love,Halloween I dressed up my roommate and,one of my other friends to go to this,Blum House production Halloween party,and we were all bandits and the and I,really greatly appreciated it so maybe,my point of the story is if you have,three people in a group costume you,won't look gay why does it matter if you,had look because we're talking about,like well I think you could still go,with a buddy of spooky it's halloween,hey guys what's up welcome back to my,channel today we are,finally doing our halloween video which,is obviously going to be,very different this year spooky like the,world,yeah because this halloween is not like,normal halloweens we kind of had a,different approach to just how we,figured out what we wanted to be this,year we go through this struggle every,single year of like,what should we be should it be a,couple's costume,should we wait till the last minute,should we fight about it,i just think too like a big thing that,has to do with it is where are we going,to celebrate,yeah and this year we're not doing,anything because we're staying safe,we've had more time this year to plan we,also,are not really going anywhere so like,the factors of weather,like being comfortable in our shoot like,all that went out the window we we,really got to do whatever we wanted but,it definitely made us reflect,how we've approached previous years all,of those are on our channels i will link,them below,but they're all been bad,they're super cap it'll be bad we just,always waited to the last minute,it wasn't cohesive really ever and it's,really tough because,there's not a lot of good like lesbian,specific costumes which,kind of brings us to year one obviously,you go to any spirit halloween the only,lesbian costume you're gonna find,is orange is the new black which like,not an option for us,no no orange suits for us no oh,god can you imagine how bad that would,be so like the college bars too,oh yeah no no fun but yeah that's,usually like the only lesbian costume,that's like available in like a main,store,i had the bright idea that i wanted to,be,because i wanted to be something spooky,this was my first time really doing like,a couple's costume,i didn't know where to start but i,wanted to be the adam's siblings like,wednesday adams and whatever,her brother is incest it's incest,i don't know why i wanted to be that you,had wanted to be that because you saw,that i had wore,a wednesday adams like makeshift costume,oh god,it did not look like pretty good picture,it is so bad it was so just thrown,together i just wanted to be something,spooky and i think that was like the,only,i really don't watch like scary stuff,ever and i didn't really have any ideas,i don't know how we decided but like,well i think what decided is that we had,nothing for the costumes,but so we decided against it we ended up,doing,devil and angel angle and devil i don't,know what made us,pick that though besides i think we said,like just the easiness of the costume,i have always wanted to be angel and,devil like i was i,was a devil when i was a child and it,was super cute and i thought oh like i'm,an adult now like let's like make it,kind of like,frisky angel and devil was probably one,of our better costumes yes and it's a,great like last minute costume,literally you wore red and i wore all,white really all we had to buy halloween,type was,the like halo and the devil which are,just super easy super cheap headbands,we were going through pictures and i,before anyone else did the dangly cross,earrings,oh my god you did yeah i'm wearing a,dangly crossy earring because i asked my,mom do you have any cross jewelry and,the good christian lady she is,she said yes i don't know why i decided,to wear only one,but yeah trendsetter i think there's a,lot of like routes that you can go when,you're doing,that type of couple costume because,typically i feel like it would probably,be like a straighty mcgee costume but,we definitely made it very gay no i was,saying i feel like if it's the theme of,gay because you know we're all going to,hell anyways,you might as well be the devil i liked,that one a lot but i feel like now,i saw it a lot when i was like building,our pinterest board like people doing,kind of like a 70s and like 80s theme,like devil where it's like bell bottom,or like flare high waisted and like crop,and velvet,because it's only one color that you,really have to like commit to,you can choose the style of what your,outfit's going to be,let's move to year two last year 2019.,i hate it thanks we definitely wanted to,be a little more ahead of the game,the angel devil we like had to get only,stuff in stores we couldn't rely on the,internet so this time we were like we,have time,i wanted to be some type of futuristic,high fashion cowboy lil nas x5,i wanted to be a space galaxy cowboy,you had your envision of cowboy and i,kind of had mine and i don't think,they're very far off,we didn't execute it no we didn't matter,well we waited until the very last,minute the only thing we did in prep was,we accumulated,probably like five cowboy cats none of,which,matched the final outfit we had waited,so long,until the last minute i couldn't find a,fringe cowboy jacket,so i sewed my own cowboy like fringe,jacket the night before and i,sewed it all on to my like og leather,jacket,and wore that and it like i like i know,how to sew,but i don't know how to sew like well,enough to make like,wearable garments it was a very like,tense like oh my cowboy jacket's gonna,break and then that's really going to,bust my outfit that's really good,already busted my outfit ended up being,like a shirt,of yours that says yeehaw theme,vest from my dad i don't know why he,owned that the only thing i ended up,buying was i glued some glitter,onto my cowboy hat and you did your belt,buckle,oh my god i forgot about that i did do,that that was cool even