hey guys it's Ro welcome back to my,Channel today I got so many requests, from you all to make some Halloween, themed treats so that's exactly what,we're gonna be doing today we're not, making not one not two not three but we,are making four themed Halloween treats, and all of the treats that we're making, today are super easy and super delicious,I can't wait and a big thank you to grow, with Google Google career, certificates can guide you to learn new,in-demand skills that employers are, looking for it's a great step forward to,start advancing your career it's also, flexible to your schedule so you can, learn at your own pace no previous, experience required they have, certificates in project management ux,design data analytics and I.T if you're,interested in learning more you can, visit grow.google certificates or you,can click the link in the description, down below you can find out more, including topics covered reviews, companies who hire from the program and, much more and again a big thank you to,grow with Google for sponsoring this, part of the video love you guys I'm also, wearing oh check this is out this is my,new merch it's a matchy little sweat set, little Lounge set we've got a crew neck, sweater and matching joggers they have, big Pockets I like the ones that I,released for holiday season now without, further Ado let's make some delicious, cute Halloween treats let's get started, okay the first treat that we're making, today we like to call halloweeno poppers, but they are mummy jalapeno poppers, they're delicious super easy and savory,in a large bowl we're gonna add some, shredded jack cheese a stick of cream, cheese You're Gonna Want it at room, temperature some chopped green onion, garlic powder little salt and pepper and,I'm going to be posting all of the, ingredients and their measurements in,the description down below so if you, want to follow along with me yeah then, using a spatula we're going to mix, together until well combined this is why,you want your Cream Cheese room, temperature look how easy this is mixing, together I would tell you a Halloween, joke, but it's too cheesy,The Filling is looking good looking,we get our little pet little peps ready, now this recipe you use about five to,seven Peppers but these are Big Peppers,so I'm just gonna be using five and what,we're gonna do is we're gonna cut them,in half take a pepper on top of a,cutting board and a sharp cutting knife,be careful don't get your fingers and, you're gonna cut it the long way I call,it hot dog all the way down then using a,spoon we're gonna scoop all of the seeds, and the inside of the pepper out into a,little bowl over here it's super spicy, unless you really want to scare someone, this holiday you can leave them in,boom like so then you're gonna do this,to the rest of your peppers once you've,scooped out all of your peppers I just, placed them onto a baking tray with a,piece of parchment paper we're gonna, fill them with our delicious filling to,do so very easy just gonna take a,spoonful and scoop it right on top and, press flat and you want it to fill to,the top to the line not really over we,don't want to overfill them because,we're going to put some cool stuff on,top nice and full but not overfilling, like that perfect now we're going to do,this to the rest of our Peppers peppers, are stuffed and now we're gonna roll out,our dough and we're gonna wrap them, around so they'll look like little, mummies so what I'm using is,refrigerated Crescent dough you can just, find this at the grocery store it's in,the refrigerated section this is the, stuff that's so easy to use I love it,it's pre-made and that's what Halloween, treats are about you want it to be fun, delicious and easy that's what I'm,talking about so let's get this popping,oh geez okay so you're supposed to give,it a tap and it's supposed to pop open, okay there we go oh that's what I'm,talking about so take a little bit of,flour I'm sprinkling on top of a cutting, board because we're going to be cutting, strips then you're just gonna let this, little sucker plop right out and these,pre-made doughs have little lines in,them so we're going to press them, together today their job is to make,Halloween treats and you know if you, don't want to that's okay because, what mummies look like they're really, old if you want them a little textured I,think that's okay once you've got your, dough rolled out and you've pinched the, seams together we're just gonna take a,pizza cutter or you can use a sharp, cutting knife just eyeball it we're,going to cut thin strips to wrap around, our cute little Peppers over here I'm,gonna try to get 20 strips so on this, halfway line I'm gonna try to get 10 on,this side and 10 on this side here goes, nothing they're about a quarter inch, thick and if they're a little bit, different in size and shape that's okay, because these are gonna be creepy little, mummies once you've got your strips of,dough cut you're gonna put two onto your, pepper you're gonna start at the top of,the pepper so I tried to think of this, this the forehead you're going to wrap,it around the top of the forehead and, you're going to leave just a little bit,of space for the eyeballs like I'm gonna, put two little eyeballs there and then, bring it to the center and now we're,gonna pick up a second strip and do it,again you can crisscross them, wrap them around you can really have fun, with it it's okay if it's a little messy,I think it makes it look cuter now, you're gonna do this to the rest of your, peppers our peppers are basically ready,to bake but before I pop these in the, oven I'm gonna cover them with a little, bit of egg wash if you've never made egg, wash before it's very easy it's just one,egg a little bit of water you mix, together and then with a little basting,or baking brush we're just gonna paint a,little bit on top of the dough of each, pepper helps the dough turn a nice, beautiful golden brown so just paint a,little bit of this on top of each pepper, now they're ready to bake You're Gonna,Pop these into the oven at 400 degrees, and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, until they turn golden brown once your, peppers have baked and they're out of,the oven you're gonna do this while it's,still warm because you want your little, eyeballs to stick now this is the last, step the final decoration step we're,going to be adding two candy eyeballs, onto each pepper just like I've done, over here on the sheet I have a couple, more to do just got these at the store, any little candy eyeballs will do and, you're going to put them in that place, that we saved a little bit of room and,you want to do this while it's still, warm because you want the cream cheese,to stick to the candies and stay there,do that then they're ready to serve and, here are the mummy jalapeno poppers that,we made today they're super cute or as,we like to call them hashtag halloweenos, these are super adorable simple to make, and delicious in fact this one's not, even gonna make it to the dinner table, because it just fell on the floor or,something I don't know,oh my gosh it's so good you can't go,wrong with cheese bread and a little bit,of spice and when I say it's a little, bit of spice it is a little bit because, remember we hollowed out the center of,the pepper so it's really light it's,very mild I absolutely love these now on,to our next Halloween treat the next, recipe that we're going to be making are, these cheesy witch brooms the thing that,I like about this treat it is so easy to,make here's all the ingredients right, literally pretzels string cheese and, chives one of my favorite snacks is just, cheese and crackers and I think this is,a really fun twist so instead of cheesy, crackers it's cheese and pretzels so in,front of me we're going to start with, the string cheeses I want a cutting, board and as you can see now these are,the string cheeses that are two-tone the,two colors we got our mozzarella and a,little cheddar oh my gosh it matches my,outfit oh okay I didn't plan this but, literally these match my outfit I'm so,excited about oh my gosh I should have, literally done a photo shoot with this, string cheese now First Step here is,we're going to line up our little string, cheeses we're gonna make two cuts using,a big sharp cutting knife just be,careful don't get those fingers and,we're going to cut it into thirds there,we go one cut and two cut perfect now,we're gonna make some cuts into the, string cheese that will look like, bristles of a broomstick like so I'm,gonna be using a smaller knife to make,it a little bit easier so you're going,to take a string cheese and you're gonna, cut about halfway into it then you're,gonna do the same on the other side and, then so now you've got four sections and, you're going to cut each section in half, again you're just going to cut it a,little bit at an angle make those little, bristles this is going to help it stand,up almost looks like a little octopus,I've seen a little kids treat where they, did a little like little octopus cheeses, and that's kind of kind of the same idea, only we're gonna make broomsticks now,we're going to do this to the rest of,your string cheeses rest of your string, cheese yeah this is no now that we've,cut the cheese,we've got all of our cheesy brooms, and we're just gonna push it in the top, like this and only about halfway oopsie, because if you push it into, for your cheese is gonna split too far, oops so when you do this you'll just, have to have a little cheese and, crackers snack to yourself, all right let's try again round two, boom, beautiful look at that little broom so,once you've got your little pretzel, stick in there I'm gonna take a little, chive we're gonna tie a knot in the air, okay then we tie around I can do this, then we cut off the little excess and, there you go little witch's broom right, there now you're gonna do this to the, rest of your little cheesies and, there you have it cheesy witch brooms,it's a new take on cheese and crackers,it's pretzel and crackers and I really, love this treat because it's so easy to,make literally only three ingredients, you guys look how cute they are I love, them they remind me of little magic, brooms like they're standing up and, they're like sweeping on their own like, this,we've made some Savory treats now onto, some sweet treats the next spooky,Halloween treat that we're gonna be,making are these graveyard dirt cups, what can I say I like pudding I like, cookies and cream and this combines, everything I love into a little cup, little dessert size it's perfect for a,dessert for Halloween so we're gonna, start by making the pudding mix in a,large bowl we're gonna combine the, chocolate instant pudding mix and two, cups of milk then whisk together until, firm this usually takes about two, minutes so not very long at all you, don't even have to use an electric hand, mixer because it's not long and really I,like to get a little bit of a workout, when I'm having a dessert it makes me,feel like I've earned it I'm like whew I,did all this work I deserve a little, pudding cup with cookies in it,why does my laugh sound like a witch our, chocolate pudding is looking good now,the next step we're gonna make it a,little creamy a little fluffier we're,gonna add one and a half cups of whipped, topping we're going to fold it into our, chocolate pudding so we're just gonna, scoop it into here and if you've never, folded before let me