit of something,on the lid a little like redness to it,so it'll kind of look like skin next I'm,just gonna quickly curl my lashes and,pop on some mascara make sure to get the,top and bottom lashes don't go too crazy,we don't want to look clumpy we don't,need to try and look glam with the real,Wednesday we're blush probably not but,we need a little something to look a,little bit more youthful so I'm gonna,take this blush right here get a teensy,bit right there on the apples of my,cheeks it's very doubtful that Wednesday,had any sort of highlight action going,on but I need to have a little something,teensy bit sneeze just so that like when,you're out you have a little dimension,to your face you don't want to look,totally flat because all of them you,know matte powder and foundation and,everything can really take away from,your skin we're just putting a little,black feel like I've never put on as,little highlighter as I am right now no,I can't lock it not lean with a little,setting spray,she's pretty pale lips pretty natural I,mean you could probably just go out with,your nasty ass connotation lips but I'm,gonna do this wet and wild mega catsuit,went wild,what happened make a last liquid cat,suit in nudi patootie cuz Wednesday,we're lash do you think I don't think so,I don't think so you guys it looks too,glamorous with the lash but hey it's up,to you I mean you can do whatever you,want anyways I'm gonna do a quick,wardrobe change and Grandma wig and a,beer,nevermind a cat hair so this is just an,old skirt that I had lying around just a,plain ol like black a line skirt and,then this top just a crop top like a,stretchy crop top with the sheer arms,and as you can see the collar and the,cuffs are from a dress shirt that I got,at Goodwill just chopped them off and,they work perfectly now time for,Wednesday's iconic braids and I'm just,gonna I'm gonna use this shitty wig that,I've got this is a very cheap wig from,ebay the hair line is a little weird but,don't worry about that we're gonna fix,it,in a minute first we're gonna do the,braids these are just like mini hair,ties see that though mini rubber band,hair ties in the section off the hair,into two portions here and separate two,to three sections of hair take this wig,is so knotted might be easier for you to,do this like with the wig on a wig stand,or something like that I'm just winging,it and can they do it while it's on okay,there we go one braid let's do the other,one,Wow Sun diseases those Instagram videos,make it seem now what you could do if,you want this is an optional step oh, you can cut this part if you want I,kind of like how it's it's tight and,it's up there and it's a very Wednesday,Addams looking so I'm gonna leave it lil,Wednesday has a widow's peak and I do,not so I have to draw one in we're going,to take a black pencil mark where your,widow's peak should be people try to,keep it in the center you know you don't,want to have like a wonky widow's peak,and I just color that sucker in it's a,lot like winged liner you just keep,making it bigger and bigger and bigger,because it's never symmetrical this is,the Rimmel stay matte liquid lip color,in the shade plunge you just want a,little bit of an ombre effect where it's,kind of darker on the inside of my lips,right there and here we have my take on,Wednesday Addams let me know what you,guys think in the comments down below,once they also had her little it's,just a bottle from the 99-cent store,that I spray-painted and then put white,nail polish on and I think I actually,did fill it up with vodka let's see,there's a new one I've got spray paint,anyway,super easy Halloween costume its iconic,it's recognizable could probably throw,it together with stuff that you already,have or stuff that you can easily get,from the mall or goodwill I hello I'm Wednesday Adams today I'll,show you how to get that fresh from the,grave glow inspired by the new Tim,Burton Wednesday series coming to,Netflix,for this I just need a helping hand,after applying your embalming cream such,as Bobby Brown vitamin enriched face,base apply a pale foundation to wipe,away any signs of a healthy complexion,and now eyes,no not that kind of eyes I'm starting,off with a p Louise base Prime followed,by a pale skin colored eyeshadow below,my eyebrows and the inner corners of my,eyes to make my eyes appear a bit larger,I'm using no to automatic highlighter,pencil on my waterline and slightly out,on the outer Corner as my transition,color I'm using Bobby Brown eyeshadow in,Gray in my crease they say your eyes are,the mirror to your soul therefore use,the blackest eyeliner you can find and,draw along your top lashes and on the,outer Corner below your bottom lashes,smudge them with a cotton bud,follow up using the ashes of