hello this is greg berzinski for,beardbrand alliance it is halloween and,it's that time of the year where you,cannot come as you are but come as who,you want to be so who do you want to be,this year on halloween i know you,probably didn't get the opportunity last,year in 2020,a few people did but this year is,different let's go out at full throttle,i'm going to give you some ideas of what,you can do for halloween costume that'll,showcase that beard of yours stay tuned,yes it's that time of the year for,halloween i know last year was a total,bust in our neighborhood we usually get,500 trick-or-treaters coming to the door,last year we got five hopefully it'll do,a little better this year and i'm,prepared to actually go out this year,for halloween party unlike last year,where we did absolutely nothing,and talk to you about some ideas for,halloween costumes,for a lot of the guys who are watching,who have beards below in the description,you'll see a link to another video that,i did that talked about some classic,halloween costumes you can always take a,look at that but i want to expand on,that list and give you some ideas that,are pertinent in 2021 let's begin you,might have noticed that my beard's,getting a little longer this time of the,year it does i start growing my beard,for christmas,for santa season it was actually two,halloweens ago in 2019 that i tested out,santa for the first time going as kurt,russell from the christmas chronicles,people say that there's a resemblance,between us and at the time my hair was,very similar to his my beard was even a,little bit longer and i thought okay,let's do it i got a suit and i went to,santa claus to a halloween party and it,was a huge huge hit,but it also tested out the waters about,me performing a santa claus and actually,from then on i have actually been,hired to play santa claus so you might,want to test the same thing out on,yourself i know a lot of guys especially,in the alliance are sporting a white,beard easy adding a santa suit but also,if you have a darker beard it is easy to,color your hair there are things online,tinted waxes tinted pastes you can,actually even use temper paint to color,your beard to make it bright white so,try it out santa's not your thing try,doing,as i say what would carlos do you can,actually go back on the alliance carlos,has made a boatload of videos,showcasing his talent in changing his,beard shape changing his mustache shape,changing his whole facial hair,configuration,to mimic famous characters in uh mostly,the cinema so you can actually check out,carlos's playlist if you want to see,some of those i'm going to highlight a,couple of them here this is actually a,good time if you are sporting a more,uniform beard length to go ahead and,chop it up go ahead trim it up go ahead,shave parts of it because the very next,day we have no shave november and so you,know we're all about beards here but,we're also about facial hair we're also,about mustaches we're also about killer,sideburns so don't be afraid to actually,change up your beard at halloween,knowing that you can start all over on,november 1st so here's,my favorites from carlos list,this is the most extreme doing a tom,selleck mustache go ahead add a hawaiian,shirt,um hugh jackman's uh wolverine that was,a great look,very recognizable the minute you trim up,your beard into the wolverine,shape my own son victor whose beard,naturally grows in a wolverine,configuration has a great success for,halloween costumes going as logan,there's always the tony stark goatee so,trimming down your beard a little bit,and giving it some shape,there's also john wick,you can,look at carlos's video on how to do that,we have peter sarguards in the,magnificent 7 which i thought was a,great look adding you know a hat a,sarapi and doing uh some you know,fabulous beard trimming can give you,that look,recently he did,the captain bill murray from,the life aquatic i also noted that on my,previous video that's a great easy,costume if you're wearing a beard you,can basically just add a beanie a beanie,and it is pretty much it did give away,on who you are,and then he also did clint eastwood from,the good the bad and the ugly so go,ahead check out carlos's playlist and,give you some ideas on how you can shape,up your beard some of them just require,styling yet some of them require cutting,but as i said don't be afraid to cut,your beard it's going to grow back so um,we mentioned one of the things that i'm,going to talk about in this category so,you can either go with santa you can go,as a version of what carlos does and,then this one is entitled superheroes,now when you think of superheroes,typically you think of your batman you,think of your superman you think of,clean-shaved guys smooth-faced guys,and yet there are a ton of superheroes,who sport beards and so whether you're,team dc or your team marvel there's a,guy for you who is sporting a beard that,you can actually,play up this holiday season,holiday,this halloween season as i