hey y'all what's up it's Hannah and,welcome back to my channel and hello if,you are new here,today's video is really really exciting,because my sister and I are going to be,dressing up all of the horses if you,have like a parade that you're doing,with your horse or you just want to,dress them up for Halloween we're going,to be giving you all five costume ideas,for them I'm see how we're super excited,I think we're gonna do the minis first,so Lila and I are about to go and catch,them and then we'll get started if you,guys enjoy this video please give a,thumbs up and click on that subscribe,button down below so you can see it more,in my future videos and be sure to turn,on that notification bell so you get,notified when I upload it and yeah let's,just,okay so over here I have like a bunch of,our old dress-up stuff that we had from,like when we were little Paco is going,to be a fairy princess so I got some,like wings and stuff I'm not really sure,which ones we're gonna use for him so,I'm just gonna grab both of these while,which ones do you want to use the white,ones are the pink ones I think we should,use these we're gonna grab this tutu,this crown thing this is gonna be so fun,okay so this is Paco he is going to be,our fairy princess Pegasus,type of thing I just really wanted to,put like wings in a tutu on someone so,that's what we're doing,I think I'm gonna tie it with this you,had this one or that would you have this,or that oh my god that's funny want I,don't know it went to fairy princess,he's like oh gosh,oh yeah put that honor,okay there's our ferry funny sounds like,we want you how do you want to put this,on it you can stick it in a solitaire,song push it lower you think it's,awesome you go get him a cookie and I,didn't really tie this if you were like,actually like walking around with this,you'd have to like tie it on like this,okay here's Stoppers you look so this,wig is a Hannah Montana wig that I,caught when I was like six and I did not,take good care of it obviously but it's,done it looks cooler like this anyway,and then I got this rockin riot shirt,thing that I tied on him and this is,coming apart if you like we're actually,doing this she'd have to like clip it to,this yeah it looks cool in the front cuz,like I don't look in the front but you,can clip them right there with like,clothes pins or like paper clips or,something this is okay go get him a,cookie no look at me now,okay now let's leave our turn he's gonna,be a who answer,this would alternative super cute if you,had some like tropical flowers the easy,clip in there mate but we were just,using what we had but that would be,really really cute,okay here's Levi's he's a hula dancer,okay guys so he has his leg he's coconut,bra which we tied on with twine this,just went over his neck and then we have,these grass skirts which are actual,grass skirts right,no what are they I have one there just,think are they like for a table,no it's they're supposed they're grass,skirts but they're not like real ones I,have a real one but I don't use and then,we just like paper clothes pen whatever,you call it around that's a good song,that's in scope okay see how that sleeve,I,okay here's lady we're not finished with,her yet she's a hippie so we have the,bandana the bell-bottoms and we have,some feathers and humming over here and,we're gonna paint some peace signs on,like her butt and maybe like her,shoulder or something,there's my attempt at a piece that looks,terrible Lila's probably looks really,good okay look at my janky pee signs and,then look at Lila's lines crap no it's,not it's good that's not fair my looks,my legs like they have that of Barney,near the artist here yeah you are,she looks so cute,okay here's lady she looks so cute,okay,okay now let's blue jeans turn she's,gonna be like an Indian so I'm gonna,like put feathers and romaine and like,paint like arrows and stuff on her okay,that's it so far not done yet,okay okay wait Alex you made it look so,cute I messed it up well if this er,could have been a little bit small I,would have been better but you know,there's like a no gap you connected on,hang on,okay so blue jeans is almost done I did,this circle like a little too big around,her eye so Lila has a leg and fix it and,then hold on,we have feathers and her main Lila did,that era and now I'm gonna put my,handprint on her butt and then I think,we'll be done,oh yeah that's good,you

Dressing My Horses Up in Halloween Costumes AD | This Esme

moments,hello everybody this is me and today i'm,going to be dressing my horses up for,halloween so when i say dressing up,we're not going to be quite dressing,them up but we're gonna be making casper,here into a beautiful unicorn i think,i'm gonna give him a lovely rainbow mane,we'll see if the horn works if not you,might have to be a pegasus and draw some,wings on him and then for joey we're,gonna actually be making him into this,really cool skeleton halls because joey,is darker he's like a dapple irony gray,so i thought that would be really super,fun,for today yes because tomorrow is,halloween so anyway casper is a little,bit dirty right now so you're not really,looking like a unicorn much at the,moment so i think the first thing i'm,going to do,is wash off his hooves get them looking,sparkling clean and then tackle his mane,which is nice and naughty and dirty and,also all the little muddy patches on him,as well,come on in let's go and clean our hooves,who's cleaning time,coming in,good man,i'll keep,there we go,got a hay in it to keep you happy hey,all right so i've just washed off,casper's hooves,and he has actually lost a shoe we think,because it's so muddy at the moment that,the mud has just sort of pulled it off,so i have already called the farrier,today so he will be coming,in the next couple of days which is good,well done casp so um doesn't matter we,can have a,three shoe unicorn that's fine you know,so um he's a little bit muddy here so i,think the first thing i need to do is,give him a big room so i'm gonna grab my,grooming brushes and make you look a,little bit more white and less like a,bug,monster right still got all the fluff on,excuse me,all right guys i've just finished,grooming and washing casper because he,was pretty dirty but not too bad he's,been worse but anyway now he's a lot,cleaner he's still a little bit damp,worried to give him a little bit of a,rinse off and i cannot believe how,quickly his coat has grown back i swear,and clipped him like a,week or two ago and he's so fluffy again,um obviously not as fluffy he was before,but still that is a lot of growth there,casper anyway so the next thing i need,to do is make him into a unicorn so i,actually have these really cool sort of,chalk things that i will go and get soon,and show you but i think he's going to,look super cute with the rainbow mane,all right so i now have the hair chalk,so i've actually used this before on the,horses i've been using this since i was,like little when i used to do camps and,on the last day of camp would always,like dress up the horses that kind of,thing this is really good because it,washes in and out it's not permanent at,all safe for animals that kind of things,obviously you know i don't want to use,anything nasty on them so it's literally,chalk it washes in and out they look,quite cool there's lots of different,colors i think i'm gonna do rainbow um,so i don't know what color i'm going to,start with i'm going to start with red,so i think that looks like a red and,then you do orange yellow,green blue indigo violet,might put some pink in there as well,even though i know that's not like a,rainbow in the rainbow color but i think,casper will rock the pink as well so,let's start i don't know if i should,start from like top to bottom or bottom,to top but i think i'm going to start,here because he seems quite happy down,there with his hay um so i'll start up,here so i don't have to bother him so,let's hope this works i've never done it,in a main before but it's supposed to be,for mains or hair,oh my gosh casper you look so cool with,a red mane,yeah boy,okay i don't know how far like how big,to do the chunks maybe like plait chunks,so that sort of size if i was planting,should i do this little bit here yeah,why not let's do him too,okay next is orange,okay oh no i've got it on in there,it's all right washes off,orange next,oh my gosh wow this looks so cool i love,it,this is like all my childhood dreams,come true the amount of times i've won a,pet unicorn,and now i'll really have one okay yellow,next,oh that yellow looks so cool,kind of try and mix them together so,it's kind of like an ombre look,oh wow,oh i've done a lot of yellow but that's,fine okay green next i reckon,all right guys next we have green,oh my gosh i'm just loving this okay i'm,gonna try and sort of ombre them,together so it looks kind of seamless,rather than like little chunks,but i can't promise how well i'm gonna,be able to do that,oh my gosh casper you look so cool the,trick is because i thought because as,the main gets thicker you can't see it,as much so you need a little bit,underneath as well,oh caspy you're so cute,casper,got like mermaid hair with the green,oh this is making me want to dye my hair,funky colors,there we go,i reckon i'm gonna go,to the teal next and really make it like,colorful,it's gonna look fabulous,oh castle's going to be a fabulous,unicorn let's get that bit there,how cool,is the mane looking like come on,you can't say that doesn't look epic,okay,the blue time i want you to make this a,bit wetter,oh no it's going on quite nicely,you really just need to saturate it with,color i was worried it was going to look,really pastely but with the added water,looks really good,okay,you have to really make sure you cover,everything because there are like lots,of little white bits where i'm like oh,no,i didn't color that bit in,but that's fine,make that section a bit thicker,there we go,funky mane,i'm gonna add a little tiny little bit,that can be added to the blue crew,i have this proper dark blue now and i,always think this color is one of the,best colors on casper like a dark,royal blue i just think it makes him pop,so much like i know i just think it,makes him look whiter,and cleaner because usually he's not,that clean,but we're starting to get to the sort of,thicker part of his mane so it's getting,a little bit more