Halloween 🎃 Outdoor Decor | Front Yard Halloween Decorations | DIY Outside Decorating Ideas 2022

foreign, hey guys and welcome back to my channel,my name is Keely and today we're going,to be decorating outside my house for,Halloween that means the entire spooky, yard setup is going up today y'all if,you're new here I love Halloween it's my,absolute favorite time of year to,decorate for and we have so much going,on today I'm going to be doing a huge, outdoor graveyard setup in my front yard, complete with a 12 foot tall skeleton, and all of his friends got DIYs for you, little hacks and tons of stuff to give, you inspiration on how to turn your, front yard in to spooky Halloween setup, that you wanted to be so get ready and,get set to run a makamakamak today, because we are getting spooky witches, let's go,so the first thing I did was put up the, skeletons my 12-foot skeleton I put up,way before anything else I had to do,that while my husband was still home, because obviously I needed help because,he's huge a funny story when I asked the, girls what I should name him Cali came,up with the name Josh so this is my,skeleton 12 foot tall named Josh don't,know why we don't even know anybody, named Josh but here he is this is Josh, everybody meet him in addition to Josh,we have his two friends these are just, five and a half foot skeletons from,Walmart that I put up I use zip ties and,a yardstick and a shepherd's hook to,hang them up and get them put up in the, yard so super easy way to do it and now, they're just out here hanging out, foreign, here's a close-up of the big 12-foot,skeleton I think he really makes the, whole vibe out here he is from Home,Depot but I don't know that you'll find, him this year I had to buy him in July, but he's staked down and locked down, with steaks and then he has another wire, that holds him up he was fairly easy to,put together I wish I had more footage,of us putting him together and also his, eyes light up too I just haven't plugged, that part of him in yet but that's him I,don't think I realized how big 12 feet,is on a skeleton until I put him up but,I absolutely love how he turned out so,happy with this purchase the skeletons, they are zip tied to the back to these, steaks I did have one shepherd's hook, that I used for this one but I actually, kind of like using the stakes more I,feel like the steaks actually work, better so,he's just zip tied to this stake that I,got from Lowe's,this year I wanted to get some more, tombstones to make a much bigger, graveyard I really wanted to make them, but unfortunately while I was working on,this video I also had covid love that, for me so I decided not to make them and,to just buy them convenience has a cost, and it's apparently 32 dollars so I got,two packs of six tombstones from Walmart, because it's me of course I had to spice, them up a little bit so we also got some,Moss from the craft section and let the, girls have at it decorating them to give, them more detail and make them a little, spookier they are just made out of foam,so I don't know if they'll last more, than a year but to be honest it was, worth my mental health to just buy them, this year, foreign, say hello to my mother she's here, visiting and loves Halloween as much as,I do so I was pumped to have her here to,help out she brought some amazing decor, with her too first check out these, fences they have been around my entire, life and I absolutely love them I had to,have them I'm so excited to have them, for my graveyard obviously I wish I knew, how to tell y'all where they were from,or literally anything about them but I,truly have no idea so my apologies on,that one but you have to admit they're,pretty cool huh obviously I got my love,of Halloween from my Mom they're heavy, metal and my mom has had them for, probably like 15 years but they are, awesome and give all the perfect, graveyard Vibes if you ask me,just introduce myself if you're new here,my name is Keely I'm 31 years old and my,middle name is really rainbow I make,YouTube videos about home decor holidays,DIYs and motherhood and I like to keep,it real and show y'all how to be extra, without all the effort I love Halloween, eating Halloween candy and scaring all,of the neighborhood children with my,12-foot skeleton,I live in North Carolina I have two, daughters who are five and ten I'm,currently pregnant with my third child, and I'm married to my husband Tim who, works in the oil field which means he's,hardly ever here and you'll probably, never see him I want to be your new mom, friend who will encourage you give you, life hacks to be the mom you want to be,and I promise I will never judge you, life is crazy so let's be friends I,would love to have you subscribe I put,out videos every week here on YouTube, and I also post a ton on Tick Tock and,Instagram so make sure to go check me,out there I've got so much fun holiday, content coming up so I really hope that, you will join me,foreign,to the graveyard I wanted to make some, pumpkin pillars I used two large wooden, stakes and a bunch of plastic pumpkins I,drilled holes into the back of the, pumpkins and then attached them to the, stakes with zip ties the pumpkins, themselves are also for my mom he's had, them for years and they're probably all, from like 20 years ago definitely, getting 90s kid Vibes with the Casper, pumpkins especially I bet my kids don't,even know who Casper is but that's okay, anyway I love them because they are also, unique and different than the usual ones, that you're seeing in stores now they, made a great pumpkin pillar and gave a,little bit of Whimsy to my graveyard, best part all of the lights in the, pumpkins work too what kind of Miracle,is that, football,so we just finished with the pumpkin, pillar so I wanted to give you guys some,up close to kind of see how everything,is on here you can see that they're zip, tied through the holes that I drilled, onto this piece of wood and then each, one of them has its own separate little, light in there then I have these that, are from Dollar Tree that I put in,between the pumpkins just because there, was like awkward space in between them, and it needed something and I think that, the skulls kind of gave it a little, spookier of a Vibe there's the Casper, pumpkin I love him he's so cute so then,I also put some moss in between there to,kind of cover it up just to give it like, the entrance to the graveyard Vibe the, pumpkins all came from my mom I will, link similar pumpkins but I don't don't,think that you can get these specific, ones anymore but that's kind of how we,did this all of them are just zip tied,on the back, and you could do this for any sort of,pumpkin Arch and just zip tie them to,something like this PVC pipe or whatever, but that's kind of what worked out the, best for us there are a lot of cords but,you can't see those at night just during, the day,so we laid out all the gravestones and, started poking them into the ground the,new ones are foam like I said so they, were easy but for longevity's sake I,probably suggest using wood and steaks,to make gravestones but we're gonna see,how these fare as long as no hurricanes, come our way I think I might be okay, thank you,so if you're new to my Channel or,wondering what video is next now is my,chance to convince you to stay and, subscribe we're running a makamakamuk, over here and this is just the middle of,all of my Halloween decor I've got tons,of fun content coming up soon to share,if you didn't catch it at the beginning,I'm sure you can probably tell I'm,pregnant so I'll be sharing some, pregnancy content in addition to all my,projects in Holiday Decor my next video, will be more Halloween decor I'll,actually be decorating inside my house, sharing some fun DIYs and giving all the, spooky Vibes and then there will be a,Halloween home tour and lots more, holiday fun so make sure you're,subscribed so you don't miss out, thank you,so after getting the Tombstones put up,we had one windy day and the little pegs, that came with the Tombstones did not, work out so I decided to put in a little, extra effort and make sure that I didn't,have to wake up to them in my neighbor's,yard again I went to Lowe's and got some, dowels and some PVC pipe I cut the PVC,pipe down and used Gorilla Glue to,secure the PVC pipes to the Tombstones, after that I hammered the dowels into, the ground and slid the Tombstones right, over the Dallas to secure them it worked, pretty well and now I don't have to,worry about them blowing away with the, tiniest gust of wind, foreign, let's have a round of applause for my,Madame Leota Tombstone from Lowe's this,is an afterthought but look at her just, look at her how cute is she I'm not, gonna say she's budget friendly okay I'm,gonna be honest but sometimes you just, need something and you I just needed her, that's all, when you're setting up Halloween decor, you always have to think of how it's,going to look at night that's what, you're really decorating for to scare, the Daylights out of little children, just kidding kind of anyway adding good, lighting is key I have several, spotlights that are different colors, black spotlights and string lights that, really kick things up a notch when it,comes to what it looks like at night I,also have a smoke machine that I put out,on Halloween like I said I'm really, dedicated to this I'll be sure to link, what I have down below so don't forget,to check out in the description if you, have any questions, foreign, all set up I decided to put all my blow,up Decor on the other side of the, driveway this will be a little less, spooky and I did get this awesome blow,up Castle last year on clearance so of,course I had to put that up it,definitely feels in the other side of,the yard and I do think they're cute I,know some people have a very love-hate,relationship with blow up so let me know, down in the comments if you are a blow,up Decor kind of person or not at all, show you guys a little bit during the,day so you can get some kind of insight, into how everything is out here and set,up it does not look as good during the,day but that's that's the point,Halloween decorations are supposed to,look good at night so I do have a,extension