How To Make A Black Widow Shot | Halloween Cocktail Recipe | Epic Guys Bartending
greetings puny mortals as my day,approaches I require one no two virgin,sacrifices each day or I epic guy Randy,will lay waste to your Halloween party,with some of these cocktails I'm going,to show you how to make these cocktails,are fabulous they look as good as they,taste and there's something here for,everyone no matter how large or small,your party you can make it stand out,using my recipe we are quickly,approaching one of my favorite holidays,of the year Halloween of course and what,can really make or break a good,Halloween party is whether or not the,cocktails and snacks are themed along,with the atmosphere the rest of the,evening so I've put together a series of,Halloween cocktail videos here to help,you out with that tonight I want to show,you what I call the black widow shot as,always you want to start with some,fantastic looking glassware so I'm using,a two ounce flared shot glass that has a,nice little colored inset on the bottom,of it in like a blood,was great with Halloween shots and just,like we did on some of the other drinks,you need a small plate with some simple,syrup smeared on it and a dish to hold,some of the sanding sugar I've already,put out some red sanding sugar for that,you want to take your glassware and just,turn it upside down on the simple syrup,for half a second just get that edge,nice and wet with the with the sugar,water let let it drip for a second,because you don't want as much as,usually it's on it's pretty thick then,you simply want to take it from here and,stick it right in your sugar and that,sugar is going to stick to everything,that's wet and look at that is that not,just a fabulous looking a little glass,now I really like the way that it comes,out a lot thinner than mostly glasses,and it just accents the edge just,perfectly the first thing you need for,this drink is half an ounce of chilled,cranberry juice that's going to let it,sit right on the bottom for you we need,just half an ounce of it,just try to get it over the rim without,screwing up the nice rim you just sanded,then you're going to need an ounce and a,half of black vodka now I don't have,blue vada or anything else in my area so,I have to just use food coloring and,color my own vodka a little bit just,don't do too much because it's not good,for too many other things if you use a,spoon and you chilled your cranberry,juice you should be able to layer this a,little bit and get the red to stay in,the bottom,even though I've sanded the edge of this,glass I still want to put a little,garnish on it so I've got a little,cocktail cherry there on a skewer that,you can put there it's a nice little,flavor to get after the thing because,that is a lot about it tastes a lot like,a Cosmo but it is just cranberry juice,and vodka in these size glasses there's,not really any room for ice so you do,want to chill all your ingredients ahead,of time this is much better cold and,there you have the Black Widow shop,thanks for watching always drink,responsibly and remember that if you're,not getting scared or scaring somebody,on Halloween you're not doing it right,see you next time

it's Halloween time again boys and girls,so let us show you some Halloween hacks,right here at tipsy bartender so first,things first what do we have dry ice we,love dry ice okay you go to you are get,some dry ice cut it up into small pieces,and you put those in the bottom but,regular ice on top you do not want dry,ice touching your lips or getting in,your mouth it dries doesn't make you,sick that's just that's just carbon,dioxide that you see flowing out there,so it's quite fine and dry says a lot of,fun makes you drink look spectacular,here spider ice cubes but you could get,any insect and what you do is you just,put them inside your ice cube tray then,you put your water in put them in the,freezer and now when you serve your,drinks you have an insect inside okay,really freaky guests out how's that,awesome yeah love it we freeze them and,by break them out beautiful,you see Eclair that is your clear ice,enthusiasts there's some twists you,could put on that but guess what I mean,look at that look at it it's scary I,don't want that might because I'm scared,okay,arachnophobia is that what is called,uh-huh you guys all know that remember,that movie try to spell it don't,guarantee I'd catch a couple of you all,right,beautiful next up we have the ice hand,look at that okay that's somebody's,hands are chopped off put in your punch,all you need is a latex glove portal,water you want to wash your latex glove,for us because a lot of them have like,powder on it so that it doesn't stick so,you don't wash your latex cloth fill it,up,freeze it cut it open and then you have,a little hand look at that huh huh,that's right floating around keep your,drink cool looks real cool he has,another added twist Apple heads they,look like shrunken skulls okay so what,you do you peel the Apple all right,beautiful cut a piece off all right core,it core it and now you go around squeeze,lime on it the reason why squeezing lime,on it so that it doesn't turn brown,however Brown in this particular case,might not be that bad because it should,be rotten looking maybe but you know,squeeze some lemon oh okay and now you,carve in a little face put some scars on,it some battle wounds okay keep it super,sexy yes,beautiful love it now we drop it in the,oven for 90 minutes bake at 250 it can,shrink a little bit because it's,supposed to be like a