today on making it with chef sherry,we're making breakfast extra special,just in time for halloween and of course,we're making it super easy by turning,store-bought sweet rolls into little,pumpkins mini donuts into little ghost,and waffle mix into cute little candy,corns and we're doing it starting now,hello everyone and welcome back to my,channel you know this year halloween,falls on the weekend so it is a great,time to get your friends and family,together and kick off the festivities,early with a halloween themed breakfast,and it's really easy to do because a lot,of your breakfast foods you can simply,transform by adding a little bit of,pumpkin pie spice especially if it's a,sweet dish,but you can also transform things by you,know just shaping it different like,making it you know like a pumpkin shape,like we're getting ready to do here,we're gonna get started with some,pumpkin rolls and as you can see they're,already pumpkin rolls but they don't,quite look like a pumpkin so i'm going,to show you how to shape these,and it's so so easy to do,into a little whoa,to a little pumpkin see that happens,every time i open a roll of like,croissants or biscuits or whatever,it always scares me and this i don't,really want to use this icing because i,was going to say it looks nasty i,shouldn't say that though because i had,a roll of these the other day and it,might look nasty but it tastes really,good it's kind of this icky brown color,and if you watched my video from the,other day i showed you guys how to make,a pumpkin a pumpkin cake out of bundt,pans and we had some leftover icing and,so i saved that so there's orange in,here and so we're going to use that,instead of this,so all we're going to do is unroll our,little pumpkins here,or our pumpkin rolls,and so they're kind of shaped like a,pumpkin right they just need like a,little stem on top so,i am going to form that,so i've seen it done this came from,pillsbury by the way so thank you to,them,they just did like a little,kind of like a little triangle up top,but i think it looks more like a pumpkin,stem if it's more like a,or like a little square i don't know now,it looks like a christmas ornament,i don't know maybe we just need to put,the icing on it,i said this was easy but we'll see,so,yeah that looks like a pumpkin,i don't know they kind of look the same,i said one looks like a christmas,ornament one looks like a pumpkin,yeah that looks like a christmas,ornament again why does that one look,like a pumpkin maybe it needs to be more,this way it needs to be i don't know,we'll just keep working here putting our,little stems on there we go,all right one more over here,i think once we paint our stems,green,so we're going to use our leftover,orange icing and then i grabbed another,thing of vanilla icing i'm just going to,use a little bit of that and mix some,green food coloring in it and we can use,that for our stems so i've got the oven,preheated to 375 degrees these are going,to go in there for about 20 minutes,and while we've got those in there let's,get this out of our way,we can start working on,some candy corn waffles i'm excited for,these,super excited,i'll tell you why i got a new waffle,maker,so i was actually going to do this video,yesterday,and i got down there to get my waffle,maker out and realized i didn't have one,anymore my kid broke it,you know he's a teenage boy so he's not,he doesn't have a lot of finesse let's,say i keep trying to teach him what that,word means and he doesn't it's not,catching on,so i'm going to put my icing out of the,way for those i'm going to let this heat,up and then for our waffles again i want,to do this super easy,so i've got some,pre-made waffle mix here or pancake mix,of course you can use it for waffles or,pancakes so i called for two cups of the,mix and one and a half cups of water,and it called for,a little bit of oil which i'll put in in,just a second but,i also like to use a little bit of extra,sugar,i really like my waffles sweet i also,like to add a little bit of,almond flavoring,or almond extract and a tiny bit of,vanilla extract and i'm just using the,cheap vanilla for this,and then we're going to stir this up,we're also going to add in our couple,tablespoons of oil,and that should be good we're just going,to stir it up really really well,all right and then let's move this out,of the way,we're going to divide this up into three,different bowls and i want the biggest,one to be,so it goes white in the center,on candy corn white in the center orange,and then yellow so we want the yellow,yellow to be the biggest part excuse me,so i'm going to do a little bit of,regular here,and then i'm going to do a bigger part,of,let's see,hmm,maybe we'll do this one yellow add just,a tiny bit more,good,okay,so,let's add some yellow to this one,is this yellow it looks brown doesn't it,so i'm just going to use a toothpick to,get some of this out of here,see if that's going to be enough,maybe not let's get a little bit more,we don't put too much in there,i think that's good,but for this i think you could probably,just use the regular liquid food,coloring i don't think you need the,paste or anything like that,make sure we've got it stirred up really,really well,okay,and then,you're gonna do orange for this one so,you know what i think i have some orange,left over still,i was going to mix it,and maybe i don't maybe i don't maybe we,just need to go ahead and use our yellow,you know maybe someone has a better idea,using toothpicks than i do i always use,toothpicks to get them out of these,little jars and i don't really know why,simply because i haven't found anything,better i suppose,oh,pretty pretty pretty orange oh that's,really orange but i think it'll work,well,so,let's go ahead and move our waffle maker,over,we'll give this a good spray,and then,we're going to dip a little bit,or pour a little bit of the regular in,the center,and then we're gonna do some orange,around the outside,and then we're going to do the yellow,all the way around the edge,i'm going to pour a little more,there we go close this up and hope for,the best because i just slide,yellow and orange batter everywhere so,we're going to flip it over,and we're going to let this cook,all right looks like it's done i'll flip,it and look,looks like i did not do a very good job,here,oh wait yes i did let me see let's check,it out on the other side i'll tell you,what i need,i need my little pampered chef fork,to get this out of here,let's check it out,i can get it out,there we go oh yes it looks like candy,corn,a little bit on this side you know what,we're gonna try this again,i have a feeling if i work from the,outside in it might be a little bit,better so let's do,and not pour it all the way to the edge,but right like that,our yellow i kind of did want that to go,to the edge though didn't i,there we go,and then we will pour,our orange,and then we will pour,the regular stuff,right in the middle,now we'll see how it goes and flip,yeah i don't think they look too,terribly bad i do think,like certain ones look better than,others they're still super fun though,aren't they,yeah we'll see how this one here turns,out,all right so this one's ready let's see,what this one looks like oh yes i think,they're so cute i think they are so,stinking cute let's see what it looks,like from the back side,so the back side looks plain when i did,it that way,but the front side looked a little bit,better i think you could see more of,what looked like candy corn i don't know,you guys decide,let's give it one more try here i think,real quick though i think our pumpkins,in here,should be,just about done so we'll go ahead and,let those cool off for a second while we,try one more of these,one more candy corn waffle,all right,all the way on the outside,there we go i'm making a mess here but,that's all right,and a little bit of the plane in the,center,the white i should say all right let's,close it up,flip it,and hope for the best,all right and it looks like our final,one is finished,how cute,really really cute,i love these,again so on the back side it's kind of,more plain but on the front side you can,definitely kind of tell what it is so i,think these are stinking cute i really,really like them i'm going to unplug,this thing it's about ready to slide off,the counter here,one of these days i'm going to get a,whole new island,with the stove right here and maybe an,oven so that way i don't have to turn,around i can just keep talking to you,guys,and i won't have to plug in things like,this,okay so our candy cane waffles are done,and while that last one was finishing up,i went ahead and let these cool,transferred them to a plate and i've got,my icing here,so we have our orange icing that's left,over from our pumpkin cake the other day,and then i'm just going to take a little,bit more of vanilla frosting,probably don't even need that much at,all,and we're going to add a tiny bit whoops,tiny bit of green food coloring,just a few,drops,uh-oh,got some on the counter there,there we go uh-oh,turn the whole countertop green,let's put the lid back on this because,i can't imagine my what might happen,if i leave that lid off,okay so there we have our green,and we're just gonna frost the tips,or just our little stems,and it might be really prettier if we,like tried to pipe this on here because,that's not looking really really pretty,is it maybe we should transfer this to a,little ziploc bag,let's see here,let's do this this is going to look like,the sloppy way to do it but inside the,bag's clean,so i'm just going to scoop that out just,like that turn my bag,this way,there we,go close it off for the most part squish,all this down to the bottom get our air,out of there,there we go grab my scissors,and snip off the end,and,there we go let's try to pipe this on,here,that looks a little bit better,not by far,yes i do like that better,and we're just going to go around all of,our little pumpkins here,make sure i get all my frosting down to,the,down to the tip,since i didn't make that much i need to,make sure i don't,lose any of it,there we go,i think it's still going to look like a,pumpkin still going to be great,so i think i may do the same with this,frosting here,just to make it a little bit easier,instead of just kind of slathering it on,let's get this in the sink,and this one,so i'm just going to fold the bag over,set it down,it will set on its own and we'll just,scoop this in here,make sure we get the most of it,there we go,fold this back over the top,there we go trying to get most of the,air out,squeeze it down to the corner,cut the tip off again,and this time we'll just go around in,circles,there we go,now it's still not the prettiest one but,we're getting there,there we go,do the little middle part again i got a,little bit of green in there there we go,and we're just going to keep working our,way around,we missed a little spot,there we go,and,got our last one right here,so this one's not turning out the,prettiest either,you guys