ideas and want to do them all but,it's also getting adam,to do them with me which is the tricky,part but the first one we're going to,start off with is cruella and this is a,great one this year because for 2021,because the movie came on disney and i,personally loved this movie but it is,great because the whole family can get,involved and the little ones just look,so cute in their dalmatian costumes,maybe it also reminds me of the time i,was little and i was a donation for,halloween that my mom made me a diy,costume for that but everyone thought i,was a cow so,maybe make sure,that people well i guess with this,costume when you have the mom and dad,dressed up as well people are probably,going to know that you're a dalmatian,and not a cow next up is the flintstones,and i love this one because everly would,be perfect for this costume and she gets,the perfect little ponytail on the top,of her head to look like pebbles so this,is one i definitely want to do and it's,probably one i could get adam involved,in as well but it looks very easy to,create if you want to create it yourself,and go to the fabric store it wouldn't,be a lot of sewing and i'm sure someone,with not very much sewing experience,could definitely throw this together,this is one i know you ladies could get,your man involved in because it is,greece and who doesn't want to do grease,everly and i actually did this last year,we just did it matching ones the two of,us so i'll share a photo and a link to,my instagram with a photo of that as i,think it turned out so well but this is,just a cute idea to get the whole family,involved whether you have two kids one,kid or if you have three i mean you can,dress up as the same character it really,doesn't matter but it's just using,simple things that you have in the house,mostly all black clothing and then the,only thing you might have to go buy is,or find is red shoes as not everyone,might have that but other than that it's,a pretty simple costume to throw,together this is a unique one that might,take a little more planning to do but,very very creative if you are going,trick-or-treating and kind of want to,have that like wow factor when you're,going around but jurassic park how cool,is this turning your wagon into like a,little cage even if you have little ones,that aren't going to get out this will,keep them in,their stroller,wagon and they can't get out dress them,up as little dinosaurs and then you have,the dad or your mom the parent,as what would you call it the,dinosaur keeper i'm sorry i can't think,of the name but you know what i mean but,it looks like he's just wearing items,that was found around the house with a,cowboy hat that's not something you have,to pick up but other than that,pretty easy to throw together i'd say,next up is shark attack and this one you,might have to buy a shark costume for,your little one but other than that you,could diy a lot of this costume for,example the red hoodie if you already,have a red hoodie just use some,construction paper or felt and pin on,the symbol for the lifeguard as well as,the wording if you would like and then,for the person getting attacked by the,shark you just need to add a lot of,food color not food coloring why would,you add food coloring that probably,would not work out very well but some,red dye to the side of the shirt and or,you could even use the fake blood that,you they get out at halloween time i,just put that all over the side of the,clothing,and you got a shark attack this one i,had to share two different versions of,as they are so cool and something that,i've always wanted to do,for a halloween costume for a family one,that is mario or mario kart this is so,fun so the first one is mario you have,someone could be toad there's peach,there's i mean you have someone has to,yoshi yoshi's like the best character in,mario let's be honest and then mario and,luigi i guess if you have to that's,making characters but yoshi is still the,best but then i love the idea of turning,it around and doing mario kart,especially if your little ones are not,very big on walking long distance if,they're going trick-or-treating this way,you could put them in their little push,cards and kind of dress it up with the,little logos depending on what character,they are,and i think it's just so fun to do and,then the parents are just like player,one player two,very cool very creative twist on during,mario another favorite one that i came,across was monsters inc this is such a,cute movie that why would you not want,to make a diy costume or a family,costume idea with this i mean a diy,version of this might be a little,tougher just being that sully the big,monster the big blue furry one that,might be a little harder to diy but i'm,sure there's ways out there to do it,and then the green leotard just put on,the big eye face and you are mike,sullivan and then boo is just like the,cutest little character of all time next,up is popeye someone being popeye,obviously and then being olive i won't,lie