welcome to day 8 of 10 days of halloween,with just two days left of the giveaway,clues by the end of this video,make sure you have collected eight words,so far,if you haven't it's not too late go back,and watch all my halloween videos so,that you can figure out what the secret,message is,learn all about how you can win by,watching my special announcement video,or read all about it in the description,box below,today's craft might be my favorite one,of all,i will be showing you how to make,broomstick goodie bags,i made these tags to attach to the goody,bags which i will show you in a little,bit,for the bag you'll need some ribbon,scissors brown paper bags,sticks and a whole bunch of goodies to,fill the goody bags with,well hey these look familiar i have some,snacks,along with other halloween themed toys,for the tags i used some construction,and cardstock paper,i wrote a little halloween message on,the tags and then i cut them out,once i had them all cut out i used a,hole puncher,and punched a hole in each of them so,that i can string some brown twine in it,so that i can connect it to the goodie,bags,so using string yarn ribbon or,like me i'm using brown twine all you,need to do is fold it in half,so that you create a loop at one end and,then you're going to,pull that loop through the hole from the,back side of the tag,pull it out a little bit and then you're,going to string the two strings from the,opposite end,through the loop and this will make it,easier for you to attach this,to your goody bag and it'll also help,keep the goody bag tag,front facing and it won't turn on its,side or flip over for each goodie bag,you'll need,two brown paper bags for one bag you're,gonna have to open it up fully,and then with your scissors you're gonna,cut strips all the way from the top,down to the base each strip should be,about three quarters inch thick,you're gonna cut strips around the,entire bag,all of these strips are going to,represent the bottom of the bronze stick,and it's going to be the outer layer of,the goodie bag we'll actually be putting,another bag inside of these strips and,then i will show you how to do that,with this second bag so with the second,bag,you're gonna keep it closed you're not,gonna open it up,and again you're gonna cut strips the,same,width but you're only gonna go down just,a little bit,about two and a half to three inches,down from the top,by the end of this you should have,created a fringe at the edge of this bag,and this bag is the one that you will be,filling with all the goodies,so start putting in all those treats and,toys and make those children,happy,now that you have loaded up all your,halloween goodies,go ahead and set this bag aside now,bring back the other bag that we had cut,up,open it fully so that all the strips are,lying outwards,place the bag with all the goodies,standing upright,right in the center matching base to,base,then grab one stick and stick it in the,middle of the goodie bag,standing straight up and then as if you,were tying a ponytail,go ahead and gather all the strips,together,be gentle and work with one side at a,time,next you're going to grab a ribbon and,you're going to secure everything by,tying it into a bowl,it's very helpful to have all of your,ribbon pre-cut,and ready to go for this part especially,because when you're,assembling one hand is going to be,holding all the strips together so you,only have one hand available,once your ribbon is tied go and grab,your,little halloween tags and just like a,necklace,i'm going to tie it around the neck of,the broom,this may have taken a little more effort,and time,versus using a regular goodie bag but,let's be real,this goodie bag is one of a kind and it,is so cute to do for close friends and,family,or just your children with only two days,left,did you make sure you found today's,secret word i will see you tomorrow,in day nine of my 10 days of halloween,you

hey you guys i am going to do some,goodie bags and these goodie bags are,for my nieces and nephews so i am using,this chocolate 120 pieces from sam's,club which was around 15 bucks,it has the hershey's and the reese's the,york,so it has a mix and it has like a little,ghost look how cute that is ghosts and,pumpkins so i thought this would be,perfect,for these goodie bags now for these,goodie bags i'm using the treat bags in,the dollar store,and you get 20 of them i'm only doing 10,because i have 10 nieces and nephews but,i love this look at how cute that is the,skeleton,i think these are adorable go ahead and,pick these up eddie,your local dollar store so i'm only,doing ten,so one,two,three,four they're really thin,five,six seven,eight,nine oh ten,but they don't break so that's the good,thing about these goodie bags they're,really big but they do not break,so i am going to go ahead and add these,little googly eyes that i have shown,before in the other video,you get 12 of them,and then um as well as the crayons you,get 12 of them so they're perfect i only,need 10 and i pick these up at walgreens,for 50 cents in the after halloween sale,so go ahead and check out your after,halloween sale,and then just save everything,that's exactly what i do,i literally save it all i'm going to add,in these lollipops that i have,i'm also going to add these little,googly eyes that chris he gave me last,year and there's 12 of them so they're,perfect for this,they're squishy,i'm going to add the notebook,to go with the crayon i picked this up,at the dollar store and you get eight of,them but don't worry i picked up some,more,that i already used so i'll be able to,have eight nine ten so i'll be able to,make it happen,so i think that is so cute,now for this one i picked up some,special,have you guys seen my video for,halloween haul,if not you guys are gonna love these,look at what i picked up at the dollar,store to add to the goodie bags this is,a glow in the dark,and this is a one pack,you guys are so,adorable,let me put the candy there,so i picked up this one as well look at,how cute this one is this is the,necklace so these two are necklace,and then i picked up the bracelets how,cute are these and you get two of them,right there so if you want to go ahead,and open them up and give each kid one,that is perfect as well you save,yourself some money,but this is a two pack i'm gonna put it,as a one,i bought one for each of the kids i,bought ten of them,they also had the pumpkin look how,adorable this is and this is the,bracelet,they had this one which i have no idea,what it is but i thought it was so cute,for the boys,so i'm gonna go ahead and you get two of,those as well it's a bracelet and i,picked up another one,would be this will be for the little,ones the little boys,i thought that would be cute it looks,like something like four nights,i also picked up the bats,which i love and you get two packs of,these and these are the bracelets like i,said you guys you can mix and match you,can cut them open i picked up another,one of the ghosts and you can also,go ahead and mix and match them and then,the back,so they had quite a few,i picked up one of each so you guys,could