get the idea right you got the,idea i always say that when i mess stuff,up you guys get the idea,there we go,good enough,i think those are stinking cute,i don't know which ones i like more the,candy cane or the candy corn waffles or,the pumpkins i think they're both really,really cute and then one last thing,this is going to be super easy of course,you know when i say super easy i usually,make it look difficult but we're going,to take these little teeny tiny let's,grab another little plate here,and as i did to this little guy here,we're just going to turn these like into,little ghost,donuts we're just going to add some,little eyeballs,this is one of the reasons i love,halloween 2 because it's so easy to find,little things like this,little eyeballs there's little ghosts in,here i got little bloody bones how,stinking cute,so we're just gonna take our eyeballs,out and i've got different sizes in here,too so i think this is gonna be fun,and let's do,grab a toothpick,and we're just going to dot some icing,right on the back,and place them right,there and you know what i think is so,funny because they all look like they,have different little mouths some of,them actually have look like they have,teeth,i was getting ready to say they have,teeth but they look like they do some of,them,i think i think that's what makes them,all unique and it makes them kind of,funny,so let's try some of these tiny tiny,eyeballs,these little ones are almost too tiny to,work with,look at him his eyes are really close,set,let's try one with a couple of big,eyeballs,those look like cookie monster eyeballs,oh my gosh that is hilarious,i think i really like the medium ones,though,they look like they kind of belong on,there,and i don't know if some of the red from,here got on some of these eyeballs or,some of these eyeballs are just,bloodshot,i think these guys been drinking or,something,we just got a couple more guys to go,this guy,here looks like he has a hole in him,there we go but you know what we can,just turn him quite like that,or right like that,and,we can use our eyeball,to cover that up grab some of that,frosting off the bottom there there we,go,and then the last little eyeball right,here,there we,go again i say that so much so stinking,cute but it is they are,all those little ghost face i think,they're so so cute,so i hope you guys give these ideas a,try again there's so many things out,there that you can do for breakfast like,i said simply by adding some pumpkin pie,spice,which is like your typical fall flavor,or just changing the shape of something,and making it like a pumpkin i've seen,some other ideas you can do like with,the chocolate donuts where you do the,eyeballs just like this but then you,take little round pretzels that are the,round shape and you just kind of break,them in half and you put,one half of one side one half on the,other side and you do that three times,so you have like or maybe four times how,many legs do spiders have anyway you,turn them into little spiders or you can,do like if you want to do something,healthy you can do like a green smoothie,and put it in a mason jar and use a,sharpie on the outside to paint like a,little frankenstein face so many great,ideas out there to help good morning you guys it is officially,halloween happy halloween to you guys,i'll bring you guys along with us today,hang out with us on our last day in,october it is officially halloween the,girls are just hanging out in my room,right now watching some pj masks i'm,about to head down and make breakfast,we're gonna have some last minute,festivities today pumpkin carving,decorate a halloween cookie house and of,course trick-or-treating so just stay,tuned happy have a break,happy halloween the girls are just,hanging out in my bed david let me see,your book what'd you get,a halloween book,can you read it can you read it to me,it's a spider one it's a spider one i,like it let's get downstairs and cook up,some spooky breakfast,um,breakfast is done we're going to eat,breakfast in our fort this morning and,watch some more halloween movies,so we're all done with pumpkin carving,just got everything cleaned up that was,really fun,the sketch i chose was a little bit more,challenging than i thought let me show,you guys what it looks like and let me,know how i did,mommy so it's supposed to be like that,witch,which on a broom,how'd it do,not good not good i think i,i think i did great i think it's not too,shabby yeah,not too shabby,but moving right along we're about to,get this haunted cookie house done,so that we can get ready to go,trick-or-treating trick-or-treating is,starting at five in our neighborhood we,need to be ready to go soon so we're,gonna knock this out and then we're,gonna be getting ready getting dressed,in our costumes and headed out the door,to get some candy say trick or treat,smell my feet,give me something good to eat,say trick or,treating this is what the haunted house,is looking like so i'm going to try to,get the house assembled first and then,i'm going to let the girls decorate it,thank you mom and we're going to see how,that goes,so,we've literally been in pajamas all day,it's been such a chill vibe today a,chill halloween i'm about to get up now,and get the girls in their costumes and,do their hair i don't want them going,outside with their hair wet so we're,going to get ready a little bit early,let's do this we're dancing to kiss bob,halloween,kids bop halloween,got my skeleton bones,we're about to go get dressed right now,we are dressed,woo,we are about to go trick-or-treating we,are all dressed and ready to go so i'm,just checking something in the backyard,real quick and we're going to be ready,to trick-or-treat look at many words,mini which let me see you do a spin,around,we just got back in from trick or treat,and the girls made out like a bandit the,neighborhood did really well a lot of,people were out in their driveways with,tables giving out baggies of stuff,look at all the stuff that we got,i can't stop,this is ava's,ava's jumbo bag,oh my they got chips and juices,candies everything,why they will cross your mind,but thanks for hanging out with us today,you guys happy halloween once again hope,you enjoy with you and your family and,we will see you in the next one,you

3 EASY HALLOWEEN BREAKFASTS FOR KIDS | What's for breakfast? | Halloween Food

hey friends welcome back to my channel,today i have a what's for breakfast for,y'all as you can tell this is a,halloween themed what's for breakfast,um i love doing these i did one last,year as well there's some of my favorite,videos to do because we love halloween,and i like doing them because it makes,my kids happy like they love this kind,of thing,so today i have one super cute halloween,breakfast idea and two kind of creepy,and gross halloween breakfast idea this,year my kids are really into the gross,aspect of halloween so i'm really,embracing that,but i did want to include a cute one,because i know everybody doesn't love,the gross and last year's um what's for,breakfast that was halloween themed was,all cute ideas so i will leave that link,down below as well if you didn't see,that last year,there are some great ideas in that one,my kids have actually requested that i,make some of those again this year so,that is on the plan for this year as,well but i'm gonna go ahead and get into,these recipes for the first recipe,you're just gonna start off by cooking,whatever oatmeal you choose i had this,pumpkin spice oatmeal from dollar tree,it was very good,and so i just cooked it according to the,box directions i actually cooked all,five packs for my whole family so it's,one dollar for this box um to feed my,family breakfast and i made it with oat,milk instead of water or regular milk,and i just heated that up on the stove,once my milk was hot i added in my,oatmeal,let it thicken,and then i put it in each bowl so what's,going to make this oatmeal special is,what we're going to put on top of it so,just going to start by peeling a banana,and then we're going to cut it in half,and then we're going to cut those halves,in half so that we have like flat pieces,and each one kind of like has that like,curved head of the ghost,and then i'm going to take some mini,chocolate chips,and take the pointed side of the,chocolate chip and press it into the,banana one for each eye and then one for,the mouth this worked perfectly i saw,somebody online do something similar to,this but they just like put pieces of,date,on the bananas but i thought chocolate,chips would work way better and i was,right these stayed like pushed into the,banana perfectly,so to plate this up i just added those,pieces of banana on top of the oatmeal,and then i also added some chocolate,granola to the top,the,like inspiration up for this came from,some like health food blog post and they,had put like,chocolate protein powder like at the,bottom to look like dirt,um i don't think that sounded very good,like the idea of just like protein,powder sprinkled over the oatmeal did,not sound good to me so we went with,chocolate granola and this is delicious,the kids absolutely loved this they've,never had bananas in their oatmeal and,since having this breakfast they have,asked for banana in their oatmeal three,more times this turned out super cute,and i think it's perfect for maybe like,the younger kids who aren't into like,the creepy scary gross side of halloween,we absolutely love this let me know down,below if you plan on trying it this next,one is super easy and i love super easy,we're making the intestine cinnamon,rolls i'm using these jumbo pumpkin,rolls from aldi there's only five in,here which was perfect for my family,because it was just for me and the kids,so you're just gonna take them and like,unroll the cinnamon rolls and put them,in your pan or on your baking sheet,whatever you're using since there's only,five in this one i decided to use this,just like square glass baking dish and i,did a grease it beforehand but if you're,using like a larger pack of cinnamon,rolls or making more i would suggest,using a rimmed sheet pan for that and as,i said you're just gonna kind of like,squiggle them throughout the whole pan,fill it up and make it look like,intestines and then you just want to,bake this according to the package,directions,while that was baking i took the icing,packet that came with the cinnamon rolls,and squeezed it out into a little bowl,and mine was obviously like orange,because it was the pumpkin flavored one,so it kind of gave me a good start like,to turn it red because we want to make,this like blood red for our intestines,um but you could add food coloring to,just the white glaze that it usually,comes with and you might just have to,add more to get it like a red color,instead of a pink,and,i would suggest using like the gel food,coloring because i get like really good,color with that i was actually out of,like the food coloring like drops so i,used the gel and it really helped make,this,a really nice red color,when