cord running out to here which, brings all the power out to everything,so,I've got our gravestones these are the, ones from Walmart that I mentioned and,in these some of them are the ones that,I made last year, and then we've got our fences that my,mom brought and these to kind of make, them extend a little bit so they covered, more space,we put some lights down at the bottom, here just like string lights for the, little pumpkin pillars I guess and each, one of these has their own plug so,there's quite a lot of plugs back there,to keep everything plugged in but it,looks pretty good A little bit up close,in the graveyard I have some more, gravestones over here this one lights up,and then I do have some spotlights on,the big skeletons so we just have a,couple little details I have this guy, plugged in and then I do have spotlights, all over that are pink and black light,so that way,it gives it that like nice purple vibe, that you guys see at the end plugging it,in is always the hardest part just, because you have to get power from the, house out into your yard but I think, that it all turned out pretty good, that's just to give you guys a little, bit of insight as to what it looks like, during the day and more details about, how everything's plugged in and kind of,why we did what we did we do have, spotlights out here as well to shine, onto the fences so that way they can, have some color too it looks really, great at night during the day it's okay, there's a lot of cords but there's,really no other option unless I was to,get like battery powered everything and, that's just not going to happen so here,we are but if you have any questions let,me know so for the blow ups I wanted to,do blow-ups on this side just because I,thought it would be at least one part of,the yard that was like a little bit less, spooky I think I've effectively scared, all of the kids in our neighborhood that, are small Tim bought me this last year, after Halloween it's from Walmart and,I'll try to link it if they have it,again this year but then I've had this, ghost and this pumpkin for a long time,so just put them out here and put them,on this side of the yard to give this, side of the yard something I do love my,blow ups some people hate blow ups but I,think these are cute I like it on,Halloween night I will probably move, this into the driveway so kids can like, walk through it to go up to get candy, because we move all the cars out of the, driveway right now it'll just stay over, here and be like a cute little castle, all right y'all it's time to take it to,the night time let's get spooky witches,I love how it looks at night with the, lights and the skeleton and the fog, machine and The Vibes I just think it's,great I hope you all love it as much as,I do let me know what you think down, below, foreign, thank you,all right y'all I want to thank you so,much for watching and hanging out with,me today I love making Halloween videos,so make sure to stick around and, subscribe for more because I have so,much more in store y'all have a great, day and if no one's told you today, you're doing a great job

🪦 Halloween 2022 🪦 The BEST Outdoor CREEPY Halloween Decorations, DIY Cemetery & Lights

thank you,we are outside today because we're going,to be working on some Halloween, decorating Transforming Our fall front, porch into a spooky outdoor decor, display and I'm so excited I'm a little, sad to be saying goodbye to our fall, display just because I do think it's the, best one we've ever had and I've Loved, this setup but I'm so ready for all of,the spooky decorations and just, decorating in a really fun way for,Halloween I know some people say it's,tacky but we love Halloween at the South,Derek's in the shed just messing around, trying to dig out our Halloween, decorations you see my Skelly here he's,gonna have to bring out what are you, looking for babe, extension cords okay well we've got a,bunch of stuff in here most of this, stuff is waiting to go into a garage, sale but uh we have all of our like, outdoor decorations back there so,Derek's gonna be pulling some out okay I,am so sorry to just cut that last clip, abruptly I was clearly still talking but,our neighbor actually let her dog out,and as much as we love Kuma she is in,everyone's business barking incessantly, and very loudly so I didn't want you, guys to have to deal with that in the, background of that clip but really all, that I was saying is that Derek was, sorting through the shed and making sure, that we had pulled out absolutely all of,the Halloween decor that we've been, collecting and all of the lights, everything that we thought that we were, going to need and while he did that I,came back to the front step front porch, area and I am going to put away our fall, display this was a little bittersweet, because I really loved what I came up,with for fall this year it's unlike, anything else that I I've ever done I,did film that and share the video, already so if Halloween isn't your thing, and you prefer more fall Decor I'll go,ahead and Link that video for you guys,in the I card in the description box, definitely check it out I loved it but I,love Halloween even more give this video,a thumbs up if you also love spooky, season and Halloween decorating I,seriously look forward to it all year, long it's basically like a second,Christmas and so we like to do it big we,collect Decor all year long and season, deals and clearance finds and all of,that and we just try to make our display, better and better every year I love the,way it came out this year though and I,am just beyond excited to share that, with you, usually we would probably use a leaf, blower for this I'm sure Derek would, prefer that but all this mulch is like, soaking wet and kind of stuck to the, sidewalks here because for the last how, long has it been babe five or six days, six days we've been dealing with, residual hurricane weather and lots of,rain and things so I have all of our old, plants like from our fall setup over, here and I'm thinking I might use them,on our back patio because we don't,decorate our back patio for Halloween,so I might do like the fall setup out, there because I really loved this this, year especially, these plants these greens I don't even, know what they're called but they were,so pretty with all of the moms and then,we have a ton of stuff over here too, like all of our patio furniture and, things because it's still soaked it,didn't rain at all yesterday but it's,still just soaked so we're trying to,kind of dry it out since there is so,much sunlight today all of our spooky,Decor Derek brought out here and I'm so,excited about it we have a pretty good, mixture of things that we had previously, and then a few new items like all of,these pre-carved light up pumpkins are, from last year our poseable skeleton I,actually used him inside last year but,Derek had an idea to use him out here so,we'll see if that works out and then, this is our door knocker,we also have quite a few pumpkins from, last year but then also some new, planters that I found at Target this, year look at how cool these are I think,I'm going to try to reuse our white mums,in here we did pick up some huge, beautiful purple mums because we have, some purple Halloween lights and so we,thought that that would complement that, better than the like orangish red moms,we had,in this guy we found him at home sense a,few months ago now and I just thought he,was so cool I couldn't leave without him,I actually posted this in my Instagram, stories because Derek didn't want him,and I said tell me I should buy this and, like 100 said buy him so we haven't,decided on a name you guys let me know, what you think his name should be but,I'm just so excited I'm thinking that,we're either gonna use him like right, next to the front door or in the space, over here and then in this whole front, flower bed we're planning on doing like,a little graveyard so we've got a ton of,tombstones this is a mixture of things,we already had some that we picked up at,the end of season clearance last year, and then a couple from this year we've,got these like, fence steak things that we got from,Target this year just a bunch of stuff,so we do need to take some things out of,the wrappers we're about to do that now,and kind of lay it all out so that we,can get an idea of what we're going to,do and if you want to see all the, specific things that we're using I'll do,my very best to link absolutely, everything that I can down in the, description box, okay so I know that you are about the Cs,sorting through everything taking a lot,of things out of their packaging, unwrapping them taking off price tags, things like that really we just wanted,to get everything spread out on the, driveway here so that we could easily, see what we had what we were working, with and go straight to it instead of,having to like dig through bins and, things like that but I wanted to take a,second to let you know that only a few,of the things that you are seeing here, were purchased this year most of what we,have we've been collecting over the last, few years and especially even some of,the things you see us taking out of the, packaging we got at the end of season, clearance last year because it's been, since last year that we've been talking, about what kind of display we wanted to,set up this year we seriously do look, forward to it every year we love talking, about it daydreaming about it and it's,just something that Derek and I share in,common and can be excited for together, but I just wanted to mention that, because I don't want any of you to think, that you have to go out to the store and, spend hundreds of dollars to decorate,it's okay to slowly build up your, collection over time that's definitely, what I do we found this tree at,Michael's the other day after how long, were we looking for one babe,a month Derek had decided that he wanted, one of these and then by the time he,decided we couldn't find any this was,the last one at Michael's hold on for a,minute it's a light up LED spooky tree,it's got purple lights and this these, little fabric pieces that to me look, like bats Derek said he wanted to take, them off but I like them so