see them all in case you want to,go ahead and pick them up they're at,your local dollar tree,go ahead and pick those up trust me,you're not going to regret it they are,really nice,and,let's go ahead and make these goodie,bags now i am gonna add money i always,do for my nieces and nephews i think you,should add some money in there if you're,making goodie bags for them they could,put it towards their bank account they,could put it towards when they want to,go shopping and they want to buy,themselves some chips or something that,the mom always says no they can go ahead,and buy it themselves so i made these,adorable,money holders,and each money holder i made a little,tag,and a,topper so i'm going to go ahead and do,that i'm going to tap them like a topper,i made 10 of them look at this one has,the ghost you can see the ghost,i love that one,i love this one it's so colorful this,one has the skull,so i made these don't think i brought,them i just made them i thought they,would be so much fun,look at the little llamas in there,i love this one look at the back of it,how cute is that,so the oldest kids are gonna get five,dollars,these are gonna be for the older ones,the two girls five dollars and the,little ones are all getting three,dollars so it's up to you you can put as,much money or as little money but i'm,gonna go ahead and make it now,as you want so all i do is grab the,money,base it the same way,bring it down,bring it in,take the,other pieces out because i'm going to,need them put the money in like so,close that up and that's it,that's going to be your money holder,so let's go ahead and get started since,i do have everything ready,i'm going to need my stapler and let's,get to it,i am going to add,i need a marker,do i have a marker yes i do because i'm,going to be adding their names under,in the back just so i don't know when,the who the big kids are and who the,small kids are,so i'll start with the big kids,no i'll start with,the little ones,so,i'll write their name in the back,and i'll put this towards the end,so i think,for the little kids i'm gonna give the,bracelet to the little ones,oh my god this is like really cutting it,i might have to bend it,so i could staple it,it's not bad i'll go ahead and bend it,so i could at least have some room to,staple it,so i'm adding that,i'm adding the money,i am adding one of them,one of the notebook,hopefully everything fits in here you,guys they didn't have any bigger bags at,dollar tree this year last time i used,the big ones,and a googly eye,and a googly,the ring and then the eye as well,they didn't have nothing a dollar for,this year i couldn't even find the bags,i had a hard time even finding the bags,it was crazy,so i took whatever they had,so you guys don't wait until the last,day,you're not gonna find anything,okay so this is perfect just like that,so i'm gonna add candy,right in there,how many pieces should i add i think,just like,two four five i think my pieces should,be good,yeah five pieces is more than enough so,what i'm gonna do with this is i'm gonna,bend it,i'm gonna add the name tag,in the back so at least i know who i'm,giving it to i'm going to bend it like,so,then they're like a gift,and then bring it in,you see how i bended it i could give,i'm gonna use my topper,of course i want the money to stand out,so i'm gonna go back in and i'm gonna,put the money in front,and then send it like you're doing a,little different,don't get scared put your topper on top,and then i'm going to go ahead and,staple it,and there you go how cute is this,this is like a little goodie bag it has,money it has chocolates it has glow,stick it has a couple of crayons,and rings so,and it stands up yay i wanted it to,stand up so let's go ahead and make the,rest you guys,let me know what you guys are putting,into your goodie bags,i would love to know,but i am adding just a little bit of,everything,for the kids you can go ahead and add,whatever you want if you want to go,ahead and give them a twenty,ten dollars,you wanna go ahead and give them more,less,it's just whatever you have you guys,so for the girlies i thought these would,be cute for the girls,these two and the pumpkins i have three,of the little girls,so i thought these would be cute,now whatever ring color falls in there,it's fine,and that's the money in front,and then the chocolates behind so i'll,put the chocolates first,so how many did i say did i say four,or did i say five,i think i did,three,four,i think i did four because i want to,make sure i have enough for everybody,and then like i said the money in the,front just so it shows really nice,my tag in the back just so i know who's,this is because i remember i am giving,the older kids more money,i'm giving them a five just because,they're older,my topper in the front,i think these are cute goodie bags and,then we,i'm trying nothing,and there you go,how cute are these,i want them to stand and they do,so isn't this so much fun you guys,they're so adorable i hope you can see,them standing i'm gonna make more so,don't worry let me make um two for the,oldest so you can see exactly how i'm,gonna do that one now since these are,for the little kids i'm gonna put it to,the side,these are for the little ones but little,tiny boys,and then for the oldest boys i have,um,these,so that's for the oldest one so,let me check it out,okay so for the oldest kids,let's go ahead and make one and then,i'll put them together and then i'll,come back and show you how i finished,i have these three for the oldest so,it's going to be,the random,the eye,the marker,the googly eye,and then the notebook which i have to,open,it's always something here,oh i have one right here,notebook,i'm gonna go ahead and do,a5 for the oldest,just because they are over,three,candies see three or four,i'm gonna do,and the money,i think these are coming out super,adorable you guys,the tag in the back,fold it down,hold it like an envelope,get your topper,if you don't have a tapper just go ahead,and use your staple,and just stick it down,and this is how it's gonna look for the,older ones,okay,so let me go ahead and make the rest and,then i'll come back when i'm done,okay so i have two more to go and i want,to finish them with you guys but look at,how cute they came out,and they actually stand up pretty good,so i really like that i wasn't able to,get the ones with the handles but,it's okay so i have the last two boys,i think i don't want two three four five,six seven eight nine yeah,also i have an extra bag i'll put it,away i'm not gonna need it but either,way,so the last two boys are getting these,because i thought these were so cool,and this is for the little ones,so,i'm going to give them two of the,lollipops since i have enough,two of the googly eyes so they could,have just,a,pencil and i need a notebook,i don't have thank god enough,notebooks gonna go ahead and add,the notebook,like so,i'm gonna add five of the candies this,is all i have left so i was able to get,enough thank god,and then extra one since i have enough,we're going to go ahead and grab the,money holder,and i'm giving each of the