the cinnamon roll intestines came,out of the oven i then spread that glaze,all over the top of them you could add,some milk or something to it if you,wanted to thin it out a bit,i didn't and it still spread out really,nicely but i have seen some other people,add like milk or water to it to thin it,out a little bit i just let it sit for a,little bit and the warmth of the,cinnamon rolls melted the icing like all,over it if you've ever made cinnamon,rolls you know if you let them sit for a,minute that icing will literally melt,like all over them my kids thought these,cinnamon roll intestines were the,greatest thing ever they could not stop,talking about it the whole time they,were eating breakfast about how they,were eating intestines,it's kind of gross but also i find it,hilarious to go with it we just had some,scrambled eggs with cheese i have these,food picks that look like little eyes,they said they had little monsters and,intestines for breakfast it was great,it was it was a laugh,and my kids absolutely loved it so if,you plan on trying these or if you've,tried them before let me know down below,okay this last breakfast recipe that i,am sharing with y'all is for baked,eyeball eggs it's like a potato recipe,and then you put eggs on top at the very,end and you put like some ketchup or,sriracha on there to make it look like,eyeballs,um never made it before but we're trying,it out and the reason i picked this,recipe is because i can prep it ahead of,time i'm gonna go ahead and mix together,my hash browns cheese sour cream,cream of chicken soup some salt pepper,and onion powder,and then lay some slices of canadian,bacon over top and then just stick this,in the fridge and then in the morning i,will pull it out and bake it so that it,doesn't take,as much time in the morning to like prep,it and everything,i have gone ahead and thawed out one,whole bag of shredded hash browns,and then as i said we've got some salt,and pepper and onion powder,one can of cream of chicken soup and i,need about a cup of sour cream about a,cup and a half of cheddar cheese,and then 10 slices of canadian bacon so,i'm going to mix everything together in,my 9x13 except for the canadian bacon,and then i will be back to show you what,we're going to do with the bacon,okay i've got this all flattened out and,basically we're going to take,10 slices of canadian bacon and kind of,press it,into the hash brown mixture,um,when we go to add our eggs after this,bakes some we're gonna crack the eggs,into,these like pieces of canadian bacon and,it's gonna like kind of keep them,in that shape,so either do 10 or as many as you can,fit in your pan,and then i'm going to just put a lid on,this stick it in the fridge overnight,which isn't necessary you don't have to,do that but i just i'm choosing to do,that so that,i have less work to do in the morning as,i said,and then i will be back in the morning,to let you know how long this is going,to bake for,so,do,okay it is morning now and i'm gonna get,this in the oven,so,because i made this overnight this pan,is obviously cold so i do not preheat my,oven whenever i am making it a casserole,like a breakfast casserole something,that's been sitting in the fridge,overnight because we don't want to stick,this cold pan,into a hot oven so i'm going to stick it,in my oven now,it's not preheated it's cold and then,i'm going to turn on my oven and then,this can slowly come to temp,while my oven comes to temp,it has always worked well for me doing,it that way,so i will stick this in there and it's,gonna go,at 350,and then the recipe says to cook it for,40 minutes but since i am putting it in,there before the oven is preheated i'm,gonna do 50 minutes,and then we'll pull it out at 50 minutes,and add the eggs,okay here's what this looks like after,baking for 50 minutes,as you can see we still have like little,cups for our eggs now the whole egg,obviously isn't gonna fit in this little,piece of canadian bacon we want to make,sure we get like the yolk,in there so it kind of like holds its,spot,um i am going to press these down a,little bit more,into the hashbrown casserole again and,then i will crack an egg in each spot,and then this is going to go back in the,oven for between 20 and 25 minutes,okay here it is after 20 minutes my eggs,are perfectly set after 20 minutes so,i'm not going to cook it any longer,now we are going to add,some red for the blood vessels,we're going to just kind of go around,the white part of the eye and add some,and for that you could use hot sauce,sriracha,ketchup i'm choosing to use ketchup and,i've put some,in a ziploc bag and i'm just going to,cut the tip off so i can get like really,small lines,and then this will be ready to eat,the kids thought that these looked,amazing they were like oh my goodness it,looks like eyeballs,but when it came time to eat it,we almost had a meltdown because there,was ketchup on the eggs,and,some of us did not want to try it but,once everything was cut up and mixed up,and they were like okay it actually,tastes good i was like it's hashbrown,casserole and you like ketchup,but we we i like to keep it real with,all y'all we uh we almost did not did,not get through these eggs because we,almost had a meltdown,but everyone did end up liking it,it just isn't always sunshine and,rainbows my kids don't just always eat,everything that i put in front of their,face sometimes they do pitch a fit,because there's ketchup on the eggs,but i'm like you guys,i'm not going to give you something i,know you're going to hate,and they realized that,and everything was all good,these were delicious absolutely,delicious the hashbrown casserole with,the canadian bacon and eggs on top very,very good even a little bit of ketchup i,would have preferred sriracha but you,know had to keep it not spicy for the,kids because they don't really like the,flavor of sriracha very much,but um that is going to be it for this,halloween what's for breakfast this year,i love doing these they are super started,okay the first treat that we're making,today we like to call halloweeno poppers,but they are mummy jalapeno poppers,they're delicious super easy and savory,in a large bowl we're gonna add some,shredded jack cheese a stick of cream,cheese You're Gonna Want it at room,temperature some chopped green onion,garlic powder little salt and pepper and,I'm going to be posting all of the,ingredients and their measurements in,the description down below so if you,want to follow along with me yeah then,using a spatula we're going to mix,together until well combined this is why,you want your Cream Cheese room,temperature look how easy this is mixing,together I would tell you a Halloween,joke,but it's too cheesy,The Filling is looking good looking,we get our little pet little peps ready,now this recipe you use about five to,seven Peppers but these are Big Peppers,so I'm just gonna be using five and what,we're gonna do is we're gonna cut them,in half take a pepper on top of a,cutting board and a sharp cutting knife,be careful don't get your fingers and,you're gonna cut it the long way I call,it hot dog all the way down then using a,spoon we're gonna scoop all of the seeds,and the inside of the pepper out into a,little bowl over here it's super spicy,unless you really want to scare someone,this holiday you can leave them in,boom like so then you're gonna do this,to the rest of your peppers once you've,scooped out all of your peppers I just,placed them onto a baking tray with a,piece of parchment paper we're gonna,fill them with our delicious filling to,do so very easy just gonna take a,spoonful and scoop it right on top and,press flat and you want it to fill to,the top to the line not really over we,don't want to overfill them because,we're going to put some cool stuff on,top nice and full but not overfilling,like that perfect now we're going to do,this to the rest of our Peppers peppers,are stuffed and now we're gonna roll out,our dough and we're gonna wrap them,around so they'll look like little,mummies so what I'm using is,refrigerated Crescent dough you can just,find this at the grocery store it's in,the refrigerated section this is the,stuff that's so easy to use I love it,it's pre-made and that's what Halloween,treats are about you want it to be fun,delicious and easy that's what I'm,talking about so let's get this popping,oh geez okay so you're supposed to give,it a tap and it's supposed to pop open,okay there we go oh that's what I'm,talking about so take a little bit of,flour I'm sprinkling on top of a cutting,board because we're going to be cutting,strips then you're just gonna let this,little sucker plop right out and these,pre-made doughs have little lines in,them so we're going to press them,together today their job is to make,Halloween treats and you know if you,don't want to that's okay because,what mummies look like they're really,old if you want them a little textured I,think that's okay once you've got your,dough rolled out and you've pinched the,seams together we're just gonna take a,pizza cutter or you can use a sharp,cutting knife just eyeball it we're,going to cut thin strips to wrap around,our cute little Peppers over here I'm,gonna try to get 20 strips so on this,halfway line I'm gonna try to get 10 on,this side and 10 on this side here goes,nothing they're about a quarter inch,thick and if they're a little bit,different in size and shape that's okay,because these are gonna be creepy little,mummies once you've got your strips of,dough cut you're gonna put two onto your,pepper you're gonna start at the top of,the pepper so I tried to think of this,this the forehead you're going to wrap,it around the top of the forehead and,you're going to leave just a little bit,of space for the eyeballs like I'm gonna,put two little eyeballs there and then,bring it to the center and now we're,gonna pick up a second strip and do it,again you can crisscross them,wrap them around you can really have fun,with it it's okay if it's a little messy,I think it makes it look cuter now,you're gonna do this to the rest of your,peppers our peppers are basically ready,to bake but before I pop these in the,oven I'm gonna cover them with a little,bit of egg wash if you've never made egg,wash before it's very easy it's just one,egg a little bit of water you mix,together and then with a little basting,or baking brush we're just gonna paint a,little bit on top of the dough of each,pepper helps the dough turn a nice,beautiful golden brown so just paint a,little bit of this on top of each pepper,now they're ready to bake You're Gonna,Pop these into the oven at 400 degrees,and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes,until they turn golden brown once your,peppers have baked and they're out of,the oven you're gonna do this while it's,still warm because you want your little,eyeballs to stick now this is the last,step the final decoration step we're,going to be adding two candy eyeballs,onto each pepper just like I've done,over here on the