your,ancestors or a dark gray eyeshadow such,as Bobby Brown and steel and do a wash,of color on your lid below the crease on,the outer corner of your crease is,saturating it and where I'm showing you,curl your lashes and apply mascara the,color of this mascara makes my stomach,turn so here's a spider to compensate,and to inspire you to apply the mascara,to look as spidery as possible next,eyebrows using the Urban Decay brow,blade I'm making my eyebrow shape,straighter by drawing in additional,hairs using the ink side starting with,brown brunette Betty then going in with,blackout,using both colors will make them appear,more natural as only blackout would look,too harsh I'm non-surgically changing my,face shape to emulate Jane Ortega,defining my cheekbones narrowing my jaw,and adding a thin dimple,since this is a makeup tutorial I feel,obliged to tell your beauty tip that has,been in my family for centuries,make your day as miserable as possible,smiling gives you wrinkles,blend everything,for freckles you could sprinkle on some,wet mud from the graveyard but in this,occasion I'm mixing the brown and white,from the wool Face Art and effects,palette and the quantum watery mixture,and applying it around my cheeks nose,and off between my eyebrows again we are,haunted by this horrible happy color I,sincerely apologize for inflicting it on,you I'm using this slightly dampened,Beauty blender to blend the freckles,into my skin,powder over the freckles and contouring,using mummy dust or any other face,powder you have lying around,for the lips I'm using a burgundy lip,pencil this is color quartz by Mac,the shape I'm drawing is full and bow,shaped with heavy lower lips,use a light brown pencil to exaggerate,the line going out to the side and to,make the full lips look more real if you,naturally have small lips like mine draw,two lines pointing sideways when I'm,showing you and a line down the middle,on your bottom lips to make them more 3D,Pat on some clear lip gloss over the top,if you despise this tutorial please give,it a thumbs up and subscribe to suffer,through all my future videos

yum yum yum yum,yum yum yum yum,yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum,yum yum,it's spooky season and we're off to a,great start with a DIY Wednesday Adams,dress keep an eye out for my friend Jack,and let me know in the comments how many,times you see him in this video I'm,using this Polo as a basis for my design,I pinned the waist and added a dart at,the bust I traced this onto my recycled,paper bag to add a dart to a pattern,piece I take the amount of the dart and,I add that much to the side and to the,bottom and then I connect those two to,create a point I added two extra inches,to the bodice right front and one extra,inch to the bodice left front to make,the back pattern I used the front,pattern cut across it to create a yoke,piece Kiki and I did some airplanes,and I got back to work I used my traced,sleeve pattern and extended it along the,top then I took my arm measurement and,added that to the sleeve to make it full,length,I took my wrist measurement to make the,sleeve cuffs and these are my sleeve and,cuff pattern pieces I traced the collar,wrapped at a skirt and here are my,bodice and my skirt pattern pieces and,of course I added a pocket for good,measure Wednesday's dress also has this,cute Peter Pan style white collar and,wrist cuffs and I'll be making these out,of some scrap cotton fabric I copied the,Cuffs from my pattern and freehanded the,top part I pinned down all my pieces and,cut them out Kiki checked in but was not,pleased,back to work to attach the fronts back,and yoke I used the burrito oil milk,sandwich sandwiching the pieces between,the two yolk pieces I stitched the seams,then flipped them right side out,I added my darts and tied the ends to,secure them,I attached the bodice front and back,along the side and began making the,collar,I flipped it right sides out and pinned,the inner side to the inside of the,bodice neck,then I folded the outer side up and in,and top stitched it to hide all of those,seams,next were the sleeves I did a basting,stitch on the shoulder and wrist then,closed up the sides I gathered my,basting stitch,and attached the sleeve at the shoulder,next it was time to add the Cuffs I,sewed them closed at the side then,attached them to the sleeve right sides,together I flipped them out and folded,them over top stitching them down to,hide the seams I added a little button,panel to the left bodice by sewing it on,right sides together then folding it,twice over the raw Edge and top,stitching next was the skirt I attached,the pocket pieces to the skirt pieces,right sides together and attached the,two back skirt pieces,Kiki decided to check in again and was,much