coming and I haven't finished my,costume I need to hide,where is she,I think everything's ready for the party,the decorations are spooky and we got,tasty food,this is gonna be awesome I'll put the,chips on the table,what's up,gotcha it's me why would you do that I,was so scared come on it's Halloween it,was only a bit of fun,oh lightning,hold me what are you doing sorry it was,just frightening I hate thunderstorms,they're so scary you need to relax just,take a deep breath it'll make you feel,better okay I'll give it a go see,everything's okay you're right I feel,better already nope,lens stop being so dramatic maybe,there's something I can do to help ah,huh I have an idea I can use these,toilet paper tubes to help Ashley I'll,start by applying glue to the tubes I'll,pour it over the lip of the tube and let,it drip down the sides once the glue has,set I'll paint the tube white just like,this now I'll add glue to a battery,operated candle I don't need a lot I'll,place the candle inside the tube I'll,make sure it's second place now we have,Candlelight there's nothing to be scared,of you're the best Mindy wow they're so,pretty and it feels safe and cozy,pretty cool huh come on let's sit down,do you feel better of course I've got my,bestie,this book is so intense oh I'm so tired,I'll make myself more comfortable I can,barely keep my eyes open I'll read one,more page,Buffet this is just what I need ah look,at her delicious I'll add some seasoning,humans are so Bland huh what's going on,I guess it's gonna be best dude,he beat me what'll I do,something's abandoned me and now my makeup is,running too,I'm gonna have to do something about,this I'll clean off all my makeup I'll,put this tissue on my cheek and then wet,it there it'll stick on its own now just,gotta make sure it all gets wet,okay and now I'll make a tear straight,down from my eye,and then I'll fold it over a bit on the,edges,there that should be good enough now,I'll use the makeup glue I'll dab it,over the edges and the tissue,and a little bit on my skin too okay,that should be enough now I'll dry it,with a hair dryer nice and warm okay,it's dry now next up makeup time I want,to use a foundation that matches my skin,tone because obviously I want to hide,the tissue so it looks like my actual,skin it'll take a little bit of work but,it's worth it especially because I want,it to look as realistic as possible okay,now for some setting powder ooh look at,it pump everywhere I love it now I'll,add it over the foundation,it looks so good now to add some fake,blood I'll put it all inside the,triangle shape I created I'll just dab,it around up to the edges,so cool now to dab with a sponge,done one side of my face I'm normal and,the other side is super scary the creepy,contact really helps sell the look too,no one will abandon me now,foreign,you're afraid to go in,finally I made it inside the Halloween,party,oh wow look at her,hey she made it inside hey hey nothing,see you later,come on I can't get this brush through,my hair,whoa that spinner is spinning oh looks,like it landed on a bride oh how nice,also I'm totally gonna win this,um whatever yes I already look amazing,the most beautiful bride,all right I better get started I've got,some of this lip gloss it's got a bit of,shine and Sparkle to it too let me start,applying this to my lips,oh my gosh she's using lip gloss so,amateurish I'll be using this deep red,color,the veil's in the way there that's,better,all right that's enough gloss what's she,doing over there,yikes she's got lipstick all over her,teeth not a good look well that's up to,her to deal with time to bring out my,palette I love all these colors I'm,trying to go for a more natural Bridal,look I can't believe she has so many,colors over there well whatever I have a,palette too it's not as many colors but,I don't need them okay time for sponge,I'll use this to apply it blue is always,a good color oh of course my glasses,uh what the heck where's all that blue,Powder coming from come on Blue get on,my face ugh now I've got blue on me too,wait this is actually giving me a good,idea that's right I need even more blue,I'll just start painting this light blue,on my skin like this I want to put it,pretty much all over my face,oh it's already starting to dry that's,great and now for my neck,and not just my neck and throat either I,also need my shoulders all right I'm,fully coated in blue next up more colors,I'll use this more purpley color on the,corners of my eyes not just the outside,either but the inside too,next up I'll add a bit in two lines on,the tip of my nose great time to change,up the color to Black right along the,purple I need a finer tip now though I'm,gonna draw in some longer lashes on my,skin but I also need to add some more,black on my nose again,and then on the inside of my nostril too,there that's looking good time to switch,to another brush of makeup still black,though I'll dab this on my cheeks and,then on my forehead too,okay now along my mouth and a bit on my,jaw too back to my fine tip pen for some,more lines I need to add them pretty,much everywhere I dab the black there we,go now for some lips though I'll need to,use this liner gotta clean up my lip,edges because of the blue I don't want,to do the whole lip with this liner just,the edges should be enough all right,time for the lipstick,okay that should be enough know what I,need next fake lashes makeup is done so,time for some hair styling nice a,beautiful creepy Gothic bride,I have a black rose here huh what the oh,my gosh I kind of don't want to look but,I gotta look,oh my gosh she's so gullible,all right I better calm her down hey,stop screaming it's just my makeup oh my,gosh you're so mean you scared me I,can't believe that's how you did your,bridal makeup such a weirdo,hold it right there stop sir come,forward please,you can go in ugh I can't believe they,let that unicorn in but not me,wait is she a nurse oh I get it I gotta,change time for some makeup,I'll start with this black and a brush,so dark I'll put it on my eyelids I want,to make sure I coat them nice and good,okay that should do it next steps I'm,gonna use this red eyeliner pencil and,line my lower lid with it it doesn't,have to be too much just a touch,and now more black on my lower lid the,black requires a bit of work to make it,dark enough and now it's time for my,mouth I'll just draw a circle around my,lips and now I'll dip this tissue in,some costume glue,okay that should be enough I'll stick it,right here on my chin I'll make sure,it's going to stay in place now I need,some more and I'll put it along the line,I drew all the way up to the top of my,lips too just gotta finish the rest of,the circle there we go it's starting to,dry and now to fill in the space with,more black my lips too everything inside,the tissues there is nice and black and,now for some fake teeth I made these by,taking fake nails and trimming them into,shape,nice and sharp and pointy and I'll put,them on the tissue on the top and bottom,for both sets of tea this is going to,turn out so good I just know it time for,more makeup I need a foundation that,matches my skin tone now I want to make,sure the tissue is Blended nicely now to,add some fake blood on the fake teeth,gotta make sure I do the bottom teeth,too,this is looking so good I'll add some,more fake blood by dabbing the sponge,it's gonna look a little like blood,spray I think just little dabs all,around should go far,okay now I'll touch up some more fake,blood trips I'll draw some drip marks,down my throat but I'll also let it drip,on its own too,I'm finally done my creepy look is,complete add in a fun costume and I'm,gonna rock it there's that security,guard who wouldn't let me in before,huh who's that over there,time to get into the club,what another nurse costume really,actually I'm more than just a nurse,oh my gosh that's terrible that's,terrifying I'm out Halloween Party Ideas 👻🎃 | Party Decoration & Set Up Ideas for Halloween Party & Halloween Treats

hey guys welcome back to my channel or,if you're new here welcome today i,wanted to share with you my halloween,2021 party setup ideas it is for my,daughter's little halloween party that,we just had i did also film a halloween,treats video that goes along with this,so if you guys want to see how i,decorate and where i got everything then,please keep watching,all right so first i'm just going to go,ahead and take down my clock get,everything nice and cleaned this is my,buffet table in my dining room i got,these paper fans from amazon they are,going to go on the wall they are orange,and black with a variety of patterns,they're super cute and super inexpensive,i will link everything that i bought,that i can down below for you guys,now i'm gonna start blowing up these,balloons i got them from michaels,they're super cute i did not use helium,as you can see i just blew them up,myself and then kind of taped them and,secured them to the wall but if you'd,like to fill them up with helium then,you could go ahead and do that like i,said i got these from michaels and it,was a super good deal i believe it was,like three bucks for these so love that,now here's a little tip if you're,dealing with these like confetti,balloons you need to create some static,so either rub your hands all over the,balloon or rub it against your clothes,and then the confetti will stick to the,inside of the balloon it works every,time can't go wrong with this,i love this little set it came with,stickers that you can make little,jack-o'-lantern faces really adorable,next i'm just going to blow up these,blue balloons i got them from michaels,as well super simple to do you're just,going to stick your straw into the hole,there and blow it up and that is it you,will just want to make sure that it's,sealed there is a piece of tape inside,and that is it guys,now this i strung up on a piece of,string and hung it up on the wall as you,will see,now we're just going to start assembling,everything,i apologize for the lighting it was,rainy and windy that day and even with,my lights it did not help so i apologize,if it's a little bit dark in places i,did the best i could,all right now i'm just going to hang up,my little boo banner like i said i,strung it on a piece of string and taped,it up there stayed pretty good didn't,have any issues,now i'm just going to start placing my,balloons around i did use double-sided,tape and it did stick pretty well some,of them i had to use,pins for but other than that it stayed,pretty good,here i got this little spider from,dollar tree i just strung it on a piece,of string and hung it from the little,nails i had there from where i hung my,clock,so it made it look like he was climbing,down,got this little paper banner from amazon,last year i will try to link it down,below,i got a bunch of these spider cutouts,from walmart i'm just going to use my,double-sided tape and stick it onto the,paper fans,alright moving on i got this little,fringe banner it is individual tissue,banner i thought it was going to be,already pre-made so i would suggest,getting something else this was pretty,cheap but it was very very time,consuming and very fragile um this is,definitely only for one season but i,will share with you guys how i did it i,just put the tassel on tied a knot,through the middle and there we go,and it hung like that now i used some,command hooks to hook it to the side of,my buffet table,as well as these little pumpkin lantern,lights i got from walmart a couple years,ago i think they still sell them i will,see if i can link them for you guys,i got this from ebay many many years ago,it is just a little table runner it is,orange and glittery it does make quite a,mess to be honest but you can use any,kind of table runner that you have,then i'm going to be using these little,spider placemats from michaels just to,get my placement to kind of see where,i'm going to put all my treats,and if you guys haven't seen my,halloween treats video i will link it,above and below you guys can see how i,made the treats for this party,now i'm just gonna start decorating i,got these trees from 99 cent store last,year as well as this sign,from dollar tree which i ended up,removing but,i did share with you guys where i got,all this stuff in a halloween 2021 haul,so i will link that down below if you,guys want to see everything i got and,where i purchased it from,just gonna be putting this creepy cloth,over my lamps just to make it look nice,and creepy,then i got these chargers from dollar,tree and we'll be putting them,underneath the felt place mats just to,make it really pop,these two little buckets are from dollar,tree i'm gonna be putting napkins and,utensils in there,as well as these plates some are from,dollar tree some are from walmart like i,said i will link that video if you guys,want to see where i got everything it,will be down below,these forks spoons and knives were so,cute from michaels i really really love,these and i still had some left over in,hindsight i should have bought two bags,because they were so cute i don't know,if they'll have them again next year but,nonetheless adorable,those cups are from dollar tree,this pumpkin i got from walmart many,many years ago they still have similar,things now i'm going to be putting the,chargers on some risers just to make it,look a little bit more elevated,now these paper straws came from,michaels they've got these cute little,bats that you can put on really easy to,do super cute,now i'm just going to add the finishing,touches i'm going to be adding some of,these bats i got from dollar tree and 99,cent store to my lamps just to make it,look creepy as well as these pumpkin,skeletons they came from the 99 cent,store,all right now here's the fun part i'm,gonna start setting up my treats getting,all my placement and get everything out,and ready to go,like i said you guys should check out my,halloween treats videos you can see what,i made how i did it and so on and so,forth,now these treats were such a big success,for my daughter and her little friend,she only had a few over so it was,perfect they kind of ate their treats,and played outside it's still beautiful,weather here in las vegas so it's not,too cold yet,i got these picks from amazon this year,super cute for the charcuterie board to,stick your meat and cheese on,now i decided to fill up the rest of,those little mini cauldrons there from,party city with candy got some pumpkins,some frogs some gummy worms some reese's,pieces some candy corn,just a nice cute little decorative touch,i'm gonna go around and take off all the,plastic from all the plates and all the,napkins so they're ready to go she had,her party the same night this was in the,afternoon so a couple hours later we had,the party and like i said super big,success kids loved it parents loved it,super adorable,now i'm just gonna add the finishing,touches add a bunch of little creepy,spiders everywhere,and this is what it looks like guys,super happy with how it came out,all right i hope you enjoyed my party,setup ideas i will link everything that,i can Dollar Tree HALLOWEEN DIYS 🎃 (cheap fall decor ideas to impress everyone!)