sheet I have a couple,more to do just got these at the store,any little candy eyeballs will do and,you're going to put them in that place,that we saved a little bit of room and,you want to do this while it's still,warm because you want the cream cheese,to stick to the candies and stay there,do that then they're ready to serve and,here are the mummy jalapeno poppers that,we made today they're super cute or as,we like to call them hashtag halloweenos,these are super adorable simple to make,and delicious in fact this one's not,even gonna make it to the dinner table,because it just fell on the floor or,something I don't know,oh my gosh it's so good you can't go,wrong with cheese bread and a little bit,of spice and when I say it's a little,bit of spice it is a little bit because,remember we hollowed out the center of,the pepper so it's really light it's,very mild I absolutely love these now on,to our next Halloween treat the next,recipe that we're going to be making are,these cheesy witch brooms the thing that,I like about this treat it is so easy to,make here's all the ingredients right,literally pretzels string cheese and,chives one of my favorite snacks is just,cheese and crackers and I think this is,a really fun twist so instead of cheesy,crackers it's cheese and pretzels so in,front of me we're going to start with,the string cheeses I want a cutting,board and as you can see now these are,the string cheeses that are two-tone the,two colors we got our mozzarella and a,little cheddar oh my gosh it matches my,outfit oh okay I didn't plan this but,literally these match my outfit I'm so,excited about oh my gosh I should have,literally done a photo shoot with this,string cheese now First Step here is,we're going to line up our little string,cheeses we're gonna make two cuts using,a big sharp cutting knife just be,careful don't get those fingers and,we're going to cut it into thirds there,we go one cut and two cut perfect now,we're gonna make some cuts into the,string cheese that will look like,bristles of a broomstick like so I'm,gonna be using a smaller knife to make,it a little bit easier so you're going,to take a string cheese and you're gonna,cut about halfway into it then you're,gonna do the same on the other side and,then so now you've got four sections and,you're going to cut each section in half,again you're just going to cut it a,little bit at an angle make those little,bristles this is going to help it stand,up almost looks like a little octopus,I've seen a little kids treat where they,did a little like little octopus cheeses,and that's kind of kind of the same idea,only we're gonna make broomsticks now,we're going to do this to the rest of,your string cheeses rest of your string,cheese yeah this is no now that we've,cut the cheese,we've got all of our cheesy brooms,and we're just gonna push it in the top,like this and only about halfway oopsie,because if you push it into,for your cheese is gonna split too far,oops so when you do this you'll just,have to have a little cheese and,crackers snack to yourself,all right let's try again round two,boom,beautiful look at that little broom so,once you've got your little pretzel,stick in there I'm gonna take a little,chive we're gonna tie a knot in the air,okay then we tie around I can do this,then we cut off the little excess and,there you go little witch's broom right,there now you're gonna do this to the,rest of your little cheesies and,there you have it cheesy witch brooms,it's a new take on cheese and crackers,it's pretzel and crackers and I really,love this treat because it's so easy to,make literally only three ingredients,you guys look how cute they are I love,them they remind me of little magic,brooms like they're standing up and,they're like sweeping on their own like,this,we've made some Savory treats now onto,some sweet treats the next spooky,Halloween treat that we're gonna be,making are these graveyard dirt cups,what can I say I like pudding I like,cookies and cream and this combines,everything I love into a little cup,little dessert size it's perfect for a,dessert for Halloween so we're gonna,start by making the pudding mix in a,large bowl we're gonna combine the,chocolate instant pudding mix and two,cups of milk then whisk together until,firm this usually takes about two,minutes so not very long at all you,don't even have to use an electric hand,mixer because it's not long and really I,like to get a little bit of a workout,when I'm having a dessert it makes me,feel like I've earned it I'm like whew I,did all this work I deserve a little,pudding cup with cookies in it,why does my laugh sound like a witch our,chocolate pudding is looking good now,the next step we're gonna make it a,little creamy a little fluffier we're,gonna add one and a half cups of whipped,topping we're going to fold it into our,chocolate pudding so we're just gonna,scoop it into here and if you've never,folded before let me show you how to do,it now you're going to take a big,spatula you're going to scoop underneath,all your pudding you're going to fold it,on top and then turn the bowl so it's,under over turn under over turn under,over turn and you just keep doing this,until it's evenly combined once mixed,together I put all of the chocolate,pudding into a Piping Bag just to make,things a little bit easier and this is,ready to go but I'm going to set it off,to the side this part is Bittersweet,we're going to take these cute little,chocolate cookies and we're going to,scrape out the filling now I love,cookies and cream this is a winning,combo forever but today we just want the,cookie not the cream I know some people,who twist them,and we'll do little games like they'll,say like who's gonna get it so we just,twist all of them apart oh these are,perfect because these are coming apart,perfect I'm not planning oh okay okay,there we go so all the ones with no,cream we're gonna place them into a,little bag over here and you just want,crushed cookies now you can scrape out,the cream oh the cookies and cream,you're breaking up the iconic Duo we're,just gonna put the cream in the bowl and,then put the other cookies in the bag oh,what I've got a little cookies there's,many different ways to make cookie,crumbs you can throw these in a blender,if you don't have a blender you can just,put them in a little baggie like this,take a rolling pin and crush them up,break them up into chunks we want fine,chunks if you're fancy you could use a,food processor that would be great I do,that with graham crackers too when I'm,making like edible sand but if you just,want to keep it simple this is fun also,stress relieving,we've got cookie crowns okay so here I,crushed about 30 cookies to get this,much now we're gonna assemble the,graveyard cups for dessert I have these,clear cups so that you can see the,beautiful layers so I'm going to scoop,about one and a half tablespoons crushed,cookie into the little clear cup and now,on the piping bags we have our chocolate,pudding I'm just going to cut little,hole at the end and we're just gonna do,this this makes it a lot easier I'm,telling you using a Piping Bag and if,you don't have a Piping Bag at home you,can use a sandwich bag and cut a little,right at the tip then another scoop and,then pudding and then Crush cookie look,at that this is like chocolate heaven,right here now you're gonna do this to,the rest of the cups the recipe makes 12,of these and then we're gonna add some,decoration our dirt cups are ready,they're beautiful they're layered and,now we're gonna work on the decorations,this is the fun part the part that I,really really love and in front of me I,got these delicious these are one of my,favorite cookies you can find these at,the grocery store basically a shortbread,cookie with a little bit of chocolate in,the middle and we're gonna make them,look like a tombstone so in a Piping Bag,a little bit of black icing and we're,gonna pipe our IP,Rosanna is Pansino,just kidding a rest in peace so we're,just gonna pipe at the top half of the,cookie I'm using a Piping Bag with a,metal tip for a little bit more control,just makes it easier we've got our,tombstones ready over here and I've got,all this spooky candy I found little,candy bones candy pumpkins candy worms,and we're gonna assemble it all to look,like a spooky graveyard then I'll hear,the graveyard dirt cups that we made,they're so cute if you love cookies and,cream you may love this treat for,Halloween I've seen my friends make a,big tray like make a big graveyard,display but what I really love about,this tree is that they're individual and,they're the perfect size for a little,dessert like after dinner we've worked,hard now we can have a treat here we go,let's take a taste,oh yeah look at those layers,oh my gosh it's so good this is better,than a chocolate mousse pie what I also,love about it so much easier to make now,on to our last recipe the last Halloween,treat that we're going to be making,coffin toaster pastries now this is a,treat that you could make in the morning,for Halloween the thing that I love,about these easy they're easier to make,in my opinion than scones one could say,that these are to die for,First Step we're going to roll out our,pastry dough it's basically pie crust,it's in the refrigerated or frozen,section wherever the cool section is I'm,going to put a little bit of flour on,the work surface in front of us so that,it doesn't stick usually it's pretty,good about not sticking but this is just,an extra precaution I don't want to mess,it up and you're just going to gently,roll it out I love this because it saves,a lot of time sometimes when I want to,make a homemade pie but I don't want to,make the dough I'll just pick these up,at the store next step we're going to,take a little cookie cutter I ordered,this coffin cookie cutter online and if,you don't have one of these you can just,use a sharp cutting knife and cut out,whatever design you want to do whatever,shape you'd like but I've got the cookie,cutter so I'm just gonna do and I'm,gonna cut out as many as I can we've got,all of our pastries cut out I put half,of them onto a baking sheet lined with a,piece of parchment paper and the other,half are over here because these are,going to be the bottom and these are,going to be the top because we're going,to sandwich them together next step,we're going to take a little bit of egg,wash if you've never made egg wash again,it's just an egg and a little bit of,water and a small painting brush we're,going to paint around the edges only,because that's where they're going to,stick together and I put the the least,good looking ones on the bottom because,no one will see them you want to save,your prettier ones for the top and if,you have any ones with like cracks in,them or imperfections you just put those,at the bottom they make a great tee and,then in a little Piping Bag over here I,have some jam now you want to use a red,Jam whatever one is your favorite you,can use strawberry jam or raspberry jam,you