more satisfied with the progress,then I attached the skirt front and back,sewing around the pockets,I attached the skirt to the bodice,making sure to match up the side seams,it's starting to look like a real dress,I folded over the right side button,panel and top stitched it down to match,the button panel on the left side since,I'm using stretch fabric most of the,buttons will be non-functional the only,buttons that will actually function are,going to be the three at the top part of,the collar so I can slide my head,through the neck hole I top stitched the,button panel to connect the right and,left sides all the way down the dress I,placed pins where I wanted to add my,buttons and stitched them on one by one,again the top three buttons open up and,the rest are just for Aesthetics I added,buttonholes and hemmed the bottom of the,dress finally I started the detachable,collar and cuff I stitched around the,edge leaving one side open and flipped,them right sides out I attached the,collar pieces attaching one side holding,the other side over to enclose the seams,and top stitching,for the Cuffs I tucked small pieces of,elastic into the open seam and top,stitched them down I added corresponding,buttons and they were done after the,fact I added a lining piece to the,collar to hold it flat under the dress,I'm happy with how it turned out I think,it's perfect for Halloween season and,very spooky,foreign

oh man,hello everybody today we're doing a,super fun transformation I haven't done,one of these in a while but today we are,going to be doing Wednesday,Adams what we got to do first is I think,we need an alpha change,look,this I found in the children's section,seriously I have spent the last seven,years of my life celebrating Halloween,in Los Angeles so I know Los Angeles,party's hard for Halloween this year I,would go to La but school will be over,in December for me cousin it is that you,yes that is me yeah I would have chosen,a shorter wig but I just desperately,wanted some very long braids I haven't,worn this weekend so long am I doing a,Wednesday Adam's transformation or the,ring you know that's what it's giving,okay maybe when I if I just start,braiding it it will come together you,know,two simple braids you've ever seen in,your life I can do them,y'all let me know what is your favorite,Halloween movie right now I specifically,feel like watching it for some reason,but my favorite like childhood movie is,probably whatever my childhood imaginary,friend was in fact Casper you know when,you braid and then the hair is so long,that it starts Braiding on the bottom,but you really only wanted to bring the,top part you know what I mean has this,ever happened to you oh my,gosh come on I feel cute cute,braid quickly come on Hannah your,fingers can do it oh my gosh gorgeous oh,I'm not really as pale as I could be you,know but I do need the full coverage,right now character mode get up there,maybe I should do my makeup first oh my,God she'll Blank Slate,so I got some white face paint and I,kind of have a plan but I kind of don't,I just want to like,oh my oh that was so much while my,makeup is wet I do want my face to look,a little whiter,around my eyes oh this is so bizarre,powder,bake,I'm not the most gentle person when it,comes to makeup I gotta be honest I get,a little bored,I want to finish quickly I don't have,patience but the results always look,alright oh man,oh,do a little eye look okay so we need red,we're gonna go around,and we're going to bring it down,I scroll and Tick Tock for some time to,try to find really good in spells there,were bits of what everyone has done that,I really liked so I'm just combining all,of them,thank you,a long time ago I did watch a video on,how to do a smokey eye a solid trick for,a smokey eye,is to layer and I actually start with a,different color than black so in this,case we're starting with red,um in other cases you could start with a,brown there's a pretty normal thing to,do okay now we're going in I'm actually,going to get,um another brush that can kind of Pat it,down a little bit more dipping it in,some black and I want to press get it,all over my lids,now I might be a cosmetology student but,we don't really do makeup much in my,school,which is tragic,you know what that was pretty good,my brows are a little too thick to do,anything with so I'm just gonna fill,them in like I normally would,gorgeous I do want to put a little tiny,bit of highlighter,on my nose Glam it up a little bit I did,notice I genuinely forgot to put a,hollow cheeks in there,kind of I was like is there anything,left,yes,I feel like I could have done a little,bit better around here but,honestly it's a vibe,I am still a big fan of the winged liner,I love it,and now for the lashes,honestly