hey everyone it's Sara Jane with Chic on the cheap and today we're making a ,bunch of fun and easy Halloween decorations using a majority of ,Dollar Tree products I hope you guys enjoy this video let's go ahead and get started ,okay so first we're going to make a ghost that's perfect for your front porch or even the inside ,of your house and to start you'll need one funnel these come in a pack of three at Dollar Tree and ,a bucket or a planter of some kind and then just glue the funnel inside of it I'm using ,hot glue which does work well for this you just want to make sure that there is a strong hold ,and here is how mine looked next add some glue to the top of the funnel and grab a Dollar Tree ,broom handle and place the open end over the top of the funnel you may have to hold it in ,place for a few seconds while the glue dries but the broomstick should be set in place like this ,and this next step is especially important if you're going to have your ghost outside ,be sure to add some dirt or rocks or in my case some rice inside the planter to weigh it down ,next grab a bowl I found this clear one at Dollar Tree and I'm going to hot glue it to the top of ,the broomstick I love using hot glue for my projects but always feel free to use whatever ,kind of glue or adhesive you prefer and just to give you a look at what we just created basically ,it looks like some sort of floor lamp then you'll want to wrap some lights around the broom handle ,these are just plain Christmas lights and I would suggest using floral wire or strong tape ,to secure the lights then after the lights are in place you can put a sheet over the top or in ,my case this is a Dollar Tree tablecloth it's the round tablecloth that you can find in the ,party section and the ghost is already looking good but of course he needs some eyes and I am ,using some of Dollar Tree sparkly black vinyl I just cut out two oval shapes and stuck them on ,foreign how the ghost turned out I think he is so incredibly cute especially with ,the lights off he is over four feet tall and would make the perfect addition to your front ,porch to greet trick-or-treaters and this DIY is so easy I decided to make two of them and ,aside from the Christmas lights everything used to make these ghosts did come from Dollar Tree,and I am so excited to share this next DIY with you and it is inspired by this Instagram ,Creator I will have her page linked down in the description box below but she has a lot of ,really creative Halloween DIYs and other holiday decorating ideas that you should definitely go ,and check out and this one is so good now what you'll need is a cauldron I picked up mine from ,Joann's and you'll also need some sort of filler I had this Dollar Tree planter on hand so I'm using ,this but you can use styrofoam or even plastic bags you basically just want something inside ,of The Cauldron to take up space and I'm just going to glue this upside down to the bottom ,and here's what that looks like on the inside next you'll need some clear ornaments you can ,always pick up some from Dollar Tree or an even better deal are the Box ornaments from ,Hobby Lobby they are almost always 50 off this time of year and I started with two boxes of ,these iridescent ones and you just want to pull the hanger portion off of the top it should be ,pretty easy to do and once your ornaments are hanger free you can begin gluing them in place ,and you'll start by attaching the ornaments to your filler piece which of course is my planter ,and just keep stacking trust me it's really hard to mess this up you're going for an overflowing ,Bubble look so I am just gluing these on in random places once I ran out of the larger ornaments I ,went in with one box of these smaller ones and I just placed them again in random spots and ,also down the side like this to make it look like The Cauldron was overflowing and then once you're ,done you can add a ribbon if you would like but to really bring this thing to life add some fairy ,lights specifically the ones that twinkle it just makes this cauldron look so magical and it's just ,one of the cutest Halloween DIYs I've ever seen and this is my version of it there are a bunch of ,them floating around on social media I did want to be sure to share where I got my inspiration from ,but you can definitely make it your own and be creative with it I just love this project so much,foreign,the next time you're at Dollar Tree grab a few packs of black balloons and some balloon glue ,to make a huge spider you'll want to start by blowing up one of the balloons all the ,way and another just halfway and because I want to position the spider at the corner of ,my kitchen island I'm using the balloon glue to attach the balloons to both the countertop and ,to each other making sure the smaller balloon is in the front now here's a side view so you ,can see the head and the abdomen of the spider and once that's done you'll want to blow up at ,least 32 more balloons yes and I blew all of them up to about the size of a softball ,and these balloons will be the legs of the spider and really all you have to do is attach ,the balloons together using the balloon glue and one thing I did want to mention though is ,that if I did this again I would use some duct tape or some other kind of adhesive just to make ,sure all of the balloons had a stronger hold especially if I was building this for a party ,where people are going to like Brush by it or possibly touch it a bunch but the balloon glue ,does hold just know if you want to make sure your spider doesn't fall apart during your ,evening make sure you use some tape along with the balloon glue is what I recommend and I did ,give my spider eight legs and I put four balloons on each leg and then I went back and added some ,extra balloons to the back legs just to give the spider some depth so that is 35 balloons total,and here's what the spider looks like I think it already looks so cool just sitting there at ,the edge of my kitchen island but I do think he needs some eyes so you can either draw those on ,or paint them on I found this little craft kit at Dollar Tree there are little eyes inside of ,it so those are perfect I just attached them once again using some balloon glue ,and here's how my spider turned out I think he looks so good and I know he would be a huge hit ,at your next Halloween party and really he is so easy to make and pretty quick too I think ,in total this took me about an hour to create just because I did blow up all the balloons ,myself but if you can pick up a little machine or have a friend help you you can get this done ,even faster but how fun would this be sitting in your kitchen or on a table next to all of ,your food and drinks at your next party I also want to say that you can put this balloon spider ,other places as well just have fun with it here's how he looks above the refrigerator,okay so next you want to pick up some large jars I found these at Dollar Tree and they're a really ,nice size and a great deal for a dollar and 25 cents and you'll also want to pick up some of ,these window clings I've been a big fan of Dollar Tree window clings for a long time ,and I've done a lot of projects with them but basically what you need to know is that they ,stick to glass without any glue or any adhesive but if you want more of a permanent hold you can ,always add some glue if you would like but you don't need it and here I'm adding some of my ,favorite window clings to the jars and again no glue is needed which is a wonderful thing ,next I'm filling the jars with candy and usually when making gifts like this I try to think about ,the candy that I would most like to receive and that's definitely Mr goodbars and Reese's so ,that's what I'm using but let me know what's your favorite candy what did you always hope you would ,get from your neighbors in your trick-or-treat bags I always was disappointed when I got anything ,caramel I am not a caramel fan which might be weird to some people but that's it these are the ,finished treat jars and what I love about this is that we didn't do any damage to the jar so you can ,give this as a gift to someone and they can enjoy having a Halloween gift from you and then they ,can just peel off the window cling and repurpose the jar for food storage or kitchen organization ,I just love that you can make a gift that can be nice for the occasion but also be repurposed and ,I'm also really impressed with the graphics on these window clings they look like something you ,might find in Target but you'd likely pay more than 1.25 cents for the set next are some new ,bottles that I found in Dollar Tree this week and what's so exciting about these is that they light ,up and they do come with batteries so here's how they look once they are lit up and this is ,just a super easy idea for these I grabbed some poster stickers from my local craft store Dollar ,Tree does sell poster stickers but they're not as pretty as these these have some glitter on them ,and of course if you have a Cricut you can use that to make some letters as well but I don't have ,one so these poster stickers are great to have on hand to spell out words and I spelled out boo and ,then you can add the bottles to your coffee bar or your treat bar or have them out at a Halloween ,party but this is just a really easy idea and a way that you can use these new bottles from ,Dollar Tree and your holiday decor and one thing I wanted to mention about these bottles too is that ,the battery compartment is at the very top so it's really easy to switch out the batteries when the ,lights die I don't know I just always feel like that's a good thing to know so I wanted to share,for the next DIY I'm using the seasonal Dollar Tree signs but usually you can find these items ,year round they'll just have different designs or graphics on them but really ,it doesn't matter what they have on them and I'll show you why in just a second but ,first you want to glue the longer side to the square sign like this and make sure everything ,is nice and stable I repeated this two more times to make three total stands and then ,I took these Dollar Tree bowls and glued one upside down to the top of each stand,and here's what the stands look like once the bowls were on top and once you're done making ,those you can take them outside to spray paint them and I am just using a matte or flat black ,spray paint and I'm doing my best to cover up all of the designs on the sides I did want to mention ,that you can of course hand paint these but I really enjoy spray painting just because it is ,so convenient and quick but hand painting is an option too and here's how the stands looked once ,the spray paint was dry and what I'm doing here is just draping some really pretty green iridescent ,mesh over the stands and I did find this at Joanne's I just thought it was so beautiful ,but you can use whatever kind of cloth or fabric that you would like and then I'm going to use more ,Dollar Tree bowls and hot glue them together now what you want to do is make sure that you've lined ,up all of the grooves not only will the bowls stick together better this way they'll also ,look a lot nicer and I did once again repeat this step two more times to make three of the connected ,bowls and this step is optional but I used a heated knife to cut a small hole in the back of ,the bowls for lights now if your hot glue gun gets really hot you might be able to melt the plastic ,using that but keep in mind you can always put the lights inside of the bowls first and then glue ,them together then you wouldn't need a hole just make sure whatever you do that the battery pack ,is on the outside then I glued the bowls to the top of each stand like this making sure the hole ,where the lights go in is facing the back then you can add some ribbon and some hats and here ,are my Trio of witches I think they turned out so cute and which decor for some reason especially ,anything that lights up can be pretty expensive and I wanted to come up with an affordable way ,that you can make some witches for your porch or even for the inside of your house using a ,majority of Dollar Tree products I did get the green fairy lights and also the hats from Amazon ,I will have those linked down in the description box below but this project is really easy and it's ,also one that you can get creative with and make your own witches but I love how these turned out,now if you do get some of those green fairy lights also pick up some of this green spider webbing ,from Dollar Tree and if you have a cauldron on hand just mix the webbing in with the fairy lights ,it doesn't have to be pretty just make sure the fairy lights are all covered up and you can also ,fluff the spider webbing so that it looks like it's peeking out of the top of the cauldron and ,this looks so cool it creates a really fun neon glow it reminds me of The Cauldron from Hocus ,Pocus so if you're having a Hocus Pocus watch party this would be perfect to have on hand and it ,literally only takes seconds to make and you guys it really is the Sprite I don't have any filters ,on this video so definitely try this out at your next Halloween party I think you'll love it ,so I recently moved and I came across my first Dollar Tree plus section and I found these ,stackable pumpkins for five dollars now if you don't have a Dollar Tree plus section I noticed ,that Five Below is also selling stackable pumpkins that look very similar also for five dollars but ,you do get three pumpkins in different sizes that connect together like this to create a ,stack I think this is such a cool product and I thought it would be fun to give it a quick ,Halloween makeover so what I did was spray paint two of the pumpkins black the top one which is ,the smallest size and the bottom one which is the largest and I've talked about this before ,I always like to use flat or matte spray paint I just find that I like the look of that best and ,then the middle pumpkin is getting two coats of white spray paint and again keep in mind that you ,can hand paint all of these pumpkins as well and here is a look at the pumpkins after they dried ,and then to decorate them I'm taking three of these little glitter bats and placing them on ,the white pumpkin these bats are made out of a sheet of glitter foam and I tried to position ,the bats to make them look like they were flying and because they were made out of foam they give ,this really nice 3d effect once the bats were all in place it was time to stack up the pumpkins and ,see what we've created and here's what the Stacked pumpkins look like with their Halloween glow up ,I really like the Simplicity of this and it can go with lots of different Halloween decor I did ,find this hey boo sign at Dollar Tree it was also in the plus section it was only five dollars but ,it goes perfectly with the Stacked pumpkins and I think for five dollars that is such a great deal,okay so I don't know about you guys but I love Nightmare Before Christmas and when I saw these ,gingerbread foam shapes at Hobby Lobby I had to pick up a set to make some skeleton gingerbread ,men you can also just cut out some gingerbread shapes using construction paper whatever you ,would like to do I just like the pre-cut ones because they're a lot easier to use and they ,make this project so quick and all I'm doing here is just using puff paint to create the ,bones for my gingerbread skeletons now here's a closer look at the design I went with and ,here's a look at my Army of gingerbread skeleton men foreign I decided to take this Dollar Tree ,wreath form and wrap it in some yarn and the way that I like to do this is I take a long piece of ,yarn and I tie it to the wreath form and then I wrap the yarn around the wreath until I'm almost ,running out of the yarn and then I will knot it again doing it this way means you don't have to ,use any glue which is a thing I'm a fan of a lot of times when I use yarn and hot glue I ,end up burning myself but here's how the wreath form looked once it was all covered in the yarn ,and then I'm just going to glue the gingerbread skeleton men all around the wreath form ,overlapping them as I go this is already giving me all of The Nightmare Before Christmas vibes ,and to finish things off I added a simple bow but you can add whatever you would like to this ,wreath if you'd like to go with a bigger bow or maybe even add a happy Halloween sign I just ,like to keep things pretty simple and here's how the wreath turned out I think it is so ,adorable and it's especially great for people like me who love both Christmas and Halloween,foreign and lately when I've been doing my DIY videos I try to give you guys some sort ,of food idea and this is an idea that I've been wanting to do for such a long time I ,just picked up these items from Dollar Tree a vanilla and chocolate cake mix some sprinkles ,and some frosting and you'll also need a cookie cutter I'm using this ghost shape and the first ,step is to bake the vanilla cake and once it is cooled take the cookie cutter and cut out your ,ghost shapes now what I like to do is press the cookie cutter into the sheet cake over and over ,again before I pull the shapes out I just find that the cake is easier to work with that way ,and I'm less likely to tear it up but once you're done you should be left with several ,cake go shapes like this or of course whatever shaped cookie cutter you're working with then ,you'll want to line a loaf pan with some aluminum foil and take the ghost shapes and line them up ,down the middle next just mix up your chocolate cake and pour the mix into the loaf pan making ,sure to completely cover up the ghost shapes follow the baking instructions on your cake mix ,mine took a little over 20 minutes to bake and then let that cool and frost it and here is how ,the cake turned out with the ghost on the inside you guys this cake is so much fun to make it is ,so easy and it's really impressive looking it's guaranteed to be a hit at your next Halloween ,party just tell all the kids that the cake is haunted and then cut it open trust me if I can ,make it you can make it and I hope you guys do try it it doesn't have to be a Halloween cake it can ,also be a Christmas cake it can be any kind of themed cake that you want with whatever kind of ,cookie cutter that you have on hand but if you guys do try Quick and Easy Halloween Party Decorations to Impress Your Friends/Halloween DIYs