though the belt,buckled,program i did see someone that we follow,they had did like a cowboy theme,their cowboy hat they had bedazzled in,like gemstones it said gay,so good i love that so much the biggest,disappointment of last year though,was that everyone else got this memo of,being something,really specific like a moment like a,moment in a tv show or in pop culture or,something like something super specific,and we did not get that no i did not get,that memo i mean,i think it's because now with like,instagram you kind of have time to,explain like,with your caption like what you are we,were so in the mindset of like we're,going out to like a bar where we don't,know anybody and like we want people to,understand what we are,we just were not in that mindset that,was the kind of mentality we had going,into this year,we were like let's be like a moment in,something so we're trying to brainstorm,like,what is a moment of 2020 and all we,could really think of was tiger king,like that is gonna be,the like caution it's gonna be,embarrassing i'm sorry if you like have,like a tiger king costume,get in line yeah so we don't want to be,super basic so,being the like super tick tocky kind of,we're like trying to think like what's,been like a big,moment like a tv show that's been,happening and the next thing we thought,of was,euphoria which is a show like i've,already watched like three times this,year alone,yes it's a tv show that's just pretty,plain clothes but the makeup will help,to differentiate ourselves so we,narrowed it down to like a pretty,specific scene a tick tock sound,what a that's what,we were gonna be we had a google doc and,everything like we were,ready to hit purchase we had like every,like piece of clothing,found out we used a really cool website,i think it was like tv like what they,wear,and like they had euphoria and they had,that scene they had where you could find,her eye spikes,what her outfit was i was gonna be,jewels and she,was gonna be rue we had planned out the,outfit but it turns out that the outfit,that jewel wears it was a one of a kind,piece that was not,anywhere on any website or anybody that,was,over a size medium so like i could not,find it,anywhere and by the time like i had,actually chose something that,sorta looked like it it wasn't even the,costume anymore,and the eye pieces were sold out and it,just wasn't worth it at the end like we,couldn't find,something that was like the same color,material,shape yeah everything had like one but,not the other,yes exactly we weighed the pros and cons,it wasn't worth it when it came down to,it but,if you do decide to go as like euphoria,which i feel like,is a great lgbtq alternative,i think that's a good option you can,piece it together with stuff you own,if you are not going as that exact scene,the makeup was what was going to,differentiate us but we were that was,still,even going to be off-brand and then it,just became this whole big off-brand,mess so,how did we think of then what we are,going as which is,sitting right in front of us well when,we first started our halloween,document on october 1st we started a doc,with all of the ideas that we wanted,first we talked about,going as like abba from the sos music,video the white like,yeah it was a really cute idea that,didn't work out then,was euphoria but somewhere along the,lines was mixed in,it was just an idea that i just batted,around oh yeah you had my head,the back up was drum roll,so at first i was kind of leery of this,because it reminded me a lot of angel,devil like just,something i was like yeah i could do,that whenever but you started showing me,options,and i was like oh like we like have the,chance to make this like kind of high,fashion,and even though it's disappointing that,there's not gonna be really anywhere for,us to like go,with this two i still was like kind of,excited to experiment i guess with,fashion,yeah that's been like the big theme of,this year in general was like,experimenting with fashion for us so i,think it fit in the lines like there,when we say sun and moon we basically,mean in here make some room,for this beautiful photo shoot that,these girls did,it's very astrology which i feel like,goes really hand in hand into lesbianism,yes it does it's sapping yeah very sappy,very,we found all of the stuff and we didn't,like one night too because we were like,we need to order soon,we pretty much ordered everything from,shane shine,i haven't opened it yet so i don't know,what it looks like okay so i will go,first,first off i got a top from shane,so basically it's a yellow shirt it's,kind of cropped it's definitely very,busty it goes all the way down,i will have to probably pin that it's,got like 70s vibes to it so which is,really cool,and then this will be paired with this,holographic it'll be good with like the,plunge top,which is nice so then these these are,really cute they're,like the earrings i have on like right,now like on closed tube so i think these,will be really cute,and then this is actually a belt so i'll,put this bell on it's very jingly dangly,but it has like little stars,and suns on it and some moon so i think,that'll be cute for,like over the actual skirt itself and,then,finally these were kind of fun i got,these sunglasses,and these are very yellow i think it'll,tie the look together but,i like those i like the way they go down,in the back yeah they're very,they're very sleek that those are my,costume elements and i think it's going,to match pretty well okay so i haven't,seen,anything of mine yet i'm kind of nervous,so my top,is a halter like crop top which is so,unlike me,but that's what the picture had and i,wanted to like i said be fashion forward,and,experiment a little more here she,is oh yeah that's kind of it,it's a little shorter than what i but,but my pants are gonna be high-waisted,so,yes it's velvet which i