beedo beedo beedo whatever i see huh,Despicable Me watch this is that one too,co2 spit,hey guys so right now I'm just sipping,on my Goulet no not kool-aid kool-aid,get it because I'm sipping on my goal a,that can only mean one thing and the,fact that I'm in a costume right now the,first video in my spook book series of,2013 and if you're not familiar with,this series basically it's just a bunch,of Halloween costumes that are DIY,because personally I think it's so much,more fun making your costume instead of,going to the store and just buying one,so it's gonna be a bunch of DIY costumes,for you guys and if you guys couldn't,tell I am a minion right now from,Despicable Me I have a little teeny-tiny,obsession with minions you guys probably,already know this and a few weeks ago I,was actually looking at Halloween,costumes and I saw a minion costume and,right away I was like oh I'm buying it,and I'm wearing it for Halloween but,then I was thinking I was like you know,what betters you can just make that so,here it is and it took me a while to,kind of get everything together and kind,of figure out what details I want to do,and how I want to put my own twist on it,compared to the one in the store and I,really really loved how it turned out,and if you try out any of the DIYs from,my spoof book series this year then be,sure to send me a picture with the,hashtag spook book because I really want,to see your guys's recreations oh and I,actually have a little surprise for you,guys,so I'm going to be doing a giveaway with,a few things to get you started if,you're going to be creating this costume,I'm actually going to be giving away the,beanie and the goggles that I made in,this video the goggles are probably the,hardest thing to make out of this whole,costume so that's why I want to give you,a pair that we're already made and if,you're planning on making the overall,dress and I'm going to be giving away a,little stencil for the logo and some,buttons and then I'm also going to be,giving away this adorbs little Trick or,Treat basket that lights up and inside,is some of my favorite Halloween candy,so if you guys would like to win Halloween,you'd like to see next and also give,this video a thumbs up and add it to,your fav and that's about it so I hope,you guys enjoy,this video I love you Wow okay let's go,so we're going to start off with the,base of the outfit which is just a,yellow top yellow tights and a yellow,beanie and what I did to make my,clothing pieces yellow is I just bought,some Rick dye which is just a few,dollars at a local craft store and I,just poured that in some hot water and,went ahead and dyed all my clothing,pieces that I got at Target so it's,super inexpensive and easy to do and,once you have your yellow beanie we're,just gonna take some black pipe cleaners,and basically you're just going to stick,that through the top of your beanie and,they should come out the other end and,it is the minions hair and you can,arrange it any way that you want to I,decided to have mine right in the center,sticking up straight and then I just,trimmed it to make it a little shorter,so for the overalls I actually decided,to go with an overall dress and you're,also going to need thread needle button,scissors pliers a sharpie and a little,stencil or picture of the logo which you,can print out online so I'm starting off,with removing the overall original,buttons because I want to get a little,bit more detailed with it so what I'm,doing is taking my thread and needle and,I'm just sewing on the black buttons oh,my gosh I know guys I'm like sewing for,you right now and you know I never sew,but it's really easy to do just going,over and under through the buttonholes,because the minions buttons are black on,their overall so I'm just doing that now,I'm just cutting off the other metal,pieces on my straps plus these straps,were too big for me so I made them a,little shorter and then I folded the,very end and then I just snipped right,in the middle right there with my pliers,to make a little buttonhole so that we,can put our button through this and then,I also glued the very end of the strap,just to get rid of any fraying so it's a,nice clean finish and there we go now we,have two button,now for the minions logo it's really,simple all I did was print out this,little stencil online and I'm taking an,exacto knife and I'm just cutting out,all of the white part I'm leaving all,the black on the paper I'm just cutting,out the white to create a little stencil,and what you're going to do is place,this right on your overalls or in my,case an overall dress and I'm taking my,black sharpie and just coloring it in,like a coloring book oh yeah so as you,can see the stencil is going to help us,get a very clean finish and