little ones,three dollars so three i have enough,usually i go to the bank and i ask for,like a 20 inch dollars,and the bank is really nice they'll give,it to you,i'm gonna write the boy's name in the,back,and then i'm gonna add this to the back,of it,we're gonna push this down,and we're gonna fold it just like i,showed you like a little envelope,grab your topper if you don't have any,topper you guys it's fine go ahead and,just use your stapler,and staple it,and that should hold it down,look at how cute this is,let's finish it off with the last one,and yeah,i'm really happy i got to show you my,goodie bag this year i almost didn't,have a chance to film with everything i,have going on which,you guys know already,but i'm happy i was able to,share my ideas,oh i forgot to add one of these so i,guess i'll just,i'll add it next time i think two of the,videos didn't get any but i'll check,right now if i could open them up,i'll open it up,then i'll add it,and people need tools i'm getting good,if not i'll just take it and i'll give,it to them there,but this is staple so i'm pretty sure,i'll be able to open it,and add it in there,i'm gonna add another one of the,notebooks,i added the money,add the name tag in the back you guys,always make name tags so you don't get,them confused especially if you're gonna,give the older kids more,like more money,but yeah look how adorable they came up,what a cute little goodie bag and this,is for,teenagers,as well as,i have,eight-year-olds,nine-year-olds,well nine-year-olds teenagers,i think i have an 18 for an 18 year old,uh 14 13 and then i have for the,two-year-old so you can make any goodie,bag and then as much as you want as,little as you want and i use dollar,store stuff,everything except um,everything except the How To Make Halloween Treat Bags For Toddlers | 2021

what's up guys and welcome back to my,channel if you guys are new make sure,you guys go ahead and subscribe right,now if you guys have already been a,subscriber welcome back so today as you,guys already read by the title i am,going to be making party bags something,like that i'm gonna make a party bags,for my kids i have a lot of stuff in,front of me they are having a halloween,party at school and i love going all out,for them and just making the best bags,ever so before we jump to that make sure,you guys go ahead and give this video a,fat thumbs up don't forget to turn,notifications on and yeah let's just,jump right into the video so first i'm,just going to show you everything that,we have i did order i think most of this,off of amazon i ordered these bags off,of amazon and they are really small i,didn't realize how small they were until,they came so hopefully everything fits,so this is what the bags look like,there's a whole bunch of different ones,i think there's like maybe eight,different styles um so yeah you can see,that they're very very small i'm just,gonna be making stuff for kyrie's class,and nova's class um dj i don't think,he's having a party at his school so,i'm gonna make his class no bags okay,and then right here we have lollipop,rings i believe these are kind of like,ring pops but they just have a design to,them they look a lot cooler than just,regular ring pops but we also do have,the regular ring pops because this only,has 20 and there's only one box which is,sad but we're gonna have to make it work,okay,next we have these things that i ordered,off of amazon i think they're like,stretchy things i'm gonna take it off,the packaging so you guys can see what,i'm talking about but this is a skeleton,and he stretches so look at this it's,just like a little stretch satisfying,toy and there's a whole bunch of them,they have different colors,all like this next up we have halloween,stamps um just like this you put it on,your face your body wherever you want,open it so you guys can see,look at all these stamps there's 60,stamps in here we ain't gonna be using,all of them but that's a lot,we also have spooky fruit snacks,what kid doesn't love fruit snacks so we,got fruit snacks we also have got some,applesauce but i don't think the,applesauce is gonna fit inside the bag,along with all this other stuff so i'm,thinking about just taking the,applesauce in the box how it is and then,they could just pass it out you know out,of its box and then we have a whole,bunch of candy we got starburst skittles,gummy bears a whole bunch of,candy got sour patch kids and sweetest,fish swedish fish is like one of my,favorite types of candy if you didn't,know now you know and then last thing,that will be going inside these bags are,some zipper bracelets,that look like this how cool,of a halloween bracelet i'm gonna take,it out so it looks like this it's,literally a zipper and you just put it,around your wrist it just snaps together,and it becomes a bracelet so that is,super super,cute yeah we're just gonna get started,um i don't know whose class because,honestly the both classes are gonna get,the exact same stuff so i don't think it,really matters we just have to make a,whole bunch of goodie bags,so this part i'll show you how to make,like the first couple bags and then the,rest after that will be fast forwarded,so just go ahead sit back relax and,enjoy the video okay guys so i'm going,to make this happy halloween pumpkin bag,first and i'm gonna go ahead and open it,it's just like this a small you know and,we're going to go ahead and put this,ring,lollipop in first let's see what the,packaging looks like oh it's so cute it,says oh poop so this one must be like a,style of a poo though we have that there,they're gonna all get a stretchy thing,they are all going to get a halloween,stamp so this one is a little boo,they're all going to get a bracelet like,i said before everybody's going to go,ahead and get a spooky fruit snack so,we're just going to go ahead and drop,one fruit snack in there we gotta open,this bag of candy so they're gonna get,maybe,two sour patches two of those and then a,handful of this big bag you guys can't,see it but i showed you a little bit ago,this big bag here we're just gonna get,like a handful of stuff um out of here,to put inside there so just like that so,this bag is now complete it looks like,this i'm gonna come up to the camera,give you guys a close-up so this is what,the halloween bag looks like inside of,it you'll find a whole bunch of goodies,let's see if it'll focus there you go a,whole bunch of goodies inside there now,what we're gonna do,we're gonna go ahead and fold it,like this,bend it bend it like this and then,you're gonna put a sticker so they come,with these stickers a whole bunch of,them so we're just gonna go ahead and,get the first one here rip it off and,then we're just gonna go ahead and place,it on there like that so it doesn't come,undone so this is the first halloween,bag all done so now that i showed you,this first bag i'm gonna go ahead and do,a couple more bags just regular um paste,this is just to give you guys kind of,ideas of what i do for my kids in school,and maybe just to give you guys ideas,for your kids halloween parties or,whatever the case may be i