mentioned,before there's the wolverine um,hugh jackman had made that famous and,that's actually marvel as you know,tony stark as i mentioned before,from iron man a great um,goatee pattern which you can play up,um and you know play with that,we also have things that i have done,yes,we have,yes,that was my halloween costume last year,we went actually out to dinner uh very,low-key and i went as aquaman to dinner,and uh that was a lot of fun and i loved,making the videos last year and uh you,can pick up the those kind of morph,suits uh really cheap and so give that a,look i also did,recently a version of mr fantastic now,mr fantastic was previously shaved but,if you actually web search uh fantastic,four and mr fantastic um dr reed um he,actually reed richards,reed richards dr richards um he actually,is sporting a beard now so an,opportunity to go as,one of the members of the fantastic four,you can try that out there's always,doctor strange from the marble franchise,we have,green arrow from dc,and then there's always hercules now,people think hercules this is mythology,yes it's mythology but it's actually in,the catalog of marvel comics,so check out any of the comic,franchises you will see tons of bearded,guys oh how can i forget thor we have,one of them hemsworth boys as,thor sporting long hair and a beard so,lots of options there if you want to cut,up your beard lots of options if you,want to keep a full beard lots of,options if you have long hair so look,into superheroes there's always a,costume there and uh people totally dig,it i have to tell you people totally dig,the superhero costume scene,go figure cosplay is really like popular,right now it's always been kind of on,the edge in the fringe it seems to be,gathering speed lots of people are,actually doing cosplay you see,celebrities doing cosplay um but uh it's,pretty easy to put together a cosplay,costume with the resources that you can,now find online,and so to round out our category what is,popular what is trending in either,television or movies they're not the,superhero bent,you can always go with someone from the,cast of bridgerton so if any of you know,about that this is an edwardian um,i was going to say melodrama so um soap,opera series and the lead characters uh,two of them are uh stubble bearded you,can check that out um and you just,search it the guy comes up you know,wearing a beard which is interesting to,think of edwardian england uh facial,hair was not a thing it was not a thing,in 1810 1812 1815 and yet he's sporting,a very 2021 uh stubble beard so check it,out um we have the cast from uh ted,lazzo,ted lazzo himself as well as coach beard,easy costume put together with the,tracksuit sweatsuit especially if you go,as a pair of guys pair,a team,very easy to put together and then,there's also lucifer,so you actually check there's a lot of,tv shows right now that are featuring,you know bearded guys classics you have,the vikings classics you can just go,back,and look at any of the tv you know,search your favorite tv show there's,bound to be a bearded guy on it so i,hope this gave you some ideas ladies and gentlemen children of all,ages,today on beardbrand I'm gonna give you,my top picks for Halloween costumes for,the bearded man it's a time of the year,in America and in some places around the,world I hear it's getting more popular,in Europe even where we celebrate,Halloween and it's actually become very,popular in United States and I want to,give you some of my top picks for,Halloween costumes for the bearded man,so long history of Halloween festivities,and costumes taking place in the,brezinski household my wife and I have,always dressed up and gone out for the,holiday season to parties even for,trick-or-treating in the neighborhood,you can see here pictures of Halloween,costumes actually involving my children,and it doesn't stop there over the years,with throwing Halloween parties or will,get dressed up to pass out candy to the,neighborhood children and then my wife,mrs. Brzezinski and I often go to,Halloween parties there's a great,Halloween party in Philadelphia thrown,by jeweler Henry David and the theme of,the party is always don't come as you,are but come as who you want to be and I,guess that's the whole basis of,Halloween you've an opportunity to come,in a character that you normally,wouldn't be and can lead to a lot of fun,an opportunity to just party and let,loose so here's a sampling of things,that we've done over the years often my,wife and I will do costumes that are,tied in together whether I'm the primary,or she's the primary focus they often,tie together and we've made these,costumes at home roughly probably a day,before we don't spend much time on,Halloween costumes but we always try to,come up with concept that might do well,for the party that we're going through,one of the balls that we go to actually,we've won best couple several times for,these particular costumes you can see,here that we're going full-throttle on,some things and making a commitment