difficult,yes,yes,what is that grumbling that's so cute,anyway,casper's adding to the conversation i,feel like i'm going to get this chalk,all over me though,but it's looking cool i need to get so,many pictures,because i know it won't last forever,so i don't know how long it will take,for this to wash out though so you might,have a rainbow mane for a few days,okay so the next color is purple again i,feel like this color looks,really nice on greys i don't know if any,was it horseland there was like the gray,horse with the purple,and oh my gosh he was my favorite i felt,like he was the mean horse i feel like,if you didn't watch the program you're,like what is she going on about but,i don't know like because there was the,black holes that had like the red tack,the pink i think it was a skewboard that,had,pink tack i think there might have been,another skewboard with,green tech i can't remember but i feel,like that might have been where my,matchy matchiness came from,because all the horses had their own,coloured tack and that's pretty much,like me with all,all of your stuff hey because casper's,color's kind of like purple this is how,dirty my fingers get in between i feel,like i look like violet beauregard from,charlie and the chocolate factory,because,my hands are purple i'm going violet,okay,next we have plum,and again i feel like this color looks,very nice on a gray one of my fav colors,almost the color of my hoodie i feel,like my head is more of like a,lavender-y,color it's a little bit more,i broke it in half,no,and that was the really cute color too,that's so sad,i'm gonna have to try and,do what i can with this little stump,that's,left behind,oh no and it's the really thick part of,his mane which is really difficult to,saturate with colour,ah,i think you're gonna have to save the,day oh no i dropped him come on after,you've done,all right so we're now back to the start,of the rainbow,we've got the red,and i think we might be able to get a,bit of orange a bit of yellow maybe a,bit of green so i don't know what color,his forelock will end up being just,whatever color i kind of get to,but leave your guesses in the comments,below i know i think it might end up,being like a greeny color,we're almost at the top it looks so good,i'm actually so happy with how it came,out,i did not think it was gonna look this,good i thought it was gonna look awful,casper's also got a curly mane,so it's it's quite difficult to actually,get the hair chalk on also horses have a,lot thicker manes compared to humans,so i don't know if that's helping me or,not,but,we're getting there nice and slowly,it's just because it's so thick here,it's just getting getting it all covered,because there are so many little bits,where i'm like haha you missed me,so casper's pretty good at standing,still he hasn't been too fidgety or,moved around like at all he's very good,i think he's actually found it quite,relaxing having his having his mane done,but like you know when you go to the,hairdressers it's quite relaxing and,nice experience you know somebody,playing with your hair,giving you a little bit of a hair do,that kind of thing but i'm not too sure,what joey will think,thanks casper i'm not too sure what joey,will think because he's not the best of,standing still because he's quite a,young horse he's a little bit wriggly he,gets bored quite easily if he has a,hanging out he should be fine but,be interesting to see what he thinks,about becoming a skeleton so,there's that to look forward to later,but now i need to get a darker green i,think you might have a teal mane that,could actually look quite funky,i mean four lock,but yeah we will see,unless i do his,full look like different colors,that could look cool,i don't know,well i guess we'll we'll see what,happens when i get to that,all right so for the full lock i've,decided to do,a mini rainbow,we'll see how well this turns out,will it turn out awfully most probably,but do i have a vision yes,will that vision be what i'm visioning,probably not but you know what we're,going with it,we're being adventurous today,well don't get me gonna break it you're,gonna get back up,should i take away from the food,i don't have a lead rope,okay casper away from the food,where do you want him like should it all,circle,okay we're doing a loop boy,oh my goodness,we've got a unicorn in the house,oh my goodness look you got a horn and,everything i'm actually so surprised how,chill he is with the horn i thought he,wasn't gonna like it and we just weren't,gonna use it in the end not gonna lie,it's uh it's a little bit droopy,uh there we go that's a bit better oh,it's a bit heavier than we thought it,was going to be it's a 3d printed horn,um but we've managed to get it on him he,does look like a unicorn the head collar,is a little bit big because i ordered it,online a few days ago because i thought,if we get a white halter or head collar,then,it will not look as much like he's got a,horn attached to him,um if you know what i mean it'll look a,bit more realistic but yeah so i think,now we're going to go and get some,footage for the halloween video that,will be up tomorrow which will be super,fun where casper is going to be,featuring as a unicorn so,let's go and get some cool clips hey,good boy oh you're so cute you're so,good,you're loving your outfit yeah,let's make you a bit more central,okay let's go,all right guys it's now quite a bit,later we've had a drastic change in the,weather classic england it's now super,chilly super cold and very wet and rainy,as well so i thought i'd show you what,casper's looking like at the moment,because his his rainbow mains still,there,it's just a little bit soggy and has,made one side of him a little bit more,rainbow not just his mane so if i get,him out i'm going to get some treats,cassie,come here can we show everybody your,mane oh my gosh his head is just like,rainbow,so um after this i might have to give a,little bit of a scrub a bit of a wash,off and try and get that out of his main,part of me was like oh my gosh i should,leave in and see how long the rainbow,lasts for but because we have so much,rain,um and my horses like to stand out in,the rain even if they're the choice to,come in their stables that's why they've,all got hay nets now because,they'll do anything for food but no um,the reason why they're in is because,they bought the hay if not they'd be out,munching the grass on the field but um,yeah so i'm gonna have to give them a,bit of wash later i'll get some treats,so you can have a better look because it,does look pretty wild,minties,come on come over here and then everyone,can see a beautiful mane,oh no what's the farrier gonna think,when he comes and puts your new shoe on,if we can't get this out of humane oh,it'll come up eventually it's only chalk,only chalk,you don't seem too bothered by it eva,oh no what's this on your forehead i,think that's just general dirt,where you've been scratching on moss and,logs and things yeah,oh my goodness,you look why oh gosh you keep dropping,the minties,there we go,you look wild absolutely wild with all,that rainbow,it's so cute,all right so we did actually before it,started raining managed to get some,really cool clips of casper as a unicorn,for my halloween video that will be up,tomorrow it is a little bit of a scary,one or a spooky one so if you're not,into that kind of stuff you've been,warned but anyway i think you looked,super cute as a unicorn yeah,so anyway now casper has been,transformed into a unicorn next is to,make joey into a skeleton i think he's,gonna look so cool,hey jojo,your turn now,yeah you,your turn,alright so as it's raining i'm just,going to take his rug off because he'll,hopefully be nice and dry underneath,here obviously his mane's a little bit,um not his main his neck's a little bit,wet but i think that might actually help,us because i found when i was putting on,the rainbow chalk for casper it was so,much better when it was a little bit,damp,so i'll just take that off now,good man,also when he's um,let's not put that in the water,also when he's wet you can kind of see,the color difference he looks so much,darker so i think the white for when i,do the skeleton really stand out also a,little disclaimer when i do the skeleton,will it look like a real skeleton no,will it be anatomically correct,not at all,because,i do not know much about the whole,skeleton but i've seen some pictures on,google,and hopefully my artistic abilities will,make it somewhat look like a whole,skeleton but,we will see so anyway i have my chalk,oh no this isn't as,this might be a fail,it's really not as,standing out as i thought it would be,the chalk,um so we're using a bit of face paints,the chalk wasn't really working very,well,um this is like uh,don't worry he won't have like a,reaction to it yeah so we thought we'd,have it all go with the face paints i've,used face paint on my horses before,for cool things and they've always been,fine with it so it should be nice and,good it washes off nice and easily,um so i'm having a go at putting some,bones on him um we're kind of struggling,on this part of his leg where it's bit,hairier but i thought you know what i'm,using,also i'm using a paintbrush as well,which has never had paint on it before,it's a brand new one,yeah,he's very inquisitive and he's very,interested in what i'm doing,but oh that's so much better you can see,compared to what was there before,okay we're getting there joey we're,getting there,can i can i do it here no we're not,eating,the face paint,we are not,oh he's just very into his haze so he's,moving a lot,okay,we can do this joey we've had lots of,setbacks we've had the rain and the wind,we've had the chalk that wasn't chalky,enough,and now,you look like you have random dots on,you rather than a skeleton but,we can work with it and,perseverance and we can get there so i,think a whole skeleton like its,vertebrate kind of goes down here but um,you know don't take my word for it,because there are probably,way more qualified people out there that,can tell you all about that but,i'm probably doing them a bit too far,apart as well but i thought with these,kind of things if it's too delicate,and close together,it's just not gonna pop and i'm just,like you know what,big chunky vertebrae for you joey,give you that span,okay,down here,oh we're getting there we're getting,there,so