once you're,done coloring it in we're just going to,peel off the paper and then we have our,little logo which looks amazing doesn't,have to be perfect but I think it came,out super cute now for the goggles I,have two pieces of PVC pipe some silver,spray paint bolts elastic some scissors,and a glue gun and that's all you need,now like I said I did use PVC pipe for,this and I cut it at an angle as you can,tell you can also just cut some pieces,of foam if you don't have PVC pipe,because I know foam is a little easier,to get your hands on so taking the,silver spray paint you're just going to,go ahead and spray the two pieces of,your goggles until they're super shiny,and you're gonna let it dry for a few,hours once it's dry I'm taking my glue,gun and just gluing them together in the,middle and so your goggles are already,coming along and another little detail,that you can do because the minions have,bolts on the sides of their glasses so,I'm just gluing some bolts on the sides,which you can find any like tool store,or maybe your dad has some I don't know,I stole these from my dad so I'm just,gluing those on,now for the elastic there's two ways you,can do it you can either glue it,directly to the goggles or you can drill,some little holes or just puncture some,holes if you're using thumb and kind of,sew it through which is going to hold a,lot longer than just gluing it it kind,of depends on how sturdy you want your,goggle to be but I went ahead and sewed,mine just to make it last longer and you,can also do this to the middle of them,as well so that it holds in the middle,and we're finished and there is our,finished minion goggles as you guys can,tell they look awesome it takes a little,bit of work but it looks amazing and now,we are finished with the entire minion,costume as you guys can tell it looks,pretty cool and I personally prefer the,overall dresses over the overalls well,that's a lot of over I just think the,dresses are a little bit more girly and,then I just got these black leather,gloves from I think I think I got them,for my mom but yeah ask for shoes you,basically can just go with any black,shoes I went with my black Doc Martens,because they're super comfy if you're,gonna be running around on Halloween,trick-or-treating and all that fun stuff,so I'm just wearing no shoes and now it,is time for the super quick and easy,makeup,so because the costume is kind of the,main attraction I'm kind of just,enhancing the eyes with makeup so I'm,just taking a white liner and lining my,waterline to make our eyes look bigger,and brighter then I am curling my lashes,and applying my favorite mascara right,now it is the colossal volume mascara,and then I think it's fun to go with,some crazy lashes that are going to,stand out through the goggles so I found,these at Walgreens and they're pretty,cray cray if you ask me and to cover up,the line between your lash line and the,false lashes I'm just taking a liquid,liner and kind of lining that area and,winging it out of it and then for blush,I am taking my super pink NYX blush and,applying that to the apples of my cheeks,and working it upwards and for lips I,recommend with just going with a simple,lip stain that is going to last all,night so mine is by L'Oreal and that is,the makeup now if you've seen the,despicable me number one you are,probably familiar with Popoy which is a,little toy that the minions make for the,girl out of a toilet cleaner so I'm,going to show you guys how to make it,right now so let's do it,so what you're going to need is of,course a toilet brush a little foam ball,an ice-cream cone some scissors some,googly eyes a little strip of leather,and a glue gun so starting off I'm just,gluing on the little foam ball to the,bottom of the toilet brush and I'm,gluing around it to secure it to make,sure it's going to stay all night and,then taking the googly eyes I'm just,gluing those right above our little foam,ball to make the eyes and of course the,point is a unicorn so I'm just applying,some glue to the bottom portion of my,sugar cone and I'm sticking that right,on top of his little head and you want,to hold it there for a while because it,kind of Falls then taking the leather,strip I'm just wrapping it around and,gluing the ends to the sides of the foam,ball and to finish it off you got to,draw his little nostrils and a little,smile on him and we are finished with,baby pup boy yes so as you can tell this,is just a super simple little extra,thing that you can add to your outfit,for Halloween and people have seen the,movie then they'll get the reference and,if you see a little girl like the one in,Despicable Me you can just give it to,her and just make her whole day you know,just hope that she How to Make a Minion Costume Best DIY!