hi welcome back to the distressed,princess and episode 7 of the halloween,crafting series,today's video is all about simple,classic halloween decorations that you,can make so easy and on a budget,if you're thinking of having a halloween,gathering this year maybe just a few,friends over for a scary movie and some,dinner these are the perfect decorations,for you,you'll want to scour your local goodwill,stores and thrift shops for whatever you,can find that could easily be,transformed into some classic halloween,decorations all with just a coat of some,black paint so i started with these wall,sconces and,they of course were hideously dirty,so i had to clean everything first then,i went on to this,cloche is i'm not really sure what to,call this thing i'm calling it a cloche,because that's what i'm gonna turn it,into but is it like a mini little cheese,dome thing,and then i found this nice,good size wooden sign this one was only,two dollars,all of these items i found so cheap and,they're going to make the perfect,halloween decorations,starting with some black chalk paint,and i'm going to use the rust-oleum,frosted glass on the globe parts of the,wall sconces for two reasons,one because i think it'll look creepier,and two because i was unable to get the,old candles out of those globes without,breaking them so i'm trying to hide,those old candles a little bit with the,frosted glass,the frosted glass dries really really,quickly so within an hour i was ready to,go on with my project and that would be,decorating my sconces i chose to use,some halloween bows that came from the,dollar tree,but its twist tie on the back isn't long,enough to go around the sconce to twist,it and keep it secure so i'm extending,that using a tinsel stem also from the,dollar tree,and there you have the first very simple,halloween decoration and i think it's so,classic it's something you would,actually find in a haunted house i think,and i just love the pair of them,the cheese dome that i painted black,i stuffed with some moss from the dollar,tree and i put a random styrofoam,skeleton head that i just had laying,around and he becomes the centerpiece,for this wood sign,now turned riser,now i really think that the moss would,look a lot better if it were more,scattered and spread out a little inside,a little outside of the dome but i have,a cat that would eat that and it would,cause major problems so mine has to stay,kind of stuffed and nested up inside,there,then i used a,wreath that i got at the target dollar,spot last year but you could use any,wreath from the dollar tree and just,paint it black especially a wispy,grapevine type wreath,then on each end i used these wine,glasses from the dollar tree they had,this black set of dishes this year that,i adored and knew right away i would use,them for halloween so i got the two wine,glasses and i also got the wine,more,tall stemmed wine glasses and i also got,a few drinking glasses just so that i,could drink out of them,yup and here he is this is the reason,why i can't have my moss all scattered,about like it really should be,here's another idea if you have any,spiders from the dollar tree or the,dollar general store,but the ones from the dollar tree have,these clips on them that you could just,add a little final touch to your wreath,and put these little spiders and they,also have bats,and just clip them right onto the wreath,and make it a little more detailed,and to go a little further you could put,some of that moss inside of the wine,glasses with your tea lights like i said,i'm not able to do that because this,little kitty cat would try to eat it and,so instead i'm going to use this,shredded up paper that you get at the,dollar tree i figured if he did get a,piece of this paper at least that's more,digestible,and that was so easy to put together,this classic halloween centerpiece,tablescape with so little effort and so,little money,i actually wound up using my wreath in,another location you might have already,spotted it so here's the final result,without it and i did just for pictures,sake scatter that moss out a little more,and,this is how it looked,check out the link in my description box,to shop in my amazon store where you'll,find all my favorite craft supplies,and home decor items on a budget,on to the next classic halloween,decoration and it's using one of the,stemmed wine glasses well actually a,couple from the dollar tree some of that,tinsel stem and some more of those,clip-on spiders,simple simple easy peasy i don't even,know that this could be called a diy,it's just easy decorating just wrap that,tinsel stem around the bottom of the,wine glass that way there's something,for the spider to clip onto and then,attach the spider and you're all done,if you make enough of these for your,guests to use these spiders since they,already have clips would be perfect for,holding wine glass tags,this one may be my favorite one of the,bunch today it's using a picture frame,from walmart it was only four dollars,and this pad of,plastic images it's kind of like x-rays,that came from michael's,is the image that i chose to use there,were so many great ones to choose from,but this is what fit inside my frame,best so it's as simple as taking,everything out and cutting this picture,down to size to fit inside,the only important thing in this project,is that there needs to be a piece of,white paper behind your x-ray film or,your faux x-ray film so that it will,show up and i just used the,paper that was already inside the frame,i just turned it over so that the,walmart tag didn't show and it worked,perfectly you could stop here if you,want i mean that's like a five minute,project that took little to no time at,all but i wanted a little bit more,embellishment so i'm going to,go over those raised parts of the frame,with some black chalk paint with a foam,brush it's really easy to dry brush that,on and it just highlights those little,scrolling embellishments around the,frame and makes them look a little,creepier,and here's another really super fast,idea just using this skull cup that i,got at the family dollar store but they,have cups like these in different shapes,and characters and if you want yours to,be all black to match the rest of your,theme just spray paint it we're not,gonna need the straw or the lid so just,get rid of that we're only going to need,the hole in the top of the head and that,is to turn it into a vase and put these,flowers from the dollar tree inside,you could stop right there and that's a,totally classy halloween look but i,wanted to do a little bit more detail,and use up these halloween stickers that,i had from the dollar tree and so i'm,going to use the chalkboard tag from the,dollar tree i'm gonna put a halloween,sticker on it and i'm going to hot glue,it to the side of the skull's head,and he is the perfect complement to the,centerpiece that we made earlier to go,on your table,and here i'm going to use one of the,wonderful black wire baskets from the,dollar tree that you can think of so,many uses for and,i think it's pretty halloween just the,way it is it could use just a little,detail,so all i'm going to do is put some of,these halloween bows with the nice,little skulls in the middle i'm going to,put them right onto the basket it's easy,to do because they have these twist ties,on the back and you just slip them right,through the rungs of the basket and,twist them into place and you're good to,go,aside from this being just a cute,decoration you could actually use this,basket to put some treats inside or even,use it for a bread basket at your,halloween get together,in this one i'm going to make some,luminary bags using some black gift bags,from the dollar tree and some more of,that x-ray film type stuff from michaels,all you need to do is cut squares out of,the front and back of the bag so i just,used a piece of cardboard cut it down to,the size square that i wanted it to be,and used it to go around with my utility,knife,and that cut both the front and the back,at the same time and you have the same,size openings on both sides,however doing it that way although,quicker does cause the side parts of the,bag to get cut so i had to fix that and,i decided to use some black duct tape,and this actually worked out great,because the duct tape helps the bag,stand up nice and straight and it works,better as a luminary with that support,next you'll need to pick out your images,from your little faux,x-ray image book and this book,thankfully has,every image has two of them so you want,two of the same and that gives it a,really,three dimensional maybe four dimension i,don't know what what's the difference,between three dimension and four,dimension,i don't know but it looks really really,cool when you have the same picture on,both sides and you also want to put them,inside of the bag both facing the same,direction,i measured the width of the bag which,was exactly seven inches that way i knew,exactly how much to cut off of the,images to fit perfectly inside the bag,i used hot glue to secure the image on,the inside of the bag at the top part,and then on the bottom part i just used,a piece of scotch tape,and the plastic image is held together,really well inside of there,then do the same thing to the other side,now if you weren't able to get your,hands on any of that really neat x-ray,looking film from michael's here's,another idea use one of the treat bags,that are see-through made of the,cellophane from the dollar tree and you,could tape that inside in its place and,that would be really cute too,and of course only use the battery,operated led candles not a real flame,i messed around this year and i wasn't,able to get my hands on my very favorite,halloween decoration which are these,bats that you can put everywhere on your,house so i decided i would make my own,with my cricut machine and some black,cardstock paper now if you don't have a,cutting machine you of course can just,use a template that you print off the,internet and cut each bat out by hand,with scissors now i'm going to attach,them to my walls using some double sided,tape that i got from the dollar tree,and then i like to bend the wings in,just a little bit on each side to give,them a little movement,and is there any reason why anybody,wouldn't love these bats i just love to,put these bats everywhere all in my,house when it's halloween time,now that the decorations are all taken,care of let's talk about lighting,besides just getting to sit back and,enjoy these really cool creepy lights,yourself wouldn't it be awesome to have,people over and show off all your,decorations with all this really cool,backlighting,i got this seamless multi-color lighting,effect using the govi strip lights that,are led,they have so many functions it's,unbelievable you can make them do just,about anything you want them to govi has,an app that you can put on your devices,that controls the brightness of your,lights the color of your lights and in,the case of these strip lights you can,choose what segments of the light you,want to be what color so if i wanted,this very first color to be red i just,click on that one and say red if i,wanted this one to be purple i can make,it purple there are so many options and,different ways to use these lights,for halloween a simple red backlight is,so creepy,plus how fun is this the govi lights,will sync up with your music so if,you're having a party it makes it so,much more fun,if installing strip lights isn't your,thing govi also has a really neat floor,lamp that has even more options than the,strip lights do,hubby and i were really impressed with,all the things that this light can do it,can go from like festive party type mode,to calm and serene that kind of reminded,me of watching a lava light,the govi lights have all kinds of,presets that can go from all kinds of,occasions to whatever mood you're,feeling and i think i'm just going to,put it on the halloween setting,this setting reminded me an awful lot of,the vacancy sign at the bates motel,my kitchen is my witchy room,this halloween so i wanted it to have an,eerie green kind of glow so the govi,lights i used in here are installed,up under the edge of my kitchen island,just like the other govi lights i use,the app on my phone to control these by,the way all of the lights are all in one,app it's very simple to control them,just using my phone and i can make them,do practically anything i want,the set that i used for this is called,the govi glide wall light and the really,neat thing about this set is it comes,with a curved piece so that you can go,around curves and corners,these lights all come with 3m command,strips on the back so mounting them,anywhere is very very easy,they are also compatible with google,assistant and alexa so they can be voice,activated,and don't forget after halloween here,comes christmas and they have all kinds,of lighting effects for that holiday as,well,and after the holidays are over these,lights can be used just normal soft,white light,so i will leave links well hello there and welcome back to my,channel today we are going to be doing a,major cook with me for halloween i'm,going to share all my favorite little,recipes that i love to make for my kids,whether it be for their lunches or for a,halloween party i got you covered today,so we're gonna be doing about probably,12 different recipes today i'm going to,be throwing together a wonderful cook,with me,and decorate with me and then i'm going,to take you to raley's where we'll be,getting my favorite halloween must-have,which is,penguin dry ice that's right guys we are,going to be using penguin dry ice to,make our halloween extra spooky this,year so before you guys get ready to set,that table and invite all your friends,over definitely head out to any type of,grocery store you can actually head over,to penguin dry ice their website and you,can actually look up by your zip code,where you can find it it's super easy to,find but we're gonna be using it today,and i cannot wait to get started with,this video i wanted to say thank you to,penguin dry eyes for sponsoring today's,video and let's get cooking,so the day of any type of party i like,to get everything i need done either the,day before or the morning of so this,particular day i want to get everything,set up ready to go before i start,cooking i already know all the recipes i,have and what i need to cook them so i,already have that kind of prepped up in,the kitchen but i want to get the table,where i'm going to be prepping and,serving everything for our guests,totally done and ready to go so by the,time i'm done cooking everything is hot,and i can just throw it on the table to,get started i'm going to be using some,gorgeous mesh i found,on amazon i will link it down below and,then this adorable little house which i,love,that i found from michaels and then all,these other little parts i've either,always had or i have either acquired,this year if it's new and i can find a,link i'll put it down below if not i,will,point to the right direction of,something similar so what i like to do a,lot of times when i'm doing a nice kind,of buffet of any type i like to layer,things high and low and kind of tuck,things in especially since it's,halloween i want to be super spooky so,i'm going to be tucking all kinds of,things in and then i'm using a lot of,space for my penguin ice it's a big part,of this video today is i love decorating,for the holidays especially halloween,things are so spooky and i love to take,my decor to the next level that's kind,of my jam so,i like to use the fog to kind of create,a really spooky feel and it's going to,really bring this whole thing together,so before i get started cooking i'm just,going to put all the finishing touches,on this table and then i will drop the,ice and it will become the most epic,halloween table ever but before we get,into that let's get cooking,so to get started i'd like to do my,cupcakes a day or two ahead of the event,i'm having or if you're making these,cupcakes for your kids school or whoever,i would suggest doing these a couple,days in advance before any type of event,one thing i love to do is buy white,frosting from the store i like to put it,in my own piping bags that way if i want,to do a couple different colors i'm not,making a ton of frosting at home and it,also holds a little better so i would,highly suggest if you are buying like,let's say i'm using a dark chocolate,black frosting here i couldn't get my my,frosting this dark so i would use the,piping bags that you get at like target,or walmart or wherever and then put it,in your own piping bag that way you can,put your own tips on the end just a,little hack i like to have i throw them,in the refrigerator and i use them for,about a week depending on the different,things i have going on all our kids have,different activities at school so i like,to just kind of have them on hand but,anyway i'm going to be using a vanilla,cupcake with some white frosting and a,chocolate cupcake with some black,frosting i'm going to be making these,adorable ghost cupcakes i love this this,is actually a really really easy recipe,just use any type of store bought,cupcake get them all done and you're,going to be taking a little bit of,fondant i love this i just think it's,really fun to use i've used it in many,of my videos i used to be super super,afraid of fondant i thought it was,really hard to use and now i know the,trick to it it's really about,temperature and how you roll it out,once you kind of get this in a circle,we're going to cut just a simple round,you can use a cup or really anything i,just picked up whatever was near me and,you're going to want to make just a,simple circle,then when you have your cupcake what,we're going to do is use,probably,three times as much frosting just in one,little