just want it to be a red Jam so it,looks like bloody so we want it to look,like a vampire is you know gonna pop out,of these coffins anytime you're gonna,pipe a layer of the jam gonna leave a,little space at the top and the bottom,just like so we're gonna take one of the,top pieces place it on top line it up,press together with your fingers and,then using a fork we're gonna crimp all,around the edges press down this is how,my mom used to make peanut butter,cookies,now we're gonna do this to the rest of,your pastries coffin toaster pastries,are assembled now we're going to add a,little decoration detail you're going to,take a little toothpick and poke two,holes for our vampire bite about here in,the middle is where I'm gonna be poking,two of the holes our little vampire is,gonna be trying to get out here and here,there's our little bites I'm gonna put,those little holes in all the pastries,just like so they're gonna do this to,the rest of your pastries now these are,ready to bake we're gonna pop these in,the oven at 350 degrees and bake for,about 20 to 25 minutes once your toaster,pastries have baked give them plenty of,time to cool and then we're gonna pipe a,little bit of icing on the top just like,this one we're gonna pipe a little,cobweb on the top because this is a,spooky coffin it's been sitting here for,a while there's a vampire inside we,don't know how old he is so don't open,the top he's probably very hungry like,me and then in a Piping Bag I have a,little bit of buttercream icing it's,just vanilla with a number two tip at,the end for a little bit more control,when we decorate and then we're just,gonna start in the corner I'm gonna pipe,four limes one two three,four and then we're gonna connect them,up down up down one in the middle and,one at the top then we're gonna have a,little spider come down here,and then we're gonna need a body of a,spider so it's a little bit bigger,you're just gonna put a lot of pressure,a little bit for the head then little,legs off to the side we want four on,each side,three,four then you're gonna do this to the,rest of your pastries and there you have,it coffin toaster pastries these are,homemade Halloween treats that I would,definitely have for breakfast look how,cute they are okay now I get to have a,bite,oh my gosh it's so good,um,yum oh right that does it for the video,here well hello there and welcome back to my,channel today we are going to be doing a,major cook with me for halloween i'm,going to share all my favorite little,recipes that i love to make for my kids,whether it be for their lunches or for a,halloween party i got you covered today,so we're gonna be doing about probably,12 different recipes today i'm going to,be throwing together a wonderful cook,with me,and decorate with me and then i'm going,to take you to raley's where we'll be,getting my favorite halloween must-have,which is,penguin dry ice that's right guys we are,going to be using penguin dry ice to,make our halloween extra spooky this,year so before you guys get ready to set,that table and invite all your friends,over definitely head out to any type of,grocery store you can actually head over,to penguin dry ice their website and you,can actually look up by your zip code,where you can find it it's super easy to,find but we're gonna be using it today,and i cannot wait to get started with,this video i wanted to say thank you to,penguin dry eyes for sponsoring today's,video and let's get cooking,so the day of any type of party i like,to get everything i need done either the,day before or the morning of so this,particular day i want to get everything,set up ready to go before i start,cooking i already know all the recipes i,have and what i need to cook them so i,already have that kind of prepped up in,the kitchen but i want to get the table,where i'm going to be prepping and,serving everything for our guests,totally done and ready to go so by the,time i'm done cooking everything is hot,and i can just throw it on the table to,get started i'm going to be using some,gorgeous mesh i found,on amazon i will link it down below and,then this adorable little house which i,love,that i found from michaels and then all,these other little parts i've either,always had or i have either acquired,this year if it's new and i can find a,link i'll put it down below if not i,will,point to the right direction of,something similar so what i like to do a,lot of times when i'm doing a nice kind,of buffet of any type i like to layer,things high and low and kind of tuck,things in especially since it's,halloween i want to be super spooky so,i'm going to be tucking all kinds of,things in and then i'm using a lot of,space for my penguin ice it's a big part,of this video today is i love decorating,for the holidays especially halloween,things are so spooky and i love to take,my decor to the next level that's kind,of my jam so,i like to use the fog to kind of create,a really spooky feel and it's going to,really bring this whole thing together,so before i get started cooking i'm just,going to put all the finishing touches,on this table and then i will drop the,ice and it will become the most epic,halloween table ever but before we get,into that let's get cooking,so to get started i'd like to do my,cupcakes a day or two ahead of the event,i'm having or if you're making these,cupcakes for your kids school or whoever,i would suggest doing these a couple,days in advance before any type of event,one thing i love to do is buy white,frosting from the store i like to put it,in my own piping bags that way if i want,to do a couple different colors i'm not,making a ton of frosting at home and it,also holds a little better so i would,highly suggest if you are buying like,let's say i'm using a dark chocolate,black frosting here i couldn't get my my,frosting this dark so i would use the,piping bags that you get at like target,or walmart or wherever and then put it,in your own piping bag that way you can,put your own tips on the end just a,little hack i like to have i throw them,in the refrigerator and i use them for,about a week depending on the different,things i have going on all our kids have,different activities at school so i like,to just kind of have them on hand but,anyway i'm going to be using a vanilla,cupcake with some white frosting and a,chocolate cupcake with some black,frosting i'm going to be making these,adorable ghost cupcakes i love this this,is actually a really really easy recipe,just use any type of store bought,cupcake get them all done and you're,going to be taking a little bit of,fondant i love this i just think it's,really fun to use i've used it in many,of my videos i used to be super super,afraid of fondant i thought it was,really hard to use and now i know the,trick to it it's really about,temperature and how you roll it out,once you kind of get this in a circle,we're going to cut just a simple round,you can use a cup or really anything i,just picked up whatever was near me and,you're going to want to make just a,simple circle,then when you have your cupcake what,we're going to do is use,probably,three times as much frosting just in one,little area on top of the cupcake kind,of forming a peak and then we're gonna,take the fondant and put it right over,the,cupcake and it's gonna make the perfect,little ghost body then from there we're,gonna put on two little black eyes and,we're gonna set those aside to dry,i just gotta know if you're gonna leave,so once you have those little cuties,finished and you're gonna let those dry,we're gonna set them aside and we're,gonna get started on our really spooky,graveyard cupcakes this is a super easy,recipe so we're gonna take the chocolate,cupcakes that we've already made and,covered in black frosting we're going to,ground up just a little bit of oreos i,just take the filling out of the middle,and ground it up i've done this for lots,of other recipes and what i like to do,is really get this nice and coated,with the oreos this is going to create,kind of a dirt effect which i really,love i i seriously you can throw like a,little tractor on top make a little,tractor birthday party i just love how,oreos can really transform a cupcake but,we're going to just dump all of those in,there and then i'm going to be using,these really cute little tombstones i,found at target and i'm going to be,writing r.i.p on them and i'm going to,be adding some really cute touches to,this nice and spooky to go with our,ghost cupcakes,i wish i had a little more time with you,baby,time to figure out what this could be,i just love how these turned out they're,so cute and just really create a really,spooky vibe and i love those little,bloody bones i just think they're so,cute so now that we're done with those i,have a couple little cupcakes left over,so what i'm gonna do is just put a,little bit of white frosting on them,and add a little bit of kind of i have,this like really,great red frosting i picked up at target,and i found these really cute kind of um,knives that i want to add in here and i,thought it'd just be kind of fun to have,like murderous cupcakes so we're going,to put a little,knife in here i'm going to add a little,bit of bloody frosting on here and just,kind of call it a day if you're looking,for something super simple this took me,about three minutes to make so i highly,suggest this if you're looking for,something really easy,so now that we're done with these i'm,gonna let them dry and set them aside,and get started on our graveyard,brownies this is actually an insanely,easy recipe just make any type of,brownie i did this in a 13x9 pan,and i'm going to be using my tombstone,cookie cutter and i'm going to be,cutting out as many tombstones as i can,once i'm done with that i'm going to be,melting down a bunch of black,chocolate melts in the pan behind me and,i'm going to be adding them to each of,these you could honestly,just leave these the way they are and,take a little bit of white frosting and,write r.i.p on them but when i finish,this recipe and you definitely have to,wait till the end of this video because,this whole thing will come together in,one whole vision,but um i wanted to be able to have them,stand up on their own if they were just,a brownie they'd get a little bit weak,so i'm going to be using this um,these chocolate melts to actually,fortify the brownie to make them nice,and strong so i can stick them up into a,spooky graveyard,once you have them all brushed out and,they've had a little bit of time to dry,go ahead and take your black,frosting and write rip or any kind of,fun message you would like on top,so our next recipe is beyond simple,we're just going to be adding a little,bit of that leftover chocolate milk to,some oreos i'm going to be stuffing in,some cute little bat wings and some,eyeballs and just make these little,vampire uh oreos i love this it's so,simple but the way it all comes together,on the tablescape just looks so,delicious,so our next recipe has to be one of my,favorite if