because i was just thinking,instead of you know having to,shower him or bath him well i probably,will need to do that anyway before but,um joey needs clippings soon so i could,just clip it off,it's a bit lazy and i'm probably going,to blot my clippers by doing that,because this is all chalky and stuff,it's not a bad idea if i can't wash it,off but it should wash off fine it's,only,only a little bit of face paint,and it's white as well it's not like,it's rainbow colors like caspers which,might stay on a bit longer but we will,see,there we go,okay,in true halloween vibes we are now,currently in a thunderstorm so we've,just got a light that we've put up um so,you guys can see a little bit better of,what i'm doing and i've just had the,brilliant idea the reason why,joey's skeleton is not automatically,correct,is because he's a he's a dead horse,skeleton,so he's obviously been in the walls he's,a bit broken he's a bit all over the,place and that's why his bones aren't in,the right place not because i am just a,very bad artist and i'm looking at weird,pictures on google trying to figure out,how this all works,um because i'm not a vet,i feel like this is going to look like,the photos of what you order um versus,what you get or instagram versus reality,and mine will definitely be the what you,get,thank you joey or the um,reality because um,it could it could look better but you,you know what we're going with it we're,having fun,and this will probably i was quite sad i,was thinking about this now this is,probably the only chance i can do this,on joey because next year,he might be white you never know i don't,know how quickly he's gonna white out,and how quickly he's gonna,how long he's gonna stay this color,which is sad because he's so much easier,to clean this color i don't want him,going white,i was just thinking because he's got one,two three four five six seven so far how,fun would it be if i just gave him an,extra rib because a little fun fact,arabian horses or arab horses they have,an extra rib,which is pretty cool,okay this is starting to not work,anymore because he's getting he's a lot,lighter where all his dapples are here,so it doesn't pop as much,so i don't know maybe i'll do one more,stripe,if not i could maybe i could get the,black,chalk and try and outline them so they,pop a bit more but i don't know how much,that will work so i have to keep going,back to get water to wet this,because it's not as damp here so it's,not working as well,you're so fluffy you need clipping,there we go,where are you going,where are you going,this is paintbrush,yes very fun paintbrush,would you like to,oh no don't eat the paintbrush,would you like to go back to your hay,come on come back to your hay,oh e4,is that the problem are you full now,you're bored and now you're like what's,mama doing,oh no,no,no,no joey,all right guys i think this is going to,be joey's finished look i'm actually,super happy with it especially is how,badly it started off with with the like,little chalk pens um but now it does,actually look pretty good especially,with the resources that we had we don't,have anything professional because i,know at a lot of equine universities or,colleges it's so cool i've seen these,really awesome photos where they do all,the bones or the muscles correctly with,paint and things and it looks so,incredible um we've we've gone for an,amateur sort of style but um i think,he's been joey has been such a good boy,he's only six i've only had him for,around six months half a year and he,stood perfectly still for me to do all,of this he's been such a good boy,because he he hasn't been living the,youtube life for long you know,he didn't choose the youtube life the,youtube live chose him but he's,definitely living up to,mickey and casper,when it comes to being a youtube horse,um because obviously casper's a bit,older he was very very good at having,his main done and he's actually been,such a good boy as well he stood nice,and still he has been a little bit,interested in what i've been getting up,to having a little sniff in my hands and,things but anyway now it's time to get,some super cool photos and videos of him,looking like a skeleton horse,good man,all right guys i've had a little bit of,change of scenery because i've just,finished off washing off joey washing,off casper and i got a bit wet and cold,in the process so i was like no i'm not,gonna film the outro now i'm gonna go,and warm up so i've warmed up all the,horses are in their stables happy with,hay tucked up for bed um so anyway you,might be wondering um if i haven't said,this already in the video why i was,dressing my horses up for halloween,number one it's just super fun and it's,one of those things that i always wanted,to do as a kid and now i finally got,time to actually do it um but also i,have a super cool DIY Horse Costumes For Equestrians!

with Halloween just around the corner I,thought today we would do some DIY horse,costumes so I'm going to be making Four,costumes today one for each of my horses,and we're also going to include the old,ladies in this pepper and Bella and I've,designed them specifically to be easy to,make but yet still look cool so the,First costume I'm gonna make is for my,miniature pony Yoshi and I thought he,would go as a dragon this Halloween so,the things I got for this costume is,first of all the super cool fabric I got,this from Walmart and I was just going,to get a green fabric but then I saw,this which is like a mermaid fabric I,also got some green fabric for something,else within the costume you don't need,that much of it I just got two yards I,got some green spray paint I got needle,and thread soft stretchy rubber bands,for the horse's hair that's going to,come into play I got some velcro strips,once we make the wings we're gonna try,and velcro it to the rest of the costume,and then I have cardboard for my wings,I'm going to start by making the wings,just because I'm gonna spray paint them,and they need them to dry so let me move,everything else out of the way first,thing I'm going to do is cut up my box,so I can use the inside of it because,those sides are blank I don't want it,this red so I'm just going to cut this,up,now I just need to trace some wings and,then we're going to cut those out,so I have One Wing down and when making,this costume you gotta think there's,gonna be a wing on either side so all,I'm going to do is I'm going to trace,the wing opposite from this,and that way I'll know it's facing the,right way,now I'm going to cut these out so we can,go spray paint them,there we have it so now I'm gonna go,spray paint these green and let them dry,as we complete the rest of the costume,I'm just using a basic green spray paint,and so here goes nothing,as our wings dry now I'm going to work,on the body part of the Dragon so,Yoshi's this long but then I'm also,going to add,of length to where it's going to go,around his neck and connect in front of,his chest so I'm just going to cut my,fabric probably like a foot more,so here's my piece it is a little long,for him and I think it will kind of drag,on the ground so I'm just going to cut,off a little bit,okay so I've gone ahead and shortened my,fabric a little bit now I'm just going,to kind of cut here like this to where,Yoshi's neck will fit,so now that I have the neck cut out,I could unfold this it's kind of just,like a horse blanket but I'm gonna sew,the front here together,um and then this will just slip over,Yoshi's head now comes the hardest part,of this whole thing getting the thread,in the needle,okay so our Dragon bodies done I have,sewed the front there but before we,finish up this costume I need to spray,paint the back of the Wings and then,there's one other thing we need to do,now the last thing we have to do is make,the spikes of the dragon and so I'm just,going to cut out some squares and I'll,probably do like four inches by four,inches so it's not really that pretty,but,it doesn't really need to be I have,about 12 squares here that I'm going to,take and now I think we're ready to,start going and getting Yoshi dressed up,besides all the stuff I've just made I'm,also taking my velcro strips and my,elastic hair bands with me as well so,I'm here with Yoshi and it's time to get,him all dressed up as a little baby,dragon I'm not sure how he'll do with,this on his back so I just want to throw,it over him first just to make sure he's,not going to freak out I doubt he will,but you never know with horses sometimes,right it's okay buddy are you gonna be,good with this this is probably gonna be,the hardest part because it has to go,over his head and he does pretty good,with it I just know he doesn't like his,fly mask getting put on and stuff like,that but it's okay buddy,he does pretty good,oh boy good boy,oh wow,you're so shiny,it's a little tight through here but,that's okay though We're not gonna be,doing too much so now I'm going to do,his green spikes and let me show you how,I'm gonna do that so this is where those,green fabric squares we made come in and,also the rubber bands so the way I'm,going to do this especially with this,forelock because it is really thick and,I'm gonna make a bun with a rubber band,and then I'm going to take another,rubber band,and put it over that,perfect,okay,so I'm going to do that for his whole,Mane the final thing is to put the wings,on so I'm thinking I'll put velcro,straps on here and then also on the,wings so we can just velcro them on all,right so here's our little dragon I did,mess up the wing over here so we just,won't put that on but here's one side of,them and I think he is super cute yes,you are I think you'd win the costume,contest just based off of his cuteness,I'm a little Yosh,another super easy costume idea is to,use paint for your horse instead of,actually making a costume and so let's,say you have a black horse you could,paint a skeleton if you have a white,horse you can make a zebra I think,Tucker gives off giraffe Vibes like his,Mane so I think today I'm gonna make him,a giraffelusa so I have orange paint and,I also have different brushes and stuff,that I'm going to be using also just a,quick note you want to make sure you're,using a non-toxic washable paint if you,ever paint on horses just because other,paints can irritate their skin and even,be toxic to them tempura paint is really,good for this and it's really easy