we might end,up keeping them but anyway it's a five, foot tree which means it's gonna be,pretty substantial I think we're gonna, put it right there to kind of like have,an end to our graveyard instead of just, like a random drop-off type of thing but, anyway we are super excited to unbox it,and see what it looks like all put, together as we were setting this up I,was so impressed with the quality of,this it's the first time that we've ever, purchased an outdoor Halloween, decoration from Michael's especially one, that is pre-lit and I don't know what I,was expecting but I definitely wasn't,expecting this it was super easy to put, together very tall and substantial and, just really high quality for only paying, like 45 dollars I know as it gets closer,to the season they can be hard to find,in stores but I'll go ahead and leave a,link down in the description box I'd,highly recommend if you are looking for, something like this we were gonna go,ahead and put that tree in place and see,how it looks, but one of us lost the rubber mallet to,be able to put the stakes in the ground, who you think it was Derek, anyway,so while Derek's looking for the rubber, mallet that he lost,he brought the um,ladder out for me and I've got these, decals that I'm gonna put up in the, window if you've been around for a while, and watched us with our front porch, decorating you know that this window, always causes us so much trouble it's,just such a struggle to try to figure it,out because we don't technically have a,porch here so this is really a flower, bed that we've just cleared out and that, means like all of our Decor just kind of,comes to like right here and then we've,just got all of this wide open space and,can never figure out what to do with it,so we picked up some of these this year,I found them at Michael's and all the,Halloween things are currently 50 off so,they were like three dollars and fifty, cents but anyway I got two packets of,these they're just these little spiders,I feel like you see like the bat version,of these a lot they just kind of stick, with this little like Sticky Thing in,here, but anyway I got two packages I'm not, sure how many I'm going to need but I'm,going to position them across this, window and then also possibly over there, what do you got Derek down the mountain, you found the Mallet okay so you're,gonna be able to put the tree up I'll,still do the window while you're doing, the tree, while I was putting these up I was, asking Derek's opinion about where he,thought that they should go and how they, should look originally I wanted to put, them on the inside of the door but, you'll see me close that here because I,realized you would be able to see the, sticky things if I put them on the, inside and I definitely didn't want that,so they had to go on the outside they, are made out of cardstock I don't know, why I was expecting them to be more like, window clings but they are not that, material they are card stock and they go,on with these little sticky squares they, were super easy to set up get positioned, all over the windows and I love the way, that they added to the display the only, thing I'm nervous about is the material,I'm not sure how they're going to hold,up in the weather but for being only, three dollars and only needing to last, one month I think that we shouldn't have, too many issues, foreign, hey thank you, thank you,so sorry for the bad lighting it's just, the position of the sun right now but, this is what we've got going on in our, front step area I really love this how,all of these spiders turned out I did,add some around these parts of the door,I know it's hard for you to see in the, daytime because our door is black but, then also over there and I love our door, knocker we got him last year and he's,just so fun I also really like this, doormat that we got from Kirkland's and,it was surprisingly affordable I think, like nine or ten dollars for that, although it may need a layering rug, because it's just not quite big enough, but I am having some trouble with this,so these purple mums didn't stand as,tall as I thought they would and don't,stand as tall as the other ones so I'm,wondering if I should switch those out,and then also just the positioning of,these pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns we,need to have at least one jack-o-lantern,over here because we're gonna have some,in this flowerbed area that's going to,be a cemetery so they need to make sense, but Derek said he wasn't like the, biggest fan of all these pumpkins over, here in the positioning of things so you, guys let me know do you like this would, you change it up how would you change it,up any suggestions we are totally open,to your ideas the good thing about this,is it's super easy to switch it up if we,decide that we want to do something, different but this is what we've got, going on right now so we're about to,start working on this area which is,going to be our little graveyard,Cemetery I know that it might seem a,little strange to see me setting up,flowers in a spooky Halloween display, but trust me you guys it definitely, added to it and it would not look the, same if we didn't have these when I was, talking about getting some flowers and, using Planters Derek was like what do we,need flowers for Megan we're going for, like spooky creepy Halloween, but with the way that our house is set,up we really needed something to,establish like in a beginning and an end,of our display mostly because we don't,have enough decorations to be decorating, like our entire house all of our bushes, the entire yard so this is just what, made sense is that we needed a start and, stop point we also have a ton of purple, lights and that purple tree that we had, gotten some spotlights that you'll see, later on but everything else was like, orange because of the jack-o-lanterns,that we have and the other decorations,so we needed something to make those, purple lights make sense and the purple, mums were it they are beautiful like, stunningly gorgeous in-person very full, and Lush and they really did just bring, everything together I loved it plus we,were going for a little Cemetery display, this year and I know flowers are in real, cemeteries so to me it definitely makes, sense I love the way that it turned out,but the last thing that Derek was, wanting to add in here was the skeleton,we actually found this I think two years, ago at Walmart and it's just a like five, foot posable skeleton but Derek had the, idea to get this garden stake and sip,tie him to it so that it looks like he's,standing in the cemetery it definitely, balanced out some more height in this, area next to the front step and front, door he did exactly what we needed him,to and he just looks so cool definitely, one of my favorite parts of the entire, display and a really Nifty little DIY,hack if you are wanting to have a,skeleton in your display but not wanting,to pay like fifty dollars full price for,a glow-in-the-dark or a light up one, although the glow-in-the-dark ones at,Target this year were really cool and we,are hoping to find one at the end of,season clearance, foreign, how cool is this we just attached our, skeleton to this like Garden yard stake,to stand him up and he is perfect right, there Derek had the idea to zip tie this, little skull in his hand which is just,so cool it would be really cool if he,like had lights in his eyes or lit up or,something like that but for just working, with what we have I think this was a,pretty genius idea Derek's over there, just winding some purple string lights, around our bushes so that we can light, everything up all of these little,pre-carved jack-o-lanterns take, batteries and will light up and then the, tree over here,um we just need an extension cord and it,will light up too along with this dude, and his Jack-o-Lantern so we're almost, all finished and I'll be able to show, everything to you at night I'm so,excited to see it all and then also, let's all give me a pat on the back for, getting our spider up there on our drain, spout I am terrified of heights and had,to be pretty high up on the ladder for, that one I just tied a string around his, body and then pretty securely like, double triple knotted it and then used, zip ties to Wind Through the string and, around the drain spout and then some of,his other legs are wound around it as,you can see to keep him more secure and, then that second leg right there is also, zip tied so he's not going anywhere or,at least we hope he's not going anywhere,if you guys saw last year when we were, decorating for Halloween we had him up,here in some spider webbing and tried to,use like floral wire to get him to stay,up there it did not work out every time, there was wind rain anything he would, like blow out and then knock against our, window and,it just didn't work out so we're loving, this setup so much better and it really, ties in all the rest of the spiders that, are like crawling across the windows in,the house and coming towards the front, door I'm just I'm really loving it but, this I think is going to be everything, for our display this year do we have, anything else to do babe, yeah I think this is it so I am going to,give you just a quick overview of what, everything is looking like and then I'll,show you at night time with everything, all lit up okay so I really wanted to,give you an overview of the completed, display in daylight because it does look, really cool and also in my opinion, really realistic or at least as,realistic as it can look with like, plastic jack-o-lanterns but anyway I,love it I love the way that this Vision, came together and even in the daylight I,am just enjoying it so much I'm so proud,of it and our neighbors are loving it,too but especially at night time look at,this it just brings all of the spooky,Vibes it really feels like a complete,well-rounded display and everyone is,enjoying it and so we're so excited to,be able to have this for ourselves but, also to be able to share this little, festive display with all of our friends, family and our neighbors it's just been, the coolest thing we have been trying to,collect the pieces for this for three, years now and slowly but surely we've,just had all of the patients sought out,all of the deals and it's just so,satisfying to see that Vision come to,life of course we'll continue to build, off of it because we really do enjoy the, outside decorations and seasonal, displays but we are pretty dang proud of,this and I'm so excited to be able to,share with you so I hope that you guys, enjoyed watching it that it gave you a,ton of ideas motivation and inspiration, don't forget to give it a thumbs up,subscribe if you aren't already and I'll,see you in the next one, foreign