thought it was,cool i feel like that'll just help like,with the whole night sky theme,and then these i was so nervous but you,have multiple different gold,i was kind of nervous to get multiple,different blues like will they match,and like what textures i think these are,velvet as well so i have velvet on,velvet i don't know if that's like,no that's breaking here the pants are,darker blue here they are,they're a little textured if as you can,kind of see,you can kind of see that they're flared,at the end so we definitely did go for,that 70s kind of look like we were,talking about earlier,i'm really nervous for these actually,i'm just super actually i didn't know,that they were just like,so i'm kind of nervous for those i'm not,gonna lie then i'm super excited for,these earrings you're a super cheap tail,these earrings they're just all the,different planets and moons and i liked,how one was longer than the other,and then this is the necklace i got it's,just stars like it's kind of like a,choker so it's something too,fancy i think that choker will go really,well with like a halter top kind of,gives it the 90s vibe,a little bit and this is the belt so,they're just the likes,moon and stars i'm excited for you,so that was it that's our halloween,costume sun and moon,it's definitely try to keep up with it so,today I'm going to attempt to give some,lesbian fashion advice if you've seen my,other one video that I have uploaded I,mentioned that I was gay so hi I'm gay,so I'm going to try to do some fashion,advice for those of for those of you who,maybe go buy like a like a soft butch so,you're like you know you're kind of,feminine but you're kind of night you,kind of want to be a little masculine,this is what I'm here for because it,took me so long to figure out how to,dress and so I also have in this video,you can see them pretend they're not,there this is my fiance,Courtney and this is my roommate /,cousin Hannah so they're gonna be in,this and they're gonna be you know,talking and judging and whatnot so we'll,just we'll see how this goes yeah I'm,here to give a straight person's opinion,yes okay so um when I like I had come,out I came out in I was like I had just,graduated high school I came out and I,just like a girl I just very poorly,because I you know did not address but,I gradually have been like working my,way up because I'm trying to figure out,how I want to dress and how I want to,you know appear to other people and it,took so long to figure out what I like,because I was so worried about what,everybody else thought and I didn't want,to look like a boy when I was little I,dressed like a boy and everybody thought,I was a boy and it was embarrassing so,it's hard to kind of find that happy,medium you know if that's what you're,going for I guess so I think right now I,am I'm where I would like to be because,I you know I could be a little feminine,like I have I have makeup on it's I,don't know how nice it is but I'm,working on it I bought my first palette,okay I bought my first palette it's a,little one it's like this big um I got,that like a week ago yeah so like a good,combination of like your female side and,then you're more like male tendencies I,yeah yeah so I don't know I mean what do,you what are you guys I mean like when,we first roomed together we freshman,year she would bang her pants but also,wear these like tight girl shirts,man combination together but that was,like I just want you wore like I didn't,think it was weird because I it wasn't,to me I wasn't looking you thinking like,oh well that's male pants and a girl,shirt but that's always something that,you talk about like you always think,it's going to do like I can't wear this,with my girl pants that look stupid yeah,like that but yeah I think you found,when your group okay I think we first,met you we're already finding it because,I didn't like you've only worn my girl,closer on me like a handful of time,we've been together for it'll be a year,February 10 so and we've known each,other since we were little we didn't get,close until we were friends but so okay,so so yeah I think that you've,definitely like grown into your,somewhere since we've met because you've,you know found clothes that fit you,right and you're wearing clothes that,are more like mature yeah because before,I think you were trying to like look,like a boy and I me that you could but,now that you you understand it's my dear,yeah so do you guys what do you guys,think do you think that I look like,better one way or another like wearing,girls clothes for sis guys clothes um I,would say it like this sir that you've,gotten into now is that that's cuz you,at first you went I like I would say a,combination or like you would wear just,girl clothes I could wear your tight,jeans and one of your tight shirts and,like maybe a flannel or attack just to,bunch it up a little bit but then for a,while you went like full butch thank you,are like sagging your pants and wearing,big baggy like boys shirts that you,would get from like your dad or whatever,and it was like a weird then playing,backwards cuz it was like you were,trying to make everyone know that you,were gay just by looking at ya and now I,feel like you've created this happy,medium where like I could see a straight,person wearing some of the stuff that,you wear like not that not change the,link nothing but that's good or bad just,saying like it doesn't look like you're,trying too hard to go but okay okay I,definitely prefer like you dressing the,way that you do okay okay don't look,good in like girlie tops but you know um,so I'll go ahead and I will show you the,outfit that I have on now I just have,this on all day and then we can go,through and I'll try a different outfit,I'll tell you like what they are where,they're from and I'll try to remember,like some prices so and then we'll go,from there