DOLLAR TREE DIY WHEELBARROW AND FAUX HAY BALE | FALL DECOR
hi everyone and welcome back to,Belinda's DIYs if this is your first,time here welcome so today I created two,items using all Dollar Tree items I'm,very excited to show you how I created,them and it's actually this hey Belle,this sitting right there behind me it is,oh it's not real it's not real Hey,but it is a naval nevertheless I know,that they have some in Hobby Lobby but,some of those don't have a Hobby Lobby,nearby mine is actually 50 miles away,from where I live,so you can see in my videos you know,that I've created a handcart,and also in fall truck I don't know what,is it with me this year but I'm obsessed,with wheels obviously so today I'm going,to show you how I create it now a real,Barrow and it's sitting behind me so if,you haven't seen these other videos,where I created the hay cart and also,the ball truck I'll go ahead and link,those up above somewhere so that you can,go and check them out,so I'm excited to show you how I created,both of these projects so if you want to,see how I created them then please keep,watching but before they get started I'm,just gonna ask if you can please,subscribe to my channel if you haven't,already and also view click that Bell,icon you know right there in the corner,so that you will be notified every time,that I upload a new video so if you're,ready let's go ahead and get started,I decorated the Bell with a scarf and I,also added some floral you can also add,some ribbon and just decorated however,you'd like,for my phone hey Belle I'm going to be,using some foam board two bags of,excelsior three luau child skirt some,silver wire you can also use the black,wire if you can't find the silver one,some acrylic paint in the color classic,caramel okay so the first thing that I,did is measure out the pieces that I was,going to need to make a box for my hay,bail,once I measured them out I went ahead,and I cut them using my box cutters so I,cut four pieces measuring 12 by 16 and,two side panels measuring a 16 by 10 and,3/8 for this project,you can use it just a cardboard box if,you have one on hand I didn't so that's,why I created a box okay so now I,started to create my box and I started,to hot glue all the pieces together,once I finished hot gluing all the four,pieces measuring a 12 by 16 I started to,hot glue the two side boards measuring,16 by 10 and 3/8,and this is how my boss turned out next,I started to paint it and I only gave it,one coat of paint this was the closest,color - hey that I could find,and this is how my box turned out I only,painted the top the sides,I left the bottom unpainted okay now,that the paint was dry I started to add,at the luau a skirt and I started on the,side of the box and all I'm gonna do is,just hot glue it and I'm just gonna go,along the side,next I'm going to add the second skirt,and I'm just going to finish off where I,left off and then I'm going to bring it,over to the front and this is how it's,looking so far,next I'm gonna add the third skirt to,the other side and then I'm gonna bring,it over to the front okay so here I'm,just showing you how it's looking so far,and this is the bottom side just so that,you can keep that in mind that I am just,adding all the skirts to the sides and,up to the front the next thing that I,did is fill out those empty patches and,I just use some hot glue and some,Excelsior and as you can see once I,bring the straw over you can see that it,kind of camouflages the empty spots and,then I just continued adding a some,Excelsior where I felt that it needed it,and this is how it's turned out so far,next I added one wire to the top and,then I tied it in the back and hot glued,it to keep it in place then I added the,second wire then I added the third wire,down at the bottom which really is the,side a panel not the bottom bottom okay,so the next thing that I'm gonna do is,cut off all that excess straw and this,is how it turned out,the bottom doesn't need any straw and,then the backside doesn't need any so,that can go against a wall this is a,really nice item that can come in really,handy for your fall decor next I'll be,making in this wheelbarrow and here are,just some examples of how you can,decorate your wheelbarrow you can add,some floral and you can also add some,pumpkins it just really depends on how,you'd like to decorate it,for the wheelbarrow I'll be using these,items the first thing is this tin,planter and two circles from this,checker game and I'll also be using this,scarecrow with this welcome sign and,this is a fall decor from Dollar Tree,two pieces from this tower game some,waverly chalk paint in the color white,and this other acrylic paint in the,color burnt umber and I'll be using the,stick from this shovel and I'll be using,two of them okay so the first thing that,I'm gonna do is create the wheel for the,wheelbarrow and I'm gonna be using these,two round circles and what I'm gonna do,is hot glue them together before that I,glue the two pieces together I am gonna,insert a piece of brown a foam board,that I cut out and the reason is because,I need for the glues to have something,to hold on and to stick to if you just,use