Make These Cute DIY Ghosts for Your Front Yard | DIY Outdoor Halloween

hi everyone welcome back to handmade i'm,jill finally the hot and humid summer is,coming to an end and the best season of,all is here it's fall y'all and with, that brings my favorite holiday, halloween, today i'm going to show you a super, simple project that's cute and not, creepy and will bring your home major, curb appeal for all the adorable,trick-or-treaters let's get started, the first step is to pound rebar into, the ground using a mallet i'm using a,two foot section all along and a three, foot section further in the back for a,taller ghost the placement depends, really on how many ghosts you want, lining your sidewalk i have a pretty, short area but i want several ghosts, tapping the rebar into the ground is,very easy and thank goodness it's,forgiving if you want to move it you, just pull it out, next we're going to push the styrofoam, balls onto the top of each rebar to make, the heads,i'm using different size styrofoam balls,to make different size ghosts this first, one is a 5.7 inch styrofoam ball now,we're going to drape white material over, each ball to make the body i'm using the,top sheet let's pause here and have a,serious discussion are you pro top sheet,or no top sheet people feel very, strongly one way or the other and i am,absolutely positively no top sheet so i,just had this extra one lying around, doing nothing so this is a perfect way,to use it,it didn't measure it beforehand because,it depends on the size rebar i'm using, and how far i pound it into the ground,so it's easy just to measure it right on,the body, the good thing is the bottom edge does, not have to be straight at all i,actually think it looks a little more, ghost like if the bottom edge is raggedy, okay so we just want to make sure that, our rebar is completely covered up,and it's not dragging the ground too, much,a little bit is fine, just trim him,up all right,he is pretty cute already now i'm going,to give this guy some eyes using some, black paint you could also make a mouth, but i think it looks a little spookier, with just the eyes, you could stop here but i'm gonna make, them look a little more ghost-like by,just draping some cheesecloth over the, top, got four yards for like three or four, dollars online you can get it at the, craft store you can actually get it at,the grocery store too,i'm just gonna trim it where it needs to,be and add another layer to until he,looks the way i want him to,these ghosts look so fun blowing in the, breeze but you definitely don't want, your ghost flying away so here's a good, little tip i'm just gonna hammer a nail,or a tack right in the top you won't,even see it but it'll help keep that, fabric secure, the last step is optional depending on,where you live obviously our ghosts are, made mostly of fabric which is not the, most ideal thing to be outside at all, times i'm going to give it a light spray,of outdoor fabric protector, this will help keep them protected in,the elements but if the forecast calls, for terrible weather i'd plan on taking, these guys inside, one goes down and now i'm just gonna, repeat for my other ghost,i love how these ghosts turned out it,was a simple quick project that adds, tons of curb appeal the house is,decorated i've bought the candy for the,trick-or-treaters and myself and all, that's left to do is figure out my own, costume, let us know in the comments below what, holiday projects you're going to make, for halloween this year we'll see you, next time

Halloween 🎃 Outdoor Decor | Front Yard Halloween Decorations | DIY Outside Decorating Ideas 2021

Halloween 🎃 Outdoor Decor | Front Yard Halloween Decorations | DIY Outside Decorating Ideas 2021

hey everybody and welcome back to my,channel my name is keeley and today,we're decorating outside of my house for, halloween if you're new then this is,going to be part three of this whole, halloween decorating thing i have, already decorated my front porch and, inside my house and now we're working on,the front yard we're doing a diy, graveyard we're doing lots of budget, friendly outdoor decorations and i'm,sharing it all with you guys so you can,do it too i love halloween as you can, tell i am dressed for the occasion and, every time i try to film outside the, entire forest and all the bugs and the, birds and everything just wants to talk,to me so if you guys could please stop i,am not snow white i'm trying to make a,video here at this point in the fall and,in decorating season my blood type is,basically pumpkin spice because i've,been decorating for so long and i want, people to drive by my house and stop and, slow down i want them to be like oh my,gosh like that's been my goal since, childhood is for every holiday that you,can decorate outside i want my house to,be the one that kids go oh my gosh look,at that house so that's what we're doing, and that's what i do for every holiday,if you're new my name is keeley and i,love holidays they're my thing so let's,get started decorating outside also if,you haven't caught the first part i've,already decorated some inside my house, and my front porch so go and check those, out and there'll be more to come because,i also will be doing more inside my,house in another video and a whole, complete house tour after you've seen, this one so let's get going let's get, decorating because we got a lot to do,and it's already october y'all so i,built these tombstones for the graveyard, well actually tim built them i didn't so,these two are built out of old pallet, wood and this is just some like old, wood that we got it like goes um on the, bottom of a dresser it's really thin i'm,about to paint those and then i also got, these yard stakes from lowe's that i'm,gonna paint, and we're gonna attach like the chains, that i bought so they can kind of go,around all the gravestones i also have, two other gravestones that light up,so there should be a good amount of,gravestones in our graveyard i haven't,decided where i'm going to do it yet, there's like this area of my yard, and then there's,this area of the yard i do have a plan,to hang witch hats from the tree like, around the bottom of the tree in the, front so i don't know if i should do the, graveyard like, like right here i should do it like over, here,so spray paint is my best friend when it,comes to things like this it's super, quick and easy and inexpensive and for,the gravestones i'm just gonna spray, paint them gray and then put a little, black around the edges to make them more, like age looking feeling like a real, artist y'all,i picked up these yard stakes from, lowe's and my idea is to use them to,make like a fence around the graveyard,as well as put them on the back of the, gravestones so that i can stick them, into the ground i'm basically bob the, builder right now okay, for the front of the graves i'm just, going to paint a few names and things on,them i did put a couple from hocus pocus,of course and then beetlejuice i try to,remember that perfection isn't necessary, when it comes to outdoor decor it's,going to weather and it just needs to,look good for what i use it for you know, people probably aren't going to be,inspecting my tombstones on halloween, night either let's be honest and if they, are i guess that's on them,if you're new here my name is keeley i'm,30 years old and my middle name is,really rainbow i love halloween candy, but i don't think fun size candy bars, are actually any fun and it goes without, saying that holidays are my jam i make, youtube videos about motherhood diys, home decor and what it's like to be me,someone who's slightly domestic and, really really relatable,i have two daughters who are four or,nine and a husband who works in the oil, field which means he is hardly ever here, sometimes i lie about what time it is so,that bedtime can come sooner and i'm,only a pinterest mom if it can be done,in like less than 15 minutes,so if you relate to any of that and, you're not subscribed hopefully you will, you can also find me on tik tok and, instagram for more diys travel and daily, life stuff anyway let's get to know each, other first,do you like scary movies or no for, someone who likes halloween as much as i,do i actually really don't like scary, movies to tell you the truth, like let's be real adulthood is scary, enough already without needing it to be,more scary right,so for the witch hats i've been taking, the hat,so they're really cheap they're just i,bought all these from amazon i'll link, them below but either side of like the, very top i'm cutting like a little tiny, slit like and then i'm taking the, fishing line and i'm putting it through, the, holes that i cut so it's,on either side, right through here, and then i'm just feeding it through, until it's like about as far as i want,it hanging from the tree, then tie a knot that i have coming up,here it will go to the tree and then i'm,cutting this side a little bit,and this is gonna be what i attach to,the tea light,so then i'll feed that back through the, hole, that i cut,and reach up,and grab it so now,it hangs, like this and there's also some, fishing line inside to hang a tea light, off of if you want to so there's that, and now we're going to put them up after,i do,all of them because i have a lot thank, you amazon,so i know everyone's seen the hanging, witch hatch trend and they look so cute,i have some inside already actually but,i knew i needed some outside too you, could say that i was influenced,i thought they really fit in well with, the vibe i was going for though and it's,a super inexpensive and easy way to like, make a statement you know on amazon i,think