what I'm most hyped about for,this look is the black lipstick which I,mean I know like I know I know I know,like she doesn't wear black lipstick,does Wednesday Adams wear black lipstick,although she doesn't actually wear much,makeup a more adult interpretation of,the Lindsay Adams costume would include,a black matte lip but you know what I I,guess I'm doing the adult look anyways,because I'm gonna put lashes on because,I love lashes I got my fluffy lashes,today my nice Gloppy lash is gonna add,to it,obsessed I'm obsessed with lashes I,can't stop,I like it because I can see like the,white ring it's a Vibe are we good the,last thing to do,I'm not good at it,already and that's it this is the,Wednesday Adams look,I love it I'm obsessed I don't know,about you something about this super,long wig too I knew it I think this,dress is just gonna be me now I think,it's gonna be a part of my character fit,this was so much fun I hope you all,enjoyed this video today let me know,what your favorite Halloween movie is in,the comments down below and I will watch,them if I haven't seen them and even if,I have seen them probably I'll watch,them thank you all so much for watching,give this video a thumbs up if you,haven't And subscribe if you haven't and,I will see you next time bye,foreign

okay so now I look like I'm 12 furrow,everyone's always asking me my age I,literally look 12 today hey guys welcome,back to my channel so in this Halloween,tutorial I am taking it back to the,classic Halloween costumes this is super,easy and really great if you are like a,last-minute girl I mean I usually am but,when it comes Halloween I just you know,I love it as you guys can probably tell,in this tutorial I'm going to be showing,you how to create this Wednesday Addams,costume all you're gonna need is a few,things which I'm going to show you guys,in this video if you guys are interested,in learning how to create this Wednesday,Addams costume please keep watching so,starting with Wednesday's outfit you are,going to need a little black dress if,you don't have a black dress then even a,long-sleeve crewneck and a flared out,skirt would totally work so for the,collar what I did was I went to the,thrift store and I got a little boys,classic white collared shirt and I'm,just going to make that into a bib so,I'm just cutting out the top so all I,have is just the collar really that way,it's not super bulky or uncomfortable,when I'm wearing it so now I am left,with this bib collar,I can easily tuck away under my dress so,fourth thing the hand resting on my,shoulder what I did was go to the thrift,store and I found this trick-or-treat,candy ball with the hand so I'm just,taking that hand off it was super easy,and I just super glued it onto the,shoulder of my dress so moving on to,hair and makeup for Miss Wednesday,Addams so first I'm going to start with,and release I'm not sure if I'm saying,that right never know Parisian brands,how to pronounce them anyway so I'm,mixing this with my Halloween makeup,just so I can get that really pen I'm,looking a little dead today actually for,the first time that is a good thing so,I'm just gonna mix them so I look super,pale like Wednesday Addams and I'm just,going to take a damp sponge and,even coming down on my neck,I'm going to do my eyebrows just kind of,as normal I'm going to fill them in just,a little deeper than I usually do so I'm,just brushing them out with this little,spooley by Anastacio and then I'm going,to grab the dipbrow and just fill in my,eyebrows,next I'm taking my Laura Mercier,translucent powder,so now for contouring my cheeks I'm not,going to use like a bronzer that is,gonna give Wednesday too much life so,I'm gonna go in actually with this gray,shade it is called meet me in Paris by,L'Oreal,now I'm taking this Maybelline quad in,charcoal smokes and I am going to use,the crease color and just kind of like,contour my nose a little,so for the eye I'm going to take this,mac eyeshadow in the shade and bury and,I am going to put that on my eyelids,very softly yeah,and now taking again the lore'l gray,shade and meet me in Paris and then just,gonna go,so now I'm just going to finish off my,eyes by putting some coats of mascara,now for lips I'm just kind of putting,the white cream again on my lips because,I have a very pink natural lip so I,don't want that to show through and then,I'm just gonna take this little mini,buxom lipstick in the shade noticed so I,just want to create some like very pale,pale nude natural kind of lip,stuff her hair I already have my hair,parted down the middle and I am just,going to continue to part all the way on,the back so I have like two pigtails you,know and then you're just gonna braid,them as normal,she has a very like here like very low,and