show you how to do,it now you're going to take a big, spatula you're going to scoop underneath, all your pudding you're going to fold it,on top and then turn the bowl so it's,under over turn under over turn under, over turn and you just keep doing this, until it's evenly combined once mixed, together I put all of the chocolate, pudding into a Piping Bag just to make, things a little bit easier and this is,ready to go but I'm going to set it off,to the side this part is Bittersweet,we're going to take these cute little, chocolate cookies and we're going to,scrape out the filling now I love, cookies and cream this is a winning, combo forever but today we just want the, cookie not the cream I know some people, who twist them, and we'll do little games like they'll,say like who's gonna get it so we just, twist all of them apart oh these are, perfect because these are coming apart, perfect I'm not planning oh okay okay, there we go so all the ones with no,cream we're gonna place them into a,little bag over here and you just want, crushed cookies now you can scrape out,the cream oh the cookies and cream, you're breaking up the iconic Duo we're,just gonna put the cream in the bowl and, then put the other cookies in the bag oh,what I've got a little cookies there's,many different ways to make cookie, crumbs you can throw these in a blender,if you don't have a blender you can just, put them in a little baggie like this, take a rolling pin and crush them up,break them up into chunks we want fine, chunks if you're fancy you could use a,food processor that would be great I do,that with graham crackers too when I'm,making like edible sand but if you just, want to keep it simple this is fun also, stress relieving,we've got cookie crowns okay so here I,crushed about 30 cookies to get this, much now we're gonna assemble the, graveyard cups for dessert I have these, clear cups so that you can see the, beautiful layers so I'm going to scoop, about one and a half tablespoons crushed, cookie into the little clear cup and now,on the piping bags we have our chocolate, pudding I'm just going to cut little, hole at the end and we're just gonna do,this this makes it a lot easier I'm,telling you using a Piping Bag and if,you don't have a Piping Bag at home you,can use a sandwich bag and cut a little, right at the tip then another scoop and, then pudding and then Crush cookie look,at that this is like chocolate heaven, right here now you're gonna do this to,the rest of the cups the recipe makes 12,of these and then we're gonna add some, decoration our dirt cups are ready, they're beautiful they're layered and,now we're gonna work on the decorations, this is the fun part the part that I,really really love and in front of me I,got these delicious these are one of my,favorite cookies you can find these at,the grocery store basically a shortbread, cookie with a little bit of chocolate in,the middle and we're gonna make them, look like a tombstone so in a Piping Bag,a little bit of black icing and we're,gonna pipe our IP,Rosanna is Pansino, just kidding a rest in peace so we're,just gonna pipe at the top half of the, cookie I'm using a Piping Bag with a,metal tip for a little bit more control, just makes it easier we've got our, tombstones ready over here and I've got,all this spooky candy I found little, candy bones candy pumpkins candy worms, and we're gonna assemble it all to look, like a spooky graveyard then I'll hear, the graveyard dirt cups that we made, they're so cute if you love cookies and, cream you may love this treat for,Halloween I've seen my friends make a,big tray like make a big graveyard, display but what I really love about, this tree is that they're individual and, they're the perfect size for a little, dessert like after dinner we've worked, hard now we can have a treat here we go,let's take a taste,oh yeah look at those layers,oh my gosh it's so good this is better, than a chocolate mousse pie what I also, love about it so much easier to make now,on to our last recipe the last Halloween, treat that we're going to be making, coffin toaster pastries now this is a,treat that you could make in the morning, for Halloween the thing that I love, about these easy they're easier to make,in my opinion than scones one could say, that these are to die for,First Step we're going to roll out our, pastry dough it's basically pie crust,it's in the refrigerated or frozen, section wherever the cool section is I'm,going to put a little bit of flour on,the work surface in front of us so that,it doesn't stick usually it's pretty, good about not sticking but this is just,an extra precaution I don't want to mess,it up and you're just going to gently, roll it out I love this because it saves,a lot of time sometimes when I want to,make a homemade pie but I don't want to,make the dough I'll just pick these up,at the store next step we're going to,take a little cookie cutter I ordered, this coffin cookie cutter online and if,you don't have one of these you can just, use a sharp cutting knife and cut out, whatever design you want to do whatever, shape you'd like but I've got the cookie, cutter so I'm just gonna do and I'm,gonna cut out as many as I can we've got,all of our pastries cut out I put half,of them onto a baking sheet lined with a,piece of parchment paper and the other, half are over here because these are, going to be the bottom and these are, going to be the top because we're going,to sandwich them together next step,we're going to take a little bit of egg, wash if you've never made egg wash again,it's just an egg and a little bit of,water and a small painting brush we're,going to paint around the edges only, because that's where they're going to,stick together and I put the the least, good looking ones on the bottom because,no one will see them you want to save, your prettier ones for the top and if,you have any ones with like cracks in,them or imperfections you just put those,at the bottom they make a great tee and, then in a little Piping Bag over here I,have some jam now you want to use a red,Jam whatever one is your favorite you,can use strawberry jam or raspberry jam,you just want it to be a red Jam so it,looks like bloody so we want it to look, like a vampire is you know gonna pop out,of these coffins anytime you're gonna, pipe a layer of the jam gonna leave a,little space at the top and the bottom, just like so we're gonna take one of the,top pieces place it on top line it up,press together with your fingers and, then using a fork we're gonna crimp all, around the edges press down this is how,my mom used to make peanut butter, cookies, now we're gonna do this to the rest of,your pastries coffin toaster pastries, are assembled now we're going to add a,little decoration detail you're going to,take a little toothpick and poke two, holes for our vampire bite about here in,the middle is where I'm gonna be poking, two of the holes our little vampire is,gonna be trying to get out here and here, there's our little bites I'm gonna put, those little holes in all the pastries, just like so they're gonna do this to,the rest of your pastries now these are, ready to bake we're gonna pop these in,the oven at 350 degrees and bake for, about 20 to 25 minutes once your toaster, pastries have baked give them plenty of,time to cool and then we're gonna pipe a,little bit of icing on the top just like, this one we're gonna pipe a little, cobweb on the top because this is a,spooky coffin it's been sitting here for,a while there's a vampire inside we,don't know how old he is so don't open, the top he's probably very hungry like,me and then in a Piping Bag I have a,little bit of buttercream icing it's,just vanilla with a number two tip at,the end for a little bit more control, when we decorate and then we're just, gonna start in the corner I'm gonna pipe, four limes one two three, four and then we're gonna connect them,up down up down one in the middle and,one at the top then we're gonna have a,little spider come down here, and then we're gonna need a body of a,spider so it's a little bit bigger, you're just gonna put a lot of pressure,a little bit for the head then little, legs off to the side we want four on,each side, three, four then you're gonna do this to the, rest of your pastries and there you have,it coffin toaster pastries these are, homemade Halloween treats that I would, definitely have for breakfast look how, cute they are okay now I get to have a,bite,oh my gosh it's so good,um,yum oh right that does it for the video, here 4 Easy LAST MINUTE Halloween Treats Perfect For Movie Night

4 Easy LAST MINUTE Halloween Treats Perfect For Movie Night

greetings my beautiful lovelies it's,easy how are you it's great to see you,and welcome back today I'm going to show, you four very easy very simple Halloween, treats that you can make for your movie, night for Halloween, alrighty so the first thing I'm going to,make is oh what do you think of my heart,do you love my heart I love wearing a,pointy witchy hat on Halloween so the, first easy recipe I'm going to make, today are little hot dog mummies I feel, like these are a Halloweeny classic it's,one I've never made before and I think, this treat would go perfectly with the, movie The Mummy not quite sure a lot of,kids would be able to watch that it,might be a little bit too scary but, these little mummy hot dogs are super, cute regardless you could add them to,any Halloween spread we only need, technically two ingredients instant, crescent rolls and some hot dogs to make, them extra cute I'm going to add some, candy eyes because I happen to have them,if you don't have candy eyes it's fine, you can use a little bit of mustard you, could use a little ketchup you could use, anything to really kind of dot the eyes, sesame seeds black sesame seeds would, work or even little dots of black icing, just to give the mummies a face so first, thing we need to do is get,um a surface area to work on how about a,cutting board, foreign,I've got a baking pan lined with, parchment paper and I'm going to take my,hot dogs and pull them out of the, package next I'm going to open my,package of crescent roll dough, all right there we go it pops and then, take your dough out I love that, okay trash can so,okay unroll the dough,we're going to cut this into strips and, these are going to be the bandages, around our little mummy hot dogs if you, have a pizza cutter this would be a,great time to use it I don't have one, handy so I'm going to just use my knife, cut this into strips I would say quarter, inch strips okay good this dough slices, pretty nicely I thought it was it would, pull but it's not so just drag a sharp, knife through the dough I'm going to err,on the side of making these a little, thinner because I think the bandages, look cuter when the strip are thin so,it's okay if the pieces break because, these are going to be mummies after all,and mummies have you know ragged, bandages you know oh that sounds as my,oven is fully preheated I've got it at,375s,hives there's only one 375 and not 375s,right,just 375 preheated okay now we are going,to take our hot dog, this is going to be the body of the, money and very simply we're going to,take our dough and wrap it around, our hot dog,and if it breaks it's okay, like that for the face I'm gonna make, sure I leave a little bit of a gap, because that's where I'm gonna put the, eyeballs and then after that it's super, simple you just wind this around I'm,going to give