i spent less than like a dollar, each too and thanks to my husband we,already had the fishing line of course, and this is a way better use of it than, fishing let's be real,if you've watched me before you know i,like to ball out on a budget and if,you're new i'll go ahead and put that, out there now my decor is definitely not,the most expensive on the block and it's,definitely not always perfect but that's,okay i like diying stuff,i love sharing the process with you guys, even if it's not always glamorous and i,love hearing that y'all think i'm,relatable i also love seeing your decor, too so if you post it somewhere be sure,to tag me as long as your decorations, make you happy then that is all you need, holiday decorating shouldn't stress you,out or make you envious of someone it's,supposed to bring you joy so even if you, just have a little bit of decor tag me,anyway i want to see it and don't stress,i'm sure it looks awesome,so for the little fence around my,graveyard i took the yard stakes that i,painted black and hammered them into the, ground and then i used these dollar, store chains to connect them to like, make it look spooky and stuff it,actually worked out and looked really, good for the fact that the whole thing, cost me like less than ten dollars, okay so i just put these up,you can kind of see the front,i'm gonna have two things on either side, and then like the graveyard behind it,and there's the witch's hats hanging, from the tree i think this is gonna be,like my,entrance to the graveyard, right here,so if you're not subscribed yet i want,to let you know what you'll be seeing, from my channel in the next few months, and hopefully i can convince you to,stick around in my next few videos i'll,be sharing some more halloween stuff, more decor diys and inspiration the next, video after this is going to be more, indoor decor i still have to decorate my,kitchen my entryway and i'm doing my,bedroom y'all i'm also planning on,sharing a few super easy diys and, recipes for halloween and maybe even a,charcuterie board if i get really frisky, october is all about halloween over here, then in november i'll be jumping onto, thanksgiving and christmas and sharing a,thanksgiving homemaking video as well as,tons of christmas diys gift ideas and, decor obviously if you love holidays or,need any inspiration or relatable ideas, then this is the place for you to be,okay so i got those in the ground which, was actually a little bit harder than i,thought it was gonna be i am like, melting now and it's not even that hot, outside yet and i'm in the shade ford, that i made are up i have two more, inside that i have to paint that i,bought from ross i'll show you guys, those in a minute when i paint them next,up we have this guy this is from walmart,um the story about how i got him is a,little embarrassing because i tried to,order him for pickup and on the app it,said that there was three in stock so i,knew that he was in the store somewhere, because it said that they were in stock, but then when i tried to order them from, pickup it wasn't in stock so or like, they said it wasn't in stock so i was, like i bet they're in there,so previously in the past i have walked, through the garden center and seen like,a ton of halloween boxes so i was like, let me just go back there and like see,if i see,one like laying around you know because, they've been like going through stuff, back there so then i found him he was, just like laying in the garden center, and i was like oh my god i need it so i,got him out of the garden center um,because i guess they hadn't gotten, around to putting him on the shelf yet,but i was like i know you're in there, but now he's mine so we're gonna put him,up,so the skeleton was a little tricky to,get standing obviously for only 28 bucks, she wasn't the most sturdy but by the, miracle of zip ties and patience i made,it happen even if for half of this clip, she looks like she's twerking in my face, anyway i used one of the extra stakes to,support her and then i also zip tied her, hand to one of the fence stakes that i,already had hammered in and it all, worked out in the end,i don't know why i ever get cute for, these videos because i end up out here, sweating in october like sweating,so he's standing i'm gonna use some of,the other, yard stakes the little steaks not gonna, work he's not like sturdy enough in his, joints so,i think,if i yardstake him up and then like, you won't really be able to tell i don't,know let's just let's just keep going, with it shall we,as always if you have any questions, about products make sure to check down, below i try to link things that i used,or at least something similar a lot of,my decor is sentimental from my parents,or just things i've collected over the, years so sometimes i can't link them but,i always try,he's standing he's up so i always get a,ton of questions on how i hook up all my,lights and how i do all of that so i,have an obscene number of power cords, and that is for a couple reasons one, because this is what i do every year and,two because my husband he's very handy, and he likes to fix things and do things, and so we just have a lot of that kind,of stuff just like i have a lot of,random screws and a lot of random wood, and a lot of random like zip ties and, like everything i need to like make, something happen or like pull it out of,my butt to make it happen one outlet so,i have one outlet on my porch and it is,connected to the same outlets that are,in my garage like on the i don't know i,don't know anything about power i just, know that i um trip the breaker every, year for every holiday so right now i'm,gonna go hook up the blow up that goes,on the other side of the yard it's just,a big pumpkin it kind of goes with the, vibe you know like we got pumpkins out, here it's fine,so the major diy decoration i'm making, for this video is for the graveyard i,really wanted like an entrance to my,graveyard so i made some pillars for, either side of the entrance for this, project you need two foam poster boards, and some styrofoam i bought my styrofoam, from lowe's and my poster board from, walmart,i started out by cutting each poster, board in half i didn't cut it all the,way through though so i could like fold,it and then i duct taped both of them, together to make the inside of the, pillar,it makes like this long square cylinder, type thing then i measured out a top and, bottom with a styrofoam,i used hot glue to secure the top and, bottom on to the square that i made, and then i also made a smaller square to,go on to the very top to make it look a,little more fancy i guess, and then on the very top of each one i,mounted a plastic pumpkin bucket that i,had spray-painted gray, then i taped up all of the edges with, duct tape as well as the bottom to make, sure it would hold up i mean after all, duct tape lasts forever, after building both of them i took them, outside to spray paint them again, love spray paint i sprayed them both, gray all over and then used some black, paint and a little brush to make the, edges a little more you know rustic, looking and give it some character i,don't know what i'm doing y'all i'm not,an artist okay but i just went with it,and cali even helped a little bit too, once the pillars were dry i moved them, out to my yard where they needed to be,they're pretty light obviously so i did,end up sitting some small gray bricks on,the back of them to hold them down, because if it gets the least bit windy, obviously they're going to blow away, since they're made of styrofoam but you, could probably put some yard stakes into, them too if you had some on hand i just, didn't have any i did have bricks i do,think they turned out really good and, they were actually pretty simple to make, except for styrofoam is kind of messy so,you know keep that in mind but overall, pretty easy diy and very inexpensive and, they turned out pretty good what do you, think,so i also ended up adding some spiderweb,i hate this kind of spiderweb so this is,the only place in the yard that has them, this year it never comes off of anything, and by the time i finally get around to,pulling it off of my bushes and stuff, actual spiders have made it their home,or it's christmas so it's not my,favorite but it needed something so,spiderweb it is anyway in the spirit of,making it spooky and stuff here it is,along with some giant spiders that i got, last year at walmart i do love these and, they creep me out i don't i don't know, why there's just something about spiders,y'all,i also had these gravestones that i,picked up from ross to paint i actually, was really surprised to find them there, and i bought both of the ones they had, because they were only like six dollars, and they're lighted so i'm really, excited about that honestly and so eric, and i each painted one and they turned, out really cute,so i still had some decor left over in,my boxes and if you know me you know i,had to use it this ghost was just like a,plain little hanging happy ghost but i,also had some extra spooky fabrics i,added to the top of him and now he looks,a little bit like a dementor but i'll,take it so you just gotta sometimes look, around reinvent some of the stuff you, have and make it into something new also, pay attention because in just a minute, you're gonna hear some random people, tell me that they like my decor which is,nice but i'm also filming in my front, yard so that's kind of awkward as if the, people in my neighborhood didn't think i,was a weirdo enough already here we are, thanks,so this witch is something that my mom,has had for like 15 years and i just, recently inherited her thanks mom i love, vintage halloween so this is perfect i,put her out on this tree even though, she's a small detail seeing my mom's,decor that i've had for years brings me,such joy honestly decor for me is more, about the memories and the sentiment, than actually being trendy like don't,get me wrong i love trendy decor but, there's something special about the, pieces that you've grown up with and, stuff you know like i just love that, for some final touches i added some bats, around the side of my garage because,it's freaking bath y'all and i love, halloween