like covering her ears so that's,what I'm gonna do I really wish my hair,was like my hair is naturally like,really really dark like near black I,have these like balayage,but it's okay you guys can totally get,like extensions if you need but I mean,everyone's gonna know who you are just,by the two braids you know what I mean,if you want you can do she kind of has,like a widow's peak you know what's,funny I used to have a widow's peak when,I was down there I don't know what,happened to it I think my hair kind of,grew maybe it's so still a little there,actually it just doesn't bother me as,much it was like so devastating when I,was young that I even shaved it I was,like I don't want this thing what I'm,gonna use is actually this like super,star liquid liner by L'Oreal,now I'm just gonna do like hair stroke,motions so that it doesn't look so harsh,kind of like if you're filling in an,eyebrow,you can even take like a black shadow it,kind of like dab so that it all kind of,blends in and it doesn't look so harsh,and now we are finished with Miss,Wednesday Addams makeup entire I told,you guys it was easy easy easy easy if,you want to add a little details like I,did I think it makes it a little more,like you're trying you know like you're,trying to get into the Halloween spirit,and you're gonna fool people they're,gonna think like damn girl you really,went out but you didn't you actually did,not go all out if you did enjoy this,video please give it fresh face,yes your girl's gonna use her primer,which is too faced it,is the prime and peachy,love it,once the primer is all melted into your,skin,i'm gonna move on to my eyebrows so guys,with my eyebrows you guys can see i'm,going very heavy with the strokes,i want it to look very very dark i want,it to look,dramatic,while i was doing this i was like girl,that is too,dark stop but guys the end result,was worth it,now it's time for me to conceal my,eyebrows my personal favorite,is maybelline fit me that's what i,usually use on a day-to-day basis,very affordable you can find it at any,drugstore,now i'm taking a damp beauty blender and,i'm just going to blend,all of that concealer underneath my,eyebrow as well as within my eyelids,just so it's like a seamless look,now is foundation time so first i'm,going to take,a little bit of product and i'm going to,go ahead and carve out,the top of my eyebrows again this just,helps with,definition and allowing it to stand out,and pop,then i'm going to go ahead and blend,blend blend,blend blend,for my eyeshadow i am using auntie,jackie jackie jackie jackie,palette guys i'm obsessed this is the,perfect,palette for all brown skin and dark,skinned women,love love love it first i'm going to go,in with credit,and then you're going to see me go in,with that purple,shade later on,all right so back to my foundation and,this is born this way,i do probably two pumps of that and then,i put,maybelline fit me um within it and mix,it up just because right now i'm in,between colors,so it helps me still get my my darkness,that i love but as well as,lighter neutral tones in that foundation,so i blend it all together put it all,over my face with a beauty blender and,you guys already know,blend blend blend blend,also ladies just a heads up to give you,like that pale look,honestly you know it's hard to look pale,when you have all that melanin,but anyways to give you like a pale look,use more of your lighter foundation,than your darker foundation and it kind,of gives you the perfect,pale ish look if that makes sense,concealer time so i'm using born this,way as well,i'm gonna go ahead and put some,underneath my eyes,on my forehead down my nose and on the,top of my lip,and at the bottom of my lip and then you,know ladies,blend blend,i'm setting my concealer with laura,mercier powder,this is the translucent medium,so i decided to go back into my eye,shadow palette,and go ahead and add some eyeshadow to,my waterline,it gives you that kind of like drained,sleepy type of look and that's really,wednesday,she has like that whole pale look but,also like,um sleepy eyes so i wanted to add that,and then i'm also going to go ahead into,my,coffee palette and i'm going to use that,transition color,the brown just to transition,wait something's missing lashes,bam guys there you go my lashes looking,good,now i'm moving on to contour a little,bit,so i'm using the la girl pro concealer,um i believe it's fun if i'm not,mistaken,so i'm gonna go ahead on the sides and,put that and on the bridge of my nose,and blend that out,all right guys so for mascara i'm using,a sample that i received from sephora,i believe this is the brand milk um i,actually love,i love it so i'm going to go ahead and,put some mascara at the bottom,lashes,make sure i don't cry then i'm