i just googled who what her name was,i had no idea,and then i love the idea of having your,toddler just be the spinach like how,cool is that i never would have thought,this idea until i saw this photo but,super creative and just a really fun,costume idea for a family this is one i,am definitely going to try to do one one,year is power rangers who else grew up,watching the power rangers and loved it,it was such a fun show and these,costumes are just super cute and,adorable and i'm sure your little one,would love it just being a superhero,type of character so great family,costume idea next up is toy story and,this is a great one if you have a larger,family it may be a lot of kids as there,are so many different characters that,you can be that the possibilities really,endless i can't even think of all the,toy story characters that there are that,you could be but i love the idea of,seeing the barbie character here i never,thought of that but i think that's so,fun and cool i'm pretty sure it is a,barbie i guess i need to brush up on,some of my kids movies from,the sounds of this video,but i think this is just a really fun,idea and maybe something that we'll be,doing in the future as well last but not,least one of my favorites and this is a,great one if you are pregnant but is,doing winnie the pooh once again there,are so many different characters that,you can do within winnie the pooh the,mom being who obviously if you are,pregnant as you have a nice round,beautiful belly that is perfect for poo,full of honey and then your little one,could be a honey pot there's tigger,there's piglet oh my god your er was one,of my favorites to do that christopher,robin,rabbit there is a bunch of different,characters that you could do so if you,have a larger family then that's a great,costume idea to do those are the 10 i,think maybe even 11 family costume ideas,that you can do this year for This is my FAVORITE month, you guys know,,I am obsessed with Halloween videos like if my channel is known for anything,,I feel like it's my Halloween videos the theme of my channel overall is like the Fantasy -,Magical world so Halloween is my favorite time because you get to dress up and... I always dress up... but like on Halloween -,it's okay. So, to kick off Clo-tober the first video,I'm doing is group Halloween costumes last year I did 100 Halloween costumes, best friend Halloween costumes.,I thought this year I would do group. Huge announcement,,I am vlogging every day of October, Clo-tober, on my vlog channel Cloe Breena. Here's a sneak peek of some of the vlogs we've already done,...We're being lifeguards... WHEW!,There's a hot lifeguard in there. 20 HALLOWEEN FAMILY COSTUME IDEAS!

hey guys it's Kristen with southern mom,and today I have such a fun video if,you've seen me in the past you know how,much I absolutely love Halloween it's,one of my favorite holidays of the year,so the other day when I was looking for,different ideas for our family I thought,about you guys and how maybe this might,be helpful for you if you have a family,and you're looking for different ideas,we are a family of five it's me my,husband my son who's almost 10 and then,my twin girls that are 5 so we haven't,always dressed up as a family but I was,definitely looking into it this year and,as I was coming across these different,families I thought some of these are,just too good to not share I'll share,the link down below to the original post,that I find for each and every one of,these families I've found their ideas,just in different random places so and,I'll also try my hardest to find some of,the costumes on the internet so today I,kind of wanted to Beetlejuice it up with,my bracelet and kind of like it I have a,bow ring that has black and white kind,of a Beetlejuice look beetlejuice,but Betelgeuse is one of my absolute,favorite movies of all time if you seen,Beetlejuice leave me a comment down,below if you liked it or if it's not,really your thing Beetlejuice but it's,definitely one of my favorite movies of,all time so I definitely wanted to start,my countdown with Beetlejuice,Beetlejuice ok I found so many adorable,families dressed up like Beetlejuice,this was definitely one of my favorites,so one of my favorite families and sweet,friends Kyle and Courtney they're both,from Texas and they're super sweet,friends of mine every year they go all,out for Halloween and I couldn't put,this together without involving their,family and one of my favorite costume,ideas that they have done in the past is,inside out so all of the emotions from,inside out and I'm going to leave a link,to two videos of theirs that they have,for inside out so this is a really cute,video and it's just going over their,costumes in detail she also has links to,the costumes down in her description on,Amazon so if you do choose to go with,this family costume idea all of the,links are gonna be down below I'm also,gonna leave the link down below to,another video that she made she actually,partnered with Disney