the two round circles there's,nothing in the middle so it's hard for,the glues to adhere so that's why I,decided just to add this piece of foam,board in between and I'll be using some,super glue and hot glue,okay so now that I created my wheel I'm,gonna go ahead and put that aside for,now okay so the next thing that I'm,gonna do is remove the handle off the,shovel and I'm also gonna remove the,label off the handle okay so now I'm,gonna paint them with a white chalk,paint and I already painted this other,one that I had from another previous,project and I'm only gonna give it one,coat of paint and then let it dry next,I'm gonna be painting these two pieces,from the tower game and also the planter,okay so the paint is dry from all my,pieces and I did just give them one coat,of paint okay so now I'm ready to,assemble my wheelbarrow and I am gonna,turn my planter upside down and I'm,gonna place both of the handles down at,the bottom this way and I am gonna use,some hot glue and some superglue the hot,glue is just so that it can have a quick,hole and of course the super glue is so,that it can have the permanent cold so,I'm going to start with a super glue,first and then I'm gonna go on with the,hot glue and I'm gonna put a generous,amount of hot glue because there is a,gap between the handle and the planter I,want to fill that gap and that's why I'm,gonna use plenty of hot glue,next I'm gonna add the little pieces of,wood and they're gonna be right there,underneath the handle and I'm gonna be,using some superglue and some hot glue,next I'm gonna be adding the wheel,between the two handles right there,where they both meet I did use some,super glue and a generous amount of hot,glue and this is how it's looking so far,I do want to show you that I did add a,piece of popsicle stick between the two,handles just to give the wheel just some,extra reinforcement in here I just want,you to see all the hot glue that I use,just to fill in that gap okay so the,next thing that I did is I cut out the,word welcome from this welcome sign and,then I trimmed it up just so that it,would fit in my wheel barrel okay so I,ended up removing some of the thread on,the edges because I wanted it to look,raw on the edges and I also outlined the,word welcome with a sharpie okay so let,me tell you really quickly what happened,I wanted to give this rule Barrow a,rustic look and I had put some of that,burnt umber around the wheelbarrow but I,didn't really like how it looks so what,I'm doing here is just gonna paint the,center part of the wheelbarrow and also,remove some of those spots on the,handles okay so now I went ahead and I,added some of that burnt umber on the,edgings on the top and the bottom and,then I added the welcome sign I do,apologize that I don't have the footage,for hi everybody its Rene from water scrap,and I'm here today to share with you how,to make these really easy hay bales so,what you will need is a box of any size,and you will need,I got a child Louella skirt for the,bigger one I the bigger box I bought an,adult size you'll need some scissors and,some twine so let's get started,these are so easy and they're just,temporary I just use them around in the,house not sure if it'll go outside it,off a lot of times we have really bad,weather here but we really decorate up,our for yay so so I got the one screwed,over it and I like Todd too and we take,our string so easy guys,and I'm just gonna tie it around over,here so you just make sure it's really,tight as you can,so we got the one twine piece of twine,across and we can fix all that here and,I'm just gonna put another one on here,like so all the way around to the back,we're almost done so easy it is,we just love decorating for Halloween I,hope everybody else is having a good,season and I'm just wanting the front to,show you can go the extra step and color,this a little bit later we're just using,it for decorative purposes so that we're,doing it and it's easy as that a,hay-bale so I hope you guys enjoyed this,tutorial and I got some more coming some,of them might not be tutorials but I,definitely have some more great,Halloween projects so thanks for,watching everybody have a good day bye,for now,you

foreign,what is up you guys welcome back to my,channel so i am,setting up the front porch for fall,specifically like,very harvesty pumpkin patch themed and,then it's gonna slowly transition,throughout the month,into way more like halloweeny i even,have a different welcome mat for,halloween so i'm gonna take you guys,through the whole thing,the straw bales and everything is how,i'm placing it i'm gonna try and do like,a time lapse and a walkthrough with a,voiceover so you guys can actually see,my thought process through it all but,i'm gonna make it look fabulous on a,budget,and we're gonna crush it i hope and i,think it'll be really cool to take you,guys through,the ideas of you know transitioning this,but also keeping it and using it as like,the base for the halloween decorations,and,it's gonna be it's gonna be sweet so,we're gonna do like the whole front step,i've got some pretty,awesome accessories this year i've got,like a little wheelbarrow down