if you know you know, and i gave my skeleton friend this, killer sign from the dollar tree that, says trick or treat as well as a witch, hat that is zip tied under her head and,a cauldron bucket to hold there's,definitely no shortage of detail in this, one, you know my favorite thing about, halloween is aside from the fact that,it's one of the only holidays where it's,socially acceptable to walk around your, neighborhood with your kids drinking, beer and asking for free stuff, anyway i really love that it's like the, doorway to the best time of the year, like starting in october everything gets,so much more exciting, probably tiring too if you're a mom but, also way more fun it's just so like, magical and stuff you know i love making, holidays fun and shameless plug here i,share a lot of my easy and fun things to,do over on my tick tock on instagram so,if you aren't already following me there, you definitely should, like i mentioned before i like to think,of myself as like an easy baked, pinterest mom like as long as it takes, less than 15 minutes to make the magic,i'm here for it so give me a follow, for my lights you know i had to be extra,so i broke out the spotlights these are, color changing spotlights that were, gifted to me by the company and i love, them they're sold on amazon so of course, they'll be linked down below too they, have a ton of different settings and, colors a flash in different patterns and, they have a timer which is awesome i,would absolutely recommend these and, plan to use them at christmas also i,picked purple and pink for tonight, because i just feel like it gives a,really nice eerie glow to the graveyard, just wait y'all see this at night, okay so that's a wrap y'all my outdoor, decor is done and it's time to see the, finished product so get excited and make, sure you stay until the end to see it at,night, the at night shots are great and i'm so,pumped with how this turned out, especially since i did it on such a good, budget as always i want to thank you all,so much for watching and hanging out, with me today i have a problem I,don't have a problem, color,s,Put A Spell On You,hello Sam,my name's a wonderful, make some DIY Halloween decor for my,planters I got these pumpkins from,Walmart and my plan is to attach them to,PVC pipes that will be inside of my,planter so I use my drill bit to make, holes in the back so that I could attach, zip ties to I want a neutral pumpkin so,I'm using my favorite spray paint from,Glidden which is the max Flex All,Surface look at that finish it dries, within minutes it is Flawless to hold my,PVC pipes in place I'm sticking them, inside of these plastic Planters which, will go inside of the wooden Planters I,added this thick piece of Styrofoam to,make it even more secure and to create a,base because I'm going to put some moss,on top of there and I thought it was a,great surface for it this is Spanish, moss and I just thread some zip ties, through those holes that I drilled in,the back of each pumpkin and I just, began to stack them where I wanted them, onto the PVC pipe it was super simple I,had some excess pipe coming out of the,top of the display and this is the tool, that I use to trim it and it worked, really well and then I just stuck some, more Spanish moss inside out of each, pumpkin and I got these Moody looking, dark purple and green stems from Hobby,Lobby and use them as fillers as well I,cut a little off the back of each stem, and then placed them in the pumpkins, also I ended up painting the facial, features black for some contrast 0 out,of 10 do not recommend waiting until the, display is done to paint but look how, freaking ask you you can cut the, features out put some string lights, through there the possibilities are, endless with these and I hope you all, enjoyed today we're going to be making, some cute DIY ghosts stick a Styrofoam, ball onto a tomato cage wrap it with, lights throw a sheet over it and then, add little eyes you can display these, indoors or outdoors in a covered area, cheap and easy Halloween figures you'll,need a cheap foam skull,a garden steak,a one dollar plastic tablecloth a cool, noodle and duct tape put the garden, stake in the yard and use duct tape to,attach the pool noodle it doesn't have,to be perfect it just has to look like, shoulders now press on the foam skull, and I use some twine to make a cloak out,of the tablecloth, slide on the cloak and you have an,instant ghoulie ghosty Creature,if you don't like the skull you can add,a mask or you can stuff an old costume, they're scary right now but even, creepier at night,it costs less than ten dollars so you,can fill your yard with them and maybe, even hide among them, foreign, for Halloween with magical floating, candles I wanted to start decorating for,Halloween so I got these really cool, floating candles so let's go make my,husband hang them we went ahead and put, batteries in all of them and then we,just started hanging them one by one you,can choose the length they hang from so,we did all different lengths and, staggered them throughout the entryway I,originally got 36 of these but when we,got to number 11 I thought it looked, pretty good but let me know if we should, add more here are the final results, these look amazing make sure to come, back as we continue to decorate,my neighborhood goes all out for,Halloween but no one makes their own, props I made my own nine and a half foot,Grim Reaper at a PVC chicken wire burlap, and drywall mud,my theme this year is death taking over, the house sounds morbid but it's fun, after three long days in the sun my Grim,Reaper is finally finished he's nine and,a half feet tall and super solid,my vision was to have him in charge of,everything so he's over here in the, cemetery while his little minion, skeletons are trying to break into the, house, they all have beeping red eyes and this, guy in our window scares the crap out of,us every time, foreign,we still have more to come like a six, foot animatronic Grim Reaper that's,going to walk our skeleton wolf that's,right there stay tuned for more, today I am making some DIY which lawn,Stakes for Halloween I got some black, tablecloths black tulle and some wooden, lawn sinks and put them over two, styrofoam balls with some zip ties then,I used some extra strong glue to glue on,the witch's hats then I took the extra, material and used them for the witch's,arms and Link them together I've been, seeing these witches all over and they,go for close to 150 so I wanted to make,a more budget-friendly option and I was,so happy with how they came out, everything I used to make these is,linked in my bio okay here's a really, cute DIY that you must try for Halloween,I made cheesecloth goes using just a few, materials in the process is also very, simple you are going to layer your cloth, over a balloon and vase and let it dry,for 24 hours then pop the balloon add, some felt and hang here's the easiest,Halloween decoration that you can do,right now we do these every year it's,super inexpensive it makes a big impact, all you need is some yarn and tape start,by creating Spokes and then start we,leaving your will it's unbelievable what, you can do with a few basic craft, supplies don't forget the spider, foreign, foreign

Halloween 🎃 Front Porch Decor | Outdoor Halloween Decorations | DIY Outside Decorating Ideas 2022

hey y'all and welcome back to my channel,my name is Keely and today we're,decorating my front porch for Halloween, this is a long awaited video and one of,my absolute favorites to film because, you all know how much I love Halloween,I'm so excited to share all of these,DIYs with you guys today and all of the,fun and spooky Decor so go get your, pumpkin spice and settle in girl because,we are decorating the front porch and,we've got a lot to do,so the first step is to take down all,the fall Decor I've already repurposed, some of the Fall Decor from out here for,my indoor fall Decor if you haven't seen, that video go check it out I just went, live on my channel last week and you, don't want to miss it since we're,transitioning to all Halloween out here,I wanted a blank slate to work with it,is totally acceptable to leave your fall,Decor up and just add in some pumpkins,or whatever for Halloween but it really, lies in Halloween okay I love spooky, decor and I've collected so much of it,now that I decided to do a full,Halloween setup on the porch this year I,didn't feel like breaking out the, pressure washer though so bear with me,because I'm just gonna hose it off a,little bit and make it a little bit, cleaner before we get started, foreign, foreign, for the porch this year I'm going to,attempt to make a pumpkin Arch that, sounds exciting but it was a lot of work,so you've probably seen them all over, the Internet done by other people, naturally I saw that and I was like I,have to try so if you've ever thought, about making one you need to keep, watching this video because I have a lot,of tips and things that I learned, throughout the process to share with you, guys my first step was to get a few more, pumpkins of course to add to my,collection as if I didn't already have, enough pumpkins you should have seen my,husband's face when I told him we needed, more so I did get these blue bucket, pumpkins from Walmart because that was,all they had out so far Tim cut out the, faces and helped me out and I spray, painted them orange and black and then,we got started with the arch, next I set up this Arch I already had, from Amazon typically I use this for, party decor but I thought it might work, well for a pumpkin Arch here's my first, tip for y'all I should have gone with my,original plan of buying PVC pipe because,it would have been more sturdy and, probably easier to work with this worked,it really did but I feel like it could, have been easier if I would have used,PVC pipe, thank you,so we drilled holes into the pumpkins, and started to feed them on to the pole, first I just drilled holes through the, bottom and then I eventually started, drilling the holes based on where the, pumpkin was going to be on the arch so,that way they were all facing the same, way and then were like upside down or,sideways or whatever it took