it's Halloween time again boys and girls,so let us show you some Halloween hacks,right here at tipsy bartender so first,things first what do we have dry ice we,love dry ice okay you go to you are get,some dry ice cut it up into small pieces,and you put those in the bottom but,regular ice on top you do not want dry,ice touching your lips or getting in,your mouth it dries doesn't make you,sick that's just that's just carbon,dioxide that you see flowing out there,so it's quite fine and dry says a lot of,fun makes you drink look spectacular,here spider ice cubes but you could get,any insect and what you do is you just,put them inside your ice cube tray then,you put your water in put them in the,freezer and now when you serve your,drinks you have an insect inside okay,really freaky guests out how's that,awesome yeah love it we freeze them and,by break them out beautiful,you see Eclair that is your clear ice,enthusiasts there's some twists you,could put on that but guess what I mean,look at that look at it it's scary I,don't want that might because I'm scared,okay,arachnophobia is that what is called,uh-huh you guys all know that remember,that movie try to spell it don't,guarantee I'd catch a couple of you all,right,beautiful next up we have the ice hand,look at that okay that's somebody's,hands are chopped off put in your punch,all you need is a latex glove portal,water you want to wash your latex glove,for us because a lot of them have like,powder on it so that it doesn't stick so,you don't wash your latex cloth fill it,up,freeze it cut it open and then you have,a little hand look at that huh huh,that's right floating around keep your,drink cool looks real cool he has,another added twist Apple heads they,look like shrunken skulls okay so what,you do you peel the Apple all right,beautiful cut a piece off all right core,it core it and now you go around squeeze,lime on it the reason why squeezing lime,on it so that it doesn't turn brown,however Brown in this particular case,might not be that bad because it should,be rotten looking maybe but you know,squeeze some lemon oh okay and now you,carve in a little face put some scars on,it some battle wounds okay keep it super,sexy yes,beautiful love it now we drop it in the,oven for 90 minutes bake at 250 it can,shrink a little bit because it's,supposed to be like a shrunken head,okay next up we have test tube shots you,guys have seen these before and it's,really easy to do because you could take,any shot put it in a test tube and all,of a sudden it has a Halloween feel that,right there's just melon like y'all,going in okay give us a nice green okay,then we wanna vodka we come in behind,out with some red food coloring to give,us a little bit of red a little bit of,blood floating through it super cool all,right,really really cool get your test tube on,alright don't steal one from the science,lab okay all you guys in college next up,is the syringe shot you see these a lot,with jello shots but they don't have to,be jello shots okay you can put any kind,of shot in here pull it in the syringe,and you just squirt it right in the,person's mouth okay don't actually make,contact with their mouth keep a little,distance okay cuz I don't want your,backwash touching my beautiful mouth,next it was a blood garnish so we have,is corn syrup and we mix that with red,food coloring and it gives us this,really thick bloody look okay and when,you use it you rim your glass in it and,it drains it gives you this real cool,blood effect she added some chocolate,syrup to it too beautiful rich looking,blood okay but some of you might not,have chocolate syrup you could just go,red food coloring but chocolate shop,obviously makes it much more arterial,bleeding for those of you that did a,little bit of biology that's right you,know the arteries you know when they,burst oh my god you know like the aorta,anyway this right here is the eyeballs,watch how we do these I don't need a bit,of red jam and then you could stick in a,bluey blueberry and all of a sudden now,if you stick it into that lychee and all,of a sudden I you have a bloody eye but,it's fully edible and it's delicious cuz,leeches are delicious blueberries are,delicious okay and that Jam is delicious,next up this one's real cool you could,take a radish,okay cut out the heart will not the,heart got a hole in it to make up then,you cut off the cut off the top of an,olive stick that in there now you have,another little eyeball okay then what,kind of high you want next up ladies and,gentlemen many of you for them vodka,gummy bears,how about gummy worms okay put them in,soak them in some booze,preferably vodka okay let it sit gotta,sit for a while okay competing for like,24 hours maybe two days all right and,then you break them out and it's good to,go,and last but not least glow in the dark,okay,tonic water has this ingredient sit,right there it's called q9 when you put,that under a blacklight,it glows so you want to use tonic water,in your drinks so yes those were 10,hacks