there,that says pumpkin patch on it i've got,some fresh pumpkins going on i've got,some fake pumpkins,i went and got some flowers i've got,these little canisters,look how cute this is isn't this,adorable,so we're we're bringing it this year so,if that's something you guys want to see,then just keep watching,all righty so decorating the outside,actually started,in the garage we had gone to a pumpkin,patch which i shared in a previous video,in my fall bucket list video so i had,all of the fresh pumpkins,and i had put them in boxes and in bins,and little baskets so i brought,everything up to the front step,and i also got some really cute flowers,like these,big bins of flowers so i got an orange,basket and then i also got this one with,like the straw,pieces hanging out of it i don't even,know what that's called but it has all,the fall feels and i also have these,crates from last year from michael's,you can just get them in the store,they're i think they're there year-round,and they're,as reasonable as michael's can get and,then i had stored everything else in the,front entrance closet so i just went in,and out of the house to grab,all of the straw bales so really cool i,think i mentioned this in a previous,video but michael's right now ships,day of that is a new thing in canada i,don't know if that's always existed in,the states but it's pretty sweet so they,basically send it with like an ubereats,style,service which is awesome so i did that,for the straw bales and i had them the,day of,so i just started trying to figure out,how i was gonna stack them,first things first i definitely wanted,to figure out the area rug i kind of,tried to sweep and just clean off the,area first,so i had that big black area mug i left,it just underneath because it's gonna,stay around anyways i have a larger,plaid,area rug that i got on amazon and this,just allows the,cute decorative area rug to not look so,teeny tiny,so i will show you what i mean so i,unwrapped the straw bales which were,super messy i actually have a question,for you,do you know if i can keep the straw,bales till next year like do they keep,or should it be,thrown out or recycled i don't know if,it's something that will mold,internally like if it gets wet or damp i,have no idea so last year i didn't keep,them and i'm just wondering because you,know what it adds up after a while so i,ended up getting,four larger sizes and then two of the,smaller sizes,which was plenty with the crates it,looked really really cute,so my only thing was i was trying to,figure out how to hide that plug,that was in the front entrance area so i,started putting flowers in front of it,and just,kind of stacking the crates either,vertically or horizontally and it looked,really really cute,so i also have this huge planter which,is filled with,real vines and some fall flowers in,there just behind me,it's like this clear kind of iridescent,huge vase that you can actually light up,from underneath so i think we're going,to do that this season as well,again all of these decorate with me's,are going to be progressions you're,going to see,it evolve over the season so this is,very much like fall harvest style,there's going to be a couple touches of,halloween but it's going to keep,growing throughout the season together,so unwrapping these things,was super messy glad that i did it,outside there,you know the hay and the straw just goes,everywhere,so i don't know if i can keep them i,would love to but i think that they,looked really cute and even though the,straw kind of fell off i just kind of,pushed it underneath and kept it close,to the straw bale and it looked really,cute so if you didn't see,my michael's decor haul i actually ended,up getting a miniature version of straw,a straw bale as well and it was super,cute in a mini wagon which worked out,really well so you can see how i'm kind,of hiding that plug by just stacking the,straw hay bales just it's literally,falling apart as i kept maneuvering it,so you got to make a decision and just,leave it where it is,and i had this it's called a galvanized,canister you can get it at michael's i,think it's there year-round or in the,spring decor so it actually might be on,sale but they have fall versions of them,as well so i ended up getting a burnt,orange version so this is kind of what i,started out with and i was really really,happy with it,and then i just went inside to start,getting all of the different accessories,and decor that i had got so,this wagon i ended up ordering it online,because it was sold out in the stores,and i got it for 50,off and then i got this sign also so i'm,really going for like a pumpkin patch,type of vibe carl really wanted to be a,part of it all i could not let him on,the front porch because if there was a,squirrel or a neighbor passing by he,would be,gone so i just kept the door cracked,opens for you so he could kind of be a,part of it,so i was trying to either lean the,pumpkin patch little wheel barrel,up on the the straw hay bale i knew that,i wanted to fill it with fresh flowers,which were coming later and i knew that,i wanted to put the sign,somewhere so that it was kind of you,know a part of the whole