don't know,i'm that type of mom to where i just,like doing stuff for the class like i,like bringing,gifts and just stuff just because i feel,like it makes my kids happy and makes,the other students happy,and i just want my kids to have the best,experience in life i don't know i'm just,that type of mom that's gonna go crazy,and go all out and i want them to enjoy,their childhood as much as possible,because you only have one childhood so i,want them to kind of just enjoy it so,here is the second bag all done that was,super fast i was just talking your,guys's ears off it honestly doesn't take,that long it's just taking me a little,longer therefore i can kind of show you,guys each step by step there we go two,bags are now done so now i'm just gonna,be quiet speed up this next process so,just sit back and enjoy the rest of the,video guys,all right guys so we're gonna pause the,fast forwarding for a little bit we have,a helper my son dj did you say hi,hi,so he came downstairs you guys and he,said he wanted to help you see what i,was doing and he's such a big help,around the house he always wants to help,with everything so we're gonna let him,help today okay so what mommy's doing is,making bags for kyrie's class okay so,what you do,mommy can open the bag and you can put,this stuff in so you're gonna grab one,of those and you're gonna grab one of,those out of the box,okay and then you're gonna grab this,little guy right there and then you're,gonna do that and then you're gonna give,it to mommy okay and then i'll do the,rest okay so if you can open can you,open the bag and see if you know how to,open it,you got it just keep pushing just like,that and then put everything i told you,to put in you remember you're right and,did that's it nope remember you're,missing something,did you put a lollipop ring in there,this is lollipop it's a lollipop ring,it's like a ring pop kind of it with the,poop,crap,so we have one two three four five six,seven eight nine ten this is eleven,do,oh what are these oh these are tattoos,you guys i found tattoos i forgot to put,inside the bag,so we're gonna put these inside the bags,all right guys so we did all of these,bags now all of these bags are just for,kyrie's class um i still have yet to do,nova's bags yet but i don't think that,we need to,record me doing nova's baths as well you,guys kind of get the concept so the only,thing different um is that i'm gonna be,doing a ring pop for nova's class rather,than the little,lollipop ring looking thing because like,i said they only have one of those boxes,so yeah that is how you make halloween,bags with bianca you guys can do it your,way this is just the way that i like to,do it obviously every year is different,every child is different um next year,when ayla has a party then she will get,you know different Create Easy Envelope Treat Bags using the Cutest Halloween Stamp Set & Punch from Stampin' Up!

these,cute halloween treat bags i created for,one of my artisan design team projects,these are made with an envelope,and i'm really excited to share how i,made them with you today,so let's go ahead and start first with,the products i used to create these cute,envelope treat bags,so this adorable paper that i've used is,called cute halloween designer series,paper it does come in a six by six,piece and they're just some really cute,halloween images,i used this sheet,this one,and,this cute skeleton one for my treat bags,but any of these papers would work and,then they all have a black and white,pattern on the opposite side and i did,use those black and white patterns on my,bags as well and i'll tell you the sizes,and how i did that when we get to that,point of the video,you do need just a regular medium size,envelope these fit a four and a quarter,by five and a half size card,and stampin up sells them in packs of 40,and so you could really make a ton of,these really inexpensively,the stamp set i used is the cutest,halloween stamp set and it does,coordinate with that designer series,paper it also has a coordinating punch,which is nice for these images down here,you can see it punches out three it does,not punch out the skeleton but that's a,pretty easy one to,fussy cut by hand so the first thing,we're going to do with our envelope is,we're going to remove this sticky area,from the top of the flap and i did this,by just lining up the bottom here at,five and three-fourths inches which,should cut off about a three-fourth inch,piece so this part is about,three-fourths of an inch from the the,top of that flap,so now you have a nice straight flap,from here you're going to score,the edges and the bottom,so i'm going to start by,placing that flat top on the top of my,scoreboard and then with the larger,stylus i'm going to score at,three-fourths of an inch,all the way down,i'm gonna rotate,do again at three fourths,and then rotate again at three fourths,and then i do like to flip it and a,repeat this just makes it easier for the,paper to fold along that score line,so all three of my treat bags are made,in a very similar steps and today i'm,going to make this green treat yourself,bag i felt like it has,a little more steps because of the,coloring aspect of the tag,while some of these tags are just fussy,cut from that cute paper,the next step is to add the color to the,bottom of the envelope for this one i,used pumpkin pie,for the purple one i used highland,heather,and today i'm going to be creating this,one with you and i did use old olive for,that,i did use a blending brush for this it,just makes it really nice and easy and,when i do this i want to start that,blend off of my,envelope and then bring it up,you do want to do a blend on both the,front and the back of your,treat bag and so you're going to do the,same to the front and back to of your,envelope so that that design goes all,the way across,around,so just as a note this here is going to,be this side this will be the bottom and,this here will be the other side so the,most of what you're going to see is just,right here in this large section,so you can blend that as high into,your envelope as you want,another note is that the actually the,back of the envelope which is right here,will be the front of your treat bag,so if you want to do any extra designs,to it,then this is where you want to stamp,them,now this coloring,part of the design,is not totally necessary you could,really simplify these treat bags by,emitting this blending aspect,and just doing a cute stamp along the,bottom,of those treat bags,all right so we've got it on the front,and the back,the next step is that you're going to,stamp your image so for the green one i,have placed both the solid and the lined,leaf image from the stamp set,cutest halloween,onto one block and i'm going to randomly,stamp that,for my purple one i used just a black,ink with,the spider image,and then for my pumpkin one i used the,candy corn with the pumpkin pie,so you're just going to start,you do want to make sure that you also,stamp into,that,the side because you will see those,when the bag is open,you do not necessarily need to stamp,below,this line