are you guys ready to get spooky what's,up everybody welcome back to another,episode of mike mgtv and today we're,going to be making halloween themed,cocktails strictly halloween themed,martinis which are all relatively easy,to make and are sure to get you and all,of your friends really up which,is the only way to impress people,nowadays right we all out here trying to,face our demons that's what's scary,that's the real scary thing about,halloween drink about nine of these and,then face your past trauma i got,about nine daddies to deal with if,that's the case and none of them are my,blood related fathers so let's just go,grab some ice to start the first,cocktail what you're gonna need for this,drink is a shaker full of ice absolute,vodka i got absolute strawberry juice,for that off color murky look and,because it's delicious,lemon juice grenadine and then gummy,eyeballs i found on amazon if i remember,to i will be sure to put the link to it,in the description if i forget to google,gummy eyeballs on amazon y'all lazy as,hell and we're gonna use these,ingredients to make a bloody eyeball,martini i've never done this before,so i'm hoping it works if it doesn't,it'll just be like everything else i do,on this channel okay i'm gonna make all,these martinis to start and then we'll,do a taste test at the end for all of,them so the first thing we're gonna do,is add in our strawberry juice vodka if,you want the measurements i'll go ahead,and put them in the description,but i don't i don't worry about that,when i'm doing it myself so i eyeball it,if you have a problem with that do you,use a map every time you have to drive,somewhere or can you just go off your,memory okay yeah shut the up lemon,juice if you're using just vodka and not,sweetened vodka throw in a little bit of,simple syrup this is already sweet,enough and i don't want to overdo it,shake that up,strain it into your martini glass great,next you're going to get your grenadine,and you're not going to shake it in,you're going to put it in at the end,because you want there to be a diffusion,of color you could just pour it in but,i'm going to use this spoon that i hate,because it's pointless just to control,the amount that goes in and because i,need to write it off on my taxes it'll,all just stick to the bottom anyway,which is fine it up okay and,then for the garnish i'm gonna do,something that everybody's gonna be,shocked about i'm gonna use the gummy,eyeball candy oh my god michael's using,candy in a cocktail but i thought he,said,shut up it's fine when it's a garnish,i've said that many times because,honestly look how cute these are,like this is adorable then go ahead and,get your poker stick penetrative tool,that you use to garnish things you could,use your dick for all i care i don't i,don't know and you're gonna substitute,the candy eyeballs like they were olives,in a martini the are you looking at,and then once you have that through just,go ahead and place it on your cocktail,no,maybe it's got to be more towards the,middle okay yeah that's that's cute all,right bloody eyeball martini,honestly that is so i just made that, up,and it worked i did something that,worked globally disgraced bartender,extraordinaire for the stars give this,to the at the party who you,actually don't like wanna always talk, about you behind your back give,this to that and be like i'm,watching you ho i'm watching you great,we have a success,what's next okay this next one gets a,little more interesting but also is,extremely simple we're gonna make a,candy corn martini for this all you need,is three things cream it could be,whipped cream in a can i'm gonna try,something crazy let me do this grenadine,and you could use regular vodka vanilla,vodka i went the extra mile and infused,candy corns with vanilla vodka did it do,anything i i don't really think so but,it looks cool and it gives it the color,i need because isn't candy corn just,like fondant so isn't it just like,melted sugar in vanilla vodka isn't it,everything that i always preach is awful,and terrible am i gonna eat my own words,right now yes because i already did it,but look at it it's disgusting that's, gross let's put it in our bodies,the first thing you're gonna need to do,is get your candy corn vodka cold you,don't have to