to,wash off so that's what I'm using today,so I know giraffes have brown spots but,since Tucker is kind of brown I thought,I'd do orange spots and really all I'm,going to do is just make different,shapes all around him that's just,because you know drafts are kind of like,that too he's standing really good but,you may just want a second person to,help you with this to hold your horse,and like to hold their head so that,they're not moving around so much,all right we're almost done with the,neck,here is our finished giraffalusa and I,think it looks pretty darn cool,so the next customer I'm going to make,is for my old horse pepper and I thought,we would do her as a war horse Pepper's,a gray so I thought she would look,really good with blue and yellow colors,and so I'm going to use the yellow to,Accent the blue so I will say I have two,and a half yards of blue fabric and this,is going to be like the base mainly and,then we'll just accent with this I also,have a glue gun to glue the yellow,fabric to the blue and of course I have,scissors and a pencil and a marker just,to outline my shape I laid out my fabric,flat I wanted to see how like wide I had,it I'm gonna have colors covering the,front of her chest and then her hind end,I'm just going to use this I'm going to,create two pieces of fabric they kind of,go like that so it would like shape,around her chest and I'm gonna do like,squares so I'm actually going to use,this Tupperware to kind of guide me in,the squares and I'll just go like that,so that way when we put it around the,chest and behind it it'll have like a,nice shape to it,I'm actually going to tie this to my,saddle to secure it so I'm going to,create at the end just like a little,like longer piece of fabric to where I,can just tie it okay so we added a,second line to where it's going to be,like a strap going around the horse's,chest now I'm going to cut this out and,we're going to have to do it a second,time for the hind end strap,foreign,so it's all cut out and I'm actually,going to flip it over to the side that,doesn't have the markers so now I'm,going to make this a little bit more,fancy by adding my yellow Fabric and I,thought we would do diamonds and just,put them in the squares I found this,chicken salad box that like goes,perfectly in the squares and so I'm just,going to trace this,yellow squares are done now I'm going to,glue them,so we are officially done with this,piece of the costume and so I'm gonna,get started on the hind end now so I was,actually looking at this piece of the,fabric we cut from and it already has,the square shapes and everything so I'm,just thinking what if we could just put,this over the hind end of the horse and,just make it look a little bit more,elegant I'm going to cut this piece so,it's more square or rectangular I guess,and then I'm going to put like yellow,Square here and then opposite yellow,Square here and have the blue squares,foreign,for this side and so I'm going to lay,them like this and glue them down,all right so that will drape over,Pepper's hind end so I think that's,pretty cool I think we did a good job,now let's go put it on pepper so here's,our model pepper I'm gonna have to tack,her up to secure some of the war horse,pieces so I'm going to go ahead and put,my saddle on and we'll start there so,since my colors are blue I have my blue,saddle pad even though it's not the,exact same color pepper hasn't had a,saddle in a very long time now we're,gonna put the chest piece on her so I'm,just gonna tie this to the hooks on my,saddle so if you make this you can use,the hooks to secure it,now we have the colors and I think I'm,just going to drape them back here,desensitize your horse before you put,any of these costumes on them because uh,you never know what's a horse gonna do,good old pepper,she's pretty trustworthy and I'm,actually going to kind of tuck it under,my saddle so this would be good if you,were riding in a costume contest all,right so here is our Knights horse and I,think it turned out really good I think,this is probably the best costume we've,done so far and it'd be great for like a,costume contest to ride in,if you're in a pinch and you need a,quick Halloween costume one thing you,can do is look at your horse and,determine what can I do to just make a,super simple costume to me if I look at,Bella I'm like okay,cow what's a cow in popular culture,Chick-fil-A cow so I'm gonna make her,the Chick-fil-A cow today so we're gonna,paint some spots on her and then make a,sign to go across her chest that says,eat more chicken once again you want to,make sure you're using like 10 pair of,paint to paint horses it's washable and,non-toxic so it's super easy to do,all right I'm gonna do smaller spots,kind of like how we did with Tucker and,the giraffe,Bella's done but now I'm going to use my,finger to make the Chick-fil-A sign,because it does look like it was finger,written I just naturally have good,handwriting I'm gonna have to make this,look a little like a cow wrote it our,sign's finished now I'm going to tie it,around Bella's neck and she's a little,kind of freaked out about this but,I think she'll be fine overall all she had a little bit too much fun with,that eyeshadow palette so um i might,leave it just,this does not look realistic,no hairdresser i have no brad wonder,we're gonna cook it now um here with,casper's booty,hello everybody this is me and a happy,halloween yes it's finally come round,again it's this year's halloween video,so last year i dressed up the horses and,you guys really enjoyed that so i'm,going to do that again this year maybe,do a bit of pumpkin carving as well,we'll see how it goes i'm also going to,be dressing up this year which is a,little bit different didn't do that last,year well i kind of did but this year,i'm going all out i'm going to be,wearing a wig as well so we'll see how,that goes that might be a little bit,interesting but anyway i'm here with,casper and i'm going to start painting a,halloween themed film on him we saw the,halloween kind of scene on him and you,guys are gonna have to guess what i'm,gonna be painting on him and then at the,end i'm gonna be dressing up as well and,we're gonna get a really cute photo,together as us in our halloween outfit,so i'm gonna go and grab the pony paint,now and let's get started,all right so here we have casper who is,going to be our blank canvas for today,or our medium which is kind of,interesting to say because he's a horse,he's very much enjoying his hay,or his hailage this is probably his,favorite thing ever because he's getting,non-stop food and non-stop attention,from me so he's a very lucky boy i,decided to choose casper because number,one he's the most chilled like he's just,gonna be so happy here with food food is,his favorite thing in life and um also,he's recently been clipped so he's not,super hairy you'll see later why i,decided not to choose mickey or duke,because they look like absolute polar,bears or mammoths or whatever they're,just so hairy and also casper is a grey,so he pretty much is a blank canvas he's,he's got he's completely white pretty,much so i thought he would be the,easiest to use today um i'm going to,start off by drawing a pumpkin on him,because although yes we're going to do,it themed by the film that you have to,guess i'm also going to do a halloweeny,themed and i thought a pumpkin would be,a really good thing to start off with,because you know,painting is pretty tricky on its own but,painting on a horse,it's not the easiest so um i have my,orange bucket here that i'm gonna be,using for putting my paint in so this is,pony paint i've been using it for years,now and um i know that caspar is great,with it it washes out really easily so,it's non-toxic all that kind of stuff so,i think get it out into my little bucket,let's begin,so i was thinking like around here on um,his shoulder would probably be the best,place so i'm just gonna wing it,and we're going to see how it goes,oh it's a little bit more like an apple,oh i know it's sensitive gaspi it smells,like it's ticklish,do i need to make it more,it depends what sort of shape of a,pumpkin because you can get some that,are really like flat like that and some,they're quite tall this looks like more,of a tall one,but that's mine,let's ignore that bit where i've messed,up,maybe i can wash that off nobody will,know,i don't know caspi,i want like a this is like such a,challenge because it's like a moving a,moving canvas,casper,you're not making this easy for me,he's like it's so tickly there we go,to get a slightly different orange color,just to you know make life a little bit,more difficult for myself i thought i'd,add a bit of yellow obviously i don't,want it to look like a yellow pumpkin i,mean you can get the white ones they're,pretty cool,we'll have to see what it looks like,once it's mixed because,oh no there's a bit of water in the,bottom of this bucket where i gave it a,wash out before and it's gone a little,bit watery i don't know if that's gonna,help me or hinder me,oh,that really doesn't look that much,yellow but it does look more pumpkin,pumpkiny,add a bit of,a bit of texture,there we go,okay i'm going to go for green next and,then hopefully go for the leaves and,then it looks more pumpkiny rather than,he has an orange tennis ball just just,just chilling there on his shoulder,so i've decided to do,three pumpkins on him maybe we'll see,how it goes just so it looks really,halloweeny and then i'll kind of go into,more like parts of the film that might,be,easier to identify,but we're getting there we're getting,okay this one definitely looks more like,a love heart,oh okay that's fine we can we can change,the shape,we've got this,he's either just getting used to the,pain or he's just not ticklish here,because i'm finding this a lot easier,because he's not sort of,if that makes sense,there we go i might need to get some,different shades of orange on there to,make that pop a bit more because i've,just used one but we're getting there,okay i might do the third one here and,it's like boom boom boom,okay this bits little this is tickly i'm,sorry caspy i feel,oh i'm so tickly,so far i'm pretty happy with how the,pumpkins are looking like the next thing,i'm gonna do is add stalks to them and a,bit of leaves and maybe like the twirly,bit if you know what i mean um however i,don't want them to end up