How to Make a Minion Costume,Hey everybody, I am going to show you today how to make a minions costume. Jackson wants,to be Minion Bob and I have put together items that I think will be easy for everybody to,find and to also make a really professional looking minion costume.,You can do just some very simple variations. If you wanted to do Minion Stewart or Minion,Kevin. I will show you everything that you will need to make it.,Items that you will need to make a really cool and professional looking minion costume,include this Styrofoam dome. This was an awesome find I found at Michael's, it is 12 inches,in diameter and hollow in the middle. So it makes an absolute perfect fit as a top to,the head.,You will need the lids from two jars. These lids are stainless steel and as you can see,they have a plastic clear centre. They're actually really common, you can find them,in any dollar store. Also some model and hobby cement, some fast drying superglue, a ruler,,an exacto knife, a couple of pairs of scissors, a package of thumbtacks, a sharpie, some self,cover buttons in stainless steel and some duct tape, a one meter piece of yellow lycra,material, a half inch yoga mat or camping mat, the pdf i created for Bob's eyeballs,,an old black belt, white piece of foam, an old pair of overalls and two meters of jean,material, a fabric glue, it's called speed-sew and a piece of white felt.,So the first thing that we're going to do is cut our piece of yellow lycra for the dome,,the top of Bob's head. And what I'm going to do is just take a sharpie and draw a circle,around it about two and a half inches out.,Make the top of the Minion Head, ,And then we will cut that circle out. We will drape the lycra over the top of the styrofoam,and with thumbtacks start pinning it down.,So we have the top of the head done. Now were going to do the rest of the head and we are,using our yoga mat. I'm figuring out the lenght by taking the diameter of the top which is,12 inches and then I multiply by pie and get a length of 37.68 inches.,I will take my yellow lycra material and lay it on top of the yoga mat and pull the top,edge over and flip it over and to help me out before duct taping it I will tack it down,in a few spots. Then i will run the tape along that edge. I will cut off some of this excess,foam because i actually don't need it this long. I will make it about 16 inches long.,So we will end up having something that looks like this, just make sure it's nice and secure.,It doesn't have to be super neat because you're not going to see it. This is our front.,Now that we've done all that the next step is to find the center point of our yoga mat,and we are working on the rough side of it and now we will draw the mouth and then cut,How to make the Minions mouth,it out., ,The mouth is where Jackson is going to look out, that's where he is going to be able to,see out of. So I've measured from the top of his head and gone down two inches to the,top of the mouth and then the widest part of the bottom of the mouth will be two inches,below his eyes. This will ensure that he has a good field of vision.,Here is my center line for the mouth and I,will use an exacto knife to cut that out. I will cut a slit right in the middle of the,lycra and pull the lycra back on the edge and take little pieces of duct tape and pull,it all back nice and snug.,How to make the Minions arm holes, ,From the center point of my yoga mat I will find the center point of each half. So my,center point is 9.5 inches and I measured from the top of Jackson's head to the top,of his shoulder so that is going to be the top of the hole for his arms . So i measure,from the top of the yoga mat down 10 inches and i'm going to take my roll of duct tape,and draw circles that i can cut out.,Then i will cut the circles out for the arms and do slits in the lycra for his arm to go,through. Now I will tape the edges together from the inside so I will flip it this way,and line it up and tape it first with small pieces. Then I will do one long strip.,Now we are fitting the top of the head on and we will duct tape it all around because,it will all be hidden with the strap of the goggles and the eyes.,How to make Minion Goggles, ,And we will make Bob's goggles here. We will take the buttons and make the studs around,Bob's goggles. We will take a little piece of tin foil and ball it up just to fill the,middle of the buttons so it has something to adhere to. And fill it up with crazy glue,and place it on there and hold it down.,So now i have a piece of white felt and a piece of cardboard and I will glue them together,and then i'm going to draw around that and cut it out. So the cardboard side will be,the whites of our eyeball and the felt side we will glue to the lycra on Bob.,As some of you know, Bob has two different color eyes so I have made a pdf for you guys,and you can find the link to it in the description of the video and you can print it off. I'll,use a glue stick to glue the eye on,Now I will take my model cement and