these a little bit of a,stretch and pinch to seal them look it's,already looking so cute and leave some, gaps if you like in between the hot dog,so keep going all the way around till we,get the entire hot dog covered, cute I'm gonna place them on a baking, tray I'm gonna do four of these and,we're going to place them in a preheated,375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or,until the pastry looks nice and puffed, and golden, alrighty my lovelies the mummies are out,of the oven they are still very warm and, they came out right out,got them but they don't look quite alive, yet and that's where these will fit in,now again if you don't have candy eyes, you can just do little drops of ketchup,or mustard just to give them a little, bit of mummy aliveness now this is a set,of candy eyes has all different sizes,we've got little small ones medium and, great big ones okay we're just gonna, take our eyeballs and slip them in,between, but pieces of pastry here yeah that, makes them look even more kind of,alarmed and Goofy,so cute this one looks really Derpy, because they're spaced out so far apart, look how the eyeballs bring these little, friends to life oh my gosh so stinking, cute look how stinking cute this is he,wobbles, golden brown on the bottom,ANS are too tight all right my lovelies, here we go itadakimasu,I'm expecting the candy eyes to be super, super hard because they feel super hard, but kind of the consistency of the sweet, tart just very light small it's not all,not even noticeable Crunch and because, the hot dog is so salty I didn't even, notice the eyeballs so definitely eat,the candy eyeballs if you have them and, these are delicious hot dog is quite, salty we don't have a whole lot of bun, action here we just have a little bit of,crescent roll bandages but really great, tender juicy cooked inside nice and warm, buttery flaky Crescent dough on the, outside alrighty so there you have it,super simple super easy little hot dog, mummies alrighty my lovelies for my next, super easy simple Halloweeny movie night, treat we're gonna celebrate Charlie,Brown and it's a Great Pumpkin Charlie,Brown and we are going to do that with, little Jello cups this one is so so easy,we just need some Jello cups and these, great little candy pumpkins these taste, exactly like candy corn,um a sweet kind of fake honeyed flavor,to them they're kind of great in their, own right but they're very very sweet I,love the texture though so these are, going to be our little great pumpkins, and then we just need some dirt let's,make this you just take some Oreos place, them into a plastic bag and give them a,crush and we've got dirt edible dirt so,get a little dish pull the label off, then take some of your crushed up Oreos, add them to the top,and it's okay if it gets a little bit, messy because this is supposed to look, like soil and then take a pumpkin and, just place it right on top, cute very very simple simple dessert, alrighty let's give our little pudding, cup a taste look at this spoon isn't the, cutest it's so tiny alrighty here we go,oh my gosh I haven't had chocolate, pudding in so long creamy smooth Rich, tastes like chocolate milk and then, you've got those Oreo bits on top which, gives you a little bit of Sandy crunch, more chocolate flavor oh my gosh, chocolate pudding tastes like childhood, and I have to say eating it with a tiny, spoon like this is delightful for my,next super easy treat we're going to,make thing popcorn hands inspired by,thing from The Addams Family so what, you're going to need is some popcorn, this is the pre-pop stuff but if you, want to pop it yourself by all means do,so gonna need some candy corn these are, going to be the nails and then you're,going to need these disposable gloves, these really big ones and we need them,to be big because the fingers have to be,big enough so the popcorn can fit inside,it so we've got those I actually found, these I found a bag of these at the, dollar store and then for fun you don't,need these but if you have them little, toy rings spiders bats skulls and that, just adds a little bit of Halloweeny,Flair and then you're gonna need, something to tie the hand off you can,use a bit of string curly string or I,happen to have a million of these rubber, bands so I'm going to use these to tie,off my hands the first thing we're going,to do is Place one candy corn into each, digit, now,we're gonna just fill it with popcorn, shake the bag this is really great for, little kids because their fingers their, little finger dexterity really great, little fun craft for them to do so just, shake it down get all the popcorn into, the fingers, get it all the way to the wrist, make sure to leave a little bit at the,top so that you can tie it off pinch it,give it a Twist look it's not fun I love,it and then take your rubber band and,tie it off,so if you want to add a little bit more, character you can add a little ring to,it what you can do is the Rings are all, split on the back so you can just spread, that apart to get it around the finger,of,popcorn finger hand and we can put the, ring right on like that, hey popcorn hands so for my next treat,we're going to be making which finger, cookies now this would be perfect with, the book of The Witches by Roald Dahl or,the movie version or Hocus Pocus the, movie Hocus Pocus 2 any kind of witchy, themed movie this is super easy all we,need is a roll of pre-made cookie dough,we are going to add some flour to it so,that our fingers stay nice and craggy so,we're just going to take our dough, and I've let this dough sit out at room, temperature for a little bit so we're,going to add some flour to this dough, about a cup and this will stiffen the, dough so that was about a half a cup and,add a little bit more I think it might, take all of it,so I've got a baking sheet lined with, parchment, and for the nails of our witchy fingers,I found some of these candied almonds, you can use whatever you like but I'm,going to use these I thought they looked, properly, cragly now what we're going to do is,take some of our dough and shape it into,a witchy finger take the dough and we'll,make a little log like thing and we want,to be proportionate to our fingernail, you know we want to be the right size, and if you look at our fingers we have a,knuckle here and a knuckle here and then,a knuckle here so I'm going to make a,bump for the first, knuckle and then I'll make a second bump, right this does not need to be,anatomically correct just a witchy, finger after all and then we just press,a nail into it look at that, now if we want to make it look a little, wrinkly you can take a knife and we can, make little wrinkles if we like, little lines like that,Gray,we're gonna bake them for about 10 to 12,minutes we don't want them to get, browned we want them to stay nice and, pale so that the inside remains nice and, moist, alrighty my lovelies I am back with my,witch's fingers and even though I added, three quarters of a cup of flour my,cookies still spread quite a bit so I,think I'm gonna add the remaining, quarter cup of flour to my dough when I,make the next batch of cookies so that, they don't spread and fatten out like, this they look so great when they went, into the oven look so craggy and,finger-like and now they look more like,I don't know Pupa or something but I,still think they're going to taste great,so let's give them a go they're still, warm so there's my cookie, still out of the oven so it's still, quite soft and warm here we go,the Almond in the front was actually, quite nice I like that crunch tastes, like the sugar cookie tender inside, moist, sweet a little bit vanilla but I don't,taste any butter so a lot of these,pre-made cookie doughs for me I'm,missing kind of that buttery component, but I didn't have to make the dough at,all so saves tons and tons of time it's,a great easy quick and fast way to make,a Halloween themed snack and so perfect, for movie night alrighty my lovelies, there you have it four super simple easy,Halloweeny treats that you can have for, your Halloween movie night or Halloween, party be sure to check out my Halloween, playlist with other Halloween,Inspirations thanks so much for DIY No Bake Halloween Pinterest Desserts

DIY No Bake Halloween Pinterest Desserts

happy Wednesday my beautiful YouTube, family I am sorry from bombarding you, with all these Halloween videos but I,did want to do a no big video for you, guys again this year but this time not, only are they Pinterest inspired but I'm,trying to utilize as many of the, ingredients for as many of the recipes,as I can for the rhesus bats you're,gonna need eyeballs chocolate melts,Oreos and Reese's start off by,separating your Oreos because you're,just gonna need the cookie part for this,no bake but save the ones I have the, filling on it cuz I'm gonna teach you a,no bake that uses those after so the, cookie part of the Oreo are gonna be the,bat wing so you're just gonna chop those,in half and you can chop them down a,little bit more to be thinner like this, and then obviously you're gonna make two,per bat next you want to unwrap ureases, and melt down your chocolate I messed up,my first time around by putting the, eyeballs on the Reese's first and then, trying to put the bat wings on after but, essentially you're just gonna use that, melted down chocolate like glue so I,glued down the eyes first which was, totally wrong so I took all those, eyeballs off don't worry super-easy what, you're supposed to do is take some, melted chocolate and place them at the,end of a wing and press that into the, middle of the recess and then angle the, wings kind of upward to look a little, bit spooky then place a little bit more, melted chocolate on top of those cookies, and place the eyeballs right on the, center quick and super painless if you,get it right the first time around, unlike me but now I'm going to show you,how to use the Oreos that have the, filling on it into our next no bake, recipe moving on to the classic Oreo, eyeballs you're obviously gonna need the,Oreo with the side of the filling, because the white is gonna be the white,of the eye then some of those lovely, chocolate melts color of your choice, some red food gel piping situation, sprinkled eyes a cup that has a ziplock, bag around it I'm gonna teach you a,little hat to make things much cleaner, when we're doing this little no bake, recipe you're gonna scoop your melted, chocolate into that ziplock bag seal it,push all the melted chocolate into one, corner and snip the tip just a little, bit now instead of scooping chocolate on,you can have like a controlled dollop, method and you're just gonna basically, make a fat circle,of the melted chocolate and press your, eyeball directly into it while it's wet,I actually really love these plain but I,did want to add a little bit of red to,accept what I saw on Pinterest and I,wanted to test it so I just piped some,of that red gel into a ziploc bag did,the same trick to it and piped on veins,I guess and although these are all so,cute I wasn't a fan once I added the red,but that's just me personally comment, down below what you would do differently, with the red of the eyes carrying over, the green melted chocolate from the last, recipe in the eyes from the first recipe, add some marshmallows and a spoon and,we're gonna make some melted monster, marshmallows you don't need a bag for, this you just need your spoon you're,gonna scoop a big helping on top of