do this you could,literally build it in the martini glass,straight but i am not gonna do that,because i want to enjoy this you,probably also should run this through a,strainer to make sure all of the little,bits of gunk don't get in your cocktail,i'm also not gonna do that because i,don't care enough i'm not a good,mixologist i'm a good drinker very,different things shake it out,oh that's a pretty orange strain it into,your glass oh my god cute fill this one,up relatively high because you're not,putting in many other ingredients at all,then once again you're gonna put in a,very small amount of grenadine at the,bottom same as before pour that,right in and now now we gotta do the top,now we gotta top it,the energy that it takes i got whipping,cream because i want it to be thick i,don't eat i don't know if it will work,i'm hoping it does i'm just like hoping,that it floats because if it doesn't i'm,gonna have to remake this,i could use whipped cream i have whipped,cream i know that will work,but i want to do it like this let me,clean off the spoon so i don't get red,in the whipped cream honestly you know,what i could do hold on hold on i'm,gonna try to be smart i'm gonna try to,be like,a engineer i'm gonna whip it i,have a can i'm gonna try to whip it you,can whip it in a can right if i shake,the whipping cream in a can,this is try i don't even need that much,i mean it's thick let's see what happens,oh my god okay i don't know if,anything's happening but i hope it is,did you whip oh it did something let me,see if i scoop it that i finally found a,use for the spoon let me see if,it will sink oh my god it floats oh my,god it floats oh my god oh my god it,floats oh my god it floats oh my god it,floats,it floats i need more i love,when things work oh god yes because i,don't like whipped cream on my cocktails,because it gets murky and it looks,stupid and it just fluffs everywhere but,this this i think will be cooler and i,finally found a use for this stupid, spoon,did it it's slightly sinking on one side,but not that much i layered a martini i,don't know why i'm surprised i knew that,i could do this and there we go we have,a candy corn martini i'm gonna put this,over to the side because i have a,feeling that it's not gonna be pretty,like that long but i'm gonna count it as,a success and move on what's next all,right you guys this next one i call a,suck me dry it's a vampire martini let's,see if we could go three for three if i,am good at all of these then nothing,what i've been saying this whole time is,true i'm amazing,for this you're going to need vodka,raspberry liqueur or chambord champagne,simple syrup and red decorative sugar,first things first you're going to get,your glass of ice pour in the vodka a,little bit of the chambord for coloring,and sweetener shake it like a baby that,won't stop crying,put it to the side for a second get your,glass and we're going to rim it my,favorite part put your simple syrup on,the plate and put your red sugar on,another dip your glass in the simple,syrup dip your glass in the sugar and, it up move these out of the,way to prevent a mess because we may,like but we don't like a ,that involves a mess now we're gonna,pour in our mixture not all the way,though because we're gonna put something,on top get your champagne add a little,bit on top to get it nice and bubbly oh,my god and then on amazon i found gummy,teeth little gummy vampire teeth amazon,has everything and when i'm stoned on,amazon i literally find the stupidest, and i buy it for this i'm just,gonna literally drop it right on in you,could also use your dentures i don't,know your life and there you go i suck,me dry i did three with no issues so far,i don't know what's happening but i'm,gonna i'm gonna keep going okay this,next one is similar but different next,we're gonna make a black widow martini,for this you're gonna need your cocktail,shaker with ice add in your vodka add in,your raspberry liqueur some blue curacao,a splash of lemon juice shake that up,really quick,and then in order to make it black and,fun for halloween i'm gonna add in some,baby black pearl dust will this make it,black enough i don't know i've never,used this stuff before but it's supposed,to make it black and sparkly it's better,than activated charcoal don't,even get me started for this you,literally need no more than a teaspoon,and that's a lot very small amount go,ahead and stir that in,it's still blue okay um it could be a,fun blue it could be a fun blue calm,down it's fine everything's fine oh it,might have been better if i used a,darker liqueur,oops well let's try it if it sucks i'll,redo it pour it into