Pixar on bringing,joy and anger to life and it's the,cutest thing where her kids dress up as,joy and anger and they talk about not,just how we feel but why number three is,Alice in Wonderland this is so cute so,the parents are Tweedledee and,Tweedledum the little baby is the,caterpillar their little girl is Alice,and their little boy is the Ace of,Spades so I found this on the,creative and she really goes into detail,where she found all of these costumes,and number four is pac-man I love this,outfit,the parents are mr. and mrs. pac-man and,then the kids dressed up as the little,ghosts but you can see here that each,family made there's a little bit,different but all of these I thought,were just adorable number five,nice ice baby so this has to be one of,my favorite family costumes of all time,if you grew up in the 80s and 90s,you have to know Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice,Baby I love their little sign stop,collaborate and listen never say The,Addams Family,so this is an extremely popular bizarre,family that everybody loves to dress up,at at Halloween in fact I myself have,dressed up as Morticia says some popular,Addams Family characters that you could,dress up as gomez Morticia Addams,Wednesday Pugsley Uncle Fester,grandma ma the butler lurch the hand,thing and Gomez's cousin it number 7,lego family I thought these were really,creative DIY Lego costumes that this,family put together this just goes to,show you can put together a really,creative costume without spending a lot,of money,everyone can dress up as a different,colored Lego for fun and it's an easy,family theme so these costumes are,basically cardboard boxes and paint so,the heads on this costume were,polystyrene foam sheets that she put,together a carved and sanded them to,form the shape number eight Charlie and,the Chocolate Factory so this is,definitely another favorite movie and,our family whether you enjoy the classic,movie or the more recent one,so some of the most popular characters,from this movie are Willy Wonka Charlie,Bucket Grandpa Joe violet I am seriously,contemplating going as violet this year,I think this would be such a cute outfit,Veruca Salt goose and of course the,envelope us this family did such an,amazing job bringing these characters to,life number nine is always a holiday,favorite the peanuts so definitely a,classic during fall and Christmas time,is Charlie Brown and a peanuts every,Christmas we watched Charlie Brown they,dressed up as Woodstock Lucy Charlie,Brown and Snoopy,this guy has Linus down to the tea and,peppermint patty,that girl is working it and then the,girl in the pink polka dots is Sally,number ten is a mummy family you can,find these costumes online or you can,make them yourself if you'd like to make,it yourself,if you have some white fabric around the,house or you could go to the thrift,store to find some fabric you can rip up,the material and then so good in a large,pot filled with tea bags and that'll,give it that dirty off-white old century,mummy look number eleven Care Bears,so these costumes are fairly easy to,make and I left a link down below to the,blog that I found this on and she has,all the directions on how to make this,no so care bear costume for each member,of your family number twelve s'mores so,this family has one sweet chocolate bar,toddler one adorable puffy marshmallow,baby two cardboard graham cracker,parents this is such a cute family,number thirteen labyrinth,so labyrinth is a 1980s fantasy film,directed by Jim Henson and stars David,Bowie and this is another classic movie,that I know a lot of people enjoy,dressing up as David Bowie from this,movie and the different characters if,you have watched this movie before let,me know in the comments below,number 14 The Wizard of Oz so the Wizard,of Oz is a timeless classic and it's,always so fun to see people dressed up,as Dorothy or the Lion the Tin Man Toto,the Good Witch the Wicked Witch the,Scarecrow so this is definitely a,classic movie how adorable is this,little Dorothy and the lion I thought,this was the cutest picture number 16 is,a futuristic family just a little bit of,silver paint or I should say a lot of,silver paint I really do love this look,and I also wanted to include this back,to the future' family because again,another one of my favorite movies is,Back to the Future with Michael J Fox,and it's another just great idea for a,family number 17 is Popeye I thought,this was the cutest family the dad is,dressed up like Popeye the Sailor man,his wife is dressed up like olive oil,and then their little baby is a can of,spinach I just thought this is so,adorable,number 18 Finding Nemo seagulls so if,you've seen the movie Finding Nemo you,can't forget this scene it's the,seagulls that say mine mine mine my mine,and I thought this was so unique I had,never seen this before and everybody in,a family dressed up like the Finding,Nemo seagulls this would be really easy,to make and definitely cost-efficient,number 19 is a Disney