you,don't necessarily have to spend a lot of,time we spend maybe,day or two getting the costume together,try not spend a lot of money a lot of,men with facial hair whether it be a,mustache or full beer to go to you think,they have limited options of what they,can do for a Halloween costume with your,shaven you can always add a beard but if,you have a beard for example mine you,you need to have a costume that has a,full beard and mine,there are a lot of options you know I'm,thinking about what you can actually do,with a Halloween costume,here are some perennial favorites you,see these all the time they're great,costumes easy to accomplish you know,from just adding a hat adding a t-shirt,adding a flannel shirt to you know,adding picture frame to yourself some,basic costumes can quickly be done in,the matter you know of an afternoon even,before you go out for Halloween,so let me get into it here are my five,top picks for Halloween costumes for,2017 that you as a bearded man can rock,this season anything steampunk there's a,lot of hair suit in steampunk whether it,be a mustache goatee or full beard these,costumes as you can see it's really,adding a hat a lot of times with the,glasses and the vest and you can be on,your way to having a Halloween costume,steampunk is easily recognizable,basically on trend right now and easily,and easy to accomplish ever popular easy,to do is the pirate can see I've been,rendered here as a pirate you can go as,the Johnny Depp version in the Disney,movie there's also classic pirate that,you can do space pirate a lot of,variations within that particular gothic,that you can pick from other things you,can do and this one's pretty easy I did,this one a couple of years ago I,actually had a beard and what I did was,I went to a hair care store you could,probably pick these things up at a,costume shop just bought a you know,extensions that women or men would used,to put in their hair didn't spend I,don't think more than six or seven,dollars of these this rope of hair and,actually just put it in my beard and,tied it around my ears and then comb my,beard over,so I went as a gravedigger very easy,costume with the extension of the beard,wearing a top hat to use from a circus,costume that I had earlier wearing a,black coat black shoes black pants and,some heavy makeup around the eyes,carrying around the shovel everyone,immediately knew what I was other,options that you can do are anything,mythological people tell me all the time,hey man you look like Zeus or you look,like Poseidon so there might be an idea,for Halloween costume for me there this,year but anyone rocking a beard a full,beard or a big beard can easily,translate that into anything,mythological so whether you do it as a,strict costume or you put a twist on it,and making a statue version of the,costume a neat very easy costume to,accomplish because it's usually just a,toga sheet laurel wreath in your hair,and a prop whether it be triton or,lightning bolt or anything like that one,of my favorites and the one that'll,finish on is the skull beard and this is,a costume that you see a lot and very,easy to accomplish because you can wear,it any dark clothes in style up your,beard in a way that you normally would,and just apply makeup to the top half of,your face there's a photo editor that,did that became viral in the past couple,of years around Halloween time and I've,actually rocked it in the form of even,what I call team spirit when it's a,zombie football player get a team spirit,I thought was funny,anyhow adding the makeup to your beard,is a perennial favorite and actually one,of my favorite costumes so give these a,try and I think that you might have fun,this Halloween whether you celebrate or,not it gives you Transform Your Beard for Halloween!!!

ooh hey everyone welcome back to the,stuff on show and in today's video I'm,gonna transform my face and my beard,into a skeleton and make sure to LIKE,this video and if you haven't already,subscribe to the channel don't leave the,description loyal merch promo codes,links social media all that good stuff,now before we start this endeavor we're,going to need a few things first thing,to start out with is gonna be our base I,got some white base for my face and also,some black for the shadows along with,that I got hair color now this is for,the hair and the beard but don't worry,you can wash it out with shampoo and,beard shampoo to get it all out also I,got some black lipstick to fill in the,lips that way it's nice and dark for the,skeleton look plus I got this piece of,cardboard and the cut buddy when we're,going to do the cardboard we're gonna,make some lines with it I'll show you,guys a little later and also that's,where the cut buddy we're gonna make,some nice sharp lines and hopefully we,can use the angles for the skeleton look,now this is going to take 30 minutes,what I'm going to do is I'm going to,come in intermittently in the time lapse,give you guys some thoughts and some,suggestions as I'm going along with