area on top of the cupcake kind,of forming a peak and then we're gonna,take the fondant and put it right over,the,cupcake and it's gonna make the perfect,little ghost body then from there we're,gonna put on two little black eyes and,we're gonna set those aside to dry,i just gotta know if you're gonna leave,so once you have those little cuties,finished and you're gonna let those dry,we're gonna set them aside and we're,gonna get started on our really spooky,graveyard cupcakes this is a super easy,recipe so we're gonna take the chocolate,cupcakes that we've already made and,covered in black frosting we're going to,ground up just a little bit of oreos i,just take the filling out of the middle,and ground it up i've done this for lots,of other recipes and what i like to do,is really get this nice and coated,with the oreos this is going to create,kind of a dirt effect which i really,love i i seriously you can throw like a,little tractor on top make a little,tractor birthday party i just love how,oreos can really transform a cupcake but,we're going to just dump all of those in,there and then i'm going to be using,these really cute little tombstones i,found at target and i'm going to be,writing r.i.p on them and i'm going to,be adding some really cute touches to,this nice and spooky to go with our,ghost cupcakes,i wish i had a little more time with you,baby,time to figure out what this could be,i just love how these turned out they're,so cute and just really create a really,spooky vibe and i love those little,bloody bones i just think they're so,cute so now that we're done with those i,have a couple little cupcakes left over,so what i'm gonna do is just put a,little bit of white frosting on them,and add a little bit of kind of i have,this like really,great red frosting i picked up at target,and i found these really cute kind of um,knives that i want to add in here and i,thought it'd just be kind of fun to have,like murderous cupcakes so we're going,to put a little,knife in here i'm going to add a little,bit of bloody frosting on here and just,kind of call it a day if you're looking,for something super simple this took me,about three minutes to make so i highly,suggest this if you're looking for,something really easy,so now that we're done with these i'm,gonna let them dry and set them aside,and get started on our graveyard,brownies this is actually an insanely,easy recipe just make any type of,brownie i did this in a 13x9 pan,and i'm going to be using my tombstone,cookie cutter and i'm going to be,cutting out as many tombstones as i can,once i'm done with that i'm going to be,melting down a bunch of black,chocolate melts in the pan behind me and,i'm going to be adding them to each of,these you could honestly,just leave these the way they are and,take a little bit of white frosting and,write r.i.p on them but when i finish,this recipe and you definitely have to,wait till the end of this video because,this whole thing will come together in,one whole vision,but um i wanted to be able to have them,stand up on their own if they were just,a brownie they'd get a little bit weak,so i'm going to be using this um,these chocolate melts to actually,fortify the brownie to make them nice,and strong so i can stick them up into a,spooky graveyard,once you have them all brushed out and,they've had a little bit of time to dry,go ahead and take your black,frosting and write rip or any kind of,fun message you would like on top,so our next recipe is beyond simple,we're just going to be adding a little,bit of that leftover chocolate milk to,some oreos i'm going to be stuffing in,some cute little bat wings and some,eyeballs and just make these little,vampire uh oreos i love this it's so,simple but the way it all comes together,on the tablescape just looks so,delicious,so our next recipe has to be one of my,favorite if you guys have been following,my channel for halloween you know i'm on,a whole hocus pocus kick so i wanted to,attempt the hocus pocus spell book and i,absolutely love how this turned out i,don't know if it's just the way this,brownie just kind of melted but it does,totally look like human skin so anyway,we are going to be adding a little,eyeball i'm using the black frosting to,kind of create the look of,winifred sanderson's,spell book and i added in,some really fun details the snakes on,the side,and then some fun stitching to kind of,look like it's bound by human skin or,whatever they say in the movie so i just,kind of,took the tip of this and i actually,instead of going through,the frosting i kind of created going,over the frosting which i think really,created more depth to,this brownie but tell me in the comments,down below what you guys think,i just love how this turned out you,could probably do little mini versions,of these it's so easy to make but i just,think they're so cute so the next recipe,is our mini pepper poppers i'm using a,mix of jalapenos and just some little,mini bell peppers to do these obviously,our kids aren't going to want to eat,jalapenos but i'm going to show you kind,of how to do them they're really simple,i'm sure you guys have seen them all,over the place but i'm going to be doing,the jalapenos use gloves with these,because when you hollow out the seeds it,releases all the spicy stuff that gets,in your eyes it's just yucky so you,definitely be using um gloves you're,going to also need gloves later in this,video,because we're going to be using some dry,ice but i'm going to be using a little,bit of cream cheese mixed with some mild,cheddar you could use any i know kobe,jack is another really great one but i,prefer cheddar with my jalapeno poppers,and i'm going to be using a little bit,of pepper i'm going to mix all of that,up and then evenly,put the,mix inside each pepper i love this it is,so easy to make and it's so delicious,once we're done with that i'm going to,be taking some crescent rolls and just,making some little strips to create our,i know mummies did you wrong wish i,could take your pain away cause i hate,seeing tears streaming down your face,i know you're strong won't feel this way,for a long time,just let it out,so when you're adding your crescent roll,strips it's really great to leave a,little opening around the eyes i will,show you a trick on how to tuck the eyes,in there later but it's so easy if you,just kind of leave that opening there,and then if it breaks don't worry about,it just kind of connect it underneath,because that's going to be the really,crunchy part that's so good so go ahead,and wrap all of these to create cute,little mummies and then we're going to,bake them prior to baking them we are,going to put a little bit of egg wash,which is i use two eggs with about a,half a cup of water i mix it all up and,then i'm gonna paint that on the peppers,and bake them for about five to ten,minutes depending on how long it takes,until things are nice and golden and,cooked,so once they're done i'm just going to,go back to my little eyeball kit and i'm,going to tuck in the eyeballs what i,like to use is a little toothpick to,kind of pull back,the crescent roll and tuck the eyes in,that's what gives it a really authentic,look i've noticed if you push the eyes,all the way to the open part they just,kind of look strange so you want to kind,of tuck the eyeball underneath to give,it that really cute look,so our next recipe is so simple it's a,jack-o'-lantern stuffed pepper this is,really the simplest recipe i think we,have today but you're basically going to,take you know those kits you get for,your kids to cut their pumpkins,yeah super simple we're going gonna grab,those and we're just gonna cut our,peppers like they're pumpkins this could,not be easier while this is happening,i've got some ground beef some rice and,black beans on the stove and i'm gonna,be mixing that all up and throwing it,inside of these i really like that,mixture it goes well with this and it,also is kind of when you pack it down,inside it keeps it from falling out so,what i'm going to do is cut the top off,of this scrape out all of the seeds and,kind of the white part that's inside,and then we're going to be filling these,up but before we do that we're,definitely cutting in some really cute,spooky faces,so a couple tips i have here is make,sure before you get started with a bell,pepper that it is a bell pepper that can,sit upright on its own it's not one,that's gonna topple all over and then,when you go to cut the face in try to,find a flat side i found a couple bell,pepper i was actually very lucky this,particular day,we have six people in our family so i,had six bell peppers and i was able to,find a bunch that were nice and big that,could sit up on their own and also be,large enough to have a nice face now if,they're super um kind of,a little wonky on the sides you're going,to have a hard time cutting a face into,them nicely so just bear that in mind,when you're looking for bell peppers but,i'm going to go ahead and do green ones,orange ones and red ones once i'm done,i'm going to add their little hats back,in and i am going to start packing them,full of their yummy yummy filling,another tip here that you could use is,if you can cut these ahead of time go,ahead and chop them up into little bits,and throw them into your ground beef and,rice mixture i'm using a spanish rice,and i'm also using taco seasoning in the,meat so it has a very taco salad vibe to,it and taste but if you wanted to you,could actually reuse all of the stuff,that you're cutting out of the bell,peppers within this i gave mine to my,chickens as you guys know we have,chickens and i just wanted to kind of,spoil them this day so i gave them my,little trimmings but you could do either,or but i just think these turned out so,cute don't forget to pack them down when,you're putting them in there that's,what's going to keep this from falling,out the mouth,so our next recipe is also super easy,we're going to take some of that,leftover rice and bean and,meat mixture and we're going to be,making some monster tacos i like to use,the kind of stand-up tacos this makes it,really fun and easy and i like to use,things that are malleable so that i can,kind of make them do what i want but,since i want the top of this to be super,dark i'm going to be starting my taco,with the light colored cheese i'm going,to be adding in the lettuce,then i'm going to be adding in our meat,and bean mixture then i'm going to set,them aside to put our spooky eyes on in,a little bit,for our next dish i'm going to be making,a spooky cheese plate i am so excited,because this is the easiest thing you,can do so if you're doing a halloween,party and don't want to do all the extra,kid stuff this is a simple go-to,to kind of wow any guests coming over to,the house,to get started i'm going to be making a,witch's broom stick so i'm going to take,some you can really take any cheese i'm,using just a simple string cheese and,i'm going to be cutting it into thirds,i'm going to flip the block over and cut,it into thirds again so it kind of makes,the broom part,then i'm going to take a little chive,i'm going to wrap it around the top just,to kind of create that effect of a,broomstick then i'm going to cut a,little hole in the top of the cheese and,stuff a pretzel in it this couldn't be,easier and couldn't be more delicious,so the next one might be one of my,favorites you're basically going to take,just a basic brie roll we're going to be,using our tombstone cookie cutter and,i'm going to cut two tombstones out of,two different free,wheels now i will say when you go to cut,these off we want to keep these edges,we're going to be using them to stick in,all kinds of spooky silliness so don't,throw those away we're going to be using,them again so i like to use that,obviously you're going to see that the,cookie cutter is not going to go through,the,cheese by itself so you're going to want,to use a knife to kind of sharpen up,your edges,once you have that done you can pretty,much write anything you want on here i'm,going to write rip on one and on the,other i'm going to be adding some spooky,knives and more blood just to make it,kind of like a murderous tomb,i wanna do it all,with you by my side if you're in meet me,here tonight,be brave and come along,so just say yes choose to do whatever,comes next,so for the next thing i'm just going to,take these little mozzarella pearls i'm,going to be adding a little bit of olive,oil,and some crushed red pepper i usually,will do this anyway just because i think,it's super delicious but i'm going to,mix those all up and then i'm going to,be adding just some fun little halloween,toothpicks and i'm going to push those,into,those pieces of brie that we cut off,earlier and just kind of stage them,around the cheese place,so now that i have everything on the,cheese plate i'm going to add a little,bit more blood just to kind of create a,spooky effect and we're all done,the next recipe we're going to do is a,pumpkin shooter this is super easy and i,wish i had had time to do this with my,cricut i should have used some um,vinyl to just kind of create this,pumpkin face but i didn't have time so,you're gonna have to bear with me but,i'm just gonna use these little glasses,i'm going to use a sharpie that i know,will come off in my dishwasher and just,create some spooky little faces on here,and i'm going to be filling them with my,pumpkin soup recipe i will link it down,below i shared it with you guys last,year in my,harvest cook with me and it's a very,simple amazing recipe i also add a,little chipotle to it so it's kind of,spicy but i'm just going to be adding,some pumpkin faces on here and we're,going to get those on the table,so now that all of our recipes are done,i'm gonna show you how everything turned,out i just think these ghost little,cupcakes are so cute i absolutely love,them i'm gonna be using them in the,house i love these little rest in peace,ghosts that i'm going to be adding to a,really cute,uh graveyard i love these murderous,cupcakes they are so delicious and these,bats are so cute,and then this,literally is still sitting in my house,my kids refuse to eat it because they,love it so much,i thought it turned out super cute the,cheese plate was gone first so good each,little bite was devoured by all of our,friends and our neighbors and so to get,started i'm going to just be adding each,of these into all the little parts of,this tablescape i love this house again,i picked it up at michael's i just think,it's super cute i'm going to use it for,other things but i think it just turned,out really fun then i'm going to take,our graveyard cupcakes i want to add,them to this cute little tray i picked,up from michaels as well and just kind,of create what could look like a nice,spooky graveyard and then from there i'm,going to start filling in the rest of,this table with all of our bites tell me,in the comments down below what do you,guys think about everything how do you,think this tablescape turned out and are,you excited to see our penguin ice make,this table come to life,i wish i had a little more time with you,baby,time to figure out what this could be,so now that it's time to eat i'm just,gonna use a little dollop of daisy and,i'm gonna add some cute little bloodshot,eyes to these adorable tacos and then,i'm gonna use a little bit of hot sauce,down the middle just to kind of give it,a bloody effect but also something,that's not super spicy i think these,turned out super fun,i should do this for the kids and their,lunch,i wanted to add something where the soup,sits up high i didn't i was gonna put it,in the tear tray but it ended up looking,cuter here so i'm just going to use,these little cauldrons i picked up from,the dollar spot and then put our little,soups inside and then i'm also going to,use some larger cauldrons that i picked,up from michaels that are for actually,making soup and i'm just gonna add our,little bell pepper jack-o'-lanterns i,just think these look so happy every,time i look at them they just put a big,smile on my face,for the tombstone graveyard i'm going to,be adding a plate i'm going to be,pouring a bunch of oreos inside to give,it again that dirt effect and then i'm,actually going to be using some,toothpicks to put behind the tombstones,rather to create kind of a standing up,effect i didn't know how to get them to,stand up without using more of our cream,but i thought it'd be easier to do it,this way and it actually turns out,perfect,just,so now that we have everything in place,i want to do a quick once over so you,guys could see it before i get out our,penguin ice to really bring this to life,but i just think this turned out so cute,you really can not go wrong with any one,of these recipes they're very easy,nothing too challenging just simple,stuff you can make at home even if you,were just going to make these and throw,them in the kids lunches or little cauldrons,and some spooky little this jack,lantern's awesome i just add a little,bowl in there that kind of houses the,dry ice and then i add a little warm,water to these one of the things i love,about penguin dry ice is how it can,transform any type of decor even if it's,not halloween but it's just something,kind of fun and spooky,i just love the way you can really go,any limit you want whether it be just a,little spooky or totally over the top,which is what i love,penguin dry ice is the way to go,again like i said in the beginning of,this video you can check out their,website i'll Planning Another EPIC Halloween Party! (Haunted House Theme)