looking like,peaches because i feel like that that is,a problem that we could have so i'm,gonna try my best and we'll see how it,goes also the green is so much darker so,if i mess up i can't wipe this off well,i probably could but it's just going to,be so messy so i'm going to be like,caspi okay,put my finger there first so he doesn't,doesn't tickle okay it's coming,i'm actually so happy i made this such a,darker green because it does make it,look more,halloweeny you know,oh no it can have a it can have a,thicker bit thicker stem at the top,actually that kind of looks better,it's all it's all great,try and do my curly wurly bit now,oui,oh no he's tickly,i've just got a bit of paper towel and,i'm just dabbing it because i want this,to dry because i want the pumpkins to,kind of look a bit like jack-o'-lanterns,so they have the eyes and the mouth and,things just so they look a little a,little bit less like peaches,so i'm just damping this because there,are some bits where there's just like a,huge clump of paint and that is not,gonna dry so i'm just giving a bit of a,dab to help speed up the process,i don't know it makes them look less,stripey so that kind of helps as well,like it adds in a bit of the gaps that,i've missed,so they don't just look like a big,orange splodge,finesse not too bad not too bad i'm,pretty happy with how it's looking so,far pretty happy,from one peach,to another we're now um here with,casper's booty and this is a nice big,surface that i have to paint um so this,is gonna be probably one of the main,clues of what the film is about so um,there's going to be two different things,you can do a big thing and a little,thing the little thing i'm probably,going to start here on him maybe and,we'll just see how it goes this i feel,like is going to be the messiest one so,i really hope i don't mess this up,okay,oh no,i also forgot to say that yes again this,year i am using my makeup brushes this,is a,eyeshadow brush i believe it's serving,me well i might actually need to get,smaller like use one of my smaller ones,but so far i've just sacrificed this one,i've done pretty well just one brush um,at the moment i don't know if you can,guess what i'm painting i'm doing a,second one here,looks a little bit like a key,a certain key maybe,let me know in the comments below as,soon as you guess it guys,also let me know what you guys are being,for halloween because i feel like it's,one of those things that's really,difficult to choose i don't know if you,guys find it really easy but i'm always,like each year like oh my goodness well,i'm what am i going to do this year what,am i going to be this year for halloween,so let me know if you have any plans if,you're going trick-or-treating having,some party with friends,i don't know mick carving some pumpkins,i love hearing what you guys getting up,to but anyway i'm going to get back to,this because i'm this is the really,fiddly bit i should be concentrating or,not talking to you guys i really need to,step up the game here,okay,all right so we're back at the booty,um for this next thing that i'm painting,it's supposed to be white well in the,film it's white,everyday user could be any color but,um i'm gonna do it in brown because,casper is a gray and that is just not,gonna show off if i use white paint um,although he might be a little yellow,stained where he's a bit dirty but he's,looking he's not looking too bad guys,i'm actually pretty happy with how clean,he's looking but anyway i,think,i'm gonna do it here,okay,that was a brave move there a,very brave move,that's not too bad of a brown i had to,mix it myself because i don't actually,have any brown paint,so,it's not too bad,okay so these two are probably the,biggest clues this isn't quite finished,yet because i'm going to make that,colorful on the other side if you can,tell already,actually i'm not going to tell you yet,because if it's not obvious enough that,you know what this is then i have,obviously failed but anyway the next,thing i'm going to do because that's not,finished yet i still need the brown,paint and i thought instead of washing,up,getting the colorful paint out and then,coming back to the brown paint i'm going,to do it now i'm going to be um you know,sensible about this the next thing i'm,going to do is probably like here,because there's big blank space here i,don't know how big i'm going to do,it we'll see how it goes um but i'm just,going to,rock and roll,this you probably have no idea what it,is and that's because it's not finished,yet don't worry i'll be coming back to,this we're now going back over here,and it's time for some fun colors i have,some purple i'm also going to be using,like a lilac and a blue as well we'll,use the purple first,and oh this is this is going to be the,bit that's going to make it look really,cool okay,oh no it's really watery,that was a fail,all right we have the mysterious portal,door we have some keys,we have a needle and thread and then the,last thing i'm going to do well i've got,one more thing i need to paint but,before i do that i'm going to try and,add some faces to my pumpkins to make,them jack-o'-lanterns i have the,smallest brush it's also just started,raining so if it rains really heavily,i'm gonna have to quickly get gas bring,because i thought this was all gonna,wash off and all my hard work will have,been for nothing so i'm gonna speedily,do that and then,we'll see how it looks,it's the tickling one,so i've given all of the pumpkins,different personalities this one's kind,of like the practical joker this one's,the one that's always in like a bad mood,and it's a bit grumpy maybe a bit sassy,and then this one here is just like,really friendly but ends up like getting,in trouble somehow so these are my,pumpkins or jack-o'-lanterns i hope you,guys like them there's just one thing,left that i need to paint on caspi now,and then i will reveal to you what the,movie is if you haven't guessed it,already and what i'm going to be,dressing up as,oh my goodness guys how good does casper,look i'm gonna have to be quick because,it actually started raining so that's,like perfect timing for me to go and get,changed into my outfit while i quickly,pop him in his stable but oh my goodness,okay can you guess what it is yet we've,got some buttons we've got some button,keys we've got the needle and thread we,have the portal door so the film that,i'm going to be dressing up as is,coraline which came out quite a few,years ago um i remember watching it in,the cinemas with my family when i was a,kid and i it's like a family film i,remember finding it really creepy i,don't know if anybody else did i,remember talking with this with some of,my friends they're like oh yeah i,remember as a child that like,traumatized me it was really really,creepy but anyway um i actually can't,remember much about the film i can but,can't at the same time um obviously i,know the main sort of key things no pun,intended so i'm gonna be dressing up as,coraline i've got a blue wig that i,might actually have to cut because it's,longer than how her hair is so that's,going to be interesting a bit of this,sesame hairdresser might be needed,i've got the yellow jacket and things so,i'm going to go and put casper in a,stable quickly get changed and then,we'll do the big reveal,we've painted casper it's now time to,paint me i don't think there's actually,too much i need to do,because i was thinking caroline has,freckles and i actually have freckles,myself however it's no longer the summer,they're not as prominent as they were,and i was gonna i thought i'd make them,look really fake so they look almost,doll like maybe i think that could be,cool i might put a bit of sort of like,darker eye shadow under my eyes to make,it look like i have bags under my eyes,then i might put a little bit of a dark,lipstick on as well i also have my wig,so that's gonna be interesting never,worn a wig before i don't think so i'm,gonna start off i'll start off with the,lipstick you know that's like the,the easiest you know i'm used to putting,that on so um we also have a beautiful,mirror here this is actually for the new,tack room so i thought i'll put it out,here so i can actually see what i'm,doing with my makeup so it doesn't look,as horrific as it could possibly i also,have a bit of an audience because behind,you guys we have mickey and duke who are,um a bit confused they're like why why,is esme out here sitting on a bench in,the middle of the pine forest with the,mirror doing her makeup so um i feel,like such a beauty guru right now guys,i am definitely not please do not judge,my makeup skills and we'll just see how,it goes,all right so the lipstick is now,complete do you guys think this could be,my newest look i definitely don't wear a,lot of really dark lipstick honestly,maybe for the winter maybe for halloween,i don't know um i went a little bit over,the top with it because i thought it's,halloween let's go for it she also has,quite a like long mouth so i tried to,elongate it the best i could i don't,know what it looks like we'll see,next is for the freckles now i feel like,this could either make or break the,situation they're obviously gonna look,fake i'm using a brown eyeliner pen,um or pencil i don't actually know,because it's not wooden i guess it's a,pen um and i'm gonna be putting freckles,on these are gonna look fake guys i know,these are gonna look fake they're gonna,look ridiculous but that's the style of,it that's hopefully the style i'm going,for so,let's,do some,dots,oh no i'm look like i have some sort of,disease,okay,my freckles are now complete i probably,look more like a leopard with all the,little spots i have um,i don't know if i'll be able to make,them look a little more natural and like,of course i was going all out because i,want to look sort of doll like,but i might just give it a little a,little pat,and try and like,not rub them off but just soften soften,soften up a bit,i definitely am feeling i'm feeling a,lot less like myself now okay next um,we're gonna go for a few bags under my,eyes make me look a little all tired,so um i have the world's tiniest all um,i don't actually have much dark eye,shadow so um,we'll see how this goes,this is the world's tiniest palette,okay so i had the bags under my eyes i,don't know if i should leave them on the,top of my eyes as well so it's kind of,like i have the sunken