your, marshmallow and spread it with the base,of your spoon and kind of push it over,to the edge to spill a little bit since,I'm trying to use everything as much as,I can instead of wasting I just went, ahead and carried over the eyeball, sprinkles and plop them right on top and,let them naturally fall within the, melted chocolate so it really did give, like a melted monster feel like I always, say clearly this is up to your creative, decision change the color the chocolate, change the sprinkles if you want but I'm,also trying to show you guys how I'm,utilizing all these ingredients for all,of these well most of these recipes as,much as I can go ahead and pop those in,the fridge to cool completely but before,I do that I'm gonna show you a second, option for some marshmallow pops with, some ingredients we've used in all of,these know bakes for our Franken pops,we're gonna need that melted green, chocolate melted black chocolate some, toothpicks and those sprinkled eyes and, pretzel sticks I've shown you this in my,Halloween cakepop tutorial but you want,to dip your toothpick into the melted, chocolate and place it into the center,of the marshmallow and let that cool cuz, that acts as the glue so it doesn't fall, off the toothpick dip your marshmallow, and cover it entirely in the green and,tap your wrist to get all the excess off, while that was wet I broke a little, pretzel stick in half and just shove, that onto each side to mimic the bolts, but we will trim these later so don't,worry I then dipped and shook off the, excess shoved some pretzels into the, remaining marshmallows and then I put, those in the fridge to cool completely, once those are cooled completely you're,just gonna take some scissors and, lightly trim those bolts down to size, with that ziplock trick I went ahead and, pipe,a decent amount of black chocolate on,top of the head to create the hair while, the black was still wet I grabbed a,toothpick and I just went along the edge,of it and pulled down to create more, detail of the hair you don't have to do,this but it actually turns out really, awesome,I added melted chocolate to to the, eyeballs and place those right in the, center and then I took a toothpick with,a little bit of black chocolate on the,end and made a little smile with two, stitches in it because it reminded me of,hocus-pocus a little bit but not really,I don't know it was just an addition, that I wanted to do I feel like I should, have stopped there but I didn't I added, the red gel little X booboo mark on the, forehead and then I went and step, further and dollop a bunch of that red,gel on top of the toothpick to look like,we skewered the head okay with all of,this cuteness aside we're gonna utilize, all of the excess chocolate so with this,we're just gonna use the remainder of,that black chocolate that I melted up,and put it on to a cookie sheet lined, with foil you're just gonna click a,bunch on smear it all around shake the,pan and then in a ziplock bag with some, melted white chocolate I made these, little swirls throughout the black, chocolate that we shook down onto the,pan to level out take a toothpick and go,from the center of each spiral and pull,a little straight line out to the side, and you create a tiny spiderweb you can,go ahead and set that in the fridge but,now I'm gonna utilize the rest of that, white chocolate I melt it down for our, second Halloween themed chocolate bar so,for this I threw some Oreos and some, cookies and cream chocolate bars I got,the 99-cent store in two ziplock bags, and just smush them down crunch them as,much as I could and then put some of the, white chocolate into a ziplock bag and,put that aside i melted the cookies and, cream chocolate down and added that to,the base white chocolate to give it a,little bit of a different flavor and, then I grabbed that sheet again and then, scooped it on to the pan spread it out, like we did before and shake it down so,the bubbles get out and it is more even, you know those eyeball sprinkles we've,been using I just plopped some of those, all around the melted chocolate before,it dried and because I love Oreos so,much I went ahead and added those, crumbled up chunks of Oreos all over the, melted chocolate and on top of that I,kind of sanded down some of the Oreo, cookies and used that as a,overtop after that cooled off a little, more I took that Ziploc with the white, chocolate inside of it snipped a tip and, just ran some lines across the entire, thing to make it like a mummy it didn't,necessarily come out that way but I,didn't really mind the outcome I just, need to find a better technique for next, time I did pop that in the fridge to,cool completely and then just broke it,down with my hands and a larger knife, and once they were into little pieces I,did like the outcome of the mummy, chocolate and then the spider one didn't,come out as well but it still looked, pretty cool last but not least I made, these for the mini humans lunch I just, cut up some strawberries in bananas and, grabbed some of my marshmallows skewers, and their little tiny bit of black, chocolate that I had remaining these are, your classic fruit kabobs you're just, adding some marshmallows to it so skewer, whatever kind of fruit into whatever, kind of pattern that you'd like once you,are done though we're gonna add some, ghost faces to these marshmallows to,theme them up a little bit I saw on,Pinterest they recommend you using one,of those edible art pens in black but, that didn't work for me last year when I,tried these so I stuck with the melted, chocolate because well you can see it,more it doesn't bleed into the, marshmallow likeminded from last year I,wish I had a photo and all in all I,don't really find that those markers, work for anything for me so melted, chocolate is always my best friend as,you can see in this a no bake tutorial, there you guys have it those are 5,different no big recipe Pinterest, inspired ideas that I tested right here, with no direction or anything I just, looked at the photo and execute it the,way that I saw fit so I hope that you, guys enjoyed it give it a thumbs up if,you did be sure to comment down below, which one was your favorite and if you, would do any of this differently any, tips and tricks that you want to add, like I say sharing is caring so leave it,in the comments down below for all the, other DIYs I want to give this a go that,is it from me today guys I will catch, you on Friday for another DIY

Halloween Treats 2021🎃 | Skeleton Charcuterie, Witch Cauldron Brownie, Graveyard Dirt Cups & More!👻

Halloween Treats 2021🎃 | Skeleton Charcuterie, Witch Cauldron Brownie, Graveyard Dirt Cups & More!👻

hey guys welcome back or if you're new, here welcome my name is tiffany in,today's video i'm sharing with you some, really cute and festive halloween treats,so if you guys want to see what i came,up with then please keep watching, all right first up is our candy corn, jello i'm just showing you what you need, you need yellow jello orange jello some, whipped cream and some candy corns and, then i found these really cute kind of,shot glass things they are plastic from, the dollar tree so what you're going to,do is you're going to go ahead and make, your yellow jello first you do have to,do this in phases it did take me about, two hours to do this in its entirety, because you have to pour the yellow, jello in the mold let it set and then, once it's fully set then you can add the, orange jello so here i am i'm just going,to go ahead and fill up these shot, glasses halfway with the yellow, jello right once i've got them all set,i'm going to pop them in the fridge i,did actually put them in the freezer for, about 30 minutes and it did speed up the, process quite a bit so here i am just, doing the same thing with the orange, jello i'm going to go ahead and mix that,up and then add it on top of the yellow, jello now if you add it too soon and, your yellow jello is not set it will, bleed through so do make sure that the, yellow jello is good and set so here i,am just filling up the rest of the shot, glass with the orange jello, all right once that's set we're going to,stick it in the fridge again for about, another hour hour and a half i did stick, them in the freezer it did speed up the, process,so here now we're just going to add the, finishing touches we're going to add, some whipped cream on the top,and then top it with a little candy corn, candy so these are really cute really, easy,um it did take quite a while but i did,the other projects while these set so it,wasn't you know i wasn't sitting around, looking at the clock i only made six but,you can make as many as you would like, all right next up we are gonna make our, witch cauldron brownies i'm just gonna, take a boxed brownie kit you'll need two, eggs and oil for this one some cream, cheese frosting and some bright neon, green food coloring and then a variety,of sprinkles as well as some pretzel, sticks, and i did buy this little mini muffin, pan it does make cute perfect little, size cauldrons so they're not you know, too large they are bite-sized so i'm,going to go ahead and mix up my brownie, mix according to the instructions on the, back, now i'm going to spray my brownie pan, with our pam nonstick cooking spray and, then i'm going to do about a rounded, tablespoon for each one,now don't worry if it's too full it's,not really gonna matter so here they are,i'm gonna stick those in the oven at 350,for about 15 minutes, while those are cooking i'm going to mix, together my cream cheese frosting with, the bright neon green food coloring now,the more food coloring you use the, brighter this will be so i did add quite,a bit i did want to make it super super, duper green to kind of make it look like, you know the ooze coming out of a witch, cauldron so here we go,now that the brownies are done i'm going,to take them out and put them on this, cooling rack to cool now i did not use,all of them you will see what i use them, for later but i am going to take a,tablespoon or a spoon whatever whatever, you have works and just make a little, indentation in each brownie, now we're gonna take our frosting and,the pretzel sticks, and our sprinkles we're gonna start, decorating our cauldrons,so i'm gonna take this little coffee, spoon i have it was a perfect size i'm,gonna fill it up with the frosting stick,in our pretzel sticks and start adding, those little bobble sprinkles i thought, the purple was really cool you can keep,it monochromatic and do just green but i,thought the purple added something, special,so i'm going to go ahead and fill up all,the rest of these and get them going, now i did want to make them look messy, you don't want it to look perfect then,i'm going to stick in my pretzel sticks, and then pop on the sprinkles, now i was like oh maybe this is good, like this but i had some little witch, hat sprinkles and then some googly eyes,so i decided to add that at the very end,you will see here, they do still have these at walmart i,did see them this year as well so you, guys can pick it up there, all these sprinkles i did get at walmart,i'm just gonna add the googly eyes and i,thought it added a really creepy touch,to it,all right next up is our graveyard dirt, cups i've got a bunch of chocolate jello, some oreos that we're gonna crush up,these little decorating kits that i got, from party city, some mini gummy worms and some pumpkin, creams and then i found these really, cool plastic