shrunken head,okay next up we have test tube shots you,guys have seen these before and it's,really easy to do because you could take,any shot put it in a test tube and all,of a sudden it has a Halloween feel that,right there's just melon like y'all,going in okay give us a nice green okay,then we wanna vodka we come in behind,out with some red food coloring to give,us a little bit of red a little bit of,blood floating through it super cool all,right,really really cool get your test tube on,alright don't steal one from the science,lab okay all you guys in college next up,is the syringe shot you see these a lot,with jello shots but they don't have to,be jello shots okay you can put any kind,of shot in here pull it in the syringe,and you just squirt it right in the,person's mouth okay don't actually make,contact with their mouth keep a little,distance okay cuz I don't want your,backwash touching my beautiful mouth,next it was a blood garnish so we have,is corn syrup and we mix that with red,food coloring and it gives us this,really thick bloody look okay and when,you use it you rim your glass in it and,it drains it gives you this real cool,blood effect she added some chocolate,syrup to it too beautiful rich looking,blood okay but some of you might not,have chocolate syrup you could just go,red food coloring but chocolate shop,obviously makes it much more arterial,bleeding for those of you that did a,little bit of biology that's right you,know the arteries you know when they,burst oh my god you know like the aorta,anyway this right here is the eyeballs,watch how we do these I don't need a bit,of red jam and then you could stick in a,bluey blueberry and all of a sudden now,if you stick it into that lychee and all,of a sudden I you have a bloody eye but,it's fully edible and it's delicious cuz,leeches are delicious blueberries are,delicious okay and that Jam is delicious,next up this one's real cool you could,take a radish,okay cut out the heart will not the,heart got a hole in it to make up then,you cut off the cut off the top of an,olive stick that in there now you have,another little eyeball okay then what,kind of high you want next up ladies and,gentlemen many of you for them vodka,gummy bears,how about gummy worms okay put them in,soak them in some booze,preferably vodka okay let it sit gotta,sit for a while okay competing for like,24 hours maybe two days all right and,then you break them out and it's good to,go,and last but not least glow in the dark,okay,tonic water has this ingredient sit,right there it's called q9 when you put,that under a blacklight,it glows so you want to use tonic water,in your drinks so yes those were 10,hacks

welcome back to vladlix today we will,make,scary delicious cocktails that will help,you stand out at the potty better,than any costume but before we start,this week's giveaway i have this pumpkin,no old-fashioned,and instead of large ice cubes i made a,nice pumpkins you can get this silicon,ice malt on etsy just for a couple of,dollars,in mixing class 4 aged rom you also can,try with whiskey then,simple syrup next is not a malibu it's,actually a pumpkin spice liqueur add,chocolate and cacao beaters,now fill up glass with ice and stir it,with a bar spoon or magic wand for 15 to,20 seconds,now into the rock glass add a couple of,iced pumpkins and strain everything on,top,you can garnish it with maraschino,cherry but with this ice it looks so,attractive that you can serve this,delicious pumpkin old fashion without,anything extra,i would also recommend freezing a few,extra pieces it's a perfect shape for,any halloween cocktails or,if someone prefer to have let's say,whiskey on rocks next will be a very,special pumpkin meal that we are going,to serve inside,yep a pumpkin i chose the medium sized,one so it can fit about 10,ounces cut the top and get rid of,everything from the inside,not going to pretend i expected it would,be a little faster so if you will be,using pumpkin as your serving cup make,sure to do this in advance and not right,before pouring,ingredients it's ready now let's add a,pumpkin vodka,next we need lime squeeze some fresh,juice add a few pieces of,ice fill up with ginger beer and lightly,stir it for convenient drinking episode,cocktails with absinthe so i thought,halloween is the perfect occasion to,make it again,but slightly different in the chilled,champagne glass at absent,as always i'm using the most expensive,champagne that you can get at,walmart fill up to the top lightly stir,it traditionally we would use,mint leaves as a garnish on top but last,time i checked this video is about,scary looking halloween cocktails so we,will use body parts,well not literally but get this gruesome,gummy body parts candy,let's use brain so you can eat it and,say that your halloween theme,is being a dr hannibal lecter this,simple combination probably my favorite,on today's list and i'm sure you will,love it too,pumpkin ale tastes great but this is not,beer or ale tasting episode so,let's get a tall glass i will be using a,chilled mason jar pour,ale inside this is optional but i like,it sweeter and i will add pumpkin syrup,you can use simple syrup since this one,is not so easy to find,add few scoops of pumpkin gelato and do,not serve this to your italian friends,since,they will find it quite inappropriate to,use gelato this way,also a great variation would be to use a,pumpkin cider cheers to everyone for,liking this video,if you will be serving whiskey or,whiskey based cocktails here is an easy,way to infuse it with