eye kind of look,i'm not sure,should i shouldn't i i feel like this is,where i'm gonna go too much and then i'm,gonna look absolutely ridiculous like i,mean i look a little bit ridiculous,already but do you know what i mean like,it's gonna be like okay,she had a little bit too much fun with,that eyeshadow palette so um i might,leave it just like this,it just makes me look like i'm tired,rather than i've been punched in both,eyes,um,okay i'm nervous about the next thing,because i have a wig now i didn't order,some wig caps but they didn't arrive in,time,and um,i think this might come with one,i should probably put my hair back first,oh yeah it does have a wig cap,okay i feel like part of me is gonna,absolutely love the blue hair but it,would definitely not be practical to,have all the time,okay i'm just gonna,put my hair in a little ponytail at the,back,okay,oh my goodness,there's instructions on the back okay,let's try it just try and follow the,instructions,i'm one of those people where i'm just,like okay let's go for it this should be,fine,okay open it up,with your hands like this,put it on,do i look normal,i don't think i do,well this is different,okay,i am gonna have to cut the wig,because,it's gonna be too long,but the short ones i feel like,that were online didn't look that nice,and this one looked quite nice for the,price as well,because,i'm not i'm not out here buying the,world's best wig that looks really,realistic that i'm going to be wearing,every day,oh my goodness,it looks like it's alive like it's some,sort of creature,oh okay there's some packaging in this,where's the entrance,okay i just realized the wig cap defo,needs to go off of it,okay,this does not look realistic,okay wait how am i,okay the silver fringe here,oh this is making me feel really itchy i,don't like it,okay does this does the fringe go like,this,like,uh,2012 minecraft youtuber,like that,or do i,do i maybe do a bit of a,bit of a bit of a swoopy,a bit of a poopy,a bit of a,oh my gosh my hair's so long i've my,hair,whoa,i'm kind of liking the long hair my hair,just does not grow that long like the,longest i've had is kind of like to hear,so to have it that extra length won't i,feel like i feel like a whole new person,wow what do we think to the blue hair,guys,yay or nay,i definitely don't feel like myself blue,hair,this is very different though,wow,yeah i definitely need to cut it because,her hair is like,here,do i just,do i just go at it,do i just,go for a little trim i feel like i need,a model i need somebody to like sit here,that can be the head if you know i mean,a bit like when you put when i'm putting,a bridle together i'm like okay think,i'm the horse i need someone here to be,my head because i can't it's gonna be,wonky if i cut it and i spent money on,this wig and i don't want to ruin it i'm,gonna i'm gonna have to get someone in,come on in cameraman,come on in,you need to be my model please,come on we agree you agree to this come,on okay,all right everybody i'm here with dave,the cameraman he is shy so he is not,showing his face um but he is going to,be,my,mannequin today or my model for the,beautiful haircut we have you have some,lovely hair here dave,okay i am no hairdresser i have no brad,mondo we're gonna,try our best i don't want it to be like,short shorts,because if not it's going to look very,wiggy,um,i'm not i'm going to cut off less,because then if i need to straighten it,up i have,some room to do that so if you can sit,up tall please shoulders shoulders tall,good posture,thanks okay three two one snippage,don't scream,one complete,we have a whole,a whole wiggage,snippety snippety i'm enjoying this this,is like hairdresser simulator but,without the consequences of me ruining,someone's hair,there we go,and a last little bit,i like how people who don't know what i,do for a job i have to try and explain,to them what i do and if i had to try,and explain to a stranger this is what,my job is they would be very confused,okay,oh we're liking this we're liking this,i feel like i should maybe get some,it's the hairbrush,get mickey's hairbrush,oh no i might need to like straighten it,because,it's like i'm sticking up like this,i'm gonna you know i'm not gonna get a,tip i'm gonna i'm just trying to do what,hairdressers do you know when they go,hmm,is that is that a good a good length a,good length okay i'm gonna i'm gonna get,the hair brush i'll be back in a sec,i'm back,the horses gave me the weirdest look,they were like who are you,what have you done with esme,oh there we go i can start to see where,i can start to see where i've messed up,a bit more,do you like it a little bit longer in,the back sir,that's looking pretty even even stevens,okay now we need to figure out what,we're gonna do with the fringe,or the or the bangs,oh,come on i need to remove your glasses,sir is that okay,without my glasses i mean you can't,really see anyway,all right,there's my face under there,okay where,where does this start and end,okay,it depends what sort of,hairstyle i want to give her,you know,so here is my finished look i you can,definitely tell the resemblance like if,you look at me you can be like yep,that's coraline also i mean i could have,done like a little bit of a better job,maybe on the hairdressing,we had a beautiful model as well he did,very well,um but um the makeup is again very,different but then it does make me look,less like myself it's very out there not,what i'm used to,so next i think we need to get some cool,photos of me looking like this because,if not what's the point of dressing up,if you don't get a cool photo also i,need to get a cute photo with casper as,well with his beautiful halloween design,on him maybe here in the woods because,it's a little bit spooky in the pine,forest so i'm gonna go and grab caspi,now,all right i'm now here with casper we,just got some absolutely super cute,photos they're gonna look so good um so,he has been such a good boy i'm gonna,quickly whip off my wig and coat get,into some more practical gear,wash his uh beautiful paintings on him,off so he's all nice and comfy give him,lots of treats for being such a good boy,and then he can go back out into the,field with jelly so the next thing i'm,gonna do is carve a pumpkin so i'll see,you guys when i'm doing that,good boy,here is our homegrown pumpkin it's a,little little bit of a bigger boy than,the usual ones that you guys find in,supermarkets however that does mean it's,not quite like a carving pumpkin so it's,going to be a little bit more difficult,for me to carve,but i do have a bigger space so i was,thinking i could do a little bit more of,a bigger more intricate design i don't,know we'll see how it goes i was,thinking i could do um the picture of,casper jumping but get him jumping over,a pumpkin so then it's kind of like a,pumpkin and a pumpkin that might be a,little tricky but i'm feeling ambitious,today we'll see how it goes it might be,an absolute fail or it could look,amazing so i'm going to start drawing my,design and we'll go from there,so i decided to use a whiteboard pen,when drawing this on so it will wipe off,a little bit easier compared to like a,sharpie or a permanent marker,i've gone for a little back here in the,corner i've got another one down there,we have a crescent moon we also have a,casper jumping here over a pumpkin now,i've i've gone all out for this design i,can't promise that i'll do everything we,will see how it goes but the first thing,i always do when i carve a pumpkin is uh,do the top first take it off take all,the seeds out and then i can maybe think,about carving it and we'll see we'll,just see how it goes it's going to be a,bit of a trial and error but i reckon we,can make it work we can make it work,we've got the top off oh my goodness,that is,meaty pumpkin,that's a good couple of inches,centimeters,whoa okay we have a lot of seeds um,that can go down here,okay so what i normally do,let's push you back,get rid of my,destroyed knife,if i,cut this like this,so this is my chunk i have cut off the,top we're going to be making this into,some pumpkin soup later i have still,left it pretty chunky and that's because,i don't want the top to be too thin and,flimsy because obviously it's still,gonna fit in here and sit nicely i also,never do it in a circle i kind of do it,in irregular edges there's like a point,here so then when it comes to you know,lighting your pumpkin or your,jack-o-lantern you have a little corner,you can really easily see,how it fits in so it fits in perfectly,oh that's so good okay,now it's time to do in here,all right guys here is my pumpkin which,i'm not gonna lie i'm pretty proud of i,actually had to cut like the whole,inside chunks out first just to make it,a bit thinner so i could actually carve,it because,this pumpkin i cannot believe how thick,it is it's probably because we've grown,it on our veggie patch with all of the,horse's manures so that's worked out,pretty well um also you can see the cute,little um bats i've got here we've got a,little moon we've got casper jumping and,then we also have the pumpkin underneath,and i feel like this bit here oh my,goodness was so technical in the past if,i've messed up and i've accidentally cut,a bit out i've used a cocktail stick,stabbed it in there and then like put,the bit back on but no cocktail sticks,we use today so pretty proud of that um,but yeah the last thing i need to do is,put it outside the house put some little,tea lights in there and some candles and,bring it to life this evening so anyway,guys i'd just like to say a huge thank,you for watching today's video if you're,new or haven't done so hey you guys what's up welcome back to,my channel,i am so excited because it's finally,time for my annual,halloween video if you guys have been,following me for a while you know that,every year i try to do a little,halloween costume with my horses,usually it's crystal so here i am with,the og it's super bright so i'm sorry,i'm like i'm still trying to work out,the lighting you know this year i'm,doing a really fun costume i actually,thought about it last year like i just,came up with the idea last year and,she's leaving me as i was saying i,really wanted this year's video to be,kind of like a diy,a costume that you can do with things,that you already have around the barn,should we tell them this year we're,gonna be some 80s workout girls