here,because that line is at will be the,bottom of the treat bag and you won't,see that,so then we'll do the same here on the,back,and just kind of rotate i think it's,easier to rotate the paper rather than,rotating,my stamp when i'm doing some random,stamping like this,so this is going to be the front of my,treat bag and what i like to do is kind,of make it look like it's falling out,from the tag so i'm actually going to,add a couple more,images,looking like they're kind of falling,coming out from the center,so something like that,okay so now we're going to take a bone,folder we'll fold along those score,lines,and make a nice crease,and you'll want to do this to the front,and the back,so that the paper can open into the,treat bag nice and easily,so once you have um burnished all those,score lines you're going to open up your,treat bag here,and you want to go ahead and make this,bottom part flat and this side flat and,what will happen in the corner is you're,going to start to create a triangle,shape so go ahead and push that down to,make a good crease,and that triangle is just going to go,from one edge corner to the other corner,just to create the nice box shape for,the bottom,so then once you have those triangles go,ahead and put them flat,on your desk and,you're going to use your bone folder to,make them nice and flat,and then you'll just tuck those,underneath with a glue dot,so these sides are going to kind of tuck,in,to,into the bag like this so that it can,fold flat at the top,so we need to adhere,this flap to,the,top flap,and so you could use,your tear and tape for this,and just add it,to this top section here,so i'll show you a close-up so there's,the adhesive,right here,and it's just going to help adhere that,flap to,so this is the side flap that's going to,adhere to the top flap,so you'll just want to tuck those in,and then when that closes those will,kind of close nice and flat and you can,bring that over into your,your bag,okay so now let's decorate the top of,this flap here,so this is where that cute halloween,designer series paper comes into play,and i've cut a large piece this is one,and a half inches by four and a quarter,inches,and then a smaller piece which is just a,half inch strip by four and a quarter,and i'm going to add the half inch strip,to the bottom,of,my larger,piece,so i'm just using some tear and tape,here,and then you're going to flip this over,i like to use my grid paper because i,want to add,it so that i can see about a quarter of,an inch,at that bottom,of that piece so you'll end up with,something that looks like this,and then you can add this to,your,top flap,that's going to come over and to help,decorate your bag you can use tear and,tape,or you could use your regular stamp and,seal for that now i just noticed that i,don't really want to have any adhesive,down past,my half inch strip because that actually,is going to be directly onto my bag and,not just the flap so i'm just going to,take my finger and roll that tear and,tape down a little bit so that it's not,on that half inch flap there,then i can just go ahead and add this,right to,that flap,like that,so you can see that that is showing and,so we don't want adhesive on that part,so that should fold over,really nicely,so now let's work on the tag,so i am using the essential tag punch,and i've already punched out one from,some basic white card stock but i wanted,to have this decorative edge to each,corner,and so i'm going to take the top hold it,and then just insert it into the punch,and then punch out those corners,now i'm going to stamp my greeting on,here,i wanted to use the treat yourself but i,need it to be stacked instead of all on,one line because it doesn't quite fit on,my tag as a horizontal greeting so i,need it to be more vertical,so my trick for doing this is to,have your ink pad and i'm using memento,black ink and maybe some washi tape or,other type of tape you're going to first,start by,covering up the word you're not going to,stamp first so i'm going to stamp treat,first,and so now i'm going to ink up the word,treat,and there's a chance i could get some,ink on my tape there,but that's okay because now i'm going to,remove it,place it off to this side,and now i can stamp this where i want it,so i'm going to place it right about,here,and then i do need to clean this,and now i'm going to take that same,piece of washi tape and i'm going to,cover up the word treat,just like that and now i can ink up,yourself,and then remember to remove this,and you can always double check to make,sure you didn't get any ink,on the other word,and then you can stamp that,on your cardstock,and so now instead of a horizontal you,have a vertical greeting,i'm also going to stamp the the ghost i,liked how the ghost kind of played on a,haunted village which goes well with,this paper so i'm going to stamp the,outline for the ghost on my cardstock,here,and then i also have this cute little,happy,ghost face,and so i'm going to stamp that right,there,as well,now i felt like he needed to have a,little bit of shadow to him so i pulled,out my stampin blends,and i'm using the light smoky slate,along with the color lifter and that's,going to kind of blend it out nice,so that it has a nice,shape to the ghost so i'm just going to,go around with my light smoky slate,and add an outline,then i'm going to take my color lifter,and i'm just going to blend that edge,the inside edge,i am staying away from my mental black,ink,just because i've noticed that as you,use a lot of,blends on them it can kind of,make the ink bleed a little bit,but i think that turns out really cute,you have a nice soft shadow effect,around your ghost,so we're going to take that coordinating,punch and slide him in,and then go ahead and punch him out,so off camera i did fussy cut out three,little houses and added them to some,glue dots and i'm just gonna place them,underneath my greeting here in a little,village type of formation,there's no right or wrong here,actually this one i want to have come up,just a little bit so he looks like he's,more in the background,and then this little church one i want,to put in the front i like how the,steeple,looks between the two houses,and then this one off to the side,so it looks something like that,and then i've got my ghost and i have a,dimensional on the back there and just,kind of tuck them underneath,that top house,and add him to my label,so i've taken 10 to 12 inches of the,black and white gingham ribbon and tied,up bow i've added a glue dot and i can,just place that right over the top,of my tag,and maybe tuck it behind my ghost so i,can see his cute little face,and then i'm going to take some candies,or toys and fill up my treat bag,nice and full,it's pretty big you can fit a lot of,good stuff in there,and then you're going to fold that over,you can add a glue dot here or,a dimensional,i'm just going to add a glue dot,just to make sure everything stays,nice enclosed and inside and then you're,going to take your,tag add a dimensional to the back of,that,if you wanted you could add a second one,there just to kind of hold everything,nice and closed and place it on your,treat bag,so one little change that i made to my,other bags is that instead of using,adhesive to keep it closed i did do a,hole punch and so that hole punch does,go through the bag i've punched two here,and then punched a hole in my tag and,then strung my ribbon through that and,adhered it that way so using the hole,punch technique is going to keep the bag,closed in case you're handing these out,maybe on halloween night and they're,placing it inside the kids candy sacks,and it's going to get moved around this,technique works really well if you don't,have a hole punch and maybe you're using,them for a party it makes it just a,little bit easier for your guests to,open that up or maybe for a class Quick & Easy Favor Bags Trick or Treat