our glass and see,what the happens okay okay okay,never mind it honestly the other,liqueur probably would have been great,too but this is cool that's like a cool,midnight black you know what you i,did it on purpose a mistake is only a,mistake if things don't go right ,that's a surprise just like me that's,what my mom says i was when i was born,i'm the happiest oopsie she ever got oh,wait i wanted a rim it i,wanted a rim it's fine it's fine it's,fine it's fine it's totally fine it's,fine i'm fine just like before you're,gonna rim it in the simple syrup then i,got white sugar because i thought that,would look cool oh this sugar's a little,chunkier it's kind of going everywhere,i'm gonna have and it's fine you know,what's really scary for the holidays a,bug infestation that's fine okay okay,spooky,it's all wet that's fine don't tell your,brothers and sisters we're cheating,honestly it still looks okay i'm,changing the name though it is not a,black widow,it's a,midnight a midnight cocktail because it,looks like a dark night sky ,catch me slipping uh-uh catch me ,slipping that looks better than i,thought that's better than a pitch black,martini,whatever i'm counting you as a fourth,success i have another drink did i run,out of martini glasses why don't i think,anything through ever i have a smaller,martini glass,shut the up it's going in it and it,works the final halloween martina we're,gonna make is called a witch potion,martini this is also very simple you're,just gonna need a shaker of ice vodka,midori pineapple juice simple syrup,green decorative sugar and just because,i happen to have it and i want to try it,out i'm gonna add in some baby green,pearl dust to make it like shimmer here,we go first up is our vodka come in with,the midori that's the color ,pineapple juice this could also be like,a really good punch bowl especially if,you throw in some dry ice i know you're,all probably pissed i didn't use dry ice,everybody's probably fingering,themselves over the idea of dry ice,everybody squirts over the thought of,smoke coming out of your cocktail i,think it's cool too i prefer it for like,punch bowl scenarios which i probably,will make a video doing but the thing,with dry ice especially putting it in,martinis is it is very not safe to drink,at least directly before it melts so,putting it in a martini glass where it,could easily touch your face and burn,which with my luck and the way i do ,would probably happen i didn't include,it in the martini video but hold your,horses calm your tits finger your clits,it's coming,go ahead and shake this up add in a,little bit of the baby green shimmer,just to make it pretty it's a gay witch,it watched hocus pocus growing up tis,firm we're gonna rim it so be sure to,pour your green decorative sugar on a,plate dip your glass in the simple syrup,before dipping it into the sugar oh my,god oh my god ,oh that's so cute that's so cute it's so,shiny and shimmery it looks like winnie,when she exploded that's cool i,did five cocktail martinis all a success,i don't know why i'm shocked by this,that's like my whole job i just really,like when things go right even though,some threw us a hurdle but ended up,better than expected okay are we ready,to have fun this is the best part of my,job i get to do a taste test all right,i'm gonna do a simple taste test and i'm,gonna rate each one from one to five i,have never drank these before because,some of them i made up and others i,found online and made like minor,alterations to fit what i wanted so,let's go ahead and try this one was the,bloody eyeball martini so let's take a,sip,whoa strong but really good like i like,my martini it's fruity but not overly,sweet and if you put the eyeballs in the,cocktail glass by the time you finish it,you can eat the eyeballs for a little,extra alcoholic snack this is how i like,my martinis where it's sweet but not too,sweet and you could tell that it's,really strong because that's how a,martini should be four out of five,i love it next is the candy corn martini,which honestly when i first saw it i,didn't think i would like it because i'm,not big on cream martini this is,probably going to be a dessert martini,if anything i'm assuming it's going to,be really sweet but let's give it a,taste,it tastes exactly like a candy,corn it tastes exactly like a ,candy corn and the cream even makes it,thicker so it feels like you're eating a,candy corn but that's also probably,because i went the extra step and,infused the candy corn with the vodka,and i feel like it did do something it,tastes like candy corn i'm not a,big candy corn fan but i did the job i'm,gonna give that a three