bowls they were clear they, were perfect dollar tree has a ton of,stuff like that if you're ever curious, definitely check them out now we're just, gonna crush up our oreos this is gonna,be our dirt,i'm just gonna smush it with a fork make, sure it's good and nice and chunky and, looks really dirty, now we're gonna take our leftover, brownies i'm just gonna break it apart, smush it in the cup and push it down,so you're gonna do that with all of your, cups, now i'm gonna fill the first layer with, pudding, and we're gonna spread out the pudding, make sure it's nice and rounded and, fills up the bowl, and now we're gonna add our crushed, oreos and then another layer of pudding, and then another final layer of oreos on,top, now i got these really cute little, tombstones with a little pin,and some like bones now i'm going to,start decorating my cups as you can see,i used some monster hands some pumpkins, some gummy worms just to make it look, really cute and then i put rap with a,cross on the tombstones and just stuck,it in there this one was super simple, your kids can even help with this one my,daughter really really loves these ones, and so did her friends, all right next up is our spider deviled, eggs what you're going to do is you're,gonna boil your eggs as you would, normally then you're gonna pop them in a,bowl of cold black water i am using, black food coloring i did let that sit,for three hours,so the more you crack it and roll it the, better it will turn out as you can see, here when i'm peeling it off it kind of,made like a spider web,it's really really cool i really like, this one i love making deviled eggs for, every holiday,it was super simple to do just get some, black food coloring stick it in the bowl, and forget about it for a couple hours, really really cool i love this one,so now we're going to make our deviled, eggs as you would i use, mayo and mustard salt pepper and paprika,in mind but you make yours however you, like, now if you like yours really really, smooth and creamy then feel free to bust, out the blender but since i'm making, such a small batch these are pretty much, for my daughter and myself i'm not gonna, use the blender, now we're gonna take some black olives i,am gonna cut them in half for the body,of the spider and then cut them,in little wedges for their legs as you,can see,and now we're just gonna fill up our, eggs, now here i'm just demonstrating how,we're going to make the spider so you,can take half of the olives pop it on,there and then pop on the little legs, and that is it guys, super simple yet super creepy when my,daughter saw these she almost didn't,want to eat them because they kind of,looked gross but that's the whole idea, you could even add some like green food, coloring to the deviled egg mixture if,you wanted to be even grosser, but,i thought these were cute they came out, really adorable, all right next up is our skeleton, charcuterie board, now i am using some beef summer sausage, some turkey pepperoni sliced cheese, mozzarella cheese an assortment of,crackers and then i decided to add some, grapes at the very end,so basically what you're going to do is,you're going to cut up your meat i'm,going to cut up my summer sausage here, and pull off the little paper, that surrounds the outside of it,and then start taking out all of my,cheese and cutting it to size, now you can even use like, prosciutto you can use lunch meat you,can use salami there's so many options, but this is for kids so i want it to be,super mild,so i've got everything set up now we're,just gonna go ahead and start assembling, our little guts in our skeleton i did,get this skeleton from amazon he was 15,bucks super good deal really cute fit my,cutting board perfect,so now i'm just organizing all the, cheese playing around with the placement, this was super cute and really really, fun to do i like this one so much it,came out so cute, this one is probably my favorite and,it's probably the most simple and easy, easy to do it takes literally five, minutes, all right last but not least is our, bloody popcorn so you're just gonna need,a bag or two of popcorn i've got these, red melting chocolate wafers and then, those bone those bloody bone sprinkles, from the little kit earlier i've got, this cute bowl and these skeleton tongs, from dollar tree,so here i am i'm just putting a plastic, tupperware underneath the popcorn just,to make it look more full, because i know we weren't going to have,a ton of people so i didn't want to make, too much but you're basically just going,to heat up your chocolate and then, splash it and sprinkle it and toss it,and kind of make it look like a bloody, mess honestly,i decided to put my little tongs in,there and get the hands really bloody, too it looks really cool added the, sprinkles on top and that was it super, simple but really tasty, right guys i hope you enjoyed my,halloween treats for this year if you, guys haven't seen my video from last, year i will link it down below and above, you guys should definitely go check it,out there are some good ideas over there,as well, please let me know in the comments down, below which one is your favorite i know,my favorite is the charcuterie report it,came out so so cute i DIY HALLOWEEN TREATS!!

DIY HALLOWEEN TREATS!!

happy October everybody hey guys it's,real welcome back to my channel it's my,favorite time of the year it is spoopy, season many of you know Halloween is my,favorite holiday so for today's video I,thought I would share three delicious, yummy easy Halloween treat recipes the, three Halloween treats that we're making, today are these spooky brownies they, have little ghosts on top so I like to,call them boo brownies some witch hat, cupcakes with the most delicious devil, food cake recipe ever, and some vampire gingerbread man cookies, and if you guys are enjoying these, baking videos don't forget to give this, video a thumbs up click subscribe it's,free and ring the bell to receive, notifications every time I post a new, video So speaking of Halloween everyone,I have a new Halloween themed baking, show on the Food Network it's called,Halloween cookie challenge I am hosting, and judging with my friend jet Tila it,is so much fun some episodes have, already aired and new ones are coming, out they come out every Monday on Food,Network you can also watch all the, episodes on Discovery plus I am so,excited because I love baking and I love,Halloween so this is combining two, things I love and let me know in the, comments down below if you have seen the, show yet alright now without further Ado,let's make our first treat let's get, started the first recipe that we're,gonna be making are these boo brownies, this recipe is also in my Nerdy Nummies, cookbook if you don't have that that's,fine I'll put a link down below where, you can find it and also all of the, recipes that I'm making today I will put,all the ingredients and their, measurements in the description down, below so if you want to follow along at,home you can the first thing that we're,gonna do is whisk together all of our,dry ingredients in a large bowl we've,got flour and then we're gonna add our, sugar add a little baking powder a,little salt,Y and a little bit of cocoa powder,Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum then just using,a whisk you want to keep mixing until, all the dry ingredients are the same, color,oh,looking good we're gonna add a little, bit of vegetable oil,two eggs the full egg the yolk and the, white, milk, and some vanilla extract,I feel like a witch and this is my,cauldron I'm like, making some yummy potion with chocolate, cakes and recipes you just don't want to,over mix so as soon as the dry, ingredients disappear stop mixing now, pour all of the batter into the pan look,at all that batter, getting ears bats behind me that is it,it is that easy these brownies are ready,to bake you're gonna heat your oven to,375 degrees and bake for about 25 to 30,minutes well the brownies are baking I'm,gonna make our topping in front of me,I've got some buttercream icing and Jet,puff if you've never used jet puff, before it's basically marshmallow cream,so if you don't have this in a store, near you you can just melt marshmallows, and then incorporate it into your, regular buttercream so there's two cups,of jet puffed right here and there's one,cup of buttercream and I'm just gonna, mix them together scoop the buttercream, into the marshmallow fluff, and mix together oh yeah here we go just, keep mixing until well combined and then, scoop into a Piping Bag just make things,a little bit easier and the tip that I'm,using is a large Circle tip it's a,number two a,once your brownies have baked give them, plenty of time to cool I popped them out,of the pan because you don't want to,melt your fluff we're going to decorate, the top now right now just a delicious, brownie recipe, hard not to eat it but we've got to make,it spoopy for Halloween we're gonna pipe,a bunch of different ghosts using our, combo on top of the brownie all right to,do so very easy you're just gonna, put a little pressure create the base, and then drag and let the drag be kind,of the tail end of the ghost now let's,make a bigger one like right here oh,look at that it's a big goose, and then in a smaller Piping Bag I have, some black buttercream icing I'm going,to use this to pipe on top two eyes and,a mouth to look like a oh a scared ghost, and because the faces are so small you,can use a little toothpick to help shape, them, just like that then you're just gonna, keep doing this to cover the top of your, brownies and look, and look now just keep doing this to the, rest of your ghosts, there you have it here are the delicious, boo brownies a yummy Halloween treat all, right and now a bite for me,oh my gosh, this recipe you guys sometimes I forget, how good it is it's just a chocolatey, fudgy little crispy on the top it is the, perfect texture and with the marshmallow,to die for, next Halloween treat that we're going to,be making are witch hat cupcakes and, this recipe you guys is incredible is,one of the best devil's food cake, recipes I've ever made now to make our, witch hat cupcakes we are going to make, devil's food cake this is the first time, that I am sharing this recipe on my,Channel with you all I hope you love it,as much as I do first up to making the, devil's food cake batter is whisking, together our dry ingredients so over, here in a medium sized Bowl we got some, flour and then we're gonna add our dark, cocoa powder there's different kinds of,cocoa powder and I use the dark cocoa, powder not the light cocoa powder then, you're gonna add baking powder baking, soda and a little bit of salt then whisk, together till well combined we're just, gonna keep whisking until all of your, dry ingredients are the same color I,don't want any streaks or clumps then,we're just gonna set this off to the, side I'm gonna move over here and in,this large mixing bowl I'm going to mix, together my sugar and coconut oil that's,my little secret ingredient which now,it's not a secret because I've shared it,now whisk these together you're just, going to keep mixing until it's kind of,like a wet sand Diddy like so now you're,gonna add one egg the whole egg the yolk, and the egg white that goes in along, with a little bit of vanilla extract, break that yolk whisk together till well, combined beautiful now add your milk,it's warm it's not cold milk from the, fridge mix that in