hi everybody its Simon mixed crowd thank,you for watching my tutorial today I've,got a little Halloween trick-or-treat,treat box thing to show you today so I,have said to my husband that I would,make little treats for the kids at the,school that he's at so it's a brand new,school so there's only 34 children there,so I thought that's why I hired to do it,and they are all 14 up 15 no 15 to 18 so,these are they contain no nuts and they,are just nice little sweets they're,actually these which we we I say we as,in lots and lots of Chinese people love,these they're called white rabbit,they're creamy candies and they remind,me of a hard version of the milk bottles,that we would get the penny sweets they,taste just like that but as a hard form,and they're lovely,so they have them in here and they also,have some pineapple drops as well but,they are just these little kind of,pouches that have made really really,simple to make and then I fussy cut one,of the 12 by 12 sheets from the Fiesta,fever first edition paper pack with all,these sugar skulls so every single one,those are the same there those have got,that one on they've got the one with the,rose and that one there's got another,rose on the top so there's four,different styles I've only got three six,nine twelve here and I like I said I've,got 34 to make and I'll probably make a,few extras as well just in case and,we're gonna it's a boarding school so,these are all going to be put on their,pillows I just that was a nice little,kind of little thing there decorating up,the halls and they're gonna watch a,horror movie as well which I thought was,quite good,so I just thought I would share kind of,the make with you so like I said it is,very easy but it's quick because I was,making such a huge amount and I still AM,you kind of want to you know you want,something that's going to look good but,also actually not take you too much time,so the most time has human bit for me,was fussy cutting my sugar skulls so,they're the four different designs that,I've got and I have the exact amount for,those so I know I've got it all there,and then I've been cutting all my,cardstock so here I have all the pieces,I need and to make one of these it's,eight and a quarter by four now you do,only get two out of a sheet of a4 or,letter paper however you could easily,get three you would just have to shrink,yours down but I did shrink it down it,was just then becoming too tiny this is,just a really nice four by one you know,kind of size so I didn't mind only being,able to get two out with my cardstock I,did go and buy a big pack of black,cardstock for this anyway,so yes a four by eight and a quarter and,then I'll go through I've just cut these,from I've got another sheet to go but,these are two and three quarters squared,so they fit inside just the front one I,mean by all means you can decorate both,sides but you know they're just,literally going to be ripped into really,quickly so I don't want to go too mad,with decoration in that sense and these,just go on the front panel there so I'm,just gonna yeah just go through the,scoring I've got some ribbon and some,gold like twine there to do them up,because again the ribbon is just easy,little fastening there so all you need,is your piece of cardstock along the,eight and a quarter inch side you want,to score it three four seven and eight,it's a really simple and then rotate it,so that that heart that one inch is now,on the right hand side and you're gonna,score three all the way down okay and do,that obviously on you know however many,you're gonna do you might want to just,have a little basket by your door for,any trick-or-treaters you get you might,want to do a few quick ones for some,colleagues in work like I said they are,quick so it's just nice to do so just,then want to burnish all of those score,lines I'm doing just one here but what I,have been doing is I done all them as a,batch so I went and done all the scoring,and then all of the burnishing then I,went and stuck all there so rather than,do one at a time you know do all those,kind of stages and then it just makes,that final piece really quick to do so,along the bottom one inch piece here you,just want to cut up all,these school lines just to that first of,scoreline so it's just simple box,construction you're just creating or,gift bag you're just creating that base,then go up around the side and I've just,taken that piece completely out and then,just put a little wedge on the side and,just remove that one there then with the,two little squares that you've got here,these 1 by 1 squares just take a little,bit off each edge just removing that,school I'm really just so you have that,you can see the wedges that I've taken,and again that one there you don't want,to take anything off the longer pieces,because that's your your you know your,main front and back base this is your,sides so I just like that down that's,what you should have this little quarter,inch tab here and then these are your,base species those your sides you to,main front and back and there's your,sides okay so while it's flat again cuz,I've been in that kind of batch making,I've then been sticking this down and,you want to stick it on the square,that's closest to your quarter-inch tab,you can by all means stick this on when,you've put it all together but I always,find adding the decoration like this,best to do when it's flat and then you,can apply pressure to it so like I said,that sits nicely in there giving you a,little 1/8 of an inch border like so and,then I'm just going to add a thin amount,you can use red tape double-sided tape,you know you don't need to use your best,stuff on things like this they're just,gonna get chucked into a little pumpkins,and bags and kids just all either hoard,them for weeks cuz I know I used to do,that with all my trick-or-treat sweets I,would hide them under my bed in a,shoebox and not let anybody else have,them but yeah you don't want to I don't,well I don't,anyway want to use you know too much of,my like good red tape and things like,that so I'm just using my Wiggly so now,I'm just popping in the back first and,then pop in my sides just let them kind,of just tack down there and then,just pop some glue on those and pop down,for the back wall I'm gonna use my bone,folder there just to apply some