you guys have been following,my channel for halloween you know i'm on,a whole hocus pocus kick so i wanted to,attempt the hocus pocus spell book and i,absolutely love how this turned out i,don't know if it's just the way this,brownie just kind of melted but it does,totally look like human skin so anyway,we are going to be adding a little,eyeball i'm using the black frosting to,kind of create the look of,winifred sanderson's,spell book and i added in,some really fun details the snakes on,the side,and then some fun stitching to kind of,look like it's bound by human skin or,whatever they say in the movie so i just,kind of,took the tip of this and i actually,instead of going through,the frosting i kind of created going,over the frosting which i think really,created more depth to,this brownie but tell me in the comments,down below what you guys think,i just love how this turned out you,could probably do little mini versions,of these it's so easy to make but i just,think they're so cute so the next recipe,is our mini pepper poppers i'm using a,mix of jalapenos and just some little,mini bell peppers to do these obviously,our kids aren't going to want to eat,jalapenos but i'm going to show you kind,of how to do them they're really simple,i'm sure you guys have seen them all,over the place but i'm going to be doing,the jalapenos use gloves with these,because when you hollow out the seeds it,releases all the spicy stuff that gets,in your eyes it's just yucky so you,definitely be using um gloves you're,going to also need gloves later in this,video,because we're going to be using some dry,ice but i'm going to be using a little,bit of cream cheese mixed with some mild,cheddar you could use any i know kobe,jack is another really great one but i,prefer cheddar with my jalapeno poppers,and i'm going to be using a little bit,of pepper i'm going to mix all of that,up and then evenly,put the,mix inside each pepper i love this it is,so easy to make and it's so delicious,once we're done with that i'm going to,be taking some crescent rolls and just,making some little strips to create our,i know mummies did you wrong wish i,could take your pain away cause i hate,seeing tears streaming down your face,i know you're strong won't feel this way,for a long time,just let it out,so when you're adding your crescent roll,strips it's really great to leave a,little opening around the eyes i will,show you a trick on how to tuck the eyes,in there later but it's so easy if you,just kind of leave that opening there,and then if it breaks don't worry about,it just kind of connect it underneath,because that's going to be the really,crunchy part that's so good so go ahead,and wrap all of these to create cute,little mummies and then we're going to,bake them prior to baking them we are,going to put a little bit of egg wash,which is i use two eggs with about a,half a cup of water i mix it all up and,then i'm gonna paint that on the peppers,and bake them for about five to ten,minutes depending on how long it takes,until things are nice and golden and,cooked,so once they're done i'm just going to,go back to my little eyeball kit and i'm,going to tuck in the eyeballs what i,like to use is a little toothpick to,kind of pull back,the crescent roll and tuck the eyes in,that's what gives it a really authentic,look i've noticed if you push the eyes,all the way to the open part they just,kind of look strange so you want to kind,of tuck the eyeball underneath to give,it that really cute look,so our next recipe is so simple it's a,jack-o'-lantern stuffed pepper this is,really the simplest recipe i think we,have today but you're basically going to,take you know those kits you get for,your kids to cut their pumpkins,yeah super simple we're going gonna grab,those and we're just gonna cut our,peppers like they're pumpkins this could,not be easier while this is happening,i've got some ground beef some rice and,black beans on the stove and i'm gonna,be mixing that all up and throwing it,inside of these i really like that,mixture it goes well with this and it,also is kind of when you pack it down,inside it keeps it from falling out so,what i'm going to do is cut the top off,of this scrape out all of the seeds and,kind of the white part that's inside,and then we're going to be filling these,up but before we do that we're,definitely cutting in some really cute,spooky faces,so a couple tips i have here is make,sure before you get started with a bell,pepper that it is a bell pepper that can,sit upright on its own it's not one,that's gonna topple all over and then,when you go to cut the face in try to,find a flat side i found a couple bell,pepper i was actually very lucky this,particular day,we have six people in our family so i,had six bell peppers and i was able to,find a bunch that were nice and big that,could sit up on their own and also be,large enough to have a nice face now if,they're super um kind of,a little wonky on the sides you're going,to have a hard time cutting a face into,them nicely so just bear that in mind,when you're looking for bell peppers but,i'm going to go ahead and do green ones,orange ones and red ones once i'm done,i'm going to add their little hats back,in and i am going to start packing them,full of their yummy yummy filling,another tip here that you could use is,if you can cut these ahead of time go,ahead and chop them up into little bits,and throw them into your ground beef and,rice mixture i'm using a spanish rice,and i'm also using taco seasoning in the,meat so it has a very taco salad vibe to,it and taste but if you wanted to you,could actually reuse all of the stuff,that you're cutting out of the bell,peppers within this i gave mine to my,chickens as you guys know we have,chickens and i just wanted to kind of,spoil them this day so i gave them my,little trimmings but you could do either,or but i just think these turned out so,cute don't forget to pack them down when,you're putting them in there that's,what's going to keep this from falling,out the mouth,so our next recipe is also super easy,we're going to take some of that,leftover rice and bean and,meat mixture and we're going to be,making some monster tacos i like to use,the kind of stand-up tacos this makes it,really fun and easy and i like to use,things that are malleable so that i can,kind of make them do what i want but,since i want the top of this to be super,dark i'm going to be starting my taco,with the light colored cheese i'm going,to be adding in the lettuce,then i'm going to be adding in our meat,and bean mixture then i'm going to set,them aside to put our spooky eyes on in,a little bit,for our next dish i'm going to be making,a spooky cheese plate i am so excited,because this is the easiest thing you,can do so if you're doing a halloween,party and don't want to do all the extra,kid stuff this is a simple go-to,to kind of wow any guests coming over to,the house,to get started i'm going to be making a,witch's broom stick so i'm going to take,some you can really take any cheese i'm,using just a simple string cheese and,i'm going to be cutting it into thirds,i'm going to flip the block over and cut,it into thirds again so it kind of makes,the broom part,then i'm going to take a little chive,i'm going to wrap it around the top just,to kind of create that effect of a,broomstick then i'm going to cut a,little hole in the top of the cheese and,stuff a pretzel in it this couldn't be,easier and couldn't be more delicious,so the next one might be one of my,favorites you're basically going to take,just a basic brie roll we're going to be,using our tombstone cookie cutter and,i'm going to cut two tombstones out of,two different free,wheels now i will say when you go to cut,these off we want to keep these edges,we're going to be using them to stick in,all kinds of spooky silliness so don't,throw those away we're going to be using,them again so i like to use that,obviously you're going to see that the,cookie cutter is not going to go through,the,cheese by itself so you're going to want,to use a knife to kind of sharpen up,your edges,once you have that done you can pretty,much write anything you want on here i'm,going to write rip on one and on the,other i'm going to be adding some spooky,knives and more blood just to make it,kind of like a murderous tomb,i wanna do it all,with you by my side if you're in meet me,here tonight,be brave and come along,so just say yes choose to do whatever,comes next,so for the next thing i'm just going to,take these little mozzarella pearls i'm,going to be adding a little bit of olive,oil,and some crushed red pepper i usually,will do this anyway just because i think,it's super delicious but i'm going to,mix those all up and then i'm going to,be adding just some fun little halloween,toothpicks and i'm going to push those,into,those pieces of brie that we cut off,earlier and just kind of stage them,around the cheese place,so now that i have everything on the,cheese plate i'm going to add a little,bit more blood just to kind of create a,spooky effect and we're all done,the next recipe we're going to do is a,pumpkin shooter this is super easy and i,wish i had had time to do this with my,cricut i should have used some um,vinyl to just kind of create this,pumpkin face but i didn't have time so,you're gonna have to bear with me but,i'm just gonna use these little glasses,i'm going to use a sharpie that i know,will come off in my dishwasher and just,create some spooky little faces on here,and i'm going to be filling them with my,pumpkin soup recipe i will link it down,below i shared it with you guys last,year in my,harvest cook with me and it's a very,simple amazing recipe i also add a,little chipotle to it so it's kind of,spicy but i'm just going to be adding,some pumpkin faces on here and we're,going to get those on the table,so now that all of our recipes are done,i'm gonna show you how everything turned,out i just think these ghost little,cupcakes are so cute i absolutely love,them i'm gonna be using them in the,house i love these little rest in peace,ghosts that i'm going to be adding to a,really cute,uh graveyard i love these murderous,cupcakes they are so delicious and these,bats are so cute,and then this,literally is still sitting in my house,my kids refuse to eat it because they,love it so much,i thought it turned out super cute the,cheese plate was gone first so good each,little bite was devoured by all of our,friends and our neighbors and so to get,started i'm going to just be adding each,of these into all the little parts of,this tablescape i love this house again,i picked it up at michael's i just think,it's super cute i'm going to use it for,other things but i think it just turned,out really fun then i'm going to take,our graveyard cupcakes i want to add,them to this cute little tray i picked,up from michaels as well and just kind,of create what could look like a nice,spooky graveyard and then from there i'm,going to start filling in the rest of,this table with all