smoke,and make a scary awesome presentation i,knew that this overpriced called vodka,would be useful one day,get rid of vodka and using a smoking gun,add plenty of your favorite smoke into,the bottle,let's pour the most premium canadian,whiskey inside and close it tight,it's already better than pouring whiskey,from the regular bottle but we go a step,further,and using ice mold i made skulls that,will make you feel like a james bond,inspector,visiting mexico during the day of the,dead holiday can't argue that zombie,cocktail is a good fit to celebrate,halloween,let's try to make this cocktail as close,as possible to original version we will,need to shake this with crushed eyes,so let's go pour three different types,of rom,next add falerinoon fresh lime juice,then squeeze some grapefruit juice,cinnamon syrup which is basically a,simple syrup infused with cinnamon,a little bit of grenadine syrup and,right before he was going to say wow,there was a lot of ingredients we need,to add one spoon of absinthe,and couple dashes of angus tour beaters,you supposed to shake it with six ounces,of crushed ice,if you don't want to measure it here you,can see how six ounces of crushed ice,looks combine them together,and shake it like you were the person,who about to turn into zombie in the,movie world war z,now pull everything into scary looking,glass add a lot of crushed ice on top,i wanted to use gummy brain candy but,since we already used it let's garnish,it with ear,eye and the food add one medium sized,piece of dry ice for smoky effect,and don't drink more than two of them,per night or you will turn,into the walking dead zombie character,without even noticing it if there are,way too many,ingredients for you and you don't want,to spend your monthly budget on zombie,cocktail here is a great solution for,you let's make a candy corn infused,vodka in the empty bottle put about 1,cup of candy corn fill up with vodka,from costco,no worries flavor will significantly,improve after you let it sit for about,4-5 hours,after candy dissolves you will get this,bright orange color and of course,sweet candy corn infused flavored vodka,that can be used for different cocktails,or can be served as shots you're,probably asking why did you make me buy,pumpkin flavored vodka for,one cocktail only actually no now we're,going to make,delicious pumpkin white russian in a,mixing glass add pumpkin vodka,color or similar coffee liqueur add ice,and stir it i'm going to strain it into,the cube glass,yeah for this presentation unfortunately,you can't serve it on the rocks,now i need some whipping cream let's,shake it for a few seconds to make it,more thick and using spoon,carefully layer it on top you can use,different stencils here,like pumpkin or spider web place it on,top of the glass,and sprinkle with cocoa powder if you,want to hello everyone and welcome back to my,channel so today's video is all about,the 1920s finger wave Bob I have a,little tutorial today showing you how to,get this Bob you can do it without the,headband and without the makeup and just,give yourself an awesome bob for a night,out or if you want it for a costume then,add the headband and you're good to go,so if you want to get this 1920s finger,wave faux bob then just keep watching ok,so here we are,straight hair make sure your hair is,parted deeply to the side if you have a,center part you might want to fix that,because it just looks better with kind,of a over cross part now I'm just gonna,section off my hair above my ears we're,gonna be working in sections here so,just take half of your hair up and get,it out of the way so I just clip that up,because we'll be working with that later,now the remaining hair is gonna be,hidden so I divide it into two and now,I'm gonna take each section and braid it,just a normal braid it doesn't matter,what it looks like because again this is,the hair that is hiding underneath our,finger wave bob perfect then we're just,dancing as we're braiding and then you,pin that up to your head so you want to,kind of wrap it around so it lies flat,against your head and it's almost like,you're doing this to put a wig on,so you want to lay flat so that we can,put all their hair on kind of like,covering it up so again just a couple,pins laying it flat pinning it up so,this is what it looks like because I,have so much hair I don't want to do,this faux bob using all of my hair so,then let the rest of your hair go and I,actually realized that I still had too,much hair so this will depend on how,thick or long your hair is if it's extra,thick and extra long definitely hide in,a braid as much as you can because you,really want that length and that,fullness to be gone and to be hidden in,order to give it a faux bob effect so,then again just pinning this to my head,so that it lays nice and flat with,rest of the braids perfect now it still,looks like I have so much hair left,taking a one inch curling wand I'm,taking one-inch sections of hair and I'm,kind of working backwards in rows so,what you're gonna do is curl the hair,towards your face okay so I'm putting,the curling iron in front of the piece,of hair and then wrapping the hair,towards the curling iron as you can see,here hold it for as long as a Cronauer,needs and then release it make sure to,hold the curl in your hand this is what,pin curls are so you take these pin curl,clips you can get anywhere any like,Walmart drugstore and you pin it up so,what this does it has allows the curl to,cool and it leaves it with the bounciest,tightest curl possible