pressure,inside,excuse my ruler this will get right into,the corners I'll just seal down that,face like so and then you can score down,the sides but again I'm trying to keep,this quick just pinched in like so so,just pushed it in and squeezed it down,and it just gives you quite nice slide,there anyway then once that squeezed,together I've just got my hole punch and,just come down about half an inch in the,middle I've got these stripes so it's,quite easy for me to kind of line up,like so obviously you could punch an,eyelet through there if you wanted to,make them even more fancy but again I'm,not doing that and then I've got the,sweets here it's quite a few in one two,six seven eight I think that's plenty no,maybe it was seven so I can't put the,ribbon through otherwise but they go,there's seven in there then just grab my,ribbon and I'll use this one here this,sugar skull and then grab my I put these,on foam just to give it a little bit as,I mention just pop three of those on the,back,and again just slowing that up there so,you can decorate these any way you want,and any theme as well I mean these are,great for birthdays for little you know,favors,even on a wedding table you know and the,colors of your your wedding they make,lovely little favors as well and then I,just thread it through bring them up,together then grab a little bit of this,gold bring it around the back and you're,basically knotting this piece to keep,the ribbon together I mean you can just,tie the ribbon in a bow if you want to,but this is just another nice way to,keep those tails pointed upwards which,is quite a nice look tie it in a really,really tight knot so you keep that,ribbon nice and closed and secure like,so and then just pull them up again just,closing in XO just take off any bits and,then I'm just going to just tidy off my,edges there and then with my lighter,just very carefully seal the edges there,now that's real time so that's how long,it took to do one like I said the fussy,cutting get this cut get all your card,cut have it all lined up and just go,along and it is really quick they took,me no time at all to put together so,yeah I think they're really effective,they're going to look good all together,I mean yeah suggest to put them on their,beds but they may well just have them in,a big tub somewhere for them to just,help themselves but yeah not hey you guys today we're gonna make our,my kids halloween treat bags and this,video is only for the school i'm gonna,make another one but that's for my,nieces and nephews,so i was gifted these gorgeous treat,bags and these are fabric treat bags and,you get four of them,for a dollar and i always get this by,big mama her name is elena but aka big,mama is what they call her on her,channel,and she sent me a few of them and they,were the perfect amount for my little,son he has 15,classmates in his class,so,the first thing i purchased,was a huge bag of candy from sans and,you get 240 pieces,and i did this one because i thought it,had the twix the snickers the three,musketeers,um,milky way milky way midnight and,it has 240 pieces and i think i paid,only,i want to say like 15 for this,so it's not bad because if i buy the,small bags they'll be like nine bucks,nine bucks nine bucks that'll be like,thirty dollars so i picked it up at,sam's for 15,and it has 240 pieces so this is what,i'm gonna use,for the,okay so another thing i am adding to his,goodie bags because the bags are,i look at the bag before i went shopping,they are limited they have their tiny,little bags so i decided to not put too,much in it so i can make them little,round,like a,pumpkin,so it's limited,i had some,halloween,i picked up these eyeball rings last,year you guys i picked these up at,walgreens for like 50 cents,and they're originally three like four,dollars three something 3.99 at,walgreens,and i picked them up after the halloween,sale and they were only 50 cents and it,has 12 each,so these are perfect,so if you do go after chris after,halloween shopping sorry,um you're going to get a good discount,and you're going to be able to put them,away for this year so that's exactly,what i did and look at how big look at,how big the rings are aren't they cute,they got the little eyes and they come,in the green the purple,the blue,and the orange so i love all these,colors,so i thought this was perfect because i,have quite a few but i thought this was,perfect for this little goodie bag,because it is,on the smaller side but i thought it was,so cute,so we're going to go ahead and add some,candy,i think i'm gonna do it randomly and,we're gonna add one of these little,rings so i thought this would be perfect,so let's go ahead and see how much,i don't want to add too much or too,little,just a little handful for the kids i,thought would be nice,like so look how cute that is,so then i have space to add the ring i'm,going to add them randomly,and then,i think i'll put a little more because i,want to tie it right there,so let's go ahead and put more and i'm,going to count it so i know how many,exactly i put in each one,so let's say we do ten let's see how,that looks,i want him to look so cute,he only has um 15 kids in his classroom,so it's on the smaller side my kids go,to private school,so it is on the smaller side which is,okay as well,the bags come with a up string,so i did 10 and i think that is perfect,right there,we're going to tie it up,and make it look as cute as we can,and look how cute that is oh my god you,guys these are gonna be so cute for the,little ones this is for the little ones,this is for the kindergarten,classroom don't want to tie it too tight,but i could go around and do another one,honestly why not,their parents will open it for them,anyways,and you can still see the little pumpkin,so i added 10 of the candy bars for a,smaller size treat bag and i added one,of the googly eyes,so let me go ahead and make a couple,more and then come back so you can see,how they came out i think that's really,cute if you're gonna do something for,somebody,who would you know that's not,overwhelming and you don't have to add a,lot of stuff that's a good size,especially for a kindergarten,so i'm gonna do let me do um,15 more,okay so i have 15 goodie bags that are,ready with the candy plus though,the gift so i did leave the string long,and you're gonna see why because i'm,gonna add his name on there i made these,little gift card holders,tags i mean,and i just wanted to put his name on,there,just,so the kids know who,actually gave them the candy,which i'm sure they won't,even care for but still,i thought it would be cute to add a,gift tag in there,so i'm pushing the gift tag to the back,so it won't ruin the little pumpkin face,but the tag is under,you guys you think i should put it in,the front or in the back,i feel like if i put it in the front,it'll like,you won't be able to see the little,pumpkin,but let's,see what do you guys think,in the front right,i think either way that's more like,nicer,so i think i'm going to add it to the,front,so this one i already i'm going to go,ahead and i'm just going to switch it to,the front,well