of our bites tell me,in the comments down below what do you,guys think about everything how do you,think this tablescape turned out and are,you excited to see our penguin ice make,this table come to life,i wish i had a little more time with you,baby,time to figure out what this could be,so now that it's time to eat i'm just,gonna use a little dollop of daisy and,i'm gonna add some cute little bloodshot,eyes to these adorable tacos and then,i'm gonna use a little bit of hot sauce,down the middle just to kind of give it,a bloody effect but also something,that's not super spicy i think these,turned out super fun,i should do this for the kids and their,lunch,i wanted to add something where the soup,sits up high i didn't i was gonna put it,in the tear tray but it ended up looking,cuter here so i'm just going to use,these little cauldrons i picked up from,the dollar spot and then put our little,soups inside and then i'm also going to,use some larger cauldrons that i picked,up from michaels that are for actually,making soup and i'm just gonna add our,little bell pepper jack-o'-lanterns i,just think these look so happy every,time i look at them they just put a big,smile on my face,for the tombstone graveyard i'm going to,be adding a plate i'm going to be,pouring a bunch of oreos inside to give,it again that dirt effect and then i'm,actually going to be using some,toothpicks to put behind the tombstones,rather to create kind of a standing up,effect i didn't know how to get them to,stand up without using more of our cream,but i thought it'd be easier to do it,this way and it actually turns out,perfect,just,so now that we have everything in place,i want to do a quick once over so you,guys could see it before i get out our,penguin ice to really bring this to life,but i just think this turned out so cute,you really can not go wrong with any one,of these recipes they're very easy,nothing too challenging just simple,stuff you can make at home even if you,were just going to make these and throw,them in the kids lunches or little cauldrons,and some spooky little this jack,lantern's awesome i just add a little,bowl in there that kind of houses the,dry ice and then i add a little warm,water to these one of the things i love,about penguin dry ice is how it can,transform any type of decor even if it's,not halloween but it's just something,kind of fun and spooky,i just love the way you can really go,any limit you want here's a quick and fun way to,liven up your kids fruit cups put a face,with permanent marker on the front of,the fruit coat just take any permanent,marker find a funny jack-o'-lantern face,possibly on your decorations or on your,towels as it is,and draw it on the fruit cup kids will,enjoy it,or you can take the permanent marker,and you can just draw directly on the,orange if you want to cut out the middle,man,of all the juices in the fruit,next we're going to make jack-o'-lantern,fruit cups a cutting board,a paring knife an orange and a bowl of,mixed fruits,and a spoon will come in handy,i'm going to cut off the top about,half an inch,i'm going to cut that off put that off,to the side,snack on it do what you got to do we're,going to cut,in to the membrane just a little bit,we're just going to cut down but don't,go all the way through the orange,just enough down then we're gonna make a,pocket,bring over a container and we're gonna,empty out the guts so i'm just going to,use my spoon to scoop in there,scoop out all the deliciousness that is,about to go into a different fruit salad,scoop out as much as you can basically,this is gonna become a,tiny mess and pumpkin,we're then going to carve it like a,jack-o'-lantern,just like i said earlier simple,triangles so find the best side of your,orange or pumpkin whatever you want to,call it now,i think i'm going to go with the biggest,side and the front,so we're going to cut small triangles,and you want to cut all the way through,to the inside of your orange,come through on the other side of my,triangle and cut out the bottom,take these pieces out and discard them,at people doesn't matter,pull this piece out that worked,if that happens mistakes happen people,his life,that happens we're gonna go in and carve,further down,and just redo your tooth i'm going to,fill this up,with our fruit and try and go for darker,fruits,halloween colored fruits want to be able,to,see the face so if i put orange in here,it's not going to let me see the face so,i'm going with blueberries,and some mango and put a lot in there,you want,everyone to eat more fruit and that's it,if you get a pool,of juice at the bottom it adds to the,halloween effect,what i usually do is i have frozen,blueberries and frozen mangoes,i let today's thaw out but i usually do,the frozen ones that way as they thaw,out all the juices just draw into the,pumpkin,as the pumpkin it's not pumpkin it's an,orange,as the juices draw into the orange and,the orange dries out,everything starts looking creepy and,disgusting and it gives it more of life,time to make ghost toast so what we're,going to do,is we're going to butter our piece of,bread first let's start there i've,already got my grill preheating,you can start to see the warmth coming,off it on the video,so we're going to butter our piece of,bread,we're going to butter both sides,so now that our bread is buttered we're,going to take our cookie cutter,little ghost cookie cutter that's why,it's called ghost toast,you want to put our cookie cutter on the,bread firmly press,down,we're going to crack and separate our,egg,so on a hard surface and crack,we're going to let the whites fall out,of the tilted a little bit help the egg,white come out,i'm going to gently transfer the yolk to,the other shell,all right you put that yolk away,got our bread our bread is going to act,as a shield,to stop our egg from going everywhere,this guy we can check on this is our,snack of the day you ain't toasty enough,i'm gonna put a dab of butter in there,and now we wait,ghost toast all right we got some,bubbling action,you want your toast to actually be,toasted so you can see the ghost,swift and flip all right i'm gonna turn,this guy,off because i think we are good on the,underside,we're looking great all right,pick them up put them on our plate,all right we're going to take some hot,sauce take whatever hot sauce you like,as long as you can draw with it,we're going to put two eyes,one,two and there's a toast with the most,babe,all right next we have monster avocado,toast,so we have our toast already toasted,avocado,i have a radish i've got some yellow,pear tomatoes from my mom's garden,you can use cherry tomatoes if you would,like we have seaweed,piece of bacon beef jerk beef jerky,you can change the toppings to whatever,you would like for me today,this will help me make the face i'm,making so,i'm going to cut open my avocado and,prep that do as you normally would to,cut open your avocado and prep it,if you've never cut open an avocado,before here's how you do it,take a towel this is for safety,of course fold your towel,put it in your hand hold the avocado,firmly in the towel,in your hand usually with what i call,the nubbin,have the nothing up using the base of,your knife which is towards down here,on the blade and go in,to your avocado and still firmly,grasping,you're going to twirl around the seed,in the avocado,let me show you how to take the seat out,just in case for anyone need me,bring the towel back in hand put the,half an avocado back firmly grasp it,and be very careful make sure all your,digits are under the towel,using the base of your knife again we're,going to do a small hack,into the seed so we're going to pull,back a little bit and,pack just enough to connect with the,seed and get it stuck,now firmly grasping the avocado we're,going to twist until the seed comes out,like that,first things first i'm going to put all,this avocado,onto my toast or as much as you want,with the cherry tomato i'm going,i think i'm going to use this guy,because he already looks like a nose i'm,going to stick him,straight in the middle,i'm going to take my seaweed and some,very clean kitchen scissors,what i'm going to do is i'm going to cut,this piece in half i'm going to make a,circle,out of this piece the other half,i am going to cut in kind of a diagonal,not a full diagonal,as you can see not a full diagonal,all right i'm going to cut my bacon,so it looks like a mouth i don't think,i'm going to use the beef jerky on this,one i thought i was going to,ah i still might we'll see what's going,to happen all right,so far i've got a mouth i've got some,eyebrows,these are starting to look like my,actual eyebrows,i want to make this an angry face,so far it's looking like a muppet,these are going to be the base of my,eyes and if you wanted to you could stop,there,that already looks like a cousin of mine,all right i'm going to add a little bit,extra though because i want a little bit,of kick so i'm going to thinly slice my,radish,i just need one thin slice,nice round circle i'm going to cut that,in half i'm going to put that,layered on top of the base of my eyes,now look at that monster,next we're going to make intestines yes,you heard that right we're gonna make,cinnamon roll intestines,so we're going to unroll these guys i,know,sounds ridiculous it feels like it's,wrong right,all right so to make it look like actual,intestines intestines,intestines test anyway,i'm going to pinch the ends together,from one roll to the other,all right i don't know about y'all but,that already looks kind of gross to me,we're gonna go put this in the oven,according to the directions from,our packaging or to our recipe and i'll,meet you all back here,all right our intestines are baked and,they're looking,pretty much like intestines we're gonna,frost them with some pink frosting and,then go back in with some red frosting,to make it look like wood,i'm going to use powdered sugar and this,time i'm going to use some butter,and add a tiny bit of milk you can,always add more and we're going to add,in,our red food coloring we don't want to,add in a lot,i'm going to make sure that's well,incorporated i'm going to pour,actually let's drizzle from the top like,we're making normal cinnamon rolls,we're going to try and spread that out,all right so i'm going to do that again,that same frosting mixture so we're,going to go in,some powdered sugar eyeball it out,i'm not going to do butter this time,we're going to use the frosting that,came with,the cinnamon rolls,let's get some more red food coloring,nope dash remote i think i'm going to,add more red too,i think i'm going to use a dot of brown,to help it make sure it actually looks,like blood,all right we're going to drizzle it and,try and get into the crevices you want,this to look as much like blood as,possible,and we're trying to work fast while,still hot,make this look as gross as you can i,know you all can do it get creative,basically you're going to gouge the,out of the crevices you want this,frosting as deep