so again I'm,working backwards as if I have like a,row directly down the center of my head,putting the curling iron in front of,that piece of hair and rolling it,forward so curling it forwards you want,to make sure the hair also lies nice and,flat on the curling iron and it's not,bunching up so try to line it smoothly,across the entire barrel and flat across,the entire barrel again release it hold,it in your hands and then clip it back,perfect and just keep doing that so I'm,gonna show you again here one-inch piece,curling iron in front of the hair wrap,it towards oh I lost grip on this one,and the hair nice lies nice and flat and,then just release it hold in your hand,and then put in the pin curl clip now,into the second row instead of doing,like vertical rows we're still kind of,doing like across my head as you'll be,able to see in a second so again forward,so curling iron in front of the piece of,hair and wrapping the hair towards the,cronin or towards your face same thing,here but now again just clipping that,piece of hair in with the pink lips,today you just flat metal cliffs perfect,and then again just keep doing that so,taking one-inch section holding it up,rolling it forwards you've probably seen,tons of pictures of old Hollywood stars,with their hair and pin curls like this,so you just do the remaining hair on to,the other side we're gonna do this a,tiny bit different taking again a same,inch of hair again going back to that,back row we're gonna take it but this,time we're gonna put the curling iron,behind the head and roll it away from,the face what this does is that the S,Curl shape that we're gonna be making,will all be going around in the same,direction or on your entire head so it's,like all clockwise or all,counterclockwise whichever way you're,looking at it so just make sure you do,one side of your face towards your face,and one side of your head away from your,face if that makes any sense at all and,as you can see here you can make a,little mistakes this one wasn't as,tightly curled so I just suggested it,rolled it up and pinned it back again,same thing just working backwards,towards the back of the head in rows,c'est la vie,and is finishing up so here is the final,look all of the beautiful pin curls so,you want to let this sit do your makeup,whatever let it sit for a good half an,hour to let the coolest curls completely,cool when they're cool to touch just,release all of the pins and this is what,you're left with,so again leaves them in as long as you,possibly can for a good half an hour my,reaction to how curly these curls are,I'm laughing it's so funny they're so,curly alright so everything is out I am,just going to run through these curls,with my fingers so you just want to,break these curls up because we do not,actually want Shirley Temple curls so,yes just breaking them all up as the,first step then going in with a soft,bristled brush I'm just going to slowly,and,gently brush out the curls even more,because we want them to be soft and,naturally create that S shape that we're,going to go work with then I'm taking a,wide toothed comb and now we're gonna go,in to create that S shape with the curls,so you kind of just wiggle your comb,through it and your hair will create,that curl kind of naturally because,we've curled it in already so the first,pin clip I'm gonna put in it's gonna go,away from my face and then you just,manipulate the hair and with the comb,and kind of see where the next shape,would be and you can see my hair just,kind of curls forward right away so that,is where it wants to go and then you,just push up the hair and stick in,another pin clip as well so there we go,so one clip goes behind the back of your,head and the other one faces towards,your face then we're kind of gonna do,like two layers it's mostly just like,the big front section that we want to,look like this the back can kind of just,be curly but again I'm doing the same,thing on this side as well,there we go we're just manipulating,these curls and we're kind of setting,them in this shape so all you do is,again push your hand up with the curl,and you can see it going in the opposite,direction there go so now we have that S,shape so again you just brush through,with the comb and put those clips in,accordingly kind of where the hair wants,to go to create that S shape so one clip,forwards and one clip backwards and,repeat that process tada,same thing on the other side so I'm just,kind of brushing through to kind of see,which direction my hair wants to go,leave it behind and then just pushing,that hair and manipulating that hair,forwards there we go and then I'm gonna,clip it there as you can see then,pushing it backwards and there's a,perfect s shape as you can see me do,tada,let that sit for a good 15 minutes,and then take them out very very gently,so there we go I'm just taking it out,the clips nothing really crazy to see,here perfect then I just take a comb in,case anything kind of sprung up or got,stuck in the clip just to smooth,everything out there we go see,everything is bouncing right back into,that s shape because we've set them like,that just finessing my little baby hairs,so annoying perfect now we're gonna work,on the bob part of it so we have the,curls now we need to make it look like,it's a short bob so I pull a section,down and I hold one piece with my,fingers and then I tease up the top of,it then the back piece is actually gonna,cover I so I kind of like as you can see,you limited again brush upwards to,cheez-it I still have one