it,so I'm gonna start with the white go to,the black and we're just going to finish,everything up so let's go ahead and,start,now I've been getting some spots that,are just a little bit of even so I'm,trying to get my fingers and my cotton,balls to kind of even everything out now,as I got a base with my eyes in my nose,now we're going to start transitioning,into the beard what I'm gonna do is I'm,going to finish up my nose right here,with the black we're gonna kind of even,everything out with the nose here we're,just kind of missing some stuff over,here the white in the nose and then what,I'm going to do is I'm going to start,using the black on the lips we're gonna,bring the cheeks the lips out to the,cheeks and that's where we start using,the cardboard so let's keep going down,and just keep pressing on,so now what I'm trying to do is have,that effect of the teeth if you guys,remember like in cocoa or an other nice,good examples hocus-pocus the skeleton,in there what we're trying to accomplish,is the teeth look and so what I'm doing,is I'm bringing my jaw and cheek line,into the soul patch so that way we have,a nice rounded shape of the skull and,then I'm gonna blend everything in with,the gray hair color and we're gonna,color in the beard gray so it's like we,have the skull and then we're just an,old gray man in them and have a nice top,cap on me as well so let's keep grinding,away we're just following that line gray,or just keep going,so now we're gonna take the gray out,open it up we're gonna start to drain up,that hair now let's see oh yeah,whoo all right we're getting there now,this is stupid a really good job I am,really surprised right now now there's,something going on you probably are,thinking this I probably look like a dog,too as well but this is really looking,good,I think the teeth will hopefully,probably make it or break it so let's,get the black back out and just keep,going at it we're gonna do the lines,again like I said work is working and,I'm not a professional either the work,now we're looking a lot better it's fun,when you add a lot more dimension into,the actual shape of the design of your,skull you can really you know bring out,that element that you're looking for,it's looking pretty good guys we're,looking really well just to add on to,what we're doing I put a little bit of,white into the beard,and that way gives it a little bit of a,fade from the jaw line into the beard,field really quickly the actual dye of,the beard it makes it look really oh and,it makes it feel looks really old I'm,gonna go grab an element we're gonna put,it in and then we'll kind of finalize,everything up maybe work on my nose a,little bit but let me come back here in,two seconds and we'll continue with the,process now I did a little touch-ups on,the nose I did more of a triangle effect,I just need actually as I can see right,now I just need to add a little bit,that way I like a nice kind of triangle,effect that the nose does before it was,round but I needed more of a intention,now I told you guys earlier you got to,finalize everything we got the beard now,we need the top hat clear that up and a,good idea I was thinking of it was like,this is faux spider webs so I thought it,would be fun to actually put it in my,beard like this you know maybe I'll go,grab some more but that way the beard,when you come up close when you come up,close it'll look really cool like it's,really old like that yes look at that,look how good that looks okay and here's,the here's the kicker because I had and,I made this to you look at this so to,have the spider webs on here we're going,to spider webs on the beard and then of,course we got to put it on the jacket so,I'm at a point where I think I'm ready,to go let's put on the in samba land,let's do kind of like I guess reveal,maybe we'll go to the green screen maybe,I don't know we'll figure it out but,let's hop on over and get everything,together and just like that we got,ourselves a killer scary skeleton,Halloween costume the best part about,this build it was very inexpensive not,only that you don't need to be a,professional to do it even better we use,some stuff around the house spider webs,the jacket latex gloves a hat very easy,and simple to put together that's the,whole fun about Halloween is making your,own costume the whole bill they think,was about under $40 got pretty much,everything at Walmart and you guys I,just want to let you know even if you,are beardsman we can get away with,different Halloween costumes we don't,need to be that lumberjack or that,typical a beardsman guy you can always,add elements of fun like I said I just,put in some hair spray some color hair,spray to my beard always a great holiday,it's a really fun time to express who we,kind of want to be in our alter ego and,this is a great way to do it it's a fun,time going trick-or-treating with your,family eating are you ready to spin the diy halloween,costume wheel let's go,cool it landed on the mummy that means,we're going to make coach