going to,use my maybelline,fit me powder just to go over my,contour that i put down and then i'm,going to go back into my translucent,powder,and put that underneath my eyes and on,the bridge of my nose,now it's time for hair guys yay,listen this is an old synthetic wig i,was like hey let's put it to you,so i'm going to go ahead and use some of,my foam,lotion aka setting foam,i'm gonna put that and apply that to the,hair,comb it out and brush it make sure it,looks you know decent,and go ahead and braid it up on each,side,so,guys i'm so funny i'm getting in the,wednesday mood,but yep i'm just adjusting making sure,it looks good,then i'm going to go in wednesday has,like this additional piece in the front,i believe it's like a,beak they call it so i'm gonna go ahead,and use my eyebrow pencil and,draw that in,i'm so happy it looks so good all right,guys look at me,y'all ready for the reveal,y'all i look just like wednesday,this is so freaking cute all right so i,went ahead and got this shirt from the,thrift store it was two dollars so just,a,button down white shirt i got it from,the men's section because i looked along,the long sleeves on it so it can give me,that whole,type of vibe and then i had this black,dress already so i just put it,underneath,and i am wednesday guys so right now i'm,going to decide if i should do,a dark lip or if i should go,a nude lip it's hard because,she doesn't really wear lipstick so let,me look,i'm gonna go with a dark lip let's just,be dramatic today,all right i'm gonna quickly line my lips,with my simba wet,and wild pencil and then i'm adding my,lipstick and this is ruby kiss,this is the darkest shade that i had,girl you look so cute this is so,freaking cute,guys halloween is fun it doesn't have to,be expensive it can be,affordable i hope you guys enjoyed this,video there's going to Hello YouTube, happy Halloween, it is Halloween 2018,And if you couldn't tell from that little intro and how I am dressed currently I am Wednesday Addams for Halloween,this year is the first year where I've actually come up with the costume and really put in some effort into it and,I thought I would document it for you guys and also kind of show what I came up with if you're new here,Hello, my name is Tori Sicklick,I make new videos every Sunday for Sicklick Sunday with other videos throughout the week. Let's get into this little costume tutorial kind of showing you guys what I did. Hello from my bathroom,so for my hair for this costume of Wednesday Addams,I am straightening it because it's a little too short to braid at the current moment,So I'm just using two straighteners to help straighten my hair because I have these two that are very tangled up the current moment,This flat iron and this one that's like a brush. I've had both of these for a while,They both work pretty well. This one gets a like nice basic straight and this one,Like does a lot of the fine-tuning of it so let's get started on that,So if you wanted to know how I have to straighten my hair because I very very thick hair,I decided to the highest heat setting which is 450 degrees,On my hair straighteners and just let them heat up a little bit until they get really hot also. Yes, I'm aware,I'm wearing the same shirt,I wore in my last video. It's just been like my comfy shirt that I'm wearing around the apartment for the past few days,I like it. It's very uncomfortable. I got it at forever 21,So now that we've adjusted our camera angle and you can see how precariously I'm filming this because my camera,is still being fixed. I have my tripod with my phone very precariously leaning on it. Now. We're gonna do some makeup,I'm just gonna do my face makeup like I normally do for my everyday makeup, which I showed you in my everyday makeup routine,I'm not doing anything really crazy with this because one I'm not really great at makeup - I just want this to be an easy,simple look,Onto the eyes which are like the bigger part of this makeup,look that is making them more like Wednesday Addams esque I'm going to start with after I've done my base and everything when I got,Here my eyebrows real quick with my glossier boy brow. It is very rubbed out with the current moment,Is running out a little bit too. I'm gonna use that to,get that color back that is now covered in foundation and powder,So this is the first year that I'm like really putting effort into my Halloween costume the only other years that I've done like actually good Halloween,costumes for my junior year, no my sophomore year and,Senior years of college when my sophomore year me and Shawn went as people from the Nerd Herd from Chuck,Shawn was basically Chuck I was like a fellow nerd herder and then my senior year of college,I went as Hermione because I had as you