dab it very carefully on the rim of the lid and flip,it over and press it down.,Now i will put a good dose into the center of the felt and stick it to Bob's head.,Now we will put the strap on for the goggles and I found at a second hand store just a,really cheap black belt, wide enough to cover the duct tape and we will use a gel super,glue to put it on.,I will do my best to get it a little under the goggles and make sure that i'm lining,up the belt over the duct tape.,Then i will keep gluing down my belt in little sections. We will add some teeth. I have a,white piece of foam so i will draw the teeth to cut and glue them in.,I will put some contact cement on the edge of this and put it just on the inside of the,mouth.,To make minion overalls i've cut off the bib of an overall and am using a fabric glue which,dries really fast and i will glue this on to Bob.,Now I will put the straps on. Glue again on the back and put it on the corner and angle,it up. We'll do the same thing on the other side.,I have a strip of my jean material and will glue it on just below the bib and will use,the leftover yellow lycra, gluing edges together, turned inside out once the glue has dried,and these will fit perfectly over Jackson's arms.,There you have it. Easy DIY Minion Costume - Less than $4 To Make! - Great Last Minute Halloween Costume

hey guys just got done making this for,my son so I wanted to kind of give you,guys a little idea of how I made it if,you're doing stuff last minute I mean,this was really super simple or you know,if you have a little minion running,around your house as well because that's,huge in our house all I did was get a,shirt at the boggin and this felt from,the craft store really super easy the,first thing I did was cut the first,piece of felt into something like this,and then these are the pieces that I,used two of them are used for the straps,to the overalls and the other to work,with the sides of the overalls you will,see that piece together in a second and,then I just cut out buttons which were,little black buttons and then I just,printed out yeah I had to make the logo,which is really super simple it's just a,couple circles and then the G you can,print it out and like trace the G before,you cut it out like this or you can do,it I did and just kind of like eyeball,it I messed up a couple times had to do,it a couple times but I is it up with,something like this and then I literally,hot glued all this together because he's,only gonna wear this like once or twice,or whatever so you know hot glue anyway,the first thing I did was glue two down,yep the first rectangle which is the,basis of the overalls and then I took,the little cut cut out pieces and glued,them to the side to try to do the same,shape that's like in on the minion,cartoon you know and then I put the,straps down and I glued the buttons down,I did end up cutting out some white,pieces for behind the button so you,could see them better and then I glued,together the logo that I made and I,glued in them it what hit on the,overalls also really super simple this,shirt was 399 at the craft store before,my 40% off coupon and all of this felt,was like 20 cents and I had a 30% off my,purchase coupon so super inexpensive,only a couple dollars for the shirt then,I just needed to make the Hat so for the,Hat I went to the Dollar Tree hoping to,find a yellow hat and of course they did,not have one I had to buy black so I,took my yellow felt and I cut it to,shape and then I just hot glue tip on,just make sure whenever you glue it on,you kind of stretch it out a little bit,so it's not like,type on your kid's head like I did had,to redo that you know anyway then I just,cut a rectangle and two circles to make,the minions little boggles I kind of,wish I would have bought like some gray,to make the goggles so I ended up going,back in with a silver permanent marker,and making a ring like you see here so,it looked more like that I originally,wanted to use googly eyes for this but I,did not have any that were big enough to,look right so I just made them out of,leftover blue felt and black felt and,then that was pretty much it all I had,to do was add my pipe cleaners pipe,leaders are at the Dollar Tree and,they're also only 99 sets before coupon,which makes them like 60 cents at the,frost store and I have plenty left over,to do Halloween crafts so anyway this is,how it ended up and I'm pretty excited,about how it ended up and my son,absolutely loves this outfit I'm sorry,this isn't a better video and some of,these are not the best quality photos,but I wanted to give you guys an idea in,case you wanted to do this um yeah and I,didn't really have time to film it,because it's kind of a crazy crazy week,in Halloween is literally in a few days,and my son's birthday party which is,minion themed is um in a couple weeks so,if you're interested any of those DIYs I,will leave those in the description bar,below as well as Halloween stuff and,there's a lot of new stuff coming to the,channel because a lot of collaborations,are coming because it's the holidays so,please subscribe for DIYs and mommy,stuff every single week thanks guys for,watching I hope that your Europe what am,I saying I don't even know I hope that,you guys totally understand whenever I,say that I love minions but oh my,goodness I'm just so tired of hearing a,minion and their little voices you guys,don't I'm saying right like is your or,your kids into that as much as mine is,anyway now that I ramble thank you guys,for watching and if you have any awesome,ideas for DIY minion stuff please let me,know the promise below by all Libyans