huh,anyway yeah that's what i'm doing it's,gonna be all neon and colorful,i think it's gonna be so cute so fun,you're probably gonna have everything,i'm using in today's video,this is a great costume if it's last,minute you don't know what to do maybe,your barns having a little halloween,party and you need to dress up with your,horse but you have no idea,what to dress up as this will be the,costume for you right,and i guess i should mention the,elephant in the room i know you guys are,seeing this right here she actually cut,her forehead but it's healing nicely,this is just like um some silver,spray i forgot what the actual name of,it is but it's kind of like a protective,barrier spray so that's why it's silver,you guys are probably wondering where,journey is,um i'm kind of behind on my videos so,you guys haven't seen any of this yet,but they recently just got weaned so,journey won't be in this video but,everything's good everything's going,well anyway i've talked enough,if you guys want to check out all of ready,she's ready,so before we do anything we have to make,sure we have a nice and clean canvas,right she's gonna be my canvas today,which means we have to do a quick little,grooming session so let's do that first,there's no grain in here it's just,grooming stuff,oh,are you guys so she is nice and groomed,we're ready to get started,on actually dressing her up transforming,her into an 80s workout girl i don't,know if you guys,know what like horse hoods are people,usually use them to kind of train the,mane to lay a certain way on the horse's,neck it looks like a slinky i'm sorry if,i'm sweating and have a sweat mustache,anyway i had one and it was purple and,last year i was like you know what it'd,be so cool to like do a costume with,that i feel like that's totally like an,80s vibe,and that's where the idea got started,literally all because of that purple,slinky i had well,it turns out i don't actually have it i,don't know what happened,i don't know if i lost it i don't,remember if i gave it away or if i threw,it away i think i had a hole in it so i,might have thrown it away i don't know,but the whole costume idea came to life,because of that slinky and it turns out,i don't even have it but i didn't want,to throw the whole idea away the slinky,is like the,base of this costume i feel like a lot,of equestrians probably have that around,the barn anyway,i went to a consignment store to find a,used slinky and i have to,and fun fact about the consignment shop,i actually met one of you guys,thank you so much for saying hi i loved,meeting you grace she got a sneak peek,into the costume anyway this is the,first slinky i got it's just,a bright pink am i freaking well it's,just a slinky this is the first one i,saw the first one i grabbed but then,i continue to look you know i'm passing,through all the little slinkies looking,for the perfect one,and look what i found tada tell me this,is not the most,80s blinky you've ever seen like,seriously,how perfect is this you guys like what,i've never seen one like this before in,my life but yeah,these are the two i have i don't know,what you're gonna pick i'm kind of,leaning towards this one,hopefully it fits i didn't even measure,her i didn't measure the slinkies so,wish me luck,i'm gonna start with this one because,how could i not alright so as you guys,know crystal was pregnant she had a baby,i haven't done much with her for this,whole entire year,so i'm kind of nervous about how she's,gonna react to getting a slinky put on,her hopefully this goes well but,before we actually do that since she,does have this little booboo on her,forehead i'm gonna go ahead and try and,cover that up just so that this doesn't,irritate it so this is what my idea is i,actually have these little gauze pads,and i'm gonna see if i can actually tape,one on her forehead hopefully it stays,because,tape on horse hair we're gonna see how,that goes and then that way i can just,slide on the hood and i won't be rubbing,her cut and irritating it,i'm gonna grab one and this is actually,like a first aid adhesive tape thing so,i'm really hoping it works can i see,mama you're okay look you're okay it's,okay,yeah it's just a little paper it's okay,don't do that,don't be crazy let me untie her because,this is how the incident happened in the,first place you guys will see all of,this in one of my future videos so,subscribe,stay tuned turn on those post,notifications so you don't miss it let's,go ahead and untie her,okay you look so funny with that on,we're gonna grab some tape,all right hopefully this will stick,we're just gonna put one little tape,right here,like that good girl the hood is gonna,hold it down anyway so it'll be fine,all right that's good enough for now now,that she has her forehead,protected let's go ahead and try and,slide on this slinky please,do not freak out okay she'll be fine we,got this right,you guys she did so good she looks so,cute wow you guys,this looks so good now i'm gonna go,ahead and try and take her halter off,and put it over the slinky that way it's,not like extra tight,i swear the things she lets me do to her,huh,the first part of the costume is done,she's already looking like an 80s diva,the next part of this costume is,something that every equestrian has,polo wraps if you ride horses you've,usually seen this now i actually got two,colors,and i'm actually gonna use these as leg,warmers that's my idea these are gonna,be leg warmers i don't know exactly,which color to choose,just yet because i don't know which one,matches her better there's a bit of,orange on the slinky there's some pink,in there too,i don't know what to pick i wish i could,ask you but i want to keep it a surprise,okay you know what i think i'm gonna go,with pink because my outfit is actually,pink as you guys know every year i dress,up with my horse so i will be an,80s workout girl too so i'm gonna go,ahead and put these on to be completely,honest i usually don't ride my horses in,polo wraps i just use like boots like,smb boots sports medicine boots i mean i,think i know how to wrap them but i,don't really use them that often however,today,i'm actually going to wrap them a little,bit differently this is not usually how,you,wrap polo wraps if you're going to be,riding i'm actually going to start kind,of high because i want them to look like,leg warmers,i'm not actually going to be riding her,or anything like that so i'm not really,going to tighten it too much it's just,going to be like a decorative piece to,make it look like she's wearing leg,warmers i think you're supposed to like,re-wrap these right that way you can,wrap it and it'll unwrap correctly all,right so let's do this i don't know if i,should start over the knee because can,you you can't even see what i'm doing,all right so usually you'd wrap right,here i kind of wanted to do it a bit,higher but i just noticed that it's,going to affect her walking let's see,let's see what happens,does that look like leg warmers i think,i'm going to start from the bottom and,end at the top but this is kind of what,i'm looking for,are you guys so i am done with her boots,aka her leg warmers,this is what they're looking like i did,it a little higher than usual just so,that it looks like leg warmers but yeah,i am so excited with the way this is,turning out you guys but it is literally,about to start pouring but we're gonna,get through this i don't want to give up,okay it's okay for wet 80s workout girls,right,next up are these little pom pom,thingies i actually got these at the,dollar store and,i just don't know which color,combination to pick orange pink and blue,neon yellow green orange and pink i,don't know which combination matches her,outfit better,oh don't get scared of the pom-poms now,you've done so good let's see,i think i'm gonna go with the neon,orange yellow and stuff so i'm gonna put,one right on her forehead if she lets me,she's literally already freaking out at,the little,pom pom things and one at the top of her,tail i think that's gonna be perfect,i have some little rubber bands i don't,know how i'm gonna use these to put it,on but i think i can make it work all,right so i got it through the pom pom,now i'm gonna try and tie it to her,forehead she might totally freak out,let's let's try good girl,it's just a pom-pom,good girl it's starting to rain let's,just skip the forehead for now and we'll,do it on her tail hopefully this doesn't,freak her out too,all right you guys so we moved under the,barn because it started raining i am,almost done with her costume literally,i'm at the last part of it which is,i don't want to scare her with a,plasticy sound but i actually ordered,some sweatbands,for my part of the costume and i'm,thinking i could probably use some for,her as well,if this kind of goes the way i'm,thinking it's gonna go we're gonna see,if it's too weird if it's bothering her,too much we're probably not gonna do it,let's try it this noise is kind of scary,sorry all right so here they are,i decided to go with pink because i,think pink is gonna be the one that,looks the best,if she doesn't like it we're just gonna,take it off let's see how this goes i'm,actually gonna try and put them on her,ears so you're number one,little you're koozie oh my good girl,no way does that feel funky your mama,does crazy things to you,oh my gosh let's try the other earrings,yeah are you guys,this is it this is the last piece of her,costume now obviously she's not gonna,stay like this forever like this is,literally for two seconds to take some,pictures and do the final reveal but,yeah,i think we are done huh oh i didn't show,you guys her tail,this is what her tail ended up looking,like i just put this little,pom pom at the end and i actually was,gonna use a little neon green tail bag,but i don't know what i did with it but,i think this is pretty good,is this pretty good my little 80s,workout girl,oh my gosh now i'm gonna go ahead and,put on my part of the costume i'm gonna,take these off,you guys it's not tight at all just for,the record but i don't wanna leave it on,because i'm gonna take,quite a while to change so i'm gonna go,do that and then you'll see the final,reveal,are you ready,all right you guys we are officially,done with our 2020 costume,i hope you guys enjoyed coming along i,seriously had a real workout Quick and Easy Halloween Costumes (for your Horse!)