guys know if you've watched my videos from the past had cut my hair again and,I was like, oh my god. I can finally do my Hermione costume,I all of my merch and things from the Harry Potter studio tour in London and,I made myself a little red and yellow tie for Gryffindor because,Proud Gryffindor right over here as well as long along with Hermione to I'm just gonna put the costume together,so for the eyes, I have my naked 2 palette here and,I'm going to be using some colors in here,Not too many my base to kind of set everything up here foxy and booty-call which are the colors,I use almost every day is like my base layer of eyeshadow as you can see they're the ones that are most used and,Then for the actual color I'm using,Pistol which is this grayish greenish one right here and black out which is the black one right over here,So I'm going to take foxy first,put that on as like my first layer of,eye shadow. I just get that all over my lid here. So now we're taking pistol here this color,The fluffy side of the brush if you have the naked 2 palette then you know that there's the tiny side and the fluffier side,The brush should be the fluffy side of the brush,rubbing pistol on there,And just going in on the whole eyelid doing what's gonna do a little bit of the crease afterwards,But I'm gonna start with the whole eyelid,Kind of cover that in,And then I kind of go into the crease to get the color start it there,And just layer this up until it gets to the dark color that I want to get,which is more fo the gray a little bit more pigmented,I'm trying to sound like I know what I'm doing how am I doing?,Let me know in the comments down below strange thing about me that people don't really know about me,I start doing things with makeup on the left side of my face. I don't really know why,I think it's because I feel like I do my contacts that way I started for left eye and the right eye,I wear my hair ties on my left hand,Just don't know it's just a habit that I've picked up over the past,I just started doing everything on the left side. It just makes it easier for me,They started on that side and I go over to the right side, which is my dominant side cuz I'm right-handed,Also, I am that person who's right-handed who wears their watch on their right hand,I know what a travesty that's a really weird thing to do,If you're like me and you do know in the comments down below as well. I'm basing this,Halloween makeup,Halloween look on the musical version of,Wednesday Addams,because in the Broadway production of it Krysta Rodriguez,She has straightened hair in it because she had a short little bob,So that's kind of ongoing with here and makeup wanted some kind of basing enough with what Carrie hope Fletcher did when she was in,The Addams family on the UK tour,But the same ideas of life a lot of gray and black and the eyes and just like darker makeup up here,and now that we've got that going we're going to take the,Thinner side of the brush here and go in with black out and put that into the crease,And it's kind of build that up and layer that up, oh I have messed up are we surprised No,Let me know in the comments down below what you guys are being for Halloween,I love to know what everybody is doing costume wise,If you want to send me any pictures what you guys are doing you can tweet them to me,tss6295 on Twitter as well,Hope to see what everyone is doing to celebrate this fun fun holiday also in the comments down below,What do you call the night before Halloween?,I call it Mischief Night,I'm always curious to hear people call it because when I was at school and Utah,Nobody called it down next we're doing eyeliner and this turn into a classic black wing and eyeliner,I'm using the nyx epic ink eyeliner my go-to for black eyeliner,It's really good works really well for me stays on all day as well,BAM Wow that turned out great now right side let's hope we didn't just jinx that,Now finish up the eyes we're doing mascara I'm using mega plump,Mascara from wet and wild it's working pretty well right now. I said in my everyday makeup routine,I wasn't the biggest fan of this, but for what I'm using it for it's fine. It works fine,It does the job but because I think I don't have very thick eyelashes and like very long,It's just it's us attempting to make them run much longer than they're now. I'm not someone who is classically good at Halloween,Usually me and my sister Morgan,We kind of are,not great at halloween being in the fact that,We don't our usual idea for Halloween is to just dress up in all black put on dark makeup and say we're goth this year,My second year in New York for Halloween. I am trying I'm putting in some effort,I am proud of myself for this. And this is also just doing the goth makeup