piece that's,kind of straight in my fingers and I use,this and I roll it under and I clip it,in with bobby pins into the braids so,here I go again I take a section pull it,down brush up just the ends fold it,under there we go so kind of pushing it,back because you want it to go over all,the braids you had in the back of your,hair cover them and then fold under so,the rest of your hair will kind of fall,down on top and if you have any layers,they'll fall nicely just gonna,finesse the front part here I want it to,mean asymmetrical Bob so I'm just gonna,give this a little volume so I'm just,putting a bobby pin kind of pinning it,backwards so that the hair doesn't fall,completely in my face then I'm also,gonna take a pin and hide it to kind of,accentuate the s curl around my forehead,voila so that is kind of it for the,asymmetrical bob you can play with,certain pieces,nice coat of hairspray and then you do,want to tease those last two pieces,we're not gonna be tucking them under,because we want this piece long but,again if your hair is longer you,probably do have to tuck it so just kind,of based on how it layered your hair is,but I'm just spraying those ends up so,that it is a really bouncy bob I've,already done the same thing on the other,side I just kept the pin in them the,pins in them and then this is what the,other side looks like it is all curled,under and pinned under but I'm just,gonna kind of finesse some little boo,and welcome to saucy cat my name is,connor and i have quite the spooky,special for you today,now i am no bartender but i have picked,up a couple cocktails over the years,just specifically for this season,so today i will share with you a literal,rainbow of halloween drinks,let's go ahead and dive in so to start,us off i have a drink that both looks,and tastes like the spirit of halloween,itself a refreshing drink that makes you,feel about a thousand years younger,i call this a vampire's kiss all you,need is crayon pineapple juice and,bamboo rum,then give it a stir and boom drink is,done,this drink is simple but super picky i,have not been able to recreate the,flavor of this drink with any other type,of rum or juice,if you're looking for this cool blood,dripping rim effect just chill the glass,first and dip it into some colored corn,syrup,easy as that i love the vampire's kiss,because it's a very simple mix,and surprisingly enough it tastes,exactly like caramel apple,love it or hate it we can all agree that,candy corn is a halloween classic,so i created this next drink to make,sure that we can all enjoy this spooky,candy,get ready for a candy corn surprise,let's first deck out our glass,grab two small bowls one with simple,syrup and one with sugar,dip the rim into the simple syrup then,into the sugar,and voila now we're gonna pour orange,juice,pineapple juice and rum into a cup give,it a stir,and pour it into our glass now add some,grenadine,sit back and watch as everyone freaks,out about how cool looking your candy,corn surprise looks,this drink looks fantastic and on top of,that it is so yummy,you really can never go wrong with a,tropical rum drink,all right guys now if you have a hazmat,suit at home,now is the time to bust it out because,we're about to create,toxic sludge grab a shaker and add,orange juice,lemon lime soda a couple of ice cubes,and midori melon liquor,give that a good shake get your strainer,and pour this biohazard into your glass,and boom you got yourself a delicious,glass of toxic sludge,i absolutely love the color of this,drink it is such a cartoonishly toxic,green,and it is so simple to make toxic sludge,is so refreshing and chock full of fruit,flavor,but the one that stands out the most is,the melon from our liquor,this is a busy time of year for all,those monsters out there they put in so,much time and effort to make sure our,halloween season is perfect,so i created this next drink to remind,our monster friends that,they got some time off coming up soon i,call this a monster's vacation,to start us off we're gonna add a,coconut rum white rum,blue croco and ice into our shaker give,that a good mix and pour it into our,glass,top the glass off with ice and then grab,a spoon,we're going to very carefully pour,pineapple juice onto the spoon,until the drink is topped off if you,pour the pineapple juice too quickly,you'll end up getting a solid green,drink which is fine but it's more of a,swamp instead of a nice beach,this drink is absolutely beautiful it is,exactly what a day on the beach would,look like with all those extra eyes,the monster's vacation is a very,flavorful drink and it tastes exactly,as tropical as it sounds,up next we have a drink straight out of,a witch's tower,now when i was on my way out of there i,stumbled upon a big cauldron full of,this stuff,due to the side effects i decided to,call this midnight madness,so to start this one off we're going to,add vodka blue croco,sweet and sour mix grenadine and ice,into our shaker,give that a nice shake and pour,everything into your glass then top it,off with cranberry juice,midnight madness is a refreshing and,tangy drink the cranberry,really is a strong flavor in this one,but the orange from our croco makes sure,that it doesn't get too batty,well there you have it that is five,ghoulish drinks to make any monster mash,a graveyard smash,let me know what are some of your,favorite spirits in the comment section,down below,like and subscribe for future witches,brews and we'll see you next time on,saucy cat,oh oh no he made it use too much muscles,oh