hi I'm Michelle from unicorn and centaur,and in this video I will show you six,quick and easy costumes that you can,make for your horse if you are a nerdy,creative equestrian subscribe to the,channel for more everytime someone,subscribes to this channel Halloween,candy stops having calories it's true,try and see halloween is coming and if,you are as extra as I am you need a,costume for your horse this is important,now I'm not talking expensive or,elaborate those kinds of beautiful,cosplays have their place but sometimes,you just need something that's maybe a,little bit quicker a little bit easier a,little bit less less awesome and you,don't always have a lot of time to pull,something out of your butt so here are 6,costumes that you can make for your,horse ranging from the cheapest and,easiest to a little more elaborate,number six black cat this works best on,a black or a dark bay horse obviously,but I guess technically you could do it,with any color horse if you do it with a,lighter colored horse if you're,determined to turn your gray pony into a,black cat you're gonna need a lot of,hairspray at Walmart Target any of those,places like that you're gonna be able to,find at the Halloween section where,there's body paint and hairspray that is,non-toxic here is one this is the kind,they've got at Walmart it's like 98,cents at Walmart in this video when I'm,talking about body paint and hairspray,I'm talking about like non-toxic human,grade type things so the cat ear,headband can be found at the dollar tree,or at Walmart in the Halloween section,someplace like that take some white pipe,cleaners and twist them around these,sides of the nose band of a bridle or a,halter and you've got whiskers then,takes a pink face makeup and paint a,pink triangle on this nude so cat,headband pipe cleaner whiskers pink,triangle on the snoot boom you got a,black cat special note when dealing with,makeup and horses it will rub off so,take special care that you don't let,your horse rub his face against your,expensive clothes or your costume or,something like that and of course the,companion costume for a black cat is a,witch you can dress as a witch and then,your horse can be your bobcat,number five reindeer I know it's not,Christmas yet y'all settle down it's a,costume this costume works best on a,chestnut or a a horse,spray your horses belly and chest with,the white hairspray this is the,hairspray that I'm using from Wallner I,just get this at Walmart for a dollar,ninety eight and take your antler,headband and put it on his Brabant,finally take your red makeup and paint a,large red circle on your horse's snoot,and voila,Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer if you,don't want to use make up for your,Rudolph nose you can always use a large,red pom-pom ball or a Rudolph nose that,you find at the dollar store and then,just tie it off the nose band of your,horses halter or bridle and of course,the companion costume - this would be a,Christmas elf just dress in red and,green maybe with some striped stockings,and a little elf hat you can find at the,dollar store,number four cow the cow costume works,best on a Paint Horse but you could also,do a black or white horsey if you're,doing a black horse get some white body,paint and spray paint if you're doing a,white or gray horse,then get your such the black body paint,or spray paint we turned our text into,our cow so I got some black body paint,and some black spray paint to paint,spots on his body and that's the first,part of it and then to make the antlers,I took a devil headband and I broke it,and took the headband part out of it so,then I just had the horns and then I,spray painted them white and I couldn't,find my black electricians tape so I,used duct tape to put it on the sides of,his halters position them accordingly so,it looks Cali but for the spots I did,body paint for the spots and then I used,hairspray to make the edges of the spots,a little bit crisper and to fill in any,patchy areas and of course a good,companion costume to the cow would be a,cowgirl,number three pirate horse don't panic,yes we've gotten to the sewing ones but,I'm going to give you some tips along,the way so that you can maybe make these,no sew projects if sewing is just not,one of your best skills for the head,scarf take two red bandanas and fold,them into triangles then take those,triangles and either stitch or hot glue,them together here in the middle and I,just did it really loosely so that it's,all kind of like that then you put it on,top of their head and then you tie the,sides and their ears come through the,sides here so it's like a little diaper,that goes on top of their head for the,rain covers you just need to take black,fabric and make kind of a tube with it,so the rains go through here and then,into the seam on the bottom I have sewn,this gold coin trim that I found at,jo-ann fabric slide those on the reins,and instant pirates for the pirate,saddle pad take some white fleece cut,out a skull and crossbone shape and then,either stitch or hot glue that right,onto your black saddle pad and of course,your companion costume for that is just,pirate,number two medieval horse you need,fabric and two contrasting colors now,this costume has a short supply list but,it's a little bit complicated in,execution so I'm just gonna kind of give,you the rough outline of it it can be,done without sewing but you're gonna,work a lot harder that way so this one,is recommended if you have a little bit,of sewing skill you need to measure out,exactly how much fabric you need and for,this the best way is just to use a,saddle pad and measure exactly how much,fabric you're going to need and you want,to remember to add several inches to,each side you want it to be larger than,your actual saddle pad and don't forget,to add an extra half a yard or so for,your rain covers I made mine in two,pieces and stitched it together with a,seam right here at the top so mine,actually does a little bit of a curve,you can make it flat and straight if you,like so for the barding on the edges you,can either make a paper pattern for it,and then cut that out making sure you,leave a seam allowance around the edges,and honestly if it seems too complicated,for you you can make a scalloped edge,you can make a curved edge you can do,triangles you can do whatever you want,you can even just forget this altogether,and just do one plain to one strip of,fabric and then just use those to cover,the reins and then when you add your,contrasting fabric appliques you can,just add those along the rheine covers,and it'll give the same effect this is,what your contrasting fabric is for you,obviously don't need as much of the,contrasting fabric as you do the actual,fabric so cut out your embellishments,they can be stars hearts diamonds,triangles whatever kind of shape that,you want to use to embellish your,creation then you can either stitch or,hot glue the applications in place the,most frustrating part of this costume,trust me is the measurements measure,twice cut once,when in doubt get a whole extra yard of,fabric and of course the companion,costume to this is either a knight or,princess,number one of course is a unicorn this,is the simplest supply list of all all,you need the unicorn horn the simplest,and cheapest version of the unicorn,costume is just to go to the dollar,store get one of the little unicorn,headbands they have and then just stick,it on your horse like this there you go,instant unicorn cost you a dollar you're,done bye-bye,another option is to purchase one that,is specifically made for horses there,are lots of Etsy shops that do different,kinds of unicorn horns so you can kind,of shop around there and see which ones,strike your fancy or fit within your,budget if you're feeling ambitious and,adventurous you can always make your own,according to my process I make all my,unicorn horns myself I did a series of,live streams on the process that I use,to make them so if you're interested in,making your own according to my process,I will link part 1 right up here and you,can check that out and get started,besides the horn there are other unicorn,e embellishments that you can add you,can braid flowers into the hair there,are all kinds of fake butterflies and,birds ribbons lace things like that that,you can braid into your horse's mane or,to add on to their bridle for a little,bit of added embellishment you can use,colored hairspray on your horse's mane,and tail to turn their Mane entail pink,or purple or whatever your favorite,color is for magical hooves I use,glitter hairspray or silver hair spray,and then use a polyurethane sealer over,the top of it to keep it from coming off,you do not have to just do this on gray,horses uniform costumes are for more,than just great horses okay they paint,and chestnut horses all make beautiful,unicorns not every unicorn has to be,pastel