a lot of,teamwork for this part of the drilling, and feeding them on and all of that so,definitely recommend having some help if,you're going to take on a project like, this, foreign, just introduce myself if you're new here,my name is Keely I'm 31 years old and my,middle name is really rainbow I make,YouTube videos at home decor holidays,DIYs and motherhood and I like to keep,it real and show you all how to be extra, without all the effort I live in North,Carolina I have two daughters who are, five and ten I'm currently pregnant with,my third child and I'm married to my,husband Tim who works in the oil field, which means he's hardly ever here but,y'all actually get to see him today, though so that's exciting,I want to be your new mom friend who, will encourage you give you life hacks,to be the mom you want to be and I,promise I'm never going to judge you, okay life is crazy so let's be friends I,would love to have you subscribe I put,up videos every week here on YouTube and,I also post a ton on Tick Tock and,Instagram I've got so much fun holiday, content coming up y'all so I really hope, that you will join me,foreign,so if you're new to my Channel or,wondering what video is next now's my,chance to convince you to stay and, subscribe I like to think of every one,of you guys as my friends and it means,so much to me when you all become a part,of my little Community if you like,Halloween another holiday Decor you are,in the right spot I've got tons of fun, content coming up soon to share if you, didn't catch it at the beginning I'm,sure you can tell I'm pregnant so I'll,be sharing some pregnancy content too in,addition to all of my holiday stuff and,all of my home decor DIY projects my,next video will be more Halloween decor,I'll be decorating inside my house, sharing some fun DIYs and giving you, guys lots of spooky Vibes and I'm also, going to be decorating outside again too, sharing a huge front yard setup for,Halloween so be sure to make sure you're,subscribed so you don't miss out, foreign, once we got all the pumpkins on WE,secured the arch so it wouldn't blow, over with some fishing line again it,would probably be much more secure if I,used PVC piping I might not have to do,this but here we are, after getting the pumpkins all onto the, arch I added some leaves and some floral,to fill in between each pumpkin to make,it look more seamless and like it was, supposed to be there okay this is,definitely a trust the process sort of,project,I also added some lights that were, battery powered into the pumpkins so,they would glow a little bit through, their faces, foreign,at the bottom of the arch there are some, bricks to just make sure that it stays,up I want it to be really sturdy so I,also put some pumpkins and stuff in,front of the arch so I would cover up,those bricks so I added pumpkins and,Planters and other decor and stuff that,I had around to the bottom, foreign, this is a challenging DIY for me to do,because it required me asking for help, which I don't like to do y'all usually,I'm a strong independent woman and I can, just knock out the DIYs on my own but, this one wasn't going exactly as planned, and had to do a lot of modifications so,I did have to ask for help so by the, time I finished I was feeling a little, bit frustrated by this one I only tell, you guys that to be completely honest, because I know a lot of times on YouTube,it looks like projects are super simple, and super easy and that's easy to do as,a Creator because we don't always put in,all the bad stuff right but to be honest, they're not always easy I wanted to,throw in the towel on this one for sure,so I have to give a huge shout out to my,husband for helping me and making sure, that my idea came to life he was really, the brains behind this operation I do,like everything turned out but I just, wanted to let you guys know a little, behind the scenes because it's,definitely not always as simple as it,seems on video, thank you as always I will try to link, anything I got new for you guys in the, description I can link things like my,skeleton the door mats and this is a,really cute little ghost that you can,see on the left side of the door here I,absolutely love him I got him from the,at home store never been to that store, until recently and I have to go back, because their stuff was so cute anyway,I'm gonna link everything I can down, below for you if I missed something, don't hesitate to ask foreign, foreign,so then once I got all the decor put up,I decided to kind of clean up a little, bit because I have black mulch and you,can see literally anything that lands on,it so I pulled out some weeds and I,tried to move some leaves out of it the, best I could but just another Pro tip,for you guys I don't think I'll go with, black mulch again because it's just, really hard to keep up with considering,I have so many trees in my yard, especially during the fall I do love the,way it looks but I do not love the, maintenance so next year I think I'm,gonna go with fine straw but that's what,I'm doing here I'm just cleaning up a,little bit and blowing off everything, and cleaning out the flower beds a,little bit to the best of my ability,so here is the finished product in my,front porch the pumpkin Arch and all my,Decor you guys have to let me know what, you think I cannot wait to share the, rest of my Halloween decor with y'all, there's so much more where this came, from both inside and outside so make, sure you subscribe so you don't miss out,on any of the spooky Vibes that are, coming your way, foreign, now that we have seen the porch in the,day we definitely need to see it at,night so hold on just a second because, things are about to get spooky, thank you,as always thank you all so much for, watching I hope you enjoyed this video, and if no one's told you today you're,doing a great job and I'll see you all, next time, thank you, foreign

$1 POOL NOODLE HALLOWEEN HACKS (DOLLAR TREE DIYS for OUTDOOR & INDOOR use that will impress)

$1 POOL NOODLE HALLOWEEN HACKS (DOLLAR TREE DIYS for OUTDOOR & INDOOR use that will impress)

what's a bargain family so today's video,is all about Halloween DIYs using the,Dollar Tree pool noodles you gotta let,me know your favorite DIY down in the, comments mine is definitely the second,DIY you're gonna see now let's begin for,our first project I'm going to be using,Blackpool noodles from Dollar Tree as,well as their black duct tape I'm using, four pool noodles each pool noodle I'm,making two legs with by cutting the pool, noodles in half then I take those halves, and cut them in an angle that way I can, take these pieces and make them look, more like a spider leg by using my duct, tape to tape them together now for the, body of this I am going to be using the, small balls that I got from Dollar Tree, for the heads and these bigger balls I,got at Walmart for two dollars and fifty, cents for the body grab your duct tape, and cut a bunch of pieces at least three, inches long you can go longer than that,if you want to you're going to use this,to tape down the legs you want to put at,least three strips going down on the, legs to the ball and if you can do four,do four it's just hard to do four on,each one you can't use hot glue to,attach the legs on because the hot glue, comes right off after it dries you'll,actually have to tape down the smaller, pieces of tape so put as much tape as,you can down there any area that you can,put it put it you want it to be nice and, secure to attach the head to the body, use masking tape I took this outside and, spray painted this with a black spray, paint if you want to do something, cheaper you can always use an outside, acrylic paint I painted some red eyes on,the front of my smaller ball and then I,did a little smiley face because I,didn't want a creepy spider I made, another version of this but this version,I like better this version I got a dish, drain mat from Dollar Tree and I glue, the pool noodles to the mat I like this, version better just because I felt like, the legs were more secured on there I,just pick it up by the dish drain and I,place it down on the ground you can use, something to tie it down into your, ground and then you could place the, balls on top of that or glue them on top,of the pool noodles and that's how I,need these giant spiders with Dollar,Tree pool noodles this is going to work, best in fall and cooler temperatures not, humidity because you do not want the, masking tape glue to melt off I,purchased this Halloween decor from the, store at home for 9.99 and afterward I,was like I can make this with the pool, noodle so I took a white pool noodle and,I cut a bunch of pieces down and then, take a pen and I drew on the face, basically try to make the same face as,the home decor piece I got from at home, then I used an X-Acto Knife to cut out,the areas of pool noodle that I do not, want on the bottom of each piece I'm,making I cut little slits so I can, pretty much make legs out of the pool, noodle I also used a pool noodle to,create hands the way I did this was take,a piece of pool noodle and slice it,right down the middle and then I just, use my knife to just create the best I,could a hand I'm going to be gluing down,my pool noodles to foam plates I got, from Dollar Tree so I put glue at the, bottom where I cut those slits and then,I push it down onto the plate and I hold,it in place as I wake for the glue to,dry and I pour more hot glue on each, piece because I really want to make sure,it's attached to the plate and it's not, just going to come right off once that's,glued down I glue on the hands and then,I take the hot glue gun and start, creating drips it's basically supposed,to be melting wax that's what I think, the thing I bought is I think it's,supposed to be a melting type of candle, but I ended up making one that looks, like a tree too because this ends up,looking like a treat to me the first few, creatures I made I tried to mimic what I,had bought so I used a cream color paint,as the base color and then I went in,with white paint and white paint that I,mixed with black paint to highlight and, shade areas I mainly shaded around the, mouth and the eyes and then where there, are drips to really get