rocco a mommy,costume coach rock has been a little sad,lately because he doesn't have a,halloween costume ready this year,but don't worry we're going to cheer him,up the only rule of this game is we have,to use supplies that we already have no,going to the store for us,boys and girls if you know what to use,to make a mummy costume give me a big,thumbs up i think you know what i'm,thinking,let's go,oh hi jimmy i'm gonna need a lot of,toilet paper do you know where it's all,kept i sure do but first what do you,need it for i can't just give you all,that toilet paper for nothing you see,i'm playing this game where i'm making,diy halloween costumes and i'm doing a,mummy oh awesome i'll help you out coach,rocco keeps all the toilet paper,upstairs in the closet i'll go get it,awesome while jimmy's doing that i'm,gonna go to the bathroom and see if,there's any extra toilet paper,toilet paper,where are you,oh,yeah,got one,but this is definitely not enough for a,full costume i wonder how jimmy's doing,jimmy how's it going up there,coming,wait let me see how wonder where jimmy went off to,here you go ellie i got everything,you'll need for your witch costume,awesome a cape this looks perfect i,found it behind the barn door oh,spooky,and secondly all witches wear hats right,well this was the only hat i could find,so here you go,i mean i guess i could be a cowboy witch,those exist right and last but not least,a bat witches love bats i figure and,plus this one doubles as a broom oh i,see what you did there jimmy,i don't know boys and girls do you think,i look like a witch to you,no,wait wait wait wait hold on is it a,better broom you're looking for cause,you could attach this to the end of the,bat and see that looks like it looks,perfect i mean i i guess so but i don't,know i've never seen a baseball bat,broomstick before oh it looks great,trust me you're ready to go,trick-or-treating inside i don't know,time to spin the wheel again and try,another costume one two three go,cool it's a pirate costume,oh awesome you'd make such a great,pirate i have everything you need for,your costume right there in the barn uh,jimmy i actually think the pirate,costume is for you and i think i have,the perfect supplies for you inside,let's go,look jimmy i found one of coach rocco's,favorite jackets,i'm sure he wouldn't miss it too much,try it on it looks super piratey,wow i feel like a pirate already oh but,you're not a pirate yet you gotta have a,hook,and i think this hanger will do just the,trick all you have to do is bend it into,shape and look you have a hook already,huh a homemade hook,this is so cool,okay i think that we have to make some,accessories,come over here,because we're going to make a pirate hat,for a pirate hat you're going to need,black construction paper,a stapler and scissors it's that easy,here we go the finished pirate patch,doesn't look good we're missing one more,accessory the pirate's eye patch i,wonder what we can use to make one of,those an eye patch you say you mean like,uh this one that i found in the barn,told you i could find anything in there,jimmy you're so good at finding things,why don't you put that on and i'll put,on your hat for you,this is going to be the best pirate,costume ever,here we go the perfect fit,this is so cool i'm jimmy beard the,pirate,you look really good quick i need your,help i can't get out of this cos i'm,gonna have to go to the bathroom really,bad uh mr pirate why don't you use that,hook to help me get this toilet paper,off me captain jimmy to the rescue hook,it right there and i'll spin out it,ready,i'm all right i i landed on a soft spot,okay,don't worry about me,awesome it landed on orange wow that,means i have to wear orange all day and,eat orange and drink orange wait a,second are you doing the one color,challenge is it my turn to spin yet nice,we can do this challenge together jimmy,yep go ahead and spin but remember we,don't do any do-overs one-spin only yeah,yeah no do-overs i got it here comes the,biggest spin ever,jimmy,come on keep going keep going nope it,landed on pink that means you're gonna,have to wear eat and drink pink all day,today jake wait wait a minute hold on,that was just a practice one one more,spin jimmy,pink again,there's something wrong with this wheel,come on give me one more shot please,nope no do-overs we're swapping colors,for the day,boys and girls if you want to see jimmy,wear pink eat pink drink pink give me a,big thumbs up,so let me get this straight i have to,wear nothing but pink clothes all day,yup that's the challenge but i don't,even own any pink clothes and i'm pretty,sure i've never seen you wear orange,either you know what that's a good point,i have a great idea why don't you go,inside my closet and pick out any of the,clothes you want i plenty of pink and,i'll go to yours because you have plenty,of orange so wait a minute i have to,wear your pink clothes,all right fine challenge accepted,there's no way i'm gonna lose this one,hmm,yes,tada so how do i lift