hey guys what's up it's Raven I am,planning two Halloween parties this year,one that's gonna be more cutesy and kid,friendly you know for the kids but,another one that's going to be a scary,creepy haunted house party for my,friends and I so I wanted to take you,guys along for the process of planning,these parties all of the prep the,Pinterest inspo the shopping the DIYs,that I plan on doing the food and drinks,everything like that especially for the,haunted house themed party because if,you know me I am a self-proclaimed,themed Queen I have been throwing a lot,of themed parties recently I've had two,Halloween parties in the past and I like,to go all out when it comes to the,details so for this haunted house party,I am going to be transforming my whole,house into a haunted house so if you,want to see how I pull it off just keep,on watching,so step one of party creating is,shopping of course I mean besides the,general plan you gotta go shopping and,get all the things I already showed you,guys some of the shopping at the first,initial stores that I went to in a,previous Vlog so check that out if you,haven't seen that I went to Walmart,Target Michael's at home but I did not,go to Hobby Lobby or the Dollar Tree so,that's where I'm going now starting with,Hobby Lobby they always have a lot of,seasonal stuff obviously and stuff for,DIYs I do have like a mental list of,certain types of decorations that I want,certain DIYs that I want to do like a,vague mental list but I kind of like to,just go to the stores see what they even,have get inspired by that and then kind,of like go from there y'all as soon as I,walked into Hobby Lobby I realized slash,remembered that I don't think Hobby,Lobby believes in Halloween I don't,think that aligns with their religious,views because they definitely got,pumpkins and turkeys for fall for,Thanksgiving but they didn't not have a,single skeleton ghost witch nothing,Halloween related every other store,already has their Halloween stuff out so,I'm pretty sure Hobby Lobby doesn't,believe in Halloween you learn something,new every day anyway I'm at Dollar Tree,now again I just want to see what they,have if anything I want to start getting,like little stuff for the kids so let's,see so right off the bat Dollar Tree,definitely has cute Halloween stuff,foreign,where Hobby Lobby lacked Dollar Tree,packed I literally was trying to Vlog in,there but then I was like wait hold on,let me put the camera down because,there's a lot of stuff in here that I,want to grab I'm gonna do a little bit,of a haul don't look at my hair don't,look at me okay so I definitely found,stuff for both the kids party and the,grown-up party I found a lot of good,stuff Dollar Tree always comes in clutch,can I just say that don't shoot Walmart,and at home during the holidays those,are like my three favorite places aside,from just like ordering things from,Amazon online which I still haven't even,looked online for anything this is just,like my first round of stuff let's just,go through so for the kids party it's,going to be four children Zaya Malachi,Alaya and Levi that's our little,tradition I just always get Sadie and,Taylor and the kids together so I always,just get stuff for four kids so from,Dollar Tree I got these for Halloween,buckets bigger buckets for bigger gift,baskets this time last year I did like,little smaller little goodie bags but,this year I just wanted to do something,a little bit bigger and cooler since the,kids are getting bigger so each kid will,get a different bucket and then to fill,the buckets I got some stuff so I got,four different little kids sippy cup so,we had like a Frankenstein a skull a,Jack-o-Lantern and a vampire I also got,these little stretchy gummy toy candy,filled orb so it's like a little toy but,it has candy inside and I got four,different ones one for each bucket I,also got a pack of glow-in-the-dark,vampire teeth this is way more than I,need but I'll put like one set of teeth,in each bucket then I got this pack of,Halloween necklaces perfect because it,came forward to a pack so I'll break,that into each bucket I got a pack of,these little Halloween spin top things I,got four sets of Halloween stickers all,different ones I got this this little,game thing I also got these little cup,Bowl things I'm sure these will come in,handy for one of the snacks that I serve,at the kids party as well as these cute,little candy trays a purple one an,orange one and a black one I'll use,these to serve snacks at the party I,always like to do something for the moms,as well last year I got some little,plastic wine glasses like this this year,the wine glasses say feeling pumped so I,got three for us three moms and then,I'll probably try to find something like,extra to like stick inside the wine,glass as a little mommy goodie bag these,little spiderweb bowls in Black they,were just in a different part of the,store not sure what I'm gonna use these,for because the holes are pretty big,like even if I try to put chips in here,like the crumbs are gonna fall through,so I'll have to see like maybe I'll use,it to just hold like candies or bigger,things I don't know but got two of those,these can be used at the kids party but,also I feel like I can use it at the,haunted house party too because it's,like not too cutesy looking also for the,kids party I got the these cute little,pumpkin skewers so I'm gonna serve some,sort of snack with these skewers and I,got a set of glitter bats and last thing,these little LED tea light candles are,good to put inside of your,jack-o-lantern after you're done carving,it to make it light up on the inside so,I got four of those one for each kid and,then for the haunted house party I,actually did find a lot of good stuff,first thing I was really excited to find,were these little syringes I saw these,used a lot with the spooky Cocktails so,like filling it up with some sort of red,liquid like grenadine syrup and then you,squirt the liquid into your drink to,make it look like you're putting blood,in your drink so I got a bunch of these,to use for some sort of cocktail bloody,cocktail type thing I also found these,napkins which really went with the,haunted spooky theme so these are the,napkins for the haunted house party then,I found these plastic glasses with the,black skeleton and hands going around,them some with stems I cleared the whole,store out of the black ones with these I,was able to get five of them with stems,and three of them without stems I'm,gonna be going to a different Dollar,Tree location at some point to see if,they have more because I would like to,have at least I would say at least 12 of,these because I think I might use these,with these and I have 12 of these I know,I'm not going to be able to get enough,for everyone at the party because I'm,probably gonna expect to have 20 to 30,people at the party I doubt I'm going to,be able to procure 20 to 30 of these,cups but I'm gonna see how many I can,get by checking other locations I know,you can also order stuff online Dollar,Tree online is only bulk orders they,make you order like a hundred of each,item in order to order it I'll check but,usually it's a pretty big minimum like,too many than I need so I don't know,we'll see I also found these little,plastic eyeballs they're kind of like,just like little beer pong balls almost,they look like eyeballs I also saw these,used with cocktails or punch bowls if,you have a big bowl of punch and you,have just like little eyeballs floating,in the punch so I thought that would be,cute for a drink at the haunted house,party then I got two sets of these,skeleton hand like serving spoons like,tongs basically you're supposed to use,it as like tongs to pick up the food so,this will be perfect for the food layout,at the haunted house party I also got,this little Skeleton Man because I saw,where somebody did like a charcuterie,board and it had a skeleton laying on,the board and it kind of looks like all,the meat and cheese was like his guts,sit him in some food lay him with some,food something like that I got three of,these skulls this is just to kind of sit,around as extra decoration as well as,this sign that says beware as well as,all these big spiders got two bigger,ones and then two slightly smaller ones,I got these little danger beware keep,out signs I can stick these in the two,plants that are on either side of my,front door like stick them in the plant,pots that'll be cute I got these little,metal candle stick holders which are,actually kind of like this could be this,could be on a regular day I'm lucky,because if I buy simple black stuff I,can't use it around my house because I,have a lot of black decor around my,house so some of the stuff I might use,after Halloween but I have two spooky,candlesticks that I need a holders for,so this worked out perfectly I got some,caution tape and then I got a bunch of,black tablecloths I might use them as,tablecloths to cover up some of my,surfaces but I also feel like I might,use them as like curtains almost like,have it covering some of my windows or,doors or some kind of way like hanging,up to just give it more of that black,spooky Vibe around my house because my,house is so white trying to turn a White,House into a haunted house you really,need to incorporate more black so I,thought this might come in handy in some,kind of way we'll see just got a pack of,black silverware to have for the party,yeah that's pretty much it for Dollar,Tree this is all only from Dollar Tree,just now so here's a little Overlook of,everything that I just got at Dollar,Tree just now I got a bunch of stuff you,guys that really came in clutch and like,I said I'm gonna be going to another,Dollar Tree location because I know this,is not even everything that I could have,gotten I'm just going to kind of,consolidate this stuff for now and kind,of keep two separate piles one for the,kids party and one for the haunted house,party also while we're here let's go,ahead and do a Walmart Michael's and,Target haul because I never showed you,this stuff that I got a few days ago,like I said I feel like I always hit the,jackpot at Walmart as well as Dollar,Tree so first thing are these bleeding,candlesticks so essentially they look,white but when you light them and they,start dripping they start dripping red,so it looks like they're bleeding so I,have two of these which is why I got,those two candlestick holders from,Dollar Tree to put these in then I also,got some little spooky Decor pieces this,little hand that's kind of like Palm,readers astrology type hand again this,is cute like I'm gonna put this in my,office to just have after Halloween,because like I have a lot of these types,of things in my office and then I also,got this light up crystal ball this kind,of goes together and then also this,little glass jar with a bat on top I,don't really like this little label that,came on it so I was planning on taking,that off I need to remove it properly,but I'm gonna peel that sticker off and,just have this I could put some of those,little eyeballs in here and make it look,like I just have like a jar of eyeballs,sitting out some fuzzy spiders these,ones are more gray the ones from Dollar,Tree were Brown and then spider web this,stuff goes a long way as far as just,like overall making your place look,spooky you just like stretch it out and,the more you stretch it the more stringy,it gets and you could just like drape it,over stuff I've used it before in,previous years I have some left over,from previous years but I just got a lot,extra because I'm planning on like doing,this whole general area of my house so I,knew I was gonna need a lot of spider,web as well as stuff like this so I,don't know if y'all can see in the,picture how they just have this fabric,just kind of draped Across The Mantel,and then here's a different white one so,just draping across the furniture,draping across the cabinets I got this,black skull picture which I thought,would be really cute to serve something,at the haunted house party I probably,should have got more than one of these,if I remember correctly maybe they only,had one left so I might need to check a,different Walmart location to see if,they have more because usually if I'm,doing cocktails or something or build,your own cocktail I have like a few,different juices or something so I feel,like I could use this for that also for,serving food I got these trays I got two,of these ones that say Bon Appetit which,are very like on cleaning as well as two,of these plain black filigree Gothic,vampire looking ones I just got this,sign that says welcome to the afterlife,because I felt like I just hang this,somewhere in my house a lot of the other,signs and stuff like this were very,cheesy and cutesy but this one felt more,like a real haunted house so I got that,and I believe the last thing I got from,Walmart was just this little pink tutu,to start building ziya's pink fairy,costume with then from Michaels all I,got was this Set uh for spooky shifting,portraits so depending on how you look,at it it's innocent and then it's scary,so there's four different ones so these,will take a cool Gallery wall I could,probably also just go to the thrift,store get some frames print out some,spooky pictures to add to this to really,make a gallery wall of course the ones,that I print out will not be shifting,but I could just get like pictures of,The Addams Family pictures of skeletons,pictures of zombies and like frame them,to like add into this to make a bigger,Gallery wall so I'll probably do that,like just get thrifted frame spray paint,them black or something that'll be a,good quick cheap DIY and then lastly,from Target I got this giant 10 foot,black spider web just because I have,white walls and I putting this inside so,I wanted it to pop off of the white,walls even though real spider webs are,white and they did have a white one I,wanted the black one then I also got,this bigger piece of spooky fabric just,like the other ones from Walmart but,this one's black and bigger and then I,got these packs of plastic spiders like,a bunch of tiny little plastic black,spiders I don't know if y'all can even,see in there but there's literally 150,of them in here and then 25 these are,assorted bugs so there's like centipedes,and worms and spiders and so this is to,go with this stuff because once I spread,this stuff out it's really easy to just,like stick these on that you don't even,need to attach them they kind of just,like Velcro on because you gotta have,spiders for your spider webs and the,last thing I got was this big plastic,skull Bowl to either put candy in you,know I could put chips I could put some,sort of food that looks like a brain,that's what I should do make it look,like his brain is coming out and have,that be part of the food for the haunted,house party that's what I should do with,this but that's everything I got from,Target so that is my whole haul so far,but I still want to look online on,Amazon and stuff and I still want to go,to Spirit Halloween if I can find one,near me okay it is September 30th I am,so proud of myself because it's not even,October 1st October 1st is tomorrow and,I feel like I'm very much ahead of the,game I just spent the whole first half,of my day finalizing my Pinterest boards,so I have all my info saved and then I,went ahead and made a list from that,Pinterest board of actual list of here's,what I plan to do for decorations here's,what I plan to do for the food here's,what I plan to do for the drinks and,here's what I plan for any other little,random extra stuff there's my plan,that's pretty much how I do it it's a,combination between just being inspired,by Pinterest coming up with my own ideas,and being inspired by things that I see,out in the stores since I did already do,some shopping so I have my main plan,together for the party I also want ahead,and put together a separate Pinterest,board of costume ideas that go with the,theme when I did my birthday party I had,a dress code of neutral Resort Wear and,I put together a Pinterest board to,scent alongside the invitation so that I,could let my guests know like hey yes,there is a dress code but I wanted to,just give this to you so that you have,ideas of what to wear so you're not like,confused or stressed about what to wear,so I want to do the same thing for this,party and give them some Halloween,costume inspo I'm definitely going to be,dressed on theme I just placed my order,for all of my stuff for my costume I,wanted to go ahead and order it early,just in case certain things don't work,out or I need to replace or get extra,things all of my stuff should be getting,here within about a week so I'll be able,to actually show you guys but for now,here are just the pictures of the items,that I ordered I'm gonna be doing a,whole separate video about the costumes,that I'm doing this year because I still,have to work on ziya's costume and my,other fairy costume to go with Zaya's,costume so I'll probably do a whole,other video about diying those and also,be able to show you this vampire costume,kind of more put together in that video,as well so stay tuned for that back,again with another haul I went to a,different Walmart location and a,different Dollar Tree location because,every location has different things in,stock I've learned that over the years,you've got to go to a few different,Dollar Trees and a few different guadal,bars to get what you need so I don't,know if I should do it by category or by,store I guess by store would be the most,helpful I'm thinking that I'm gonna be,posting this video early enough in,October to where it might actually be,helpful if you're still shopping for,your Halloween stuff so let me just tell,you what I got from each store starting,with Dollar Tree again you can always,get party supplies from Dollar Tree like,cups plates forks knives little trays,and bowls and all types of serving stuff,for your food so I got black cups I got,some candy for the kids party I got this,it's not Halloween related but I use,this dry my makeup I needed a new one of,those I got latex gloves which you will,see will come in handy for a little DIY,I got this from the five dollar section,it's a light up statue it's a spell book,with a light up skull it's just a little,statue I thought it was cool I got a,glow in the dark Skeleton Man the other,one was not glow in the dark I got a,skeleton bird which I did not see at the,first Dollar Tree I got glow-in-the-dark,skeleton hands that you stick into the,ground so it looks like the skeletons,are coming out of their grave I got two,of those I did not see these at the,first Dollar Tree either more skeleton,hands which I had already got some the,first time but I just got more I don't,know why it says Spoons