area so it,ended up going on top of that crate it,was a whole thing,i had to keep walking back checking,things out and then coming back in,and there's some funny stories coming as,well of just,all the work that i put in and some,little critters got into it,so i ended up leaving this straight on,because i was scared that if a gust wind,came that wheelbarrow would fall,off and if we're going to fill it with,flowers and keep them watered and,everything it had to stay straight so,this is the first doormat that i'm going,to have for,this part of the season and like i said,this will transition into more,halloweeny but this,farm fresh pumpkins goes perfectly with,like the harvesty vibe,and as well as the fresh pumpkins that,we got from the pumpkin patch so that,went perfectly i also had some fake,pumpkins which i thought was perfect,and some little teeny tiny pumpkins so,you can get all of these at a grocery,store so you don't have to get them from,a pumpkin patch,but the little ones all together look,super cute i also got some acorn squash,which are just those black looking,pumpkins they have some orange patches,on them too they're super cute they just,have a lot of character,and i think it's funny last year i only,got black and white pumpkins i was in a,very black and white mood last year this,year i was like we're going full orange,don't ask me who i am i do not know what,has happened to the old angie,you can also see that little galvanized,canister i think there's a zoom in,of it soon so it's super cute and we,ended up just filling everything with,fresh flowers just to give it some,volume that orange pumpkin you can tell,it's fake but it just adds some,volume and dimension to everything and,then all the different sizes of squash,and pumpkins just looked really cute,so this is what we had before we added,any of the fresh flowers this was,basically all me,and then i had a little bit of help,after that i also picked up this pumpkin,picking,little galvanized container that i,figured we could put some fresh flowers,in as well and i just kind of tucked,that in,right next to the carpet so that really,cute oogie boogie,pumpkin that i ended up getting at,spirit halloween came outside he just,matched the,the theme and the coloring really well,and was just an easy way that i could,light everything up so the leaves are,changing i get that question a lot do,the leaves change where we are,yes very much so we're very lucky it's,very very pretty here,so the way that our front steps work,there is a bunch of front steps that,kind of wrap around the whole area and,all the leaves around it are changing so,that sunset is super beautiful,and we ended up filling all the baskets,with some fresh flowers,as well as some corn and some squirrels,got into the corn so,you guys listen i love squirrels i don't,want to hurt them but i would like them,to just,not be around my decorations,what should i do i tried peppermint oil,it didn't work i tried cayenne pepper,it didn't work what should i do,you can see his little feast it looks,like a buffet of squirrel,so listen it is what it is i don't know,if i should maybe just buy fake,corn i figured you guys would get a,little laugh out of it so we also,transformed that front planter,with some orange flowers in there and we,just kind of rearranged everything but,i'm super happy with it if you guys well our pumpkin patch is over Halloween,is over Thanksgiving this come and gone,and we've eaten our full bellies so fall,is gone and it's winter time which means,christmas time is coming up and that,means our characters like our pumpkins,and mr. and mrs. scarecrow over here,it's time for them to retire and,hibernate for the winter and look,forward to pumpkin time next year so now,it's time to turn these guys and our,pumpkins into santa snowman snowballs,things like that,we're gonna give it a try,okay mr. and mrs. scarecrow are gone now,it's time to go get the components for,the rest of the guys,we've got all of our components hey,Belson there you go,now is just putting the components,together getting them ready to paint,alright looks like Santa and a snowman,to me you don't you think now it's just,time paint,I think I got a little bit on my face,huh I'm not the Snowman,okay I've got my bells primed I think,this one right here this will be our,snowman,that'll be Santa Claus over there,okay about to spray his body his body,red but he also has a big red hat so I'm,gonna outline some things he's got a,beard that comes down here so I'm gonna,outline that a little bit,now I'm line is capped that way I can go,ahead and spray and be in good shape,okay just like that gives me a little,outline since I've got my red in my,sprayer,I can get all those inside and outside,the lines and I'm good to go,this would be super fun with red that's,gonna be pretty,alright so I just let that dry for just,a little bit we'll start to put faces on,and they're coming together,you,well got a few more details left on old,Santa Claus though but he looks pretty,good I'm gonna move over to old frosty,see how we can see if we can get him,going at least,there we have it it's Santa Claus and,I'll see the Snowman all there is to,paint in hay bales,just don't do mmm,Gary snowballs like that stick with,these guys