out of five if,you were somebody that loves candy corn,you're probably gonna love that or if,you're a basic you need something,to post on instagram oh my god girl next,up we have the suck me dry i think i'm,gonna love this one because i'm all,about vampires and this one looks really,good it looks like elegant and you,know what i mean let's go ahead and,taste it,okay it's more bitter which i like you,all know i'm not really a sweet cocktail,person this feels and tastes like a,cocktail something that you would sip,through the night i think the champagne,really adds to it and gives it that,overall flavor this so far is my,favorite one i think i'm gonna give it a,4.5 out of five very slightly the,eyeball martini was good too okay but,this one i just like holding it i feel,fancy next up we have the midnight,midnight cocktail i have faith that it's,gonna be good i think it's gonna be good,let's see hold on,that is awesome that's a five,out of five how how howard how are you,what the come here hold on what,that's good that's really, good again like the bloody,eyeball one it's like sweet but not too,sweet and it's refreshing which is why i,like it oh that's my favorite one so far, and then finally i think this is,gonna be a five out of five the witch's,potion i think is gonna be a five out of,five i think this one would definitely,be a crowd pleaser let's go ahead and,taste it,huh this is great and you know what else,i like about it if you add in more,pineapple juice it's a cocktail i would,rate this a four out of five very on par,to the first one i'm really surprised i,like the midnight the best out of all,these wanna call it i have my,little white claw pillow back there,currently on pinterest trying to find an,angle for this year's cocktail video and,here's what i'm thinking,the the not so scary party to no one's,surprise unless you live under a rock is,not happening but it doesn't mean we,can't have our own,so what i'm thinking is that all the,cocktails are going to be disney themed,but they're going to be disney villain,themed,i'm going to get a little bit of help,from my friend pinterest over here,and i will also share my version of them,on my pinterest which if you're not,following on pinterest i have a fall,board,up and i have the movie list and the,bucket list and all the pictures from my,bullet journal,listen i'm a full i am i love pinterest,it's about time that i actually start,posting my be something you want to see,then just keep watching all right let's,jump into this so the very first thing i,did is went on to pinterest,got a little bit of ideas and i headed,right to the candy store the grocery,store in the liquor store so i got,as many halloween candies as i could,there really were,not that many halloween themed candies,this year so it was interesting,then at the liquor store we got some,different types of not only like spooky,cute cocktail bottles that would go,really well on the bar cart but also,stuff that was,pumpkin themed and just things that i,knew would go really well for these,spooky not so spooky cocktails so i got,home,pot put all this stuff out on the,counter,so i ended up going to the grocery store,and getting a couple things like jello,and whipped cream and just all the,accoutrements,that i knew that i would need and every,single day during cocktail hour we turn,on hollow wishes it kind of becomes a,tradition,we also stopped by michael's when we,went to the grocery store and got some,last-minute goodies,michael's is officially i feel over,halloween and they've moved on to,christmas so they did not have a lot,left,but it is what it is so i got a bunch of,stuff on discount and then i,started i had to start with a margarita,you knew i had to but everything in this,entire cocktail video will be disney,themed disney villain themed so i've got,you,so the way that i make a margarita is,always a smoky mezcal margarita,but listen we needed a salt air whipped,topping so if you've ever been to,haleo's at disney springs they make a,salt air,you need sucro to make their version i,didn't have that so we used an egg white,you can also use,the liquid from a can of chickpeas fun,fact,so some lime juice i just used some,fresh lime juice in,a bottle and then i oh by the way i had,on cocoa which is so perfect for this,because it is a,coco themed margarita so we put in some,mezcal,some ancho chili raised liqueur topped,it with some bubbly,and then this is that salt air so,there's salt in that foam so you don't,technically,need to rim the glass and it is ernesto,de la cruz's margarita,how cute right and then with a little,floating eyeball i thought it was,perfection,and