on here because,these are literally Forks but they're,little baby forks and I got these for my,eyeball cake pops that I want to make I,got these two sticky gummy blood things,that you can just like stick onto your,window I thought about getting fake,blood and like actually dripping it and,actually like you know get the blood put,my hand print on there right with it but,I don't know how messy that's gonna be,if it's gonna like mess up my windows if,I'm gonna regret doing that so I felt,like this was a much safer cleaner way,it's not as realistic obviously but like,it gets the point across it's pretty,realistic I got two of these metal pizza,pans and three pool noodles which are in,the garage which are for this candle DIY,that I want to do and then I got two of,these tombstones I got the most scariest,ones they had different ones that were a,little bit more cutesy but I just got,the ones that were actually more creepy,and then I got four of these face pieces,of this is what they're called they're,like little plastic things you can stick,it in the ground or use it for whatever,I got four pieces they like hook,together if you want to make it longer I,thought I could use this either inside,outside using it a few different ways to,give it that haunted house feel and I'm,glad that I went to Dollar Tree first,because after that I'm went to a,different Walmart location to look at,what they had and I noticed that Dollar,Tree had better deals on a lot of like,the same stuff so like the little,eyeballs that I got from Dollar Tree,they had them at Walmart but they were,like three times as expensive at Walmart,but these other Tombstone kits from,Walmart so like this one is a set of six,tombstones I also got this was six,dollars where did I buy this this was,six dollars at Walmart it's another,blood spatter window sticker thing to go,along with the other ones as well as,this one is like a whole door cover of,blood splatters this is just some spooky,spiderweb garland that was like a dollar,fifty so not bad I got these from,Walmart which I thought were super cute,they're little coffin boxes that say,Happy Halloween like little gift boxes,so I got these because I want to give,out prizes at my party for like winning,the game or winning the best costume and,stuff like that like I plan to give out,gift cards and stuff so I thought this,would be a cute way to package up the,gift cards and like put some candy with,it or something as the prize and it's a,coffin and I'm gonna be dressed up like,a vampire so like it works and there's,four of them which I think will be the,right amount I got a tube of vampire,blood for a dollar to do my vampire,drips for my costume I got this glass,skull decanter it's like you could put,potions or liquor in here and I like I,honestly for everyday use if I'm being,honest but I thought it was cool for the,haunted house party oh I got this stupid,little bat why did I buy this see when I,get home when I'm in the store it's just,like it's all a blur we just put things,in the cart but when I get home and I,look at it in my at-home lighting I'm,like why did I buy this this I'm excited,about it's a projector light thing and,it projects a red spider web and it says,it projects up to 18 feet big and IT,projects downwards onto the floor so I,was thinking from my haunted house party,if I can somehow attach it to the,ceiling fan and it points down then,it'll like project a big red spider red,like all across the whole living room,which would give them really cool,effects mix in with the other lighting,and stuff that I have planned I want to,do like strobe lights and different,lighting and like have it be mostly dark,but with strobe lights and then also,have like a fog machine going so I feel,like this mixed into that would be,really cool I got these gummy I goals,because I did not see them at my other,Walmart location so I just wanted to,grab it while I could I don't know what,I'm gonna use these for but I'll either,use them at the kids party or mix them,into the adults food I don't know and,then I got this for the kids party it's,a cutesy little jack-o-lantern,tablecloth and that is today's haul okay,so today is September 30th tomorrow is,October 1st which is technically the,accepted day that you can still put in,Halloween decorations out but since I,just got back from the store I feel like,we can be a few hours early because a,lot of the stuff that I bought is not,just for the day of the party it's stuff,that I can just have out for all of,October for spooky season to just have,my house decorated and then it'll,already be mostly decorated by the time,we get to the party so certain things,like these little figurines can just,already be put into place like that it's,subtle but it's there and then for these,bloody handprint things I was definitely,wanting to use some of them on this,mirror and then some in the main,bathroom mirror that party guests are,going to be using so it's kind of like a,little surprise I want to eat it,okay so here's the beware blood splatter,it's not bad it's a bit small for this,mirror I mean I guess if you think like,it was somebody riding with their finger,I guess it's the right size for that,it'll be fine it'll come together when I,get more decorations in this area I,think or I might move it to a different,thing I don't know but that's that and,then for these other two sets I can put,them in here in the powder bathroom the,party is literally 30 days away so why,am I already doing this but like I said,it's just spooky season in general it's,fine okay here's this mirror done I put,the help I put one hand print and then I,actually put the other hand print down,here because it's still looking it stuck,really well to the sink so I thought,that was kind of a nice touch look like,you're falling down or crawling boozy no,okay so this is the other window decal,looking handprint thing I got from,Walmart these splatters look more,realistic but I don't know if the way,they go on the window is gonna be more,realistic I just want to like test one,out I want to do like a lot of stuff to,this main window here and I don't have,it fully planned out yet so I'm gonna,wait but I just want to see how these,work I'm gonna tell if it was like a,white border or a clear border but it is,clear so that's what those look like,they definitely have a very visible like,border around it even though it is clear,it's like very visible so that makes it,look super fake but I mean okay so from,this direction like that looks more real,but if you catch it in the wrong,lighting like that it looks super fake I,wonder what it looks like at night time,though because the party is definitely,going to be after dark so it might look,better at night time there's that I have,a whole big sheet of them so I'll,probably just scatter these around,another thing as far as planning my,haunted how house party now I remember,I'm doing two separate parties I'm doing,a little kids party on one day and I'm,doing the adults haunted house party on,another day for the adults haunted house,party I'm thinking back to my Ravens,Resort birthday party and what really,made that party cool to me was the extra,aspects of people that I hired I hired a,DJ I hired a bartender I hired massage,therapists to do massages and I actually,hired help with the decorations like the,balloon people that to me took the party,to a Next Level and I kind of want to,bring that same energy to this Halloween,party not so crazy because it's like,this is going to be a smaller guest list,it's just Halloween it's not my birthday,so we don't need to go crazy with it but,I was trying to think of someone that I,could hire something special that I,could bring into the Halloween party to,just add that type of flair after,talking to my friends going through a,few options I landed on wanting to hire,some sort of performer so it's Halloween,it's a haunted house Halloween it's,adults only it's not for kids so we,don't want anything corny and cheesy I,thought about a magician but not like a,let me show you some card tricks kids,birthday party magician more David,Blaine Chris Angel creepy spooky oh my,God that's dangerous thrilling type of,magician because that goes with like the,scary spooky thing right or a fire,performer so if you've ever seen those,people who like twirl the fire around a,hula hoop with the fire swallow the fire,swallow swords like something dangerous,and freaky and thrilling like that I,think would be really cool because it is,adults you gotta do something that's,really gonna impress and freak out the,adults you know what I mean there's a,lot of stuff you can do for kids but for,adults it's a little bit more tricky so,I searched high and low online for,anything along those lines thrilling,magicians fire performers sword,swallowers oh and then I also searched,for tarot card readers Palm readers,psychics people who will do like,anything astrology anything fortune,teller I know that's like kind of,problematic like not don't want to be,proud problematic with it because y'all,know me I love astrology I love stuff,like that I actually believe and respect,stuff like that so I don't want to like,be disrespectful in the sense it's like,oh it's scary Halloween Palm Reader,let's like I'm not trying to make fun of,it like I would want it to be like real,but like also go with the spooky theme,so that was kind of a toss-up so I was,more so leaning towards the magician,fire performer thing searching high and,low y'all know I'm limited to what's,available in my area which is not the,best area for this type of stuff I found,one magician who is able to do thrilling,type tricks I explained to him the whole,vibe and what I'm looking for he said he,could do it he doesn't look sir if you,ever see this video I'm sorry from his,pictures and his videos he looks,friendly and like he looks more like I,don't know I'm nervous about it because,I just really don't want it to be like,corny like our little on my friends to,be like what the heck is this but I'm,leaning towards hiring this one magician,guy so we'll see stay tuned right back,and then the next thing that I'm wanted,to incorporate into the party this,doesn't involve hiring anyone but again,an activity you need something to do,like at my birthday party something to,do was to go and get a massage for this,I came up with a murder mystery game now,there's murder mystery parties that you,can have the whole theme of the party is,murder mystery people dress up to go,with it and it's like this whole big,long game we're not doing that but I did,find a different version of a murder,mystery game that you can play at a,party that's a lot more simple easy to,follow and it's basically just like this,thing you explain the rules in the,beginning of the party and you're kind,of playing the game throughout the party,and it gets people to interact with each,other and have fun and like there's,little like things that you have to do,and blah blah blah I think it's going to,be really cool because it's a haunted,house everybody's dressed up in these,spooky scary outfits it's like who's the,murderer is it the Frankenstein is it,the zombie is it the vampire I think,it's gonna be fun there's a few little,props and things that I need to make to,go with the game and of course I'm gonna,make them with the Haunted House theme,but but I'm excited for that so that's,another thing to stay tuned for the Vlog,of the party to see how the magician,turns out and how the murder mystery,game turns out is it going to be cheesy,and corny and my friends roll their eyes,or is it going to take the party to the,next level we gonna see okay so today is,October 4th so far I have made a tiny,bit of progress with the general,Halloween decorations around my house,not much I'll show you more of what I've,done in a minute I've made zero progress,with making DIY Halloween decorations,and I've made not too too much progress,with all of our costumes I purchased,everything for my vampire costume so,that's pretty much good and I just now,purchased a good amount of stuff for my,fairy costume to match desire and a,couple of things for her part of the,costume but I'm gonna have to make like,so pretty much so ziya's costume from,scratch I think to get the look that I,want and that she wants and I'm gonna,have to like make parts of my costume as,well but you know making a little bit of,progress with the costumes overall but I,just pulled up to Spirit Halloween like,I was saying I wanted to come to this,store because it's probably the biggest,most stocked store with the most,Halloween stuff I would guess I mean,I've never been to one in this area,before so I don't know we're about to,see we're about to find out what type of,stuff they have in there what are the,prices looking like is there anything in,here that I feel like I need either just,for my general around the house,decorations for my scary haunted house,party for the little kids party extra,stuff for our costumes we're just gonna,go see so let's see,foreign,Spirit Halloween in a second but they,put out more different stuff look at,these little like coffin bowls I don't,know what I'm gonna use these for but,I'm going to use them for something with,the food at the haunted house party and,they have these different eyeball props,which I already have an idea for these,little tiny spiders to just sprinkle,around this is for shots like these are,little tubes another one of these all,right y'all one last haul for this video,and then we're gonna get into making the,DIYs and setting up more stuff around,the house I've got a package from Amazon,this includes a couple little things for,my costume which I will show you guys,more on that in my next video vampire,teeth accessories jewelry for my Glam,pyre look oh this looks complicated this,is I think there's 40 of them in here a,little blood bags like blood transfusion,bags that I'm gonna put a red drink,inside of they're not real blood,transfusion bags they're specially made,to put drinks inside of like for parties,I'll put the picture here so you guys,can see what I'm talking about but I got,the blood bags with the labels and,everything it looks kind of complicated,it looks almost like it is a real blood,transfusion bag but I don't know,hopefully it's not too hard to fill,these up for the party I did also just,place a whole nother Amazon order today,just a few more decoration pieces a few,more little things for me and Zaya's,costumes but you guys will see all that,stuff later but then as far as what I,bought today from the Spirit Halloween,we in store I got this which is the big,mama version of the little Dollar Tree,skull fence pieces that I already got so,this is just three pieces like bigger,skull fence which I haven't decided if,I'm gonna use it indoor or outdoor we'll,see just to make my house look even more,like a haunted mansion and then I just,got two more things I got this little,automatic hanging spider it's actually,pretty big so you put batteries in it,and it's motion activated so like when,somebody walks past it it'll like you,know fall down and then it like crawls,back up the spider string which I,thought would be a nice touch because I,bought a bunch of spider web stuff a,bunch of little fake spiders so I'm,definitely gonna have a lot of spider,webs going on so to have one that moves,to catch people off guard that's gonna,be the ticket right there and the last,thing I really was like should I get,this but I couldn't pass it up this is a,five foot collapsible Black Coffin so a,pretty much almost full-sized coffin but,I liked it because I was planning on,maybe diying a coffin out of like,cardboard or something like that and,just like making my own little coffin,prop if I make it out of cardboard it's,going to be this big taped together,thing am I gonna keep it am I going to,use it next year is it gonna hold up is,it even gonna look good to begin with,this is something that's like hopefully,gonna look a little bit more realistic I,want to try it out actually and it's,collapsible it just folds up into this,little thing and it's like reusable you,know what I mean so I can fold this up,easily store it easily like pull it out,every year which I thought was smarter,than trying to like make a big cardboard,DIY thing you know now this was 37,that's why I was like should I really,buy this because I could definitely make,one like I said out of cardboard but,um some assembly required,oh okay a little disappointing not gonna,lie you have to put the little sticks in,it to hold it together I thought it was,gonna be black why is it like purple but,it like opens so somebody could get in,there if they wanted to I don't know,what does this work 37 Maybe not maybe I,regret this purchase after that I went,to Walmart to get more stuff that's,already like my fourth time going to,Walmart for Halloween stuff but they put,out new stuff which I already showed you,a couple of things that I got but I got,supplies to do this DIY that I saw on,Tick Tock I'll put the tick tock here I,got this bag of bones so it's like a,skeleton but all in pieces I got a pack,of orange string lights and then I got,my handy dandy Loctite spray foam which,if you know you know I have gone through,countless cans of this or DIY,decorations but I am going to be doing,this DIY to make Bones on fire it's just,a spooky looking thing of Bones being,burnt and my idea was to make it and,then put it in my little fire pit thing,that I have so it'll really be really,realistic like I have bones in my fire,pit either outside on the patio I,haven't decided yet if for the haunted,house party if the outside patio is,going to be like part of the party or,not or if everything's just going to be,inside but either way I'll either have,that be with like stuff on the patio or,I'll bring it inside and set it up,somewhere inside but I think this is,going to be a cool DIY coming up next in,my next video I'm going to be showing,you guys all the DIYs that I am making,for the Haunted House theme as well as,how I'm kind of styling all of my,store-bought Halloween 2020 Party Decor + Props! | Haunted House Tour (⚠️SUPER SCARY!)