How To Make A Minion Costume

hi my name is Lisa with DIY ready and,today we have a surprise for you,he knows crazy yellow creatures from,Despicable Me known as minions well I'm,going to show you how to make a minion,costumes that you can oh hey wait wait,don't touch those look adventurous right,now I need that huh,minions this is going to be a two-part,project supplies for Part 1 are yellow,fabric yellow felt black felt white felt,fabric scissors yellow thread a button a,permanent marker pipe cleaners pattern,pieces and a glue gun as always you can,find the complete supply list as well as,the written tutorial with lots of,helpful pictures on DIY reddit.com to,start we're gonna use our pattern pieces,you can actually find these pattern,pieces on our website in a PDF you're,gonna cut them out and glue them,together they're all marked so that'll,be super easy for you to do so you'll,have three pieces they front the mouth,and the back I'm going to place them on,my fabric here I'm working with one yard,by one and a half yards and I'm gonna,place them down and just mark them with,my permanent marker I'm just drawing,little dots and there's a few notches on,these I want to make sure I get that in,so in a draw triangle right there,this is one side turn it over and keep,going these dots are just gonna be so I,know where to put my scissors,we would make a little triangle none of,this will show on the finished product,and now we have the center fold here so,we're gonna flip it all right now that,we've traced him we get to cut them out,so as I'm cutting I just want to make,sure that I'm above the black lines so,they won't show up on the piece itself,all right so we have our front piece I'm,gonna set that aside and we're gonna,start with our mouthpiece doing the same,thing all right so we cut that up gonna,set that aside and now we're on to the,back okay now we have our back piece so,I'm going to actually save all of this,extra felt because we're gonna use that,later so just setting that aside for now,nice and neat,thank you fell now it's time to put,these pieces together so I'm taking my,back piece my mouthpiece and my front,piece and right now the only important,thing is making sure that as they say,right sides together the side that's,gonna be the front needs to be facing,the inside system the only thing the,only difference here is that there's a,marking on it so that's gonna be the,back make sure my back is facing down,and on this one the back is gonna be,facing up so my right sides are together,same for this one it's on the inside,sitting really matter either way and now,I want to make sure my diamonds line up,so that goes here this diamond goes,and this diamond goes here so now we've,got all three of our pieces but you'll,also notice that this is actually too,small that's on purpose don't worry once,we glue this side we're then gonna make,sure it fits and finish pulling that,site it's supposed to be a little,smaller so now we have got my glue gun,out and we're gonna get gluing this is a,fun no so tutorial anyone can do it you,don't have to notice oh and that's how,we're using the glue gun so line up your,corners now this side is unique because,I have three pieces I'm sewing together,gluing together excuse me so I'm gluing,these all together basic stuff,this corner is unique because there's,three pieces to work with after that,just so that we're gonna work our way,all the way around now we want to make,sure this will reach the other side it's,as simple as pulling it like that and,holding it there with your hand all,right keep it on doing this glue it,alright so now we've got our mask,together I'm just kind of twisting it,all shut making sure it's perfect and,now we're gonna turn it inside out,okay so once inside out you're gonna,stuff it that's when we use the extra,felt that we put aside grabbing that and,we're going to cut this into strips any,size will do cut cut cut,see now I need my little minion friend,to help me I don't know if I'd trust,means with scissors though cutting that,off snip snip,so now I'm just rolling this up to,create the padding around my mask roll,that together glue it and once I've got,my roll,I'm sticking it inside I'm gonna be,doing that for all of them rolling it,and then I'm gonna glue that in so it,touches the scene this will create the,shape of the masks of it it's round like,a minion rollin gluing you gotta be,sloppy it doesn't