some you know some decor all around,we've got,our first drink while watching coco how,perfect,now you're forewarned we did not have a,movie for every single i did not watch a,movie for each cocktail but the next one,absolutely love it so i got this cute,cake frosting stuff that you just heat,up in the microwave and,because the glass is chilled it will set,instantly so the green with then some,pop rocks in the drink,was so good so we did some malibu some,coconut,now i will have all of the details of,every single recipe down below we needed,a little bit of blue curacao in there,and then this pop rock candy was so,perfect because,this is going to be like a sea witch,type of ursula drink,and the flavor of the drink is very like,grape flavored,so there's some great candies at the,bottom listen these are very sugary,delightful drinks,it's halloween y'all like we're getting,this together so this is the ursula,drink and i topped it with a little glow,cube so i had a bunch of glow cubes left,over from disney which i thought was,perfect,next this is in like almost a,long shot glass it's kind of going to be,like a flight type of,sipping drink absolutely delicious and,this is not like many years where we,didn't really make the drinks we made,the drinks you guys,with with actual alcohol fun fact,previous years,there was a lot of food coloring that,went into those drinks this is real so,andre and i tasted all of these drinks,this is called zero's flight,and it is with some french vanilla,liqueur so it's basically a martini with,a,cherry in it and andre really liked the,ursula drink he's a tough critic you,guys and he he was liking it it's pure,sugar that's why,so i also got these jello molds at,michael's and i thought that,this little measuring cup i'll link the,measuring cup if i can find it it was,off of amazon,i hadn't made jello in so long you guys,but i figured this could be delightful,so half hot water and then the part,that's supposed to be cold water,was straight up alcohol so i had,some orange vodka which went perfectly,with this,and i just used the rest of what i had,left over in the measuring cup and then,i,filled the rest with the orange jello so,it's just orange on orange,there's a theme happening here this took,forever,to set jello you guys i did not know,that it took hours upon hours said jello,please tell me if there's something that,i'm missing or if you know how to set,jello faster,so this is very much a take on a,thanksgiving slash christmas side,these jello molds did not work at all,i'm going to use them for ice cubes,later but,this is literally a side at our house,not with the alcohol but we put this on,turkey i don't know if that's a french,can eating thing or if everybody does,that but you put a little bit it's,supposed to be sour cream,but weird this is a cocktail so whipped,cream with the orange jello,some maraschino cherries i'm pretty sure,that americans do this for thanksgiving,it's kind of a take on this but syndrome,with the orange hair,right we're theme in it this,was so delicious but it's one of those,drinks that will hit you really hard,because it was really strong so good so,this drink here,is actually inspired by disneyland so,they,serve a version of this drink in the,parks in disneyland,when it's open but i've got you because,again we're doing our own not so scary,how perfect is this candy apple i did,not make it i bought it at the store but,i just thought it was absolute,perfection so you need a,poop martini glass if you can and it,really helps to have a poison apple ice,cube,some butterscotch schnapps,and there's a bunch of different apple,stuff in there but it's a poison apple,teeny,i use a filler of apple cider,because i don't think just having a,straight-up martini of that it would be,really strong,so that's my version of it now we needed,more glow cubes,so this glow cube i actually got it in,pandora,at disney world and it went perfectly,because it almost just looks like,worms and like listen there's a whole,theme here so,i made this one with peach schnapps it's,supposed to be made with melon liqueur,but in canada it's really,slim pickings so i will give you the,actual recipe but,this is an oogie boogie cocktail with,all the worms and all of the green,goodness,absolutely amazing now listen this could,be you guys i'm,i love i decided to love game of thrones,this could have been a white walker it's,a hades,drink so all blue curacao with some,whipped cream and some pop rocks on top,and now this is like just classy,so we used that same icing,and then a straight up martini with,vodka,and a splash of cranberry juice for the,original,bone daddy martini