tourist I know,lots of families who spend time each,year coordinating their outfits for,Disney World or Disneyland and that,would be perfect for Halloween if you,have your Mickey or Minnie ears in your,Disney outfits this is definitely a cost,saving outfit that everybody in the,family could enjoy number 20 is the grin,I know this movie is on repeat during,Christmas time in our house and we love,to watch it and all the characters are,so fun and especially if you have girls,with lots of hair this is a really good,idea I hope you enjoyed these families,as much as I did I had so much fun,looking at all the hi i'm april go lightly and i absolutely,love halloween and getting dressed up,with my family for halloween it's super,fun today i'm so excited to share with,you amazing family costumes that you can,wear for halloween or whenever let's get,started first costume set that i put,together is alice in wonderland my,daughter is wearing an alice costume and,i'm the mad hatter the alice costume is,available in girls women and plus sizes,as is the mad hatter also if you have a,larger family you can incorporate the,cheshire cat the white rabbit the king,of hearts the queen of hearts tweedledee,and tweedledum and even the caterpillar,for a total of eight costumes you could,even include some pet costumes in this,too i'm super excited to introduce you,to someday i'll learn with my friend,chelsea and her family she does an,amazing job homeschooling and running an,awesome creative blog this is a diy,beauty and the beast costume from,someday i'll learn it's super cute we've,got belle and the beast and,chip and lumiere the next costume that i,put together with my daughter is,cinderella and her fairy godmother i,just thought it was super cute and i,actually kind of made it like a,bibbidi-bobbidi boutique uh situation,and i did her hair the way they do it at,disney world super fun and this dress,actually is from the booby bobbidi,boutique i absolutely love it and we had,a great time putting it together i,really love love this costume,for the fairy godmother it's super cute,and super fun to wear,if you want to add some more family,members to this costume grouping you,could do the mice for the other kids in,the family or for other pets in the,family,or the dad as prince charming or one of,your sons is prince charming too,if you want to go crazy maybe you can,find the evil stepmother and the,stepsisters on etsy or something it's,really cool the next costume grouping,that we did together was bo peep and her,sheep,super fun and this one you can really go,crazy with all the toy story costumes,it's super fun and you could really you,could be woody,jesse,buzz lightyear mr potato head,forkey and the aliens are super cute too,the incredibles costume is a great,choice for the whole family because,everybody can be an incredible because,it's a family of superheroes including,our puppy,someday i'll learn has a really fun take,on these incredibles roles um we have,here,edna mode frozone and screenslaver,then back at home we have mr incredible,jack jack and the uncooperative dash,i made this awesome costume for my,daughter um to go to disney world a,couple years ago super cute and it's,basically we're both dalmatians,i it's very warm in florida so i,definitely didn't want to wear the,cruella de vil outfit but if it was cold,i would definitely wear it so,it would be cute if your kids were,dalmatians and your cruella,check out the link in the description,because i have a like little cricut,project file that you can use to make,this awesome costume also basically what,i'm wearing is a dalmatian print outfit,and then we got little matching uh belt,bags to rock at disney world,my friend ramona also does an amazing,job with her family so these are all,dokies,um first we have ramona at,sylvie loki i love this costume such a,fun idea the dad is classic loki then we,have the variant tva lookie super cool i,love it,then we have president loki and even,alligator loki it's super cute you could,dress up your,pets as alligators,this one is pretty much endless because,there were so many loki's in the show,like loki variants super fun and,definitely check out this post um how,she does this it's really cool,everyone went crazy for hamilton when it,was on broadway and then when it was on,disney plus during the pandemic everyone,loved it and all the kids loved it too,so i love love love this costume as a,family so everybody is alexander,hamilton hamilton from the broadway show,slash,you know production of it on weasley as the,dad harry potter as one of the children,then lord voldemort as one of the kids,and then the mom is hermione granger,super cute and adorable,the next costume,family costume is from someday i'll,learn,and it's the minions and gru super cute,the dad is grew and the kids and the mom,are minions,fab every day also did a minions costume,with gru,and lady wilde it's super cute Favorite Family Halloween Costumes Countdown + How to choose a family costume theme!