just like jimmy,right orange orange i can't wait to see,jimmy come on out jimmy i want to see,you no way i'm not coming out i want to,spin the wheel again no way no do-overs,remember besides if you don't come out i,guess that means i win the challenge,right and you really want me to win oh,fine i'll come out,wow,jimmy you look awesome,i love those colors on you i hate it,you're so lucky you got orange that's,the coolest color there is i miss my,shirt,you know what,i guess i do look kind of good i agree,you know what i think i am going to win,this challenge hey coach rocco wait till,you see my new pink shirt,no wait coach come see my jimmy costume,now that we've gotten changed it's time,to freshen up i need to brush my teeth,but i only have blue toothpaste,hmm,what else could i use to freshen up my,mouth,well i have this,wash this will do just the trick,that's the perfect color,whoa hmm minty fresh,time to brush the old jimmy choppers,wait a second this toothpaste is white,i'm gonna need pink toothpaste for this,challenge,where's the pink toothpaste do we have,any,hey,where do we keep the pink toothpaste,pink toothpaste i never heard of it we,got plenty of the white kind though wait,a second is that ketchup,coach rocco can i borrow this ketchup,i'll bring it back by lunchtime i,promise,this is going to be one of my best ideas,ever in our class we learned that if you,combine white with red it makes pink so,i'll use this red ketchup and this white,toothpaste to make pink toothpaste it's,perfect,see now it's pink it worked like a charm,jimmy,sometimes i amaze myself,oh wait,now i got a brush with toothpaste and,ketchup,well i don't know if i can do this,you want to win the challenge don't you,yeah that's right that's what i thought,come on jimmy,three two one go,oh,good news jimmy i found a tube of pink,toothpaste haley found it,what i've already been watching,alright it's time for our favorite time,of the day lunch time finally i've had a,pretty tough day so far but once i have,a delicious lunch i'll finally have the,energy i need to beat you in the,challenge,welcome to lunch,now i know you two have been doing this,special one color challenge all day so i,made you both a very special lunch,ellie you first,this i like to call the orange plate,we've got oranges we've got mango we've,got carrots and we even got a little bit,of pumpkin in there,enjoy it looks i,couldn't find anything that was pink so,i put in more salmon and then some more,salmon on top of that,so this is essentially a fish and beet,milkshake,yeah it's good,all right well you know i did just brush,my teeth with ketchup so this should be,a breeze come on jimmy you want to win,the challenge don't you,love out of here ellie you win,hey,i win,awesome i'm gonna finish this orange,plate it's so good,and i don't like to see that uh the pink,rocco smoothie just and they're not,getting drink,don't mind if i do that,i made it i should love it right,are you okay,hold your robo,what's up your hat and you don't,look old anymore jimmy that's you,oh busted let's make a run for it ellie,i told you too adult swim is for adults,only now you're not gonna trick me 24,hours this is mine,coach rocco's pool,no,i can't believe that my cannonball,spoiled our plans like that that was a,really good plan,but on the bright side it was a really,good cannonball lucky for us i have,another plan that'll get coach rocco out,of the pool you see he won't be able to,stay inside the pool without getting,really hungry and i've got just the,thing to make him extra hungry right,away,hold on a second is that pizza oh boy my,favorite you got olives and anchovies,right this pizza isn't for us jimmy it's,for coach rocco to get out of the pool,you see when he comes out to get a slice,bam adult swim is over and it's back to,sweden for us huh that does sound pretty,smart but can i be the one who delivers,the pizza pretty pretty please um i,don't think so jimmy i think pizza makes,you a little crazy sometimes but just,stay here and keep an eye out in case i,get into any trouble okay if you say so,but try to save me a slice if you can,okay an extra cheesy one,please,special delivery for mystical draco sir,yes i'm mr coach rocco is is that a,pizza that's right,one large pepperoni pizza for mr rocco,oh wow we how did you know i wanted a,pizza well if you could just plop it on,this floaty i'll get to eating and no,can do we do not put our pizza on the,floatie or it'll get soggy you know the,pizza will taste much better if you eat,it outside the pool that's a delivery,room ah those pesky delivery rules,well,i can't get outside of the pool so,are you sure,not even for a delicious pizza this,yummy hot scrumptious wonderful amazing,pizza,all right if you don't want this yummy,scrumptious amazing wonderful pizza,again,huh jimmy my pizza jimmy come on,he was about to get out of the pool nice,try youtube but you're not gonna get old,coach rocco out of this pool,hey,could you leave that pizza here i'm,really hungry,all right i'll just take the,i know you don't eat the crust,oh,i'm so hungry,so,ellie jimmy,i haven't heard anything in a while i,bet they're in the rooms playing roblox,that means right now is a good time for,me to sneak out and have a little break,all right i'll be back mr floaty now i'm,not breaking any rules of the challenge,i'm just gonna go in get a Beard Trim and Buzzcut for an Incredible Halloween Costume