a lot of devil food, cake recipes have some type of cream in,there just like this a lot of them use, sour cream actually but I use milk and, coconut oil and it is the perfect amount,of moisture it's so good your cake is,Fluffy but it just oh so much moisture, also just like melts in your mouth it's,so good yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah once this is mixed you're,gonna grab your dry ingredients add this, about a half at a time but you're just, gonna add all your dry ingredients and,mix it up we don't want any big dust, clouds I don't want to waste any, especially when it's so much yummy, chocolate oh look how beautiful I was, like why they call it devil's food cake, when it smells like heaven I don't get,it okay this is looking good the final, ingredient that we're gonna add to the, batter is some hot water hot water, really brings out the flavor of the, chocolate it kind of intensifies it you,can also add hot coffee or espresso, right now instead of water if you want,to do that but the coffee really brings, out the chocolate flavor too one more, time mixed together now don't be alarmed, your batter is gonna be thin you know, more watery that's what we want because, when you bake these they're going to,bake up to be a fluffy yummy cupcake now, that our batter is ready we're gonna, load up our cupcake tray over here I've,got a cupcake tray and I've got a bunch,of these paper liners you want to fill, your cupcake liners two thirds full so,just kind of eyeball it I'm using a,little ice cream scoop whoop, might be a little bit messy because as,you can tell this batter is whoa, okay here we go here we go here we go,cupcakes are ready to bake heat your, oven to 350 degrees and bake for about,18 to 20 minutes once your cupcakes have, baked give them plenty of time to cool, because we're gonna ice and decorate and,you don't want your buttercream to melt,on top of a hot cupcake and the, decorations for these cupcakes are super, simple all you need is buttercream I've,dyed it purple orange and green but you,can use whatever colors you'd like and, some Hershey kisses and Oreos and all,the Oreos I've Twisted them open and, scraped out the good stuff so you just, need the top or bottom of an orange I,chose these colors because they just, remind me of Halloween all the icing, that I'm decorating with today I put in,piping bags with a big star tip at the,end I'm just gonna start here and I'm,just gonna go poop in the middle and go,all the way around go to the edge that, you'd like and and then do kind of a,second layer so I do Boop a little bit,in the middle go all the way around, and then a second layer but if you're,someone who just likes a little icing, you can just do a single layer whatever, you'd like it's your choice now I'm,going to show you how to make those cute, little witch hats to sit on top I like,to match the icing of the witch hat to,the frosting color but again you can do,whatever you'd like so you take an Oreo, and right in the middle you put a dollop,of icing like so and take a little,Hershey's kiss and squish it down the, icing kind of looks like a ribbon around, the witch hat and it's super cute look,at this and then you can, boot place it on top of your cupcake and, then look at that it's a little witch, hat then do the same thing for all your, orange witch hats and and the same thing, for all your green witch hats and da da,there you have it devilishly delicious, witch hat cupcakes they're adorable, they're cute and so easy to make you, guys I'm gonna have a little bite of one,for myself right here huh,the chocolate is so good next treat,we're gonna be making are these vampire, gingerbread men this recipe is one of my,favorite cookie recipes and it is so,good that I decided it's not just for,Christmas holiday season I'm also going,to enjoy it during the month of October, this next gingerbread cookie recipe is,from my cookbook baking all year round, and it is a soft gingerbread cookie, recipe it is delicious it's one of my,favorite and like I've said before I,think it's so good that we shouldn't,just enjoy it during Christmas and, holiday month we should also enjoy it,during October so that's exactly what,we're going to do for this recipe I do,like to use the stand mixer but it's,very straightforward and the decorations, are easy peasy first step to making the, cookie dough is we're gonna mix together, our dry ingredients and this large, mixing bowl right here I've got a lot of,flour and over here all the yummy fall, spices that I love I'm gonna add a,little bit of cinnamon nutmeg and clove, wouldn't be a gingerbread cookie without,Ginger baking soda, and some salt,y now whisk your dry ingredients, together until well combined and once, this is whisked you can set it off to,the side and we'll bring out that stand, mixer Next Step cream together your, butter and sugar I'm going to be using a,stand mixer just makes it a little bit, easier but if you wanted to do it by,hand you could you're just going to be,using the guns lots of arm Muscle Pro,tip you want to have room temperature, butter you don't want to have it cold, right out of the refrigerator and not, melted you don't want this to be liquid, the sugar that we're adding is dark, brown sugar not light brown sugar dark, brown block it load it mix together for,a couple of minutes until it's light and, fluffy like a cloud this is looking good, nice and fluffy light and fluffy now,we're gonna add the ingredient that, usually just comes out for Christmas but, this year Halloween it's molasses I feel, like this is the magic ingredient that, just makes gingerbread cookies so good,my pantry is stocked with molasses you, could call me or text me right now and,be like really you want me some, gingerbread cookies and I'll be like I,got all the ingredients let's do it girl,I've already made three batches let's go,Andrew molasses and one egg the whole, egg yolk and egg white, then mix together once again until well, combined that's gonna be the arm muscles,if you were doing this by hand this is,where you get the workout, last step add your dry ingredients, slowly to this mixture you can add it in,halves or thirds whatever you just don't,want to add it all at once so you don't,get that poof dust cloud such a big bowl, that I like to use as scoop this is,really my favorite thing there we go,this has just made my life easier just, keep adding the dry ingredients until, everything's well Incorporated you're,going to end up with a really stiff, dough at the end our gingerbread dough,is looking really good it's thick it's,supposed to be and with a spatula I'm,just going to cut it in half like so and,in front of me I have two pieces of food, safe plastic wrap I'm going to shape, each piece of dough into a large disc, and wrap it up tight say with my hands,I'm just going to shape it a little bit,to be in a dish shape so I just give it,a little roll like this, shape it to look like a big Frisbee, perfect just like that then we're gonna, wrap it up tight I like to break up the, dough in halves for two reasons once,it's chilled it's a little bit easier to,roll out and if you break it up into two, parts it chills quicker now I'm gonna do,the same thing to the other half perfect, now you're gonna pop these in the fridge,to chill for about three hours, once your dough has chilled it's time to,roll it out and cut some cute little, cookies I haven't done this in a while, but I'm gonna do some baking Flair and,for anyone who doesn't know what baking,Flair is I went to a bar and this guy,was doing bartending Flair well he was, taking bottles of drinks and juggling, them but doing all cool tricks and I,thought I want to do that but with, baking so look at this oh pretty neat oh,look at me baking flare so here's one of,the tricks you open it up on the sides, hold on to the end and then just pull it,as quick as you can we'll try to do some, flips okay here we go one two three, baking flare, one two three baking player, okay well practice makes perfect, everybody so we'll just keep working on,it,so the dough is really sticky so take a,little bit of flour put it over your, workspace flip it on top Now You're,Gonna Roll Out Your dough to be about a,quarter inch thick that's the goal the, dough is rolled out you can see I used a,lot of flour don't be afraid this dough,is sticky now we're gonna cut out our, cookie so I take my little cookie cutter, over here I'm gonna try to get seven on,this baking sheet if I press down give,it a little jiggle move the excess, around the edge and then transfer it,over onto the baking sheet now just keep, doing this and cut out as many cookies,as you can and as you go save your scrap, make a little pile and then you can, always re-roll them out once you've cut,out your cookies it's time to bake, before you pop them in the oven pop them,in the freezer for 15 minutes this will, help them hold their shape while they're,in the oven after you pop them out of,your freezer which I've already done, you're gonna put them in the oven at 350,degrees and bake for 10 minutes you'll,know they're done when they start to,look a little dry it may feel like the, longest 10 min minutes of your life, because your whole kitchen the whole, house is gonna smell delicious but trust,me the 10 minute wait is worth it once, your cookies have baked it's time to,decorate I have not let them cool, completely because you want to press in,these little red hots while the cookies, are still warm you don't want them to be,burning hot right out of the oven but, still warm is perfect I've already, started decorating these cookies so I've,got a couple more to go so you're just, gonna press it in,you can decorate your cookies however, you'd like but I really like to keep, them partly traditional how my family, likes to decorate them with a Twist and,now for the face we're gonna pipe a,little vampire face instead of a cute, little simple gingerbread face in these, piping bags I've got a little bit of,royal icing we've got regular white, royal icing and then black royal icing, with smaller metal tips at the end for a,little bit more control I'm going to,start with the black royal icing and it,has a number two tip at the end and,we're gonna pipe two little eyeballs one, here and one here, then we're gonna pipe a little mouth, and these vampires they're not smiling, they're a little grumpy maybe they're,hungry now with the white royal icing,we're gonna pipe some bangs and this tip,is a number two tip as well pointy, little things I'm gonna pipe one side, first, and then go up to make kind of a,triangle,it's so cute and creepy,so I'm gonna keep doing this to the rest,of the cookies, there you have it vampire gingerbread, men this is one of my favorite cookie, recipes of all time and it's so good I,don't want to just enjoy it during,Christmas I don't want to have it,Halloween and Christmas maybe,Valentine's Day maybe Easter it has all,the flavors of a classic gingerbread, cookie recipe but it's just a little, softer I decorated a bunch of vampires, but over here I made one that was a,victim somebody got bit by a vampire and,he is shook he's a no who did it now I,can't wait any longer because these are,my favorite cookies so I'm gonna have a,bite for me,that's it,the best of the best all right you guys, that does it for the video here are the, three recipes that we made we made boo, brownies witch hat cupcakes with a,double food cake recipe and DIY HALLOWEEN TREATS!