oh and i actually,added a little bit of lime juice as well,so it's kind of like a cosmo,and we needed snacks because this is a,not so scary,party after all so we have candy we have,snacks we have all of the things we set,ourselves,up with all of the cocktails and fun,fact this drink there's a lot of fun,facts in this video this,drink holder the the original one is,from,trader sam's trader sam's and,i wanted to make a shrunken zombie head,so i got these cute,tiki glasses that are kind of like the,shrunken zombie head,at trader sam's and i have the full,recipe,with some there's like three different,types of rum but because we're doing,disney villains i needed to figure out a,way to make this a disney villain,so we're making it like a pirates of the,caribbean,drink right so perfect with a glow cube,in there,love it okay next up is inspired by one,of my all-time favorites of favorites,miss vanellope von tweets but she is not,a villain so we had to come up with,something similar it's a magical cotton,candy drink it's,so good if you've never had a cotton,candy martini,i live for it but king candy is the,theme of this one,i had way too much fun doing these all,right and last but not least this one,you need,the breville smoking gun to make it and,it's fancy fans it's like a real like,men's drink listen ladies you can have,it too this is andre's favorite drink,it's actually a negroni,and with a couple floating eyeballs very,like voodoo,love it and the smoke right this is one,of my favorite villains of all time,you gotta pay attention when you're,doing the smoke because i stopped paying,attention and then the smoke escaped,from the dome,so with some glow cubes and a little bit,of smoke and some magic,i feel like the shadow man this is like,everything so again i will get you guys,all of the recipes most were inspired,from pinterest i had a couple myself but,i figured,this would add to your halloween,spectaculars we do have a part two,coming that will include andres Easy Witches Brew | Easy Halloween Cocktail | Booze ON The Rocks
welcome back to boozing rocks where we,make cocktails for everyone my name is,david edwards and it's halloween and,because of that we're going to make two,witches brew cocktail the first one is,just called witches brew the other one,is a witch's brew lemonade and that's,fantastic but when i think of which is,brew i think all the way back to that,1606 play by shakespeare and best,portrayed by roman polanski's 1971,version of macbeth,warlock,now at that time witches were considered,evil and he used that to,create the supernatural aura in his play,and you know you just can't go wrong no,matter what version of the play you see,whether it's a modern day take or one,set in its original time stake it's,fantastic but which is potions those,bubbling containers of evil and magic,and,whatever strange concoctions go in there,like i have newt fig of toad,fur of mouse you know all that sort of,stuff and i just got the quote wrong,it is well worth taking a look at but,none of these two cocktails contain any,of those things so you know what let's,get into which is bruised that we can,have today that we can actually enjoy so,let's get into it,now this first cocktail is obviously,entitled which is brew perfect simple,easy six ingredient cocktail that is a,build in your glass cocktail because,while you're entertaining some people,for halloween or maybe you want to make,a few of these you just don't want to do,a lot of extra work so the first thing,we're going to do is grab some ice and,fill up our glass,and oh look at that,fantastic now because i know you don't,want to sit there and watch me cut and,squeeze everything the first thing we'll,do is we will cut all of our individual,fruits and prep them and get them ready,to uh squeeze half an ounce or 15 ml of,lemon juice,half an ounce or 15 ml lime juice,one ounce or 30 mls orange juice,all right look at that put that there,now,with this type of citrus fruit this is,going to be tart already so what we're,going to do is grab,about half an ounce or 15 ml of a basic,simple syrup,all right fantastic now the simple syrup,will level out the citrus fruits and the,reason i added that in is because i'm,using pecset's breath now it is an,apricot liqueur which is not sweetened,unlike an apricot schnapps which would,give you a sickly sweet taste by the,time you added in the extra sugar so,depending on what you grab you're going,to want to make sure whatever it is that,you choose to use that you adjust all of,your ratios accordingly and for this we,need 2 ounces or 60 milliliters,yeah look at that,now you can tell i wasn't thinking about,the