happy halloween it's a halloween episode,happy halloween,it's a happy halloween uh,halloween cuts a little insider info,he's got uh he's got some viking gear,going on underneath hey what's up,beardbrand bob the barber here and i've,got my real good friend andy you might,recognize him and uh we're here for a,little halloween shop,it's time to get cleaned up for the end,of the month uh so something special uh,dear lord's choice today surprise me oh,yeah we're gonna have some fun hey,so andy you said dealer's choice,i feel like we're gonna,we're gonna get this i wanna do some,jason statham magic on you you feel me,familiar with you're old i'm too old,bruce willis magic okay yeah some bruce,willis magic for you,um we got some feedback from the last,time and some people said you know try,something different so i leave it in,your,professional hands so i think we're,gonna,do like a mid skin fade it's a good look,still have some stubble around the edges,on the top we'll clean it up quite a bit,um,yeah and then uh that'll make the this,already fantastic beard even more of a,hero,all the people who like the color of,this beard you know orange is very,halloween it's very in season it's,autumn,what what what if we do like a,jack-o'-lantern,look on your no okay yeah maybe the back,of my head,not the front you know what i'm not done,with your hair yeah you're here back,here yet let me uh let me work some,magic right quick,shout out to rob the original who uh he,does this kind of stuff on horses,oh nice,yeah i don't know if um,mane and tail really is a proper beard,care product though,i'll stick with the beard brand stuff,thanks that's you know what's probably,probably a better choice,yeah it's like a little skeleton skull,don't forget that i started the haircut,before i decided to do this by the way,yeah you'll get to see this in the video,i'm going to leave it uh nice,it'll be like an easter egg for me yeah,you're,look what's uh,what's that about man how uh how'd you,come up with that,you know being a procrastinator uh,extraordinaire,i waited till the night before uh,and i said yeah i could bang this out in,a couple hours,so that was i don't know like 5 p.m uh,friday night and i was supposed to be at,the ren fair like 10 a.m on saturday you,should have just gone beastmaster that,guy just wears a loincloth so much,easier i don't i don't really have the,uh yeah the physique for the beastmaster,so uh you know i started 5 p.m friday,and sometime around like,three o'clock saturday that you know the,place closes at like five i uh i finish,up and then have to drive 90 minutes,down there wearing the whole thing,and uh i made it,just in time was like 45 minutes before,closing so,i cleaned my workbench and found the,tools that i was looking for so usually,yeah i uh i'm in the same process right,now organizing organizing my stuff and,it's annoying when you uh you find the,thing that you replaced with just like,the week before,so when i moved down here i had uh i,found four caulking guns when i packed,up the shop just i was just so like i,can't find the caulking gun just buy,another one just buy another one,and uh i i gave them all my old roommate,i was like i'm just taking the good one,you can have these crummy ones here just,in case they needed some of that good, yep,yeah i couldn't find the uh the,oscillating vibrating tool so i was,i was cutting uh a drywall square out,for a patch for the utility knife i,forgot how time consuming and unfun that,is you know before that magical power,tool,i don't know i know,that two of the guys that i've,had,have gone to,that for something else right so yeah i,haven't done drywall in,i guess it's like 2014.,and uh i'm realizing it's just not a,good use of my time you know you know,what is though,viking,viking armor exactly,yeah so i'm like there's enough drywall,people down here that you know they're,like artisans at it i should just hire,somebody you know i don't want to pay,the like 300 minimum charge and then you,know have them come in do their ninja,drywall stuff be out there in half an,hour and i feel like i cheated myself,you know,so just for reference i did a one at the,top of your head,um and then i was about a one and a half,two in this like region because i wanted,there to be a little bit of stubble,um it's a little longer than stubble but,uh i wanted to create a shadow like i,said bruce willis,and that other young fella you mentioned,his name is jason,okay,don't judge me on my british accent,apparently i'm not good at impersonation,so whatever uh whatever line or shape,you feel like doing you know,go for it,like