most people hate candy corn and actually,to be specific it's harvest corn it's,the one that has the chocolate in it,even though it's not really chocolate it,just looks like it,i know i'm weird uh,this is from hayen harvest it's the,illuminated collapsible small or large,faux hay bale this is what it looks like,this is how it comes to you so it,collapses down when you're not using it,into something that you can store super,super easy and then it is lit up,and great to decorate with when you want,to use it i love this idea because we at,my home have purchased hay bales in the,past to decorate with you know in the,front with the stalks of corn all that,kind of stuff,they get gross and then there's the,cleanup and the disposal and they're,these are so much better looking plus,they have the color and you get it set,at two so you have a smaller or large,this one's the large one down here,instead of two in the large or a set of,two,in the small and three easy payments for,uh 1733 or 1833.,with me right now is rachel pavis these,shipped to you the week of october 4. hi,rachel how are you,oh i'm great so great to see you kirsten,thanks for having me on your show today,what are these and they're just genius i,have to say i love these so much because,i love being able to decorate with real,hay bales right but like you mentioned,the mess at the end of the season is,just not worth it i feel it's heavy if i,have to put it in my car it makes a big,mess in my car when i go to pick it up,at the feed store or wherever you pick,them up from and then i've got to get it,out to my to my front porch these are,indoor outdoor safe i have the small on,top you're getting one so here's your,small and then the largest just below,you choose which size you want and the,sizes are great the small is 17 inches,long and it's about almost 12 inches,across this plate and then the height on,it is about 11 inches now that large you,can see down below the large is a little,bigger it's 20 inches across the top of,it and then it's about 17 inches in,depth i'm going to pick this one up so,you can see so the 17 inches here and,then it's about 14 inches tall now i,have them placed wait but also kirsten,you can turn them and you can do them,you're going to place them however you,want to get tight and add different,elements to your holiday through your,thanksgiving day for you're seeing what,a real hay bale turns into at the end of,the season the brown,and the gross and then it kills,whatever's underneath it,this is,so much better and they're fun by the,way the little battery box that you have,on here is a timer,there's an on and then there is an off,you put in the batteries it's indoor,outdoor safe you put in those and those,are d batteries probably right there,three d batteries and then you've got,that light let me update you these are,brand new,if you want the small bale two of those,uh pardon me one of those uh fewer than,how many 600 left to go around,if you want the large bale,500 is all we that's it and then these,are gone my goodness and you get three,easy payments on these oh i'm gonna pick,this up and show you because um oh look,it's empty on the inside that's great,you could even you could use it as a,basket if you wanted to,but i we didn't we didn't do this and i,really feel like we should have because,this is,this is how i would use these like at,the front door right you know put your,pumpkins on them,that little display,how cute does that look for a little bit,of height in different places right,that's how you want to use them,exactly i love how you added the,pumpkins there on top that's exactly how,you're going to use these kirsten and,they are like you can see there's tons,of lights on them on the small you're,getting 72 lights and then on that large,size you're getting 92 lights now i just,want to mention i pulled my lights out,you can see that when you turned it,inside out you can see through shipping,and everything it just it's like a,little bit of fluffing that you're gonna,need to do but then you have these they,fold up at the end of the season so,storage is easy i love how you showed,that how it's all folded up that's how,it comes to you and it folds right back,up like that when you when you're ready,to put it away at the end of halloween,and you can i mean you could also do,something this way right i was just,gonna do that i think that's great like,you could put your pumpkin you could put,your pumpkin inside if you wanted to so,you could do something like this with,like a little you know your pumpkins go,inside you probably hide that battery,pack,or you put in you know what if it's like,where you hold,you know your plates for your outdoor,party or wine bottles or something like,that i mean,there's there's so,there's so much diversity that you can,do with these they're lightweight and,they don't die,i think that's kind of like the theme of,our holiday decor right now is you know,with,with the spheres and with these is you,don't have to worry once you're done,with them for the season you fold them,you turn