hey guys it's vaughn and today i'm,really excited because i'm going to,share with you guys my,halloween decoration house tour i'm,calling this a haunted house store,because that's basically what it is i've,created kind of this elaborate,layout of decorations because one i'm a,halloween enthusiast i've kind of,created kind of my childhood,halloween fantasy with these decorations,but also i'm having a halloween party,this is probably the creepiest halloween,decorations you guys will see on youtube,probably in the history of youtube,so i am giving you guys a disclaimer,right now if you are watching this video,with small,children if you are faint at heart if,you really don't like really really,creepy scary halloween decorations,this is not the video for you so i just,want to warn you guys now so no one is,caught off guard,alright so if you guys want to see super,creepy halloween decorations then stay,tuned,okay guys so here we are we are in my,foyer we're going to start the tour,right here,it's got to jump out at you because it's,the first thing you see when you come in,so we've done some light decorating on,the staircase we have our,life-size um skeleton creature here i,actually got this thing from walmart for,25,so if you guys are looking for life-size,posable,skeletons definitely check walmart at,the top of the staircase up here i have,like this miniature kind of ghoul,hanging,i got my lanterns you guys will see,lanterns all throughout the theme here,because lanterns are so creepy and cool,if you need them to be and i have my,hanging ghoul here you guys i have my,creepy girl who's sitting on top of a,tombstone,and she's really cool because you,actually plug her in,and she speaks she says really creepy,things i'll show you guys later what she,says,but it's really cool because her eyes,light up and all that so i thought this,was perfect to put by the front,entrance because it's motion activated,so as people are coming in she'll be,like,freaking them out so that's going to be,really fun and i have another bone,character right here sitting on the,bench i wanted this bull to hang,because i wanted to kind of cover up,some of the more like welcoming pleasant,kind of decor and you guys will notice,that throughout the theme but i want to,cover up some of that homey stuff so,you're really convinced that you're in a,haunted house you don't want to see a,bunch of like,bright lively things also a lot of the,decorations that you guys see we have,from last year and we had it outside so,we decided to bring it inside we did not,decorate outside at all,so everything was brought in for the,party and then this,girl this creepy swinging girl you guys,i am so,excited about this piece most of the,ghouls that you see the girl on the,tombstone the hanging ghouls,i got from party city but this,particular figure i got from,spirit halloween and she actually comes,with a swinging mechanism to help her,swing but i opted out of that because,i'm like that's a little too much that,is not necessary,so we decided to just hang her from the,top of the staircase so she's hanging on,to those bouncers up there,and she looks mad creepy and i love this,right here in the walkway it's going to,creep people out it's going to be so,awesome,i just love that she's kind of like,life-sized,so that makes it even more believable,and creep people out because of the fact,that,she looks like she can literally just,hop off this thing and be a real life,person so,it makes it even scarier all right let's,go into the dining room,so this is probably my favorite part of,the house as it relates to really any,type of seasonal decor you'll notice,that i removed all of the,chairs out of here because it was just,not necessary,and it was kind of thrown off my bike a,little bit but also when we do the party,i really don't want the chairs here i,want people to be able to,come in here and get the food because,this is where all the food and drinks,are gonna be so i put the chairs in the,garage they're fine,um i left one out and i covered it with,a,bed sheet you guys so i covered this,chair so that it could look a little bit,more dark and gloomy and i put one of,our life-sized,skeleton figures on it and it looks so,creepy and it's kind of like inviting,you to come,over into the dining room and get,something to eat all i did also you guys,was on the back of this chair i added,some of the creepy cloth,and you'll notice that i have a lot of,creepy cloth all throughout the house,and i love,this stuff because it really makes,things look creepy,you can also use this for like pirates,of the caribbean type of scenes or just,anything where,you're trying to convince people that,the scene is old something's old,something's aged,so this creepy cloth is awesome just to,keep in mind to check the dimensions on,it before you buy it because,sometimes you'll open the package and,it'll be a lot smaller a lot less cloth,than you thought,so anywho let's come here to the table,you guys i have it set,like this for now but it's going to,change for the party so i just added a,creepy,lantern here which is really cool once,it's lit up i have this cantaloupe that,i got from,hobby lobby and we added black candles,to everything i swapped out all of my,white candles for black because black is,so much creepier,i got the candles from amazon this is,one of my,older thrift store finds i usually use,these gold handle holders for christmas,but i decided to bring them in for this,spread and it worked,so well as you guys can see because it,gives you kind of like that elegant,old castle gargoyle um 18th century,type of decor especially for something,creepy like this so i think it worked,out great,a lot of this stuff the bones and this,stack,of skull heads they actually lights up i,got all that stuff from walmart,even these little hanging skeletons here,i got from walmart these glasses are,really cool,and creepy as well and i'm actually,going to be using these for the party,they're not just for decoration,i think i got these from home goods i,actually got these from my aunt felicia,glass vases i guess you could call them,this is more for like you know seasonal,decor you could use it for anything and,i decided in this case to stick some,limbs in it so i had these around the,house as well,i think it was super cool to put the,hand down in there because that way it's,not just laying flat,it's standing up straight and it also,looks kind of scary because in a glass,jar so it makes it seem like,it's like in a lab or something like,that so i thought that was pretty cool,i also added lots of spider webs you,gotta have spider webs for your creepy,haunted house,scene so i put spider webs all over this,chandelier you guys i hate dealing with,these spiderwebs they're a must-have but,i can't stand putting them up because,it's like so difficult,and it's also kind of rough taking them,down but,i had to have them so i put them all,over the chandelier and i think it,really adds a nice touch to the table,now come on back here i want to show you,guys what i did with the buffet table,now before we get started on the buffet,table i want to show you guys that i do,have these strobe lights all over the,floors you probably notice it in the,foyer,next to my little girl sitting there,these are going to look really cool once,it gets,dark and the lights are down and you,kind of see this kind of creepy,flickering light so i'm going to show,you guys that in the end so keep,watching because in the end i'm going to,show you guys what all this looks like,at,night and it's going to be optimal at,night trust me but here is my buffet top,i kind of have to set up for the party a,little bit you guys because i got my,little,plastic dollar store creepy glasses out,already and then some of the shot,glasses that i got i did get this creepy,tree,from walmart it's so nice when it's lit,up i'll show it to you guys at night i,got another one of my limbs over here,on the back here i got some spider webs,and some creepy cloth hanging now you,guys know that this was um,an area of family photos they were black,and white but i wanted to kind of,take the attention away from the family,photos a bit because that's really not,creepy enough so i found these,photo decals at party city you guys i,pretty much just have those,covering some of the family photos there,and then the other ones you can't see,because they're covered by spider webs,and creepy cloth and in the middle here,i'm just using one of these,styrofoam tombstones this one has a,gargoyle at the top which i think is,super,cool so i have that one kind of in the,middle covering that photo in the middle,now over here i want to show you guys,these props that i got off amazon,they're like fake,poison containers these are so realistic,looking you guys it's real glass i love,the labels and the little cork at the,top,and these also come with screw-on lids,so you could use these for,actually holding like real liquid that,you plan on drinking we are not for my,party,but they're really cool to have so i'll,put the links to everything i can find,in the description box you guys,i'm definitely gonna be using my,stainless steel ice bucket and i already,have it set,up for the party so i ordered these,blood bags off amazon that you can fill,up with any type of,bread drink it's got the nice straw,right there these,actually come with straw closures and,like i said i got them off of,amazon and i'll put the link below for,you guys but we're definitely going to,have these and i plan on having them,like,sitting on top of the ice for the,party's gonna be so cool okay now let's,move over into,the formal living room all right so this,is the formal living room you guys at,first i wasn't even decorating here but,i decided let's go ahead and do it,so i started off with some spider webs,on the channel there as you can see,this door leads into the family room and,i didn't want to use it,for this occasion i didn't want anyone,opening this door because i have some,decorations on the other side,that i don't want move so i decided to,do something creative,and trick people into thinking that this,is all part of,the vibe so i found these wood planks,that kind of gives it that boarded look,and you guys they sell these at walmart,and they're really affordable,it comes with its own adhesive so i just,kind of have those attached on there and,i also,found this like caution tape at spirit,halloween store,and these fake chains on the doorknobs i,got from,it was like a pack in walmart so i just,laid those on there so that it can,really have that,look of really trying to keep people out,as though something creepy is happening,on the other side,over here i just decorated with some,more creepy cloth and spider webs i,found this beware,you know blood dripping um effect at,walmart so i put that up on the mirror,you'll notice i have the spider webs and,creepy cloth kind of attached to the,wall i'm using my 3m,hooks to do this you guys i didn't use,nails or tape and i found these,pillowcases on amazon i bought these,like,early in september can't go wrong with,80s horror i love that this one has like,all the,best of the 80s you know you got your,jason your freddy,your michael myers you got your leather,face so i thought this was really really,cool and then you know charles lee ray,you know my boy i grew up on this um,this 80s horror stuff so,gotta love it so that's the sitting area,there now let's talk about this,coffee table in the center here these,limbs are really cool because they are,black limbs,okay i'm really excited about these,because they look so realistic,these bottles that i created you guys i,made these myself it was super easy,all i did was soak off the labels on,these and then i spray painted all them,to be black because i didn't want them,to,look like wine bottles even that's what,they are so painting them black just,kind of made them look a little bit more,arbitrary,then i added the creepy cloth and some,twine that i had laying around,and for this one i'm actually going to,make it look like something is spilling,out of it so i do have this,glow-in-the-dark slime,that i'm going to use i'm not going to,use it until the day of the party,because i don't want anne to mess with,it,and i don't want any accidents but i'm,going to have it looking like it's,pouring out of this bottle,and then i have this hand here just kind,of on the bottle as though someone just,chopped it off so i got my,meat cleaver right here so i'm just,going to create kind of a creepy,scary kind of deadly scene over here i'm,going to have my lanterns lit it's going,to be so cool,now let me show you guys the family room,follow me,so here in the center coffee table i,just added a tablecloth that i got from,i think party city i don't even remember,then i have a ouija board you know i,could not have,a halloween party without having a ouija,board we probably won't play with it,it's just here for decoration and then i,added some more black candles,another limb and i brought in some more,of the gold candle holders and then you,guys i found this book,on amazon this is so much fun this is,handbook for the recently deceased you,guys may recognize this from the 1980s,beetlejuice movie and actually one of my,friends is supposed to be coming to the,party as beetlejuice so she's gonna,really love seeing this,and then i haven't done much to the bar,i will do more for our party i need to,stock up my wine as you can see,this is the cool thing i wanted to show,you guys i found this welcome to,camp crystal lake frame at the spirit,halloween store and i have a,fun idea for this but you have to watch,my halloween vlog to see,more 80s paraphernalia i got this elm,street,street sign i wanted to serve the drinks,out of some cool,containers so i found these glass jars,on amazon with the cork i added some,twine and these stickers,basically the stickers i ordered from,amazon in a separate purchase but they,are made to look like a little witch's,potion or something so i'm going to make,these drinks,different colors like green red purple,to make them look like different potions,over here by the fireplace my favorite,part i wanted to,incorporate the fireplace without having,to turn it on because i don't want it to,be too hot in here plus i want it to,decorate,inside you can't have the fire going for,that so i went ahead and found some,red string lights on amazon and i popped,those in there so they could look like,fire and be creepy,then i have this guy this is a little,ghoul,right looks like a zombie and the mouth,is actually capable of blowing out fall,it connects to a flock machine but we,probably won't do that for the party i,haven't decided yet and then i got these,two pieces here that look like the,opening of a fence or a gate,so i just have those propped up there,with some spider webs and then i got,some more tombstones up here,and strobe lights one of my favorite,aspects of this,decorating in this room are these little,bats that i got off amazon you guys i,really love these they look like bat,silhouettes and i love the idea of,having them,um position to where it looks like,they're escaping from the fireplace i,think that's really cool,so i have them going up the wall kind of,some of them on the bookshelf unit here,and then they're,up on the ceiling kind of dispersing out,like they're flying,out of the fireplace i think that's just,the coolest thing,this bull hanging on the door it's kind,of tucked into the door jam that's why i,didn't want this door to open from the,other side but i think that's,a really cool addition as well right,watch when i turn the light off this is,what happens,love it,this place is kind of scary for you,all right you guys that's it for my,haunted house halloween decoration tour,i hope you guys did HALLOWEEN 👻 PARTY PREP CLEANING & DECORATE WITH ME 2020