i said it'll grow back,should we braid it before you uh,is it long enough to i don't i don't,know,so my my mom's side of him is actually,from uh newfoundland canada which is uh,it's a fair bit easter here they have,their own half a time zone they're like,a half ahead of uh just to be different,from,halifax i guess i don't know but uh,i had no idea there was so much viking,history in newfoundland because,you know my family came there part of,the irish diaspora right so you know all,of the people on my mom's side of the,family have an irish accent,nobody sounds scandinavian or you know,really looks scandinavian,but i went up there to visit and uh it,was pretty badass how much viking stuff,is up there,how's that,just,that would look pretty badass,you did a nice job the other uh big big,beardy movie thing prior to the,caribbean you ever wonder why they had,all those like shells and beads and,stuff in there was that,it's because of the wind on the boat wow,so when my beard was like six inches,longer than this i went on a cruise and,i wander out on the deck the thing just,starts blowing back into your face like,it's sandblasting your eyes the i got,some beard brand mustache wax but you,know it's just,my beard's a little unruly the mustache,is a little unruly and you know,it held okay but i was like you know it,takes a while to melt this stuff in,again and i'll even i wonder if there's,another,another way to go,so like an idiot i go online,hey you know what are what are the,options for mustafar well there's this,whole padre of people out there and,they're like super all-natural you know,and i don't want any chemicals or you,know,you're ruining your mustache if you put,anything in there you don't know what it,is you know so like i get the beeswax,myself from from the person down the,street and uh you know if it doesn't,have real squirrel gluten in it you know,what is squirrel gluten you people are,as unfun as the sca people you know it's,just a mustache,and you know anything i put in here is,like,nothing will be more official than the,twinkie filling that gets on it right,you know exactly yeah we were talking,about pasta like yeah i'm pretty sure,that marinara is not great for it either,they're worried about the wax is that is,that what this is by the way just like,old marinara from last night yeah,well i don't know who the uh,you know with elon musk moving,everything here and joe rogan here like,who's the next,austin uh,celebrity to get or the next sorry next,celebrity captured by austin's gravity,let's let's get daniel craig since he's,out there in movies you know,now,and he can he can uh help me work on my,my british accent yeah,and i don't really you know the whole,like hbo releasing it you know and,streaming at the same time like,i don't want the movie theater,experience you know,you don't want the movie no i do oh i,want the big screen i don't know,i mean actually yeah all movie theaters,are dead to me except for out on my,drive house i am into that i can i can,agree with that one any day well i'm,hoping,you know the kids can have like a normal,halloween this year because remember,last year they're like,trying to come up with ways to have,non-contact halloween you know like,yeah i'm going to get those mini snicker,bars and a wrist rock and just shoot,them with the kids walking by,and uh you know that's the repurpose,these iron man blasters,yeah are the uh you know the t-shirt,cannon full of you know marshmallow,peeps or something you know like,or the candy corn gatling guy like,speaking of which have you ever caught a,t-shirt from a cannon gun i have not i,would i would love to catch one from the,coyote i'd love to be on the other side,of the canyon this year people you know,wait if you dress up like the coyote,have you ever been a mascot i i did when,i was in college it doesn't surprise me,at all auntie,yeah you got to have good heat tolerance,to be in the mascot business,good what tolerance,heat,tolerance,i uh so that,that gig got me another gig and another,gig and eventually i wound up uh,being in the macy's day parade,which um it sounded awesome and i was,like yeah sure,i'll do that,i knew i would be walking but i guess i,just didn't really realize how big,manhattan is and how long that parade is,you know where the parade ends,remember miracle on 34th street the,movie yeah macy's is on 34th street you,know so i'm like,40 city blocks,and they're proper 40,city blocks and they're proper city,blocks yeah,yeah,so thankfully uh the horses were behind,me you,know,a couple of the balloons had to be,euthanized at the beginning of the,parade,and was a bus,motor,yeah brother i am totally digging this,this is uh i sculpted still maintaining,a lot of length make it a little sharper,a little scarier looks cleaner yeah yeah,i can see my teeth thank you yes i i'll,be able to eat now turkey leg but still,plenty of mustaches are still like,viking approved yeah let's go and throw,some uh,let's go and throw some balm in there,some oil and bomb