them off,and then you put them away and that's it,these are almost gone,two by the way if you want the small,bale,fewer than 300 left to go around if you,want the large bale now last call you,get the lights,and you get the hay,and you get instant instant decorating,with height and light which are two of,the main height light and color those,are the three things you need and you,get two out of the three with this one,rachel,yeah these are just great kirsten i,think they're perfect i love the idea if,you can pick up more than one and you,can do two they're perfect they're,totally all weather safe that battery,box,is weather tight for you and it has a,timer feature too so you're seeing some,really great ways that you can use these,to display inside oh that's so cute i,love that,like that yes you can put your candy in,it because like because it's hollow on,the inside you can turn it over put your,candy in if you wanted to,indoor and outdoor both places they're,it's great for those um oh you know that,little boo thing has stakes in it so you,could stake right in top ten over-the-top Halloween,decorations number ten New Jersey,Gina and rich Montano from Wayne New,Jersey have put on large Halloween,displays every year since 2013 but and,2019 they pulled out all the stops to,take things to a whole new level they've,always used inflatables as their,decorations of choice and this year they,used more than 200 across their property,virtually their entire lawn and the,front of their home was covered in,ghosts pumpkins cats zombies and,virtually everything else you associate,with the holiday it was even a shark and,r2d2 and a Mickey Mouse the decorations,were so over-the-top that visitors came,from around the state to see it for,themselves,but for those who weren't able to make,the trip there's only a few weeks to,wait because the family also do exactly,the same thing for Christmas as well,just spare a thought for their poor,neighbors number 9,spooky bungalow every year rock Dawson a,grandfather from Cornwall in the UK,shows just how serious he is about,Halloween by putting on a massive,display at his house in 2019 he spent,more than 16 thousand dollars on new,decorations but instead of putting them,on the exterior of his house he creates,a series of themed rooms inside this is,all done in aid of a charitable cause,and Dawson enlists the help of,volunteers to guide visitors through the,spooky rooms to help raise money after,starting in a world known as the holy hill,skeletons the organizer Jimmy Samsa,chooses a new theme each year and,dresses the skeletons accordingly first,it was a speed boat pulling skeletons in,bikinis then it was today we are going to be demoing and reviewing the
hay bale popper from spirit halloween so recently ,i went to a halloween flea market in medina
ohio and it was put on by the cleveland hot club ,and i managed to pick up the hay bale
popper for 75 at one of the booths ,everything works it's obviously already set up
so it's not going to be an unboxing and setup ,video but this guy i love how the face looks on
this jack-o-lantern and this really caught my ,eye when it was in the booth just because i've
never seen this i've never seen videos of it ,just i've never seen this at spirit but this was
from 2016 and it's actually really really cool ,and it really caught my eye so i went ahead
and picked it up they had a price tag on it ,for 75 dollars and i snagged it and that was about
the only animatronic that i had picked up there ,there was not much going on so they didn't
have too much animatronics anywhere there ,so i picked this up um basically it's just
a metal framed cage with uh kind of like the ,christmas tree garland around the front here
and you know all over and then it just has this ,little cloth draped over it and then obviously
has some burlap down here under the pumpkin ,and the big pumpkin head it's activated
it plays like bird chirping sounds ,it's really cool the head lights up
and flickers inside there you can ,use a step pad or motion sensor which the
motion sensor is down here at the bottom,it is pretty sensitive so it'll it'll
go off and it's a pretty good jump scare ,so all in all this thing was a good snag
for 75 at a flea market and uh i'm pretty ,happy i picked this up i have some pretty good
ideas of where i'm going to put this this year ,uh it's going to be it's going to be pretty good
and it's gonna scare some trick-or-treaters so i'm ,pretty excited about it uh but it is really
cool i'll have to get some batteries and ,put in here and we'll do a demo on it all
right so i don't know if you can see this,but the pumpkin is flickering you can kind
of see it hopefully the camera picks it up,but i will go shut the lights off and show you
real quick as you can see that looks really really ,cool at night so it's gonna look really awesome
scaring the trick-or-treaters so you could just ,leave that on at night on your porch or wherever
you have this thing and it's gonna look pretty ,creepy just flashing like that that actually looks
really awesome i've never turned it on in the dark ,so that's pretty cool looking now let's step