DIY HALLOWEEN TREATS!

Hey guys it’s Ro! Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday!,I have been going all out this year! So today we are gonna be making some DIY,Halloween Themed and Spooky Treats! So let’s get started!,The first thing that we’re gonna be making are these simple and delicious,Candy Corn Cookies. And even if you aren’t the biggest fan of candy corn,,I would give these cookies a try, they’re really good!,The things you will need, will be: 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of brown sugar,,1 cup of white chocolate chips, a bunch of candy corn, 2 tablespoons of,cream, 1 stick of unsalted butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of sugar, a tablespoon of,vanilla extract, a teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons,of corn starch and a cookie scoop!,The first thing that we’re gonna do in a big mixing bowl, we are gonna cream, our butter. Mix it together until it’s light and fluffy.,Now you’re gonna pour in the regular sugar and your brown sugar, and then,we’re gonna cream it together!,Now we’re gonna add one egg, the whole egg, and our vanilla.,Give it another mix!,Now we’re gonna add our dry ingredients, we’re gonna add the flower,,corn starch, a pinch of salt, baking soda!,Now we’re gonna mix it up one last time until it’s evenly combined and,we’re gonna slowly add our cream while we’re mixing.,Lastly we’re gonna add our white chocolate chips to the mixture, and, you can,mix these together with a spatula, or I’m gonna do a really quick mix, with the hand mixer.,Now that we’ve got our dough we’re gonna scoop it out and place it on our pan,,I’ve lined it with a piece of parchment paper so that it doesn’t stick.,So you just take your little scoop like this and go doo-doo!,We’ve got all of our cookies scooped into the pan and now we’re gonna, cover them with saran wrap, and pop ‘em in the fridge for about 2 hours.,Once the cookie dough balls have chilled, I like to transfer them to another, baking sheet lined with parchment paper to bake. I like to bake 6 at a time, so I’m gonna take 6 little, balls, transfer them over, leave a couple inches in between each one of them, because they will expand. And, with your palm, press down flat.,And, don’t worry about the Candy Corn, I have not forgotten!,What we’re gonna do is we're gonna pop our cookies into the oven at 350 degrees, bake for about,6 minutes and be careful because the baking sheet is still super hot!,What we’re gonna do now is place a few candy corns right on top, near the middle,,try not to have them hanging over the sides because they will melt!,Once we have all our Candy Corn in the cookies we’re gonna pop these, back in the oven for 4 minutes. Then take your cookies out of the oven,,give them plenty of time to cool on the pan and then place them onto,a display plate! Or take a bite for yourself!,Mmmmmmm! Mmmm-mmmm-mmmmm-mmmm!,The next thing that we’re gonna be making is this Jack-O-Lantern Bean Dip!,I love making chip dips for parties, because it’s just a fun appetizer that everybody, can enjoy! The things you will need will be: A bag of blue corn tortilla chips,,1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 can of refried black beans, 1 can of black beans,,1 stick of cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of,sour cream, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, I’m using Crystal Louisiana because, that’s my favorite. 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, some olives and,1 tablespoon of diced, pickled jalapeños!,The first thing that we’re gonna do, is in a big mixing bowl, we’re gonna, add our cream cheese, sour cream, our taco seasoning, our jalapeños,,hot sauce, oh I love you! Green onion, and our beans!,Now take your hand mixer and we’re gonna mix our dip together until, everything is evenly combined.,Boom! Delicious!,Now that we got our chip dip all mixed up, we are gonna pour it into our, serving dish, I’m just using a pie pan, I like this white one I had, lying around, I thought this would be really cute!,Now I’m gonna completely cover it with a layer of cheese, it’s gonna be our,top layer! I’m using Cheddar Cheese, because when it melts that nice orange, color is gonna look just like a pumpkin.,Once you’ve got your layer of cheese on top we’re gonna pop it in the oven,at 350 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes.,Dips in the oven and over here I’ve got some olives, a small cutting board, and a knife. And you’re just gonna cut them into slices like this, for some little details, you won’t,need too many of ‘em. We’re gonna use them to make the Jack-O-Lantern’s mouth.,Our dip’s fresh out of the oven, it’s baked! And now it’s time to decorate!,Take your chips, and you’re gonna look for the flattest chip you can.,Like he’s a good one, this one not so good!,So these ones, I can have a snack. Oh!,Then we’re gonna stick ‘em on here, to make a little face!,Then for the nose, you're gonna take another chip, and I'm just gonna break off the, end, so it’s a little bit smaller, and that is gonna be his nose!,Now we’re gonna use those olives we sliced earlier to make his little mouth.,I just like to go up and down, up and down, up and down!,And there you have it! A Jack-O-Lantern Bean Dip!,The next treat that we’re gonna be making are,Mini Peanut Covered Caramel Apples.,The things you will need, will be: 1-11 Ounce bag of caramels, a rolling pin,,peanuts, some apples, I’m using some granny smiths. Some mini cupcake liners, I,found these cute little polka dot ones at a local bake store, a small cookie scoop, or a,melon baller, a plastic zip-top bag, and some wooden skewers.,The first thing that we’re gonna do is crush up our peanuts.,So we take the peanuts, pour them in our plastic baggie, then you’re gonna, take your rolling pin and roll over the top, to crush ‘em up!,Next we’re gonna scoop our apples to make little apple balls, this is very, similar to melon balls if you guys have ever done that.,So you take your little scoop, and your apples, got some apples over here,,and you just scoop it in there, get a little ball! And then bewp! Oh!,Just gonna pat it dry with a paper towel to absorb some of the moisture,,and put it right here, boop!,Once you have as many apple balls as you want, we’re gonna put them into the fridge, and then we’re gonna melt our caramel! Or caramel?,Caramel, caramel! Tomato-Tomato!,I just melted the caramel, you can do this over the stove or in the microwave,,whatever you’d prefer. And now we’re gonna skew, dip and roll!,This is very easy, you're gonna take the little wooden skewer, and skew one of,these cute little apple balls, then you’re gonna dip into the caramel,,let it completely cover. Then bring it up, let the excess caramel drip off.,Now you’re just gonna place it in the middle of the peanuts and roll it around!,I’ve lined the baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper and sprayed it with,a little bit of cooking spray, so that the caramel won’t stick.,Huhhh! Oh my gah! So good!,We’ve got all our little apples assembled and now I’m gonna pop ‘em,in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set.,Da-dew! Here are the candy apples that we made! As a final touch I put, them in these mini cupcake liners after they were done chilling in the, fridge, and then I just lined ‘em all up on a cute little serving tray!,Now onto our last treat, which happens to be a Halloween Themed drink.,Wah-wah-wah-wah-wah-wah!,Next we are gonna be making Monster Mud Slides!,For these drinks we’re gonna be making 2 different versions, 1 non-alcoholic,,and the other one spirited. For the spirited version, the things, you will need, will be: 3 ounces of Vodka, 3 ounces of Bailey’s Irish Cream,,3 ounces of Kahlua Coffee Liqeur, and 3 ounces of milk.,And then for the non alcoholic version, you’re gonna need 1 cup of milk,,2 big scoops of vanilla ice cream, 3/4 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of,chocolate syrup, and, 1/4 cup of cold coffee.,And then to decorate both of these drinks, you will need: Some Reese’s Pieces, candy, Cool Whip, and some fun straws!,First we’re gonna make the spirited version of our Monster Mud Slide.,Over here I’ve got a blender and we’re gonna add 2 cups of ice into our blender.,And then we’re gonna pour in 3 ounces of each liquid here into our blender.,OK, so it’s gonna be two of these, because each one’s a ounce and uh, oh.,Oh geez! I am not a bartender, I am not a bartender! Oh my!,Ooooh! Feel the spirit! Oooh-hoo-hoo-hoo! That’s something isn’t it? OK.,We got all of our ingredients in here, we’re just gonna pop it on the, top, we’ve got your lid on, now blend it up!,Our drinks all mixed up now, so I’m gonna take it off of here.,And you’re gonna take your chocolate syrup, and you’re gonna line your, glasses with a little bit of chocolate syrup, this is very, very easy, you just, tilt it, like this, and then squeeze and rotate around.,Boop-boop-ba-doop!,Oooh! It just drips down, like a mud slide!,I let the glasses sit for about 20 seconds to let the chocolate drip down the, cup, and now we’re gonna fill ‘em up!,Oooooh! Yummy yummy! Now we are gonna set these off to the side and,we are gonna make our non-alcoholic version, and then we’ll decorate!,Now we’re gonna make our non-alcoholic Monster Mud Slide!,The first thing we’re gonna do is we're gonna scoop 2 big scoops of ice cream into, our blender. I’m a firm believer in big scoops of ice cream.,So if you get a little extra, that’s OK!,And