actual size of the ice in this and,because the ice was a little bit smaller,what it did do is it did take up more,space so something else to consider when,you're making yourself a cocktail so,give this a bit of a stir,and really what you should be doing is,topping this off with a little bit of,soda water so,now remember,i'm making this for me,and if you're making this for you,make it however you want you can skip,the soda water,look at that fantastic,now,this,is the first which is brew,so our second cocktail is a witch's brew,lemonade simple easy and another build,in the glass cocktail you just can't go,wrong with that so what you want to do,is make sure you fill this up again,and my ice is kind of getting down there,so it's partially crushed ice partially,whatever i just had left over,use whatever you want don't be fancy,it's your drink and if you want fancy go,for fancy so the first thing we're going,to do is grab some of our empress 1908,drone now this is a forty percent uh gin,that contains a butterfly pea flower and,it comes from victoria british columbia,and we're going to use 2 ounces or 60,milliliters,half an ounce 15 ml simple syrup,all right,this is where the magic begins to happen,so we're just going to slide this over,and you need a lemon and we're going to,just chop this in half like so,and then what we'll do is we'll just,squeeze it in,like so,1 ounce 30 mls lemon juice,look at that fantastic so the next thing,we definitely need is a little bit of,club soda and we don't need a lot but,what we are going to do is pour in about,one ounce,look at that fantastic so what you're,going to do grab your spoon just give,this a very gentle stir,and this is just to incorporate,everything and you don't want to get rid,of all the effervescence however the,final piece of magic will come with a,little bit of blue out now what we're,going to do,is take,one and a half ounces and we're going to,slowly pour it in,so it comes down neatly onto the bottom,like so,yes look at that,fantastic,absolutely a gorgeous separation of,colors there let me just give that a sip,can't go wrong with an orange curacao,that's blue oh,anyways this,is your witch's brew lemonade i can't,believe i just had to look at my son,so good all right look at these two,fantastic glasses,a witch's brew lemonade and a straight,which is brew now i'm using a couple of,steel bendy straws and let's give them a,try,mmm,fantastic,you get that apricot taste you get the,lemon the lime makes a tart the orange,gives you a nice subtle sweetness oh,beautiful and this,oh that's fantastic as well,you get,the curacao at the bottom mix it up for,yourself but i just like the look of it,this way,and you know what the gin,and the lemon everything works together,fantastic and you can't go wrong with,either of these looks what i'm going to,do is i'm going to put the ingredients,and the method of how to make both of,these down in the begin all right homeboy i need to cut,this at an angle,come on keep the knife angled guys,this can be a badass punch,okay fine,thank you jeff bezos got this on amazon,it's an ice cream scooper but it'll work,get the last bit of pumpkin out okay,guys,now now,it begins you could save the dry ice,until the end but,i like mine in early okay,let's smoke the whole way through so we,starting off,with white rum,oh yeah,oh yeah oh my gosh,get up come behind that white rum,with some spice rock,you can't tell how much is in there no,we have the eyeball let's figure it out,okay so i got these two,now this honey syrup okay this is,sweetener,get some sweetness in there,come behind that with some apple cider,because it's that time of year,dude i can't it's just so weird i have,no idea how,how full this is well space,dude this is freaky because i've never,done it where i can't see what's going,on,oh we got space we got space we're good,guys,okay now you come behind that,let's hit it with a bit of apple juice,you gotta shake it and that's orange all,right sorry wrong flavor,get some orange in there,now we following that orange up,with a little bit of ginger ale,oh that's right at the top we are good,and then guys are grabbing the spoon,come in and i give this a nice little,stir,and there you have it the smoky,halloween rum punch,in a pumpkin and guys all you got to do,is remember dry ice is don't touch it,you know what i mean don't touch it with,your body because it's super super cold,so don't put it in your mouth don't,touch it with your fingers,and you are good and it could chill,anything all right,as always drink responsibly don't drink,and drive this right here is ice cold,from those little pieces of dry ice,later