matter cuz no one's,gonna see it on the inside and just,gonna set that there against the scene,I'm gonna continue doing this all the,way down the seam on both sides but I'm,gonna keep the top open because we have,to put our hair in minion hair,we've got pipe cleaners and scissors,we're gonna poke the top of the minion,wherever we want the pipe cleaners to go,now you guys know that no minion is the,same so this gets to be up to you where,do you want the hair to go I'm gonna,make a cluster in the middle do you want,here one here one here all right let's,see how that looks we can always add,more holes later no I'm gonna put that,pipe cleaner through then I'm going to,bend my pipe cleaner and poke it through,the other way up through the other hole,there we go two pieces of hair let's add,a few more down one hole all right we're,gonna keep doing that until we're happy,with our minion hair all right so I like,how my hair looks it's in place so now,I'm gonna take my glue gun and on the,inside I'm gonna smother it with glue so,it doesn't come out stay in place glue,there we go this is the section I glue,now we need a minion smile we're gonna,take our black and white felt and draw,out that smile trace it out and glue it,on now as with the hair all the smiles,are kind of different,so now is when you get to play around,and have some fun I'm gonna draw a,really big smile because I'm a happy,minion so let's just cut that out,chicken big chunks out of this felt nice,big happy smile and see the thing is,minions also have teeth so I'm going to,cut out some teeth start with this here,cut out some white for the top,one night cut out some teeth little,rounded little guys hmm there we go we,got some teeth we got a little smile,look at that look at that little smile I,think you need some bottom teeth too,let's cut those out so I finished,cutting my teeth by hand I'm gonna put,them on the mouth look at that now that,is adorable this smile is ready to go,I'm gonna glue it in place first I want,to glue on my top row sitting up there,including it in place,glue on my bottom teeth all right we're,going to put it on our minion but where,are we gonna put it let's find out,because I'm asked so far this is the,mouth flap which we're gonna tuck right,in here and now I have to decide where I,went my mouth,should it be higher lower Bret in the,middle what do you think I think here is,good so we're gonna glue that there I'm,just gonna use a little bit of glue in,the top just in case it's bad it'll be,easier to take off those spots all right,get that glue in there nice so we got,our mouthpiece in place that's good to,go now all we have to do is apply our,velcro so that we can open and close the,mouth flap at our convenience so I've,got my velcro here there's two parts to,it I'm gonna put the fluffy part on this,side I'm gonna put the sticky part the,prickly part on this side so they line,up here and I'm gonna put that in place,now that we've attached our mouthpiece,so we're ready to go we're ready to make,minion goggles so that our minion can,see here's the supply list for part two,to make goggles I've got two cups,covered in silver paint white felt black,elastic scissors and exacto blade and a,glue gun so I've got my two silver cups,it's just a plain plastic cup that I've,painted silver with paint or you can use,a permanent marker or duct tape anything,that'll make it silver I'm going to,first create the shape of the goggle by,cutting down the cup down the center,line here,snip-snip and then I'm gonna cut all the,way around so that it's just the base of,the cup showing one cup and gonna cut,the other now we've got two eyes in the,making next you'll want to cut out the,middle with an exacto blade so right now,all I'm doing is putting it face down,I'm piercing it and I'm cutting out the,eye that out and the other one all right,we've got two eyes in the making now we,have to put the pupils arms that we have,big fun minion eyeballs so to do that,I'm gonna put what I'm gonna call my,lenses down over the white fabric and,then with my pencil I'm just gonna mark,the shape of the eye around and around,I'm also going to mark the inside of the,cell so my pencil markings are pretty,light but I can see them just enough so,that I can cut I'm also going to mark at,the inside of the eye so when I take,these up to very faint circles to work,with so I'm gonna cut this out with my,scissors I also want to cut out the,middle parts but I'm going to do this a,special way kind of like I'm cutting up,high so I'm gonna cut this middle into,eights a line across,across the line down this is gonna help,us see line it up and then diagonally,like a pie so now we've got our eye,holes so that I can also see we're gonna,put this face down on the table with the,pencil markings up and then I'm gonna,put my lenses over it right here like,that now's the fun part we're gonna glue,all of those little pieces of pie that I,just made How To DIY Despicable Me Minion Halloween Costume! Easy, Cheap DIY Male & Female!