i can't because i tagged it in the,back so,i'll just mix it up,so yeah if you want to go ahead and,personalize it i think this is a great,way,so let me finish this off and let's get,started with the next goodie bag which,will be for my other son antonio and he,has 21 students so like twice what,manuel has,okay you guys so let's go ahead and get,started,with the next goodie bags,and for the next three bags i,picked these up at um the dollar store,and you get 20 of them so i knew i was,gonna be one short so that was okay i,picked up another pack that i'm gonna,steal one from,and this is,the skeleton i like this one a lot,so and this is the candy corn,so i'm gonna steal one bag from here,so i could do my 21 students and these,are for antonio's um classroom,so i only need one,i'm gonna take that one,now for antonio he's a little bigger i,picked up the,bats and these are the halloween,markers uh stackable crayons,so you get 12 of these so they were,perfect,and these were also 50 cents after the,halloween sale at walgreens and they,were originally 3.99 so i thought these,were so cool i picked two of them up,especially for him,i went to the dollar store and i picked,up the notebooks,so i'm gonna mix them up,and these are the dollar store notepads,and these,are,eight pieces each so i'm gonna go ahead,and do that it says happy hunting and,trick or treat so this i just mixed it,up this is how they really had,they were running really low on,halloween supplies this year,i'm gonna add these stickers that,chrissy gave me last year,there's 24 of them so they're perfect,for the older kids and they also have,the spider and the skull in the front so,i thought that would be cool to add on,to there,and i'm going to add,i need 24 of these so one more of those,and i'm also gonna see if i add his name,tag under not sure maybe maybe not,okay so let's get started,sorry,i don't want to rip it,there you go,so these have a white inside,just slip it out,and they're pretty big look at how big,they get,these are a great size if you get your,hands on them so what i'm going to do is,i'm going to add one of the crayons,and i think these are so cool,i actually like these look at these,aren't these cute,for third graders,and they're stackable so you could just,change it as you're right change them,so it's going to be one of the crayons,one of the stickers and it's going to be,random either they get the spider,let me show you the spider,and the glitter does not shed so there's,stickers you need to get the spider or,the skull,one of the notebooks,go ahead and use your scissors to open,stuff up,they make everything it just,so the notebooks i want to do them,random,so i'm just going to bring them out,and they have a mess on the side of the,table,and i'm gonna do the,these as well so i could do random,if i have left over i'll just put them,away for next year and add them to other,goodie bags,i'm not scared to,save stuff i always put my stuff in the,bin,and i have it labeled halloween,valentine's whatever i need and then,when i need to go to it i usually have,the stuff already,like the halloween bags i got them,from last year,i usually have stuff like that already,ready,so i'm just going to put them there so i,can use them so it's going to be,a random notebook i thought that would,be cute,like that,and then i'm gonna tie it with my string,from the dollar store i'm gonna use,white string,i'm going to add candies i'm not sure,how many i think i might add the same,thing i added,let me clean up a little,okay so i'm gonna add five of these,and then i'm also gonna add for the,bigger kids i bought these and this i,also got at sam's and it's 120 pieces,and it has hershey's reese's york,peppermint,and just a mix of candies,and i believe this was the same like 12,bucks,at sam's club so i'm gonna be adding,five of these until the finish and then,two of the big ones because these are,the bigger size,you see,so i'll just pick up two random or,whatever i get and add them onto there,so i think that should be great for this,goodie bag,should be plenty of candy you have your,little toy and let's see how it goes,so i'm gonna add five,oh that's perfect and then two of the,big ones,and then look how that goes,so i can add another big one if i want,to,just add another one just to make it a,little fuller you guys,i'm going to add another hershey's,and then we're going to tie it up,so this one i'm going to just tie it up,with a,white string,and,just like that,look how cute that is that actually,stands out really cute i thought it,wasn't gonna stand,but it actually does now for this one am,i gonna add his name tag which i should,let me see,let's just look at it the string is a,little big but i like the way the candy,holds i think that's really pretty,so let's go ahead and add his name tag,and see how that looks now if i don't,like it i'll take it off,but if i do like it i'll keep it on oh,well that's not bad,i think that's cute to have the kids,name because sometimes the parents are,like whoa this is nice who gave this you,know,and for the rest of the string,if you want you can just go ahead and,curl it up,or cut it,so you can curl it up or you can cut it,it's up to you,i think i'm gonna curl it,i didn't have a cuter,how cute does that look and you have a,goodie bag,so i really like this idea so let me go,ahead and make the rest and then we'll,come back when all the goodie bags are,ready,real quick i wanted to show you that it,also has bats look how cool that is so,it doesn't have just spiders it has bats,and skulls,so,i thought these were cool stickers i,wanted to show you that really quick,okay you guys so i'm almost done so i,want to finish these two goody bags with,you guys just so you see,the process a little more and that's it,i am ready for so i'm doing five of,these,two of the big chocolate,whatever is random,the marker the notebook,a sticker,so i only have two left so i'm gonna add,double stickers,why not there's only two left so that's,a lucky person that's getting,double stickers,and then i'm tying it up,with the white string that you can pick,up at your dollar money by grabbing your stuff in,the dollar tree and then just adding,some good chocolate in there i think,everybody would be happy with that,at least i know i would be,as a child getting something you know,it's better than not making anything and,not sending anything to the school,which i know a lot of people do that,i know money is tight,so many different situations and,at least i made their kid happy by just,sending,a little simple goodie bag,to the kids,i do it every year,and i love doing it i'm one of those,parents that i love being there i love,volunteering i love,going to the soccer practice i like,helping,the coach,but yeah so i did end up using a couple,of these,which i'm gonna use for my other,foodie bags that i'm making soon but,yeah look at how cute they came out,so you have two types of goodie bags you,have the simple yet affordable one and,then you have the one that i added a,bunch of goodies and then i added um,candy as well so yeah let me know down,below if you're