thing, but having a character associated with it,The thing that ties all this all together is the lipstick. I don't wear a lot of dark lipstick ever,I had to go out and buy his lipstick that I'm using this in particular,because yeah, I wanted something dark and purple and,This is what I found it is from,Rimmel London stay matte liquid lip color, I think in the color,In the color midnight. It's a very purple color,I don't use a lot of lipsticks that are like this either so I tried it out the other day. It looks really cool,Let's put this guy on,I know I apologize. I did not use the lipliner. I,Don't own any and bam makeup is all done,I look crazy with this lipstick on because I never wear anything like this, but,Works for what I'm going for,Right. So now for the costume, it's very easy. Very DIY only has a couple pieces to it black knee-high socks,black tank top,white collared shirt,black booty shorts black dress and,black little booties,So this is the finished look I have the I wouldn't normally have the black tank top underneath this because this dress has this weird,Thing in the front here that it looks kind of weird with just the white shirt,So I have that under there just to keep like that,If you have a black dress that has a higher collar you do what you want with that,Then I have a white collared shirt,One of the ones I usually wear to work that I have at home,then,some black,knee-high socks that are Shawn's socks and then my little booties that I have had for ever and ever honestly probably since I was like,15 years old and that is the completed look for,Wednesday addams halloween 2018. DIY Halloween - Addams Family Costumes
welcome to our final video for the month,of October this week our focus is going,to be using thrifted fines to make,Addams Family costumes there are a few,incarnations like the new movie the,movie from the 90s or the old television,show we're going to begin with Wednesday,whose costume is a simple black dress,with a white collar and her long braids,you might get lucky and find exactly,what you're looking for at the store but,since this is a thrifting challenge I'm,gonna show you how to make it on your,own,I began by finding a sleeveless black,dress I then found a long-sleeved black,sweater in a similar shade of black to,the dress and a white collared dress,shirt we're gonna be making a sweater,sort of similar to this so first remove,part of the collar and the cuffs I put,my shirt on the mannequin so I could,line it up properly with the sweater and,then pinned it in place I then hand,sewed it in place around the collar I,also made a couple of minor alterations,like we hemming the dress with stitch,witchery and shortening the straps of,the dress but once that was done I just,added my leggings in my boots and my wig,and had my complete Wednesday Addams,costume Gomez has a couple of different,incarnations sometimes he's wearing,pinstripe suits sometimes it's a black,suit sometimes it's a red smoking jacket,so we began by finding a coat that we,liked making sure that it had room for,movement and found a pair of matching,pants and of course a white shirt and a,black tie,put it all together with your wig and,mustache and you've got a complete Gomez,outfit Morticia signature is heard long,floor-length black dress and her long,black hair so our journey began with a,long sleeved long black t-shirt dress,about two yards of crushed tulle and,some black trim,I began by adding a plunging v-neckline,and then stitched it in place and added,the sparkly trim over where I stitched,next I folded my tulle a couple of times,and cut it into long triangular petals,which I attached to the dress stitching,a straight line down and then connected,the triangle edges to each other to,create the bottom of our dress with all,the petals connected all you have to do,is add your long black wig and you have,your completed Morticia Addams dress,Huxley's signature look is a striped,shirt with black shorts and black shoes,so I began with a white shirt and a pair,of black shorts now you can use the same,trick we used for Beetlejuice which is,laying painters tape on the garment and,the spray-painting but I chose to,hand-paint it for a little bit more of a,cartoonish look put it all together and,you have your completed Pugsley outfit,put it all together and you have a,wonderful creepy and kooky family,costume these costumes of course work,individually or as couple costumes for,more costumes from the season check out,our blogs and earlier vlogs or you can,check out my facebook page shell beanie,cosplay Instagram at shell beanie,cosplay or my Twitter at shell beanie,it's been a pleasure costuming with you,this season and thank you for shopping,at Palmetto goodwill for your Halloween,costume a needs,you