oh good,i can see you can you see,okay,here is all our stuff for the guy and,girl minion costumes that we'll be using,um we're trying to keep with the jeans,because they're,it's really hard to find jean overalls,like these guys wear,so this is what i'm going to be using,and then for,the male costume i got suspenders and,yeah you'll see it closer when we're,making it but this is basically what you,will need and all the info will be on my,blog,too okay so if you don't have yellow,clothing because it's really hard to,find yellow things,then what i got was this fabric dye and,i just got this from michaels so i got,yellow dye,and i'm going to dye my nylons and dye,our hats,and since we don't have gloves we're,going to put baggies on our hands,so this is how we're doing the hats it,seems to be working so far,just put some water in with it and now,we're just squishing it around to get,the color in them,i have stained yellow hands so i have,our taking over,just make sure you guys have gloves for,this because we don't have gloves,it's kind of hard but at least it dyed,it yellow you tell them why we don't,have clothes,because he not to not,has black available and then the goggle,parts are actually gray,so i picked these up at home depot you,should have seen me i was trying these,on my eyes,the guys working were like do you need,help and meanwhile i have these up to my,eyes i'm like no it's okay,so i got some gray paint at michael's,this was like just a dollar,and so we are going to paint these and,then i bought these elastics just at,walmart,to use as a strap and then this is just,the glue that we will use to glue these,two,together actually working good for just,like dollar paint,so these goggles are gonna be perfect,i'm so excited,we got the professional taking over here,getting his hands dirty,yeah no i started getting paint on my,hands so i let him do it,that paint doesn't come off,okay now we're doing the hair and the,hat is dry,you can see the hat is yellow it's,perfect so now we're going to do these,little black hairs so i have pipe,cleaners,and you just want to stick them through,the hat,as far as you want the hair you can have,long hair you can have short ones like,that,totally up to you and so i'll stick,these through,so we just gotta trim them inside so you,can print this off the internet it's,just a badge that they wear on their,overalls,you can cut it out and just stick it on,or you can take a black marker and like,draw it in now we're going to finish the,goggles and i just got this,at home depot it's this amazing goop,and this isn't all painted perfectly on,this side but this is going to be the,side,that we see and so we're going to glue,these two together,and then glue the band around it to have,his goggles,you're trying to glue them together are,you seriously blowing on it,hold it together keep it held together,honey hold it together for us,eh,changed my shirt even,now he's gonna put the strap on the,goggles to wrap around her head,are you serious i came in he was trying,to dry it like this,whoa it's really drying fast now,why don't you blow on it too if you want,to see our whole outfit,like what we're wearing everywhere and,it all put together,then check back on halloween and we will,show you

DIY- MINIONS COSTUME (yellow & purple)

for the purple minion what you're gonna,need is some black gloves some fake,teeth uh some eyelashes purple eyelashes,some spray-on paint purple paint for,your hair and also for your face this is,a cream paint for the fake teeth what I,did is I painted them white because I,couldn't find white teeth so I painted,them white and for the glasses what I,used are some foam cops and what I did,is I cut them at an angle and I glue,them together and then I spray-painted,them gray because the glasses are great,so what I did also is I use an elastic,and I'm also going to attach or ghoulia,less and then I'm going to also use a,stapler to secure the elastic with the,phone then I'm going to start off by,painting my entire face I try to use,those little sponge thingies for the,makeup but you know what just do it with,your fingers it's easier and what I did,is I covered my entire face everything,okay,so delete oh oh oh and the Spanish word,I'm gonna teach you guys today is how to,say costume in Spanish you say these,four asks is we're doing here a costume,it's these but ass,make sure to also do your neck okay,everything your face your neck your ears,everything everything and after that,what I'm going to do is I'm going to,apply my fake eyelashes purple eyelashes,if you need to add word paint go ahead,and do so I couldn't find purple eye,contacts I wanted to but I couldn't so,if you can find four by contacts they,would look amazing with this costume now,we're moving on to our hair and I