as can be all right,we've got our cinnamon roll intestines,we're ready to go,for the chocolate decorations for,frankenstein waffles,excuse me frankenstein's monsters,waffles,i put chocolate chips in a bag and i put,that bag,into a mug of hot water to help melt,them down,just like we did earlier so i'm going to,take them out dry off the bag,squish all of it down to one corner,so first we're going to make,frankenstein's monster's hair,so we're going to make a straight line,across,and then we're going to add triangles to,it and then we'll fill in those,triangles,we're going to do it again straight,across triangles,and fill it in,it doesn't have to be perfect we're,going to go back with the toothpick here,in a second,and fix it for the mouth kind of like,charlie brown's mouth,and on another piece of wax paper we're,gonna make the bolts inside,so for the chocolate bolts we're going,to make a rectangle,small rectangle fill it in and then,align next to it,so we're going to do the toothpick we're,gonna go in,and we're going to smooth stuff out,and help with making these points point,here,and for these you want to make sure it,actually looks like a rectangle so for,these we're not only flattening it but,trying to make sure,it takes the shape of that rectangle for,the bolts,all right pop those on the fridge for,about 15 minutes frankenstein's,monster's waffles,i took my favorite waffle recipe and i,dyed it green and baked it according to,the directions,there's two ways we can decorate these,waffles so the first way,got some banana slices here,as our eyes and take two chocolate chips,our chocolate decorations from earlier,we're going to carefully peel them off,the wax paper trying not to break them,there's his hair and next,as long as i don't break it lower jesus,don't let me break,you're gonna break aren't you,use your knife if you need help,and i'm going to put it,in crops i also have a miniature kitkat,i'm going to cut in half carefully,put on the sides and there's,frankenstein number one,so we're going to take marshmallow and,cut it right in half with some clean,scissors,try and keep it rounded,and we're going to stick right on,got two more chocolate chips here let's,take it,right wow,frankenstein's having issues today he is,a monster,monster we're gonna peel off some more,hair i'm gonna take,this guy this time,and now you've got frankenstein monster,waffles,now you have quick and creepy recipes,for a halloween HALLOWEEN 2022 Halloween Party TREATS & SNACKS | Decorate With Me | Last Minute Halloween Ideas

hey friends welcome back to my channel,in today's video I'm going to be sharing,with you some super quick and easy,Halloween treats these are going to be,perfect for a last minute Halloween,party planning a party is so much work,and the last thing you want to do is,spend hours and hours in the kitchen but,don't worry I've got you covered these,treats can be made in no time at all but,before we get started if you are new,here please do consider subscribing down,below this first treat is one of my,favorites and it's one that I make every,year so I'm starting off with some,chocolate Jello pudding this is the,instant one so I just went ahead and,followed the directions on the package,and then I let it sit in the fridge just,for a few minutes to thicken up and next,I'm going to be transferring it into,these glass jars so these are just the,mini ones that I already had but they,sell a lot of really fun little glass,drink wear at Marshalls or Target,there's a bunch of different ones that,would work for this so after I filled,them all with some pudding I'm going to,take some Oreos and just is basically,smash them up in a big Ziploc bag and,then I'm going to sprinkle them on top,so we're just trying to make something,that looks like dirt right now a mini,graveyard for our ghost and for the,ghost I'm actually just going to be,using some Cool Whip and the way I like,to do it is just fill up a Piping Bag,with Cool Whip I don't have a metal tip,in here at all I just go ahead and use,some scissors just to trim the edge of,the bag off that way I can pipe,something just like this that kind of,resembles a ghost and now for the last,step we just want to give our ghost some,eye so I actually have this black food,coloring so I'm just going to go ahead,and use a toothpick just to dip it into,that food coloring and then give my go,some eyes but you can also use black,icing for this that is it for this treat,it is very easy but I'm telling you this,one is a crowd favorite it's so fun to,eat everyone gets their own little mini,cup and who does not love Cool Whip and,chocolate pudding not believe how easy,this next one is all you need is three,items so the first is going to be some,store-bought Rice Krispie treats I went,ahead and removed the wrappers from,those the second thing you're going to,need is some melted white chocolate and,I'm just using a Piping Bag to put a,little bit of chocolate on each treat,that way I can add the third item we are,going to be using and that is the,candied eyes you're going to take that,melted white chocolate and just start to,drizzle it all over your Rice Krispie,treats I like to go in all different,directions and this is going to create,the bandages for your mummies this is it,very easy I like to throw this in the,fridge for a few minutes just to harden,and then these are ready to serve,definitely a really fun one on the treat,table next we are going to decorate the,store-bought cake and turn it into,something really spooky so I'm going to,be using this Entenmann's cake and some,white icing so all I'm gonna do is just,put that icing into a Piping Bag and I,trimmed off the tip of the bag and now,I'm just going to pipe a really simple,spiderweb so I started off with some,straight lines all leading into one,corner and then just made some curved,lines and I did go ahead and just,thicken it up at the end so now that we,have our spider web we just need to,create a spider and to do this I just,melted some purple chocolate wafers in,the microwave and then I put them into a,Piping Bag and now I just have some wax,paper here on my baking sheet and I'm,just going to freehand a spider just,something really simple so I went with a,circle for the head an oval for the body,and then I'm going to give him two,Little Fangs and for the legs just to,give it something a little bit special I,just decided to make these little lines,like this that way I could actually make,them stand up on the cake and give it a,little bit of a 3d effect once I was,done piping my chocolate I just let it,Harden in the fridge before I popped it,out and then put it onto my cake and,that is it a very easy spider cake and,this can be done the day of apart 30,because it really does not take much,time at all,for this next treat I found something,that is going to make the process so,easy so this is the good and gather this,is the Target brand and it's this,vanilla candy coating it's basically,white chocolate but it's meant for,dipping so it comes in this tray all you,have to do is just pop the tray in the,microwave and it melts itself right in,that tray so there's no cleanup and it's,a really good size for dipping so once I,melted the chocolate I just dipped all,of my strawberries into it and then I,let my strawberries Harden in the fridge,you'll see when I'm laying them on my,plate I tried to drag them a little bit,just to create a little bit of a ghost,tail so once the white chocolate was,hardened I just melted down some regular,chocolate to pipe on a little ghost face,and that is it for this one it is these,delicious strawberry ghost they're a,little bit spooky but a lot yummy next,we are going to be creating a spiderweb,so I'm starting off with eight pretzel,sticks and I'm laying them out in this,pattern here and I do have them on a,piece of parchment paper next I'm just,going to take some melted white,chocolate in a Piping Bag put a little,dollop in the center and then start to,make a swirl going around all of my,pretzel sticks now after you do your,swirl you just want to pop these in the,fridge and let them Harden and that is,it you have yourself a beautiful and,delicious spiderweb they're great just,like this but if you want to really make,them special you can add some fun,Halloween sprinkles to the white,chocolate before it completely hardens,or even a candy spider in the center,this next one is going to be the easiest,treat from this video and a great one to,do with kids so I'm starting off with,some Entenmann's Donuts now if you're,going to recreate this I would actually,probably get a bigger donut if you can,I'll show you why in a minute but I'm,going to be using the store-bought,plastic vampire fangs and some candy,eyes add the eyes to my Donuts I just,added a little bit of icing basically to,act like glue and then I just stuck my,eyes on and then next I'm going to be,adding those plastic bangs right into,the center to create a donut monster but,I told you before that if I was going to,redo this or if you guys want to redo,this at home I would suggest using a,larger donut and that is because in my,tester ones here as you can see the,fangs actually burst open the donut and,split it in half because they were too,strong for these tiny little Donuts now,since this is all I had I had to make it,work so I actually dipped my fangs into,hot water just to make the plastic a,little bit softer and when I took them,out I pinched them closed let them dry,like that that way they wouldn't be as,open and then they fit into the center,just fine but if you go ahead and use a,larger donut you could skip that step,all together next we are going to be,turning these Entenmann's pop-ups into,mini baths so to start off you just want,to take the pop-ups out of the box and,either put them on a plate or a tray now,I'm going to to grab some white icing,and I just put it into a Piping Bag for,this step just to help out a little bit,and I basically just created a little,Dot and then I dragged it down and this,is just to give the donut hole the,appearance of fangs so after you gave,all your little mini bats bangs we're,going to have to give them some wings so,to create the wings I just melted some,chocolate and then I put it into a,Piping Bag and I'm just going to pipe,out a really simple shape on a piece of,parchment paper to resemble a bat wing,start to pipe enough wings so that I,would have two for each one of the,pop-ups and then I just put this into,the fridge to let it Harden I will say a,helpful step for this is just to use a,knife to create a little bit of a hole,in the side of the donut before you,insert that wing and you do want to let,these Wings get nice and hard in the,fridge before you go ahead and pop them,into the donut hole and that is it a,little mini bat these are super cute and,they're are really yummy are the perfect,treats for all of those chocolate lovers,that are going to be at your Halloween,party and those are all of the Halloween,treats that I have for