huh it's October,I hardly even notice,before we start the countdown of my,favorite family Halloween costumes we've,had over the years I need to just,take you to the prequel,when I knew my husband my then boyfriend,Leif was fit for this life of family,Halloween extravaganza,where's Halloween together,he was Bob Ross he crushed it he was,basically in character the whole night,he went method for this role so I just,knew we had found the right partnership,it's almost impossible to narrow it down,to the top five favorite costumes but,ain't nobody got time to go through it,all,in the fifth spot is drum roll,was a really close call between our,thing one thing two costume as a couple,or family of artists a theme but you,know what thing one thing too Driggs was,still in my my stomach so it's not,technically a family costume yet so we,are gonna go with the family of artists,leifest Andy Warhol me as Frida Kahlo,Driggs as baby Van Gogh Leif clearly won,this one because he was method the whole,time he was reincarnated Andy Warhol,that wig was a Taylor Swift wig that we,uh just like Turned what where's four, oh,coming in at three our family costume as,the Scooby-Doo gang split the whole,Mystery Machine Car cut out and,cardboard Scooby cardboard and then I,feel like Lulu carried the show with,this one because this was a time where,she didn't have her bangs cut so we we,like put a little toupee on her for the,bangs and she really was like Surly and,skeptical I feel like her and Velma are,Kindred Spirits oh wait I take that back,maybe leave carried the show too he wore,the same Andy Warhol wig for this one uh,what's what's the name of the character,Fred and and then um I just ordered him,some like stretchy women's bell bottom,jeans from Amazon for like 13 and,people went wild this was during Peak,kovic but who cares we won we won,Halloween that year,coming in at a second is a,it's either Lulu as RBG,or Lulu's baby Elvis,so for RBG our family theme was people,fighting for justice so I also went as,RBG they first four and then Driggs with,Spider-Man and then for her baby Elvis,costume our family theme was music,legends so life was John Lennon I was,Yoko Driggs was Gene Simmons from kiss,and Lulu was baby Elvis,it's impossible to pick both costumes,for her like Drew 40 people in line for,a picture with her I felt like I was,with Beyonce so anyway I refused to,choose so you guys let me know which one,you like better drum roll please coming,in at number one,yeah our family costume as siegfri and,Roy don't tell Lulu because she wasn't,even born yet so she's gonna feel left,out but this costume had all the,originality points okay so Driggs tells,us out of the blue that he wants to be a,white tiger,so we're like thinking during that time,we were in a full gut renovation boat at,our at our home and Leif like just let,all personal grooming go so he like had,grown this giant Mane and and life was,the genius behind this costume theme he,was like let's be sick for Android,funniest part about this is of course I,already have the big arm blouse in my,closet so I didn't have to buy anything,um Lay's fake tan carry the show love it,without a doubt one of the most common,questions I get asked is oh you're so,creative with your costumes how do you,come up with the themes,there is a method to the madness we,choose a theme where at least one of the,family members,can look the part with minimal costume,so like for Scooby-Doo we chose that,theme based on driggs's Shaggy haircut,we're like he already looks a little bit,like Shaggy for baby Elvis she came out,of the womb with a pompadour Ruth Bader,Ginsburg Lulu,like basically for the first two years,of her life had resting face and,was like very skeptical so she like,already nailed the part for lace Bob,Ross costume that's his fro we just had,to tease it and stuff and hairspray it,but the point of the story is when you,want a winning family themed costume,have one family member like the hairdo,you know be so convincing because it's,basically their real hair,um go with that like lead with that like,if you have a kid with like red hair,Pippi Longstocking Little Mermaid Ariel,and then build the other characters,around it that's my tip for you and how,you choose a original creative family,costume theme all right,uh it's almost trick-or-treat time see,you soon what will we be this year stay