reckon,that you to do first your hair and then,your face basically what you're going to,do is you're going to tease your entire,hair it has to look super super messy,and of course very very ugly I do like a,bump and then I clipped it on and I'm,gonna keep on teasing my hair,and then I'm going to spray-paint my,hair with purple I know it looks kind of,pink but it's purple it's going to look,purple later,you add your teeth and your glasses and,there you have it your purple minion,costume,for the costume I use some boots,leggings a black skirt black suspenders,and for the yellow median it's basically,a same but different colors instead of,purple you're gonna use yellow clothes,and yellow um face paint and also for,the beanie just used a yellow beanie and,add some black pipe cleaner so looks,like the hair,you

Minions | Despicable Me Costume | DIY

(Music),Here's what you'll need for putting together your awesome minion costume,you'll need something for a yellow body or skin, denim overalls, black boots and gloves,a lab goggles and a yellow cap and decide if you want,to have a hair or no hair as the minions of both bald and sometimes have a little hair.,First I took two pairs of yellow tights and I did dye these but you can,buy them yellow I just couldn't find any at the time the first pair I cut off the,foot because I'm going to use these as a top so I cut off about five or six,inches of each foot and then I cut open just a little bit at a time you can,start with the center I cut out for putting your head through,your arms we'll go through the rest of it.,There see there's your top if you,want you can cut the bottom a little bit too but it's up to you it's pretty,stretchy next is the denim overalls so for these I had actually found some,leggings or stretchy leggings that looked like denim jeans and as you can,see I cut them at about above the knees or shorts length and what I ended up,doing was taking the rest of the bottom of the,stretch leggings and creating a overalls look so I took one side or one side of,the extra leg cut it open and laid it out to have the front of the overalls or,the bib and then I took another little piece and made what look like a pocket,for the front you add the logo for that the minions having all of their overalls,and then the other leg I used to make the straps.,Next I sewed everything together.,Now you don't have to sew everything you can actually use there's,things like fabric glue and other things and it really actually doesn't need,hemming necessarily,(Music),and the next thing I did was I printed out the G logo and the buttons or,something that looked like buttons again I did these with paper that you can print an,iron-on transfer with but you can just either even draw them on the fabric or,you know point out a piece of paper or even just a sticky label and sticker on,one will work - and then I earned them down and now it's all done and next I,need to make the lab goggles so for these I just took some cardstock paper,folded it over a few times to make it a little bit sturdier and taped and glued,them together and then measured the size I have printed out some eyeballs of the,minions here I'm putting foil in on the inside and I'll be putting it on the,outside and once I did that I cut out little paper eyes and glued or taped them into,the goggles and then glued the two to put the rest of the foil around the two,pieces after they were glued,(Music),when we feed my lions and chimp,(Music),And here is the finished product.,Now don't forget you have get your gloves and your black boots,What I did for my cap was the little bits that I cut off of the the leggings for the top,I cut open and sew together leaving open two holes for my pigtails.,So there is your minions costume. Movie Buddies!,Hey guys, it's Pierce.,Today I'm going to be showing you two easy DIYs.,Minion Movie Buddies,And a Minion costume,Let's get started with the Minion Movie Buddies.,You will need google eyes, scissors, plastic Easter eggs in blue and yellow, silver pipe cleaners, battery operated votive candles, black ribbon, and a hot glue gun.,Let's start with yellow. Next, let's start with blue.,Switch the yellow and the blue like this.,So, you have to make them into tiny circles.,Like a ring... like this!,Might need your Mommy and Daddy's help.,These silver rings make the goggles.,To make the black band that goes around the goggles, you need the black ribbon.,You have to cut them into strips. Like this.,Put it around the head and wrap it around.,Now for the hot glue part. You want to glue the black ribbon to the yellow part of the egg. Glue the eye on the seam. Glue the silver ring around the eye.,Now, you put fire in them. Then, they start to glow.,By fire, I mean the battery operated votive candles.,Tah-Dah!