on the pad and we'll show you what he does,so that was the demo of the hay bale popper as
you can see everything works flawlessly it does ,everything exactly like it
should it's nice and loud ,i don't know if the microphone that's
attached to me picked up the audio on this ,very well because i was standing away from it but
it is very loud and everything works it lights up ,it pops up pretty quick and i know there was
an issue with some of these that they weren't ,popping up fast enough and there's uh i guess
there's a wiring issue but this thing works great ,there's no issues with it whatsoever so i'm pretty
happy with that obviously i tested it out before i ,bought it and everything worked so i went ahead
and bought this so i'm pretty happy with this ,like i said it's gonna be a pretty good jump
scare as that pops up really quick no one's ,gonna expect this thing to be popping up so
it's a really really good effective jump scare ,and then obviously with the head lighting up
and flickering that's a really cool effect i ,do enjoy that that's pretty cool like i
said i have not seen it at night until ,now so just seeing that flicker and like
it lit up the whole garage pretty much ,but it was really cool how all this illuminated
inside there and it didn't just look like a ,little light inside of it uh it actually filled
the whole pumpkin and made it look like it's an ,actual jack-o'-lantern glowing so that is really
really cool and the step pad worked great it came ,with a step pad so all in all for 75 i'm pretty
happy with it as this i guess is pretty rare i ,like i said i haven't seen it you know
even on youtube videos i haven't seen this ,uh after searching for it i found it but
i haven't seen any just randomly pop up so ,i don't know it's uh i guess it's one of those uh
kind of props that must tickle your fancy just the ,right way but i think it looks pretty cool as
i do a more farm kind of theme with my home hot ,so it fits in perfect i do a lot of scarecrows a
lot of corn fields so the hay bale and the pumpkin ,fits perfectly so that's why i went ahead and
picked this guy up and i have a really cool spot ,in mind for him uh it's gonna get a lot a lot of

let me know because i've never seen this until ,i purchased it and then i looked it up and then
obviously there's some videos on it but i wanted ,to go ahead and do a video just to update all
you guys show you one new prop that i purchased ,and uh it's really cool it's gonna get some really

How to carve a Minion Pumpkin design
How to carve a Minion Pumpkin design
Today I'm gonna show you how to make this really cool minion pumpkin,Start by taking a pumpkin try to get one that kind of resembles the shape of a minion rather than a squashed flat one,Then use a sharp knife to cut a hole at the back of the pumpkin like this,Scrape out all the insides with a spoon and,When it's cleaned out, it should look like this,Next draw on your minion design. I started with a single eye piece and the goggle straps. I,Gave him a smile then drew on the dungarees,And finally some strands of hair I,Decided to make the eye goggle a little bit larger,And this is going to be an eyelid with the pupil peering underneath,we're going to start by cutting out the hair and,The idea is we're going to leave the black lines in place and remove the pumpkin skin around them,If you're doing this pumpkin design. You do need to go careful. Take your time. It is quite intricate in places,Work your way all around both sides of the head then when you're done cut out the line for the gobbles and,Remove the pumpkin skin up to there,If you wipe off any ink at all whilst you're working on it you can just draw it back on,Carry on working your way all around the pumpkin,Removing all the pumpkin flesh,Don't forget to leave the skin on for the smile and,Do be careful not to cut yourself I,Drew the eye detail back in,Then cutter out and,Removed the skin for the eyelid,Then I cut out the shoulder straps for the dungarees,Through the pocket on a bit better and,Cut out the outline and,Finally I drew the G logo on the pocket,Carefully cut it out like this and,Added a couple of buttons on the dungaree straps. I,Cleaned up all the peelings and,tidied the minion up a little and,He is our finished pumpkin and he's looking really good,Next I took some yellow plasticine,Rolled it out and,shaped it into a couple of arms. I used a cocktail stick to help attach a couple of gloves,Then pinned it to the body with a couple mil cocktail sticks,For shoes I got these fluffy black pom-poms and,sat him on those,if you've got a couple of small child's shoes, you could use those and,There's our minion pumpkin complete,He looks really cool. Even before we light him up,He's got some really nice detail,And he's great fun to make,I used a small flashlight torch inside to light him up and I put back on the cover which I'd already removed the skin from,Dim the lights and,There's our glowing minion pumpkin pretty cool, huh?,It does look really impressive if you've got any minion fans in the house, they'll surely love him,I'm really pleased with how he's come out and,It would be great for a party,You could make a whole line of them.