then add your milk, your heavy cream. Ooooh! One of my favorites, coffee!,And chocolate syrup!,Look at this, doesn’t it look like emo Frankenstein Monster?,You just don’t understand Dad!,And let ‘er rip!,We’re all done mixing our mudslide, and, I just lined the glasses with, chocolate like I did before. Now let’s fill ‘em up!,Time to decorate, this is my favorite part!,Over here I have a little plastic baggie with a coupler at the end for, more control. This is totally optional, you don’t need to do this.,And then over here I have the frozen whipped cream, really important,,you want to use the frozen stuff so it will hold shape.,So I’m just scooping it, woop! Into my little plastic baggie, over here, and then on the,top we’re gonna pipe, it looks like a ghost monster.,Alright, here we go, you go all the way around, doo-doo-doo-doo-doo!,Fill in the middle! Make the ghost! Boop!,And then we’re gonna put a little Reese’s Pieces in the front for his mouth,,and you can pick any eye color you want, I’m gonna do yellow.,And a little straw, boop!,Ta-da!,Here are all the DIY Halloween treats that we made today!,We made our Candy Corn Cookies, Jack-O-Lantern Bean Dip, our Mini Peanut,Coated Caramel Apples, om-yom-yom-yom-yom-yom-yom!,And our spooky themed drink, we have Monster Mud Slides!,We have non-alcoholic and spirited!,I’ll be posting pictures of these yummy treats on Tumblr, Instagram,,Twitter and Facebook! And if you guys make any of these Halloween,Creations, please take a photo and send it to me!,I just love your baking creations, I get a big kick out of it!,It makes my day!,I’m also throwing a Halloween Party tomorrow on the Cooking Channel,,you can watch it Sunday October 25th, 5PM for Pacific time and 8PM for Eastern, time! I’m gonna be making some more Spooky treats with my friends and family!,Mo’s Gonna be there, my Dad Papa Pizza’s gonna be there, Jakes gonna be there, from Vsauce 3, and a bunch more friends!,I can’t wait, I’m so excited, I hope you guys enjoyed all of the yummy, treats that we made today. Easy Halloween Treats anyone can make! (vegan)

Easy Halloween Treats anyone can make! (vegan)

hello everybody, welcome gotta say i was a bit hesitant,at first to make this video, because the thing is i am not, particularly gifted, when it comes to decorating food,so that means today's ideas are going to,be very simple, but at the same time they're still going,to look kind of good oh and there's a,brownie recipe in this that has, easily become my new favorite thing i,encourage you to make this one, someday not just on halloween so i think,a good rule,or hack for how to give any type of food,a halloween look,is to simply put googly eyes on it i,wouldn't even know where to buy those, especially vegan ones so for this first, recipe,we're gonna make ourselves some eyes, since once again i'm an absolute, decorating noob,i adapted an idea from a food blog that,i will link down below,in a small to medium sized bowl combine, lots of powdered sugar, with a bit of corn starch, add some maple syrup some vanilla, and some non-dairy milk which you're,gonna add one teaspoon at a time, until everything turns into this smooth, white paste now grab a tall glass or,uh like a like a jar and a small plastic, bag,or a fancy piping bag if you happen to,have one of those, what i'm trying to do here is getting, one of the corners,to be at the bottom of the glass then, spoon the mix, into the bag definitely try to wrap the, rest of the bag around the glass, before you add anything it took me a,minute to figure that out,uh press the entire contents of the bag, towards that one corner, and also make sure that at this point, you have a baking sheet, ready that's lined with parchment paper, snip off the end of the corner with some, scissors, and now create little dots on the sheet, you don't have to be precise here at all, because the circles will, magically spread into neat, looking round or oval shapes just use, really light pressure on the bag, gently top each one with a dark, chocolate chip you don't want to wait, too long, with adding the chocolate because it's,going to set pretty quickly, then let the eyes rest on the counter, overnight or even for up to,24 hours nice now you can use them for,all types of recipes like for these,i'd chocolate and blueberry energy bites,my friend atti said that these remind, her of the little guys from, spirit away i can see it first things, first, let some dates soak in hot water for, about 15 minutes, also let some almonds roast at 180,degrees for six to eight minutes,or until they're golden brown and your, kitchen smells really nice, then grab a food processor and add oats, salt vanilla this time it's vanilla, paste,i recently saw some at penny for pretty, cheap by the way,add chia seeds the roasted almonds, the now drained dates and some frozen, blueberries, scrape down the sides a couple times if,needed this doesn't have to be super, smooth, just blended enough for you to be able,to easily form it into little balls,so my original plan was to coat them in,some vegan white chocolate, after that failed i settled for some, melted, dark chocolate with coconut oil, before the chocolate had said fully i,added the, eyes let them sit on the counter for a,couple hours, until set then transfer them to the, fridge or,eat them okay so this next idea,is incredibly lazy grab some rice cakes, spread them with some vegan cream cheese, next up grab some oreos,we're only going to need these halves, but keep the other halves for the cake, recipe later, either just add chocolate chips or if,you've got some candy eyes prepared, add some candy eyes last but not least a,little white almond for the beak, and there you have it some some headwake, rice cakes, also an incredibly simple recipe these, are little, vegan pizza mummy bites grab a sheet of,puff pastry and cut it into two parts, one part being one third of the sheet, and the other, the remaining two thirds cut the bigger, part into somewhat equally sized, rectangles, and the other part you're going to cut, into little thin, strips it's important to always keep the, puff pastry chilled,so while you are working on one part, maybe place the other part, into the fridge also grab some pre-made,tomato sauce, and some vegan salami feel free to cut,the salami into smaller,pepperoni-esque circles, now preheat your oven to 180 degrees, place the pastry rectangles onto,a baking sheet lined with parchment, paper spread one to two spoonfuls of,marinara sauce onto each rectangle, you might also want to grab some vegan, pizza cheese i didn't have any,but i'm sure that would make a great, addition, then add the vegan meat, and then the other pastry strips, let them bake for 20 to 25 minutes or,until, slightly golden brown now let's remember, the spooky food decorating rule, which entails when in doubt just add, googly eyes, you could technically glue the candy, eyes on,the pizza using some more of the, powdered sugar icing, that sentence sounds so wrong yeah i,still, haven't found a savory solution for, candy eyes,so if you have an idea leave it in the, comments,i don't think i've ever been this proud,of a cake before, these are pumpkin swirl brownies, first of all i wanted to quickly show, you how i make pumpkin puree,if you want to skip straight to the to,the brownie recipe, the time stamp for that will be in the, description cut a smaller size tokaido, pumpkin in half, take out the seeds place the pumpkin, halves cut, side facing down on a baking sheet lined, with parchment paper, and transfer it to the oven to roast, there for 40 to 50 minutes until, soft let the pumpkin cool down, completely and then you'll be able to,remove the skin, easily add the pumpkin insides,to a food processor or a blender and, blend it,up until super smooth i put the rest, that i didn't need for the cake,in the freezer,so that i'm able to use those in the, future for oatmeals and smoothies or,single serving chocolate chip cookies on,to the brownie mix, create your oven to 180 degrees in a,large mixing bowl combine the dry, ingredients first,so that's flour salt baking powder, unsweetened cacao a tiny bit of cinnamon, and sugar,to that you're going to add some of the, pumpkin puree some vegetable oil i'm,using sunflower seed here, and some non-dairy milk mix it all up,pour the batter into a brownie pan or,a small square-shaped casserole dish, that's lined with parchment paper, then for the main pumpkin part combine, the following things, some more of the pumpkin puree some, plain vegan yogurt, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice a little, bit of sugar, and melted vegan butter, spoon big dollops of the pumpkin mix on,top of the brownie layer, and then run with a knife through it to,create this, swirled look if you have reserved the, oreos, from the from the owl recipe then feel, free to add some of those,on top as well i didn't want to cover, the swirls,so i kind of just placed the oreos along, the edges, let them cool on the counter completely, and then, feel free to put them in the fridge for,a couple more hours, that's how they taste best in my opinion, this cake is everything it melts in your, mouth like no other brownie i've had, before, that's it for today's ideas i hope you, guys enjoyed, this slightly different video even, though making this video was a bit, daunting for me at first,i had a lot of fun so thanks to everyone, who asked me to do this, again try the brownie recipe and,i'll see you see you soon bye,hey