it to stand out,and I just you know I messed around with, this to get the right amount of depth, that I wanted and also to get the look, that I wanted like I said these ended up,looking like trees to me so I decided to,paint two pieces to look like trees so I,used brown tones to paint this so I did,a base color and then I went in with, some darker colors and lighter colors to,highlight and shade out of one pool, noodle a dollar and 25 cents I made four,of these creatures if you do not have, glue paint or foam plates at home you,can buy this at Dollar Tree and it would, still be less than the one creature I,bought from at home and they turned out,so cool I especially love the ones that,I painted brown you guys have seen me,make Christmas lollipops out of pool, noodles but don't just use them for,Christmas time they are perfect for the,Halloween season for this project I,highly recommend getting long zip ties,so what you're going to do is you're,going to use your hot glue gun again on,a low setting I want to repeat this, because if you use hot it just melts the, entire thing and what you're gonna do is,you're gonna start rolling your pool, noodle to create a swirl shape that, looks like a lollipop as you glue and, roll in your pool noodle Hold On Tight,if you let go it's gonna unravel on you,you gotta wait for the glue to dry and, that's where the zip ties come in real, handy because you can put them around, the pool noodle as the glue dries and it,doesn't unravel on you and you don't,have to just sit there holding on to,this for dear life for my lollipop stick,I'm using a wooden dowel that I got from,Walmart you can always use the broom, handles from Dollar Tree if you want to,go with a Dollar Tree product then once, the glue has completely dried you can, take the zip tie off I took that black, glitter foam that I had and I cut out, pieces of a jack-o-lanterns feature so,eyes nose and a mouth and I'm going to,be gluing this to my pole I want to say, this the bottom last piece of pool, noodle that gets glued down that one, always just kind of seems to unravel, don't worry about it because you can, always cover it up if you want to get a,striped look to your lollipops use a,masking tape or a duct tape again you, could get something at Dollar Tree I'm,wrapping this white one around my pool, noodle then I go ahead I roll it in and, glue it down zip tie it together wait, for the glue to dry and this time around,I'm doing a Frankenstein look so I used, black foam with some white foam and pink, foam to cut out some features that I'm,going to glue to the front of this, lollipop these are unique this is not, just the regular striped lollipops that,I do during Christmas time then I'm,going to make some bows I just used some, ribbon both ribbons I had gotten from,Hobby Lobby I just used what I had on,hand Dollar Tree does carry Halloween, ribbon if you want to go that route I,just make basic bows I'm not good at,this now Dollar Tree has these candy, corn picks I bought some and took the, candy corn off of the pig then glue them,to the front of the bow and then I just, glue the bows to my lollipops and like I,said the bows are great for hiding that, bottom area that kind of looks a little, funny you could put this inside of the, house or outside of the house I love, these these are my second favorite in,this video and you could put a plastic, wrap over this if you want to especially,if you live in an area where it tends to,rain in the month of October I didn't do,that because I didn't want the sun, bouncing off of that and then it doesn't,look good on camera moving a ride along,to our next project I'm going to be,using three pole noodles for this, project and I'm going to cut one of the, pool noodles into three pieces that are,the same length I'm going to be,attaching these pieces I was using a,wooden dowel from Dollar Tree at first,to attach these pieces with some hot, glue but then I realize you can just get, away with just hot glue I wanted the, pool noodles to be mainly black so I,went in with some black paint I still, wanted purple to be showing through and, then I wanted to age this up a bit so I,went in with some white paint and I dry, brushed it on to get more of that, ancient wooden look I purchased some of,these decorations from Dollar Tree they, had some small ghosts and pumpkins that,I purchased and then a bigger ghost I'm,going to be gluing these pieces to the, ladder so the smaller ones I glued to,the steps of the ladder as you glue them, you hold them as the glue dries and then, you can let go of them if you let go too, soon they're doing a fall right off the, bigger pieces you can glue on just fine, you don't have to hold them into place, now I've purchased some black foam board, from Dollar Tree I wanted to cut out a b,and two o's so that I can spell out boo,and put that on top of the ladder I,painted the ladders to get them to stand, out and that's how I made this ladder, using the Dollar Tree pool noodles it is,so cute you can use this outside you, just gotta make sure that you tie it,down somehow just because it's very, lightweight for this next DIY you're,going to take your pool noodle and cut,it down into pieces that vary in height, you can have pieces that are similar you,can have pieces that are all different, just have different variations of height,I want a glittery look to my pool, noodles to achieve this I am using this, glitter foam that I got from Hobby Lobby, and I like this because you have the, glitter look without all of the mess so,what I do is I take my pool noodles and,I place them on top of the foam and,Trace out the height that I need and, then just cut that down to the height, and width that I need and I do this for, every single pool noodle like I said I,like this because you don't end up,having to use messy glitter and it ends,up everywhere I then just used a hot, glue gun to glue my foam to the pool, noodles I'm also going to cut circles, out of the glitter foam I just take one,end of the pool noodle trace it on top,of the foam and then cut it I'm going to,be using these LED tea lights from,Dollar Tree I placed them on top of the, pool noodle and then I use my X-Acto,Knife to cut out some of the pool, noodles so I can push these lights, through there I pushed the tea lights, through the little circles that I had,cut out I don't want them to be glued, down because I want to be able to lift, the tea lights up to turn them off this,is when I then glue all of the pool, noodles together like I said they're,supposed to be candles so I start with, the tallest in the back and then work my,way down to the shortest one I then I'm,going to take my hot glue gun and I'm,going to create a dripping look at the,top to make it look like melting wax now,I only glue at the front of these little, circle pieces at the top because again, you need to be able to turn on and off, your lights so I'm able to lift from the, back to turn on and off my lights I got, these little spiders from Dollar Tree, six come in a pack for a dollar 25 cents,I decided to glue those all around the, candles I made a set of these for,Christmas time last year they're just so,easy to do and they're super cool and,you don't have to use the glitter if you, want to you can just go straight pool, noodle that's it you can turn these, candles into floating candles what, you'll need is a needle I recommend, getting a longer needle and a clear, string this is some jewelry string I got, from Hobby Lobby you can use fishing, line whatever so what you're going to do,is you're going to push the needle with, the E string through the pool noodle, then tie the ends of the string together, and these are going to hang off of some,Command hooks so I'm using these metal,Command hooks that's what they're going,to be hanging off of I attached the, hooks to the ceiling with the adhesive, they come with and these hooks I got, from Walmart you can get them almost, anywhere I varied the length of all the, strings that went through the pool, noodles that way there would be,different heights to how they float and, that's it floating candles we can't do a,pull noodle video without making a,wreath the pool noodles are great for, making bigger wreath forms because,Dollar Tree doesn't carry big ones, unless it's the wire ones and those can,be kind of rough to work with if you're,working with anything other than tulle,so what you do is if you want to make, the wreath even bigger you can attach, multiple pool noodles together by using, some duct tape from Dollar Tree and, that's exactly what I did I attached two, together but I did cut down one of the, second pieces because I didn't want it,too big and then to decorate this I'm,going to be using some ornaments that I,got from Dollar Tree I did remove the,top piece off of the ornaments because I,didn't want them there and then I used,my hot glue gun on the low setting to,start attaching my ornament to the, wreath I recommend using a mix of things, from Dollar Tree don't use just, ornaments so I got these spiders from,Dollar Tree and these are really good, for covering up spaces on the inside and, outside of the wreath and then I got, these pumpkins and I use those as,fillers as well as the smaller ornaments, from Dollar Tree I just use one pack, there as fillers to fill any little, areas that really needed to be filled, when I make pool noodle wreaths I don't,always cover the back portion of the, pool noodle because it's really not that, visible and it costs more money to do,that so I'd mainly just focus on the, front part of the wreath to hang the, wreath I just push it through a command, hook and that's it I love making pool, noodle wreaths because the pool noodle,is just a great wreath form you can make,it really big and it's really, inexpensive to do from the side profile, you can see what I'm talking about, there's no ornaments going on the back, sides of the pool noodle wreath I guess,is the best way to put it and that's,because you don't see it so I save money,by not putting anything there so that's,it for the video I hope you guys enjoyed,it and again let me know down in the, comments below your favorite DIY I will, see you guys next time take care bye