beautiful welcome back to the channel,today,it's a amazing video i'm actually going,to be sharing it with you guys as a,vlog style uh we are getting ready for,the halloween party tomorrow well it's,not today but it will be tomorrow you,guys are seeing it today on friday and,the party will be tomorrow it is going,to be halloween,so i'm hosting a party at my house with,our family members,and i have to get prepared with all the,food decorations,games and all that fun stuff for the,kids so halloween is not canceled at my,house,uh so if that's something you guys want,to see then just keep on watching,this will be the area that it's going to,be decorated for,mainly all the food and like all the,main decorations those are,empty boxes and i'm gonna do a diy on,those and,all of these it's like the halloween,decorations extra decorations that i,have because,i've already decorated some of the areas,in the house,but we are also going to be decorating,some of the doors or pretty much all of,the doors around the house,because we're doing like an indoor,halloween or,indoor trick-or-treating for the little,kids and then my,older kids and my husband and all of us,the adults we're gonna be like,inside of the doors and the kids are,gonna be knocking,like trick-or-treating so that's,exciting and plus,all of the decorations uh my,sister-in-law she's gonna be helping me,with two doors,and then all my sisters and all of them,are they're gonna bring,like stuff like food and stuff like that,it's gonna be more of a potluck,but i still feel like i have to decorate,it a little bit more creepier,um i kind of didn't wanted to do that at,the beginning but my sister-in-law she,was like,you should put all the decorations,inside so that's what we're gonna be,doing,um all of that stuff in the corner it's,mainly for like the outside but i'm,gonna be using it in here,and yeah so let's just continue,we're gonna start making some bats and,actually i have already had,a few but i feel like i need more and,i'll probably gonna end up with,extra but i will try to figure out how,to put it,around the house i kind of do have an,idea,on how to put this one i actually wanted,it to put one,like a row at the entrance by the house,but then i started using some in the,main,area right here where i'm gonna start,brooming,you guys will see at the end but i still,wanted to make a lot and actually my,sister is also making,um more bats in case we need extras you,never know and plus the kids whenever,they're here though they could probably,play,with the extras ones as well i'm gonna,start brooming and mopping,this area so that way i can kind of,prepare it,for uh the decorations i actually,didn't had a plan well i kind of had a,plan already but,everything started changing when i,started putting all the decorations,and again uh my best friends for all of,the ideas on,how to decorate it was uh pinterest,and uh tumblr i have like a lot a lot,tons of ideas on how to decorate and i,kind of wanted to get a few,ideas all together do at the beginning i,wanted to do,like all one theme but then i wanted to,get advantage,of how i have an empty space,on this side like i have no furniture at,all so i wanted to take that,um advantage of the area and so,what i did is i decorated all three,walls,different styles so the first wall was,all witch's theme and what i used for,the back,drop was all crepe streamers all black,ones,in uh most of the decorations that well,pretty much,all of the decorations that i used in,here were from the dollar store,with an exception with a few of them,were from walmart and some of them were,from lowe's,i did use the double-sided tape,sticky dots that i also bought at the,dollar store,those work perfectly for this but later,you will see,what a hassle i had with one of the,walls um,they just didn't work they are really,really good,for tiny items and for things that are,not too heavy,but if they're too heavy they're just,not gonna work now,you guys see me that i put them all the,way to the top of the ceiling just,because,i feel that if i do my backdrops all the,way to the top,it's going to look much nicer and it's,just going to look more taller,once i was done putting all the,streamers i started brooming again,because of all the double-sided uh dots,i was just taking all the sticky thing,um and drop them on the floor,so here is where i,was trying to figure out how i was going,to decorate this area,and at the beginning i didn't wanted to,put it as,a witch theme i actually was going to do,um skeleton theme on this wall,but then since i did had a lot of items,for witches a theme and then i did,pick up a few um tablecloths that are,more,like which theme that's why i decided to,make this one as,witch theme but it kind of took me a,while,to figure out how i was going to place,items and,at first i wanted to put like frames but,then,i did use this uh tablecloth in here,that again i picked it up at the dollar,store and then i started adding all the,bats on this area,from here i made the decision to,do a sort of like a moon but,because if you know on on saturday or,tomorrow,it's gonna be full moon so i thought,that the yellow one was going to bring,more,depth into the backdrop especially when,it will be,night and with all the lights that we're,gonna be adding it's gonna look so so,amazing in my opinion,and then after that i also did,wanted to put some lights uh these ones,are,purple but they kind of look pink and i,i figured that it's probably because,it's still daylight,but trust me in the night it looks so so,fun and,super super nice i think that when you,decorate for any type of parties,that especially in halloween if it's on,the night,lights are the like the final touch that,you want to put onto your decorations,um it just makes it more creepier more,nice,so i did use two strings of lights that,i picked,last year actually at walmart and those,lights,actually belong to oscar last year we,did decorated his room for halloween,this year we try not to decorate the,inside of the room since,we are trying to use all the decorations,on the,doors and all down here moving on to the,other side of the wall,we started taking all the decorations,down from the table,since these are some of the tables that,we're going to be using and i,am still adding more tables uh tomorrow,but,since we still have a few items on top,of them and then i'll probably,going to have to get another table,because i thought i had enough but i,don't think i have enough,uh but yeah we moved on to this wall we,weren't,a hundred percent done with the witch's,wall,i still wanted to add more items,but from that point i figured that if i,started using all the rest of the,decorations then,i'll have like a more of a clear mind,on how to or what else to put on that,wall,so what i did with this wall it's,some sort of like a skeleton theme,and so i started adding the tablecloths,in the tables um so that way i can start,it first with the tables and then,start with this wall on this one i did,start it backwards i didn't want to do,anything on the wall until,i will figure out how to put um the,tables,so when i went and bought the,tablecloths i didn't pay attention and i,thought that i bought the,rectangle ones and no i got the circle,once but i mean at the end of the day,they did work out perfectly i kind of,did like the way it looked,but then on the top i decided to add,some creepy cloth,just to make it more creepier and,because,this is kind of like the base of how i,decided to make it as,a skeleton theme and then on the wall,i added this uh border this one,i thought it was pretty nice because,it's kind of like blood dripping,and um at first i thought,i think i wasn't gonna have enough but,trust me,this border it's like super super long,it was enough to put it on this wall and,half on the other side but since the,other side it's more of like the,entrance to that living room,i didn't wanted to rip it and i just,wanted to keep it um,going all the way around and i did pick,up another one,but because i wanted to use that one on,one of the,doors for the decorations um i only put,this one,and then i didn't share it with you guys,when i was adding all the keep,out yellows tape on the wall,that's what we did in there and then on,the table to make it more nice and like,i said,lights are like my obsession when it,comes to decorations,or any type of holiday i think that if,you put,twinkle lights or any sort of lights it,makes it more nice,so i did add some lights in there uh,two different one one it was just the,regular tube that i got at lowe's and,then the twinkle lights that i picked up,at walmart last year and then from that,wall,again i wasn't 100 done but i kind of,wanted to start with the base,and started having like an idea and here,i was like super excited because,on this wall i wanted to do some sort of,like uh,spider webs and add a lot of webs,this wall was the wall that it gave me,so much hard time and this is the wall,actually that it kind,it kind of got me excited but then you,will see later that i did use the,double-sided sticky uh dots,and it just didn't work they all fall,down and,it was a hassle and then the spider webs,it,you have to be patient to make it look,more,like realistic and then i did added a,few webs,um in the middle and a lot of spiders,that i had from previous years and then,while we were,working on this wall martin was working,on making,a vampire casket with all the cardboard,boxes that i had,it came out super super cool now,from here i started to add like all the,final touches i added this big skeleton,on that corner and then we started,decorating the staircase,this is what we stayed yesterday uh we,finished that wall,this one i was gonna go and get more of,those drinks but i'm just gonna let that,in there,because yesterday uh we put,that skeleton up in the ceiling but it,fell down,as well as the windows on like the,spider window,web um i have to figure out a way how to,put it up there because,it's not like the sticky things like the,double-sided tape,round things that i bought at the dollar,store it's,working properly for like all that but,it didn't work in here so i'm going to,put some,duct tape and then i'm going to paint,that,martine made and also the house and,continue with the rest,so i bought this set right here,that it has like a bunch of hooks,different colors different sizes and i'm,probably going to use one,for the big skeletons and i bought this,one for the rest,which it's going to go on the ceiling so,i'm not worried about,the ceiling being damaged because i know,that this is a really good quality,this one's on the other hand i know that,there's gonna be a hole in that corner,but um i'm okay with making one,so let's go and do this,from here we started adding more,things into every wall and pretty much,redo the web um wall,but in here all i did it was i just,added two witches hats,these actually are the only ones that i,picked up i thought i had more than this,and i did wanted to put more but i mean,i only had two so i put one on each side,and then in the middle we added this uh,which,that most of the things that i'm going,to start hanging are actually,decorations that i usually use for the,outside,but because i didn't decorate it outside,i end up using them all,inside down here and then we also did,added a house that martine um did,okay guys this is the situation with,this,web wall what i did is,i brought down the the curtain rod,and what i'm doing is putting tape in,half of the,tablecloth and then turn it around and,stick it on the other side,so hopefully this tape will stay nice,but then it would still not damage the,curtain rock which i mean it's tape you,can literally clean it up but,i'm just trying to save the hassle of,cleaning that up so,let's continue so that taper worked,perfectly and i swear,i don't know how come i didn't think,about this but i mean hey,i learned from my mistakes next time i,know this house,it's a house that martine diy uh,last two years i think at at school it's,kind of like a piggy bank,and so he was like you know what we can,spray paint it black so that way it can,look more creepy so that's what we did,our idea is to put some popcorn in the,middle of the casket so that way,it could be like a dessert for the kids,in here i started,adding more things onto the table like,sort of decorations but now keep in mind,that,this tables are going to be for food for,desserts,and all that that stuff so i try to,make an idea on how we're going to put,all those items in here i still don't,know if we're going to use the witch,table as a dessert table or maybe like a,savory table but i know that because,it's a smaller table,it's just gonna be mainly for little,things or desserts and sweets,uh but i still wanted to add more little,things in here,more of like which this cauldron it's,one of my favorite ones,um because it's big and i haven't been,able to find a bigger one that it's not,plastic,this is plastic which it's fine for now,but hopefully,later in future years i can find,something that it's more of like,ceramic and then on this table again i,try to place,some of the plates in an area where i,know we're gonna be placing the food,and this is how it looks in the dark,it's still daylight outside i wish,i would have take like a video in the,night where,it was like super super dark but you,guys can have an idea on how it looks in,the night,uh we did added some led lights on this,uh wall and actually,these led lights i bought them for the,garage and they just came in the perfect,time,i was like you know what i'm just going,to use them for now and then later i can,just transfer them to the garage,and again i did added a few on the table,and we're still going to add,more on the other side i did wanted to,add more lights,on the house and this is how it looks,with this