okay no you look good okay so,this this is kind of like my everyday,this is like usually when I go for so,this flannel also everything that we,that I show you everything that I own is,cheap so if you're looking for something,that doesn't cost a lot of money but you,still want to look good this is how we,do it do like a twirl and and a walk,really quick know the makeup look it,looks bomb look at that eyebrow what do,you think it's a little boxy but let her,know in the comments,okay so this flannel I got from Walmart,for $8 I like them I like the black in,the red if you wanna for some reason,black and red flannels are like known,for lesbian it's like I feel like if you,see a girl walking around and a black,and red flannel you're immediately like,is that does that mean I have to stop,wearing my black let me know in the,comments if you can tell that I'm,straight this is a one size fits all so,I don't know it's a little bit baggy so,where do we got this from where was this,from PacSun so this one was a little,pricey it wasn't too much it was like,what 30 it was $30 but so this doesn't,go one size fit it fits all that's a,little baggy but it just says New York,it's really soft it's really comfy I,love it and then I'll pull this off this,shirt underneath doesn't matter it,doesn't match my flannel I just had it,on this is just a big t-shirt it comes,along but this is a just what color do,you think this is it's like a burnt,orange like a russet orange target it,was target is life yes so this is from,Target it comes along it's supposed to,look like this but this is an extra,small and it's oh wow,so okay this is my biggest this is my,biggest thing so if you are I'm kind of,small so if you are trying to look for,this style and you are also very small,like this and you have this issue where,you can't get men's clothes to fit you,here here's what you should try so I,thought this was really embarrassing and,I never wanted to do it but I always,wanted to wear men's jeans and I'm too,short and too skinny so everything is,really really big so I stepped out of my,comfort zone,and I checked the I went into the boys,section I think the little boys section,and that is the only place that I've,ever found,jeans that fit and all the ones that,I've had up until the last two pairs of,jeans that I've gotten we're still they,were too small too tight too sore so I,have to roll them and then they'd be a,little too short but Zara there's a,store called Zara and they have like a,kid section and that's where I got these,jeans and another parent have a great,pair I'll show you those later but they,fit me these are the only pair of voice,jeans but I've ever had that fit me,these they're long enough they're not,too loose they're not too tight it,doesn't like you know so that's that's,our I saw I got these jeans and they're,really stretchy they're really,comfortable they don't flick your winged,jeans I love them and these were twenty,dollars I believe okay you want to,strike purpose of it yes let me turn,into joining in okay so I like this,outfit actually a lot because I like,that the sweatshirts baggy because value,first of all baggy sweatshirts are life,and you're next but um I feel like it's,not like it doesn't look like you're,trying too hard it doesn't make me feel,like you are really trying hard to like,cover yourself up or look more manly,like it looks like you're just casual,and you're just ready to go grocery,shopping or just go to class or whatever,like it looks comfortable yes and I,don't think these look too much like boy,pants like it doesn't look like you're,cuz I feel like a lot of the times when,you get out I stutter a little more,butch or something like that it covers,up your body a lot so you can't see your,shape at all and I feel like these pants,aren't so loose and baggy like a voice,like boys pants usually are that it,looks weird these are these are skinny,jeans by the way those are the only,kinds of jeans that I wear I like them,skinny so that's why they're not baggy,they're very like form-fitting so I like,them I think they look good I think it,like it flatters your your whole thing,cuz you are really tiny so here we go,it's good I like it that's what sure,it's mine but I like it I love I love,your jeans it's nice that you have jeans,that fit but I thought that the ones,that were too,so cute but um yeah I do like I like,toys at these fit and I like that,they're long enough and I like when you,wear flannels over sweatshirts like that,I think it's it's such a casual style,but it still looks a little bit like you,could go to the bars like that mm-hmm,like you could go out and feel pretty,confident because I feel like it's,that's like a trendy outfit but it,doesn't look like it's expensive or,anything like that like it just looks,nice okay I'll give that out for the 10,out of 10 this would be like a nice for,like a a wedding or whatever imagine me,with this buttoned up and a tie and my,hair up so some people like like to have,their hair long you know and then when,they dress like this but I think it,looks a little more professional if you,have a leg up in a bun I can like throw,in some photos and do a comparison,because you heard Hannah talk about the,first time she saw me in something like,this look the pants that I had were too,small these are a little short but you,know you can see my socks they have,avocados oh she likes to show her socks,but basically I had like straight cut,gray jeans or dress pants for mom right,that were way too small and then I had,on a boy's like weird minty green top,that was also way too small I did not,look very good but I was doing a,comparison of that and then when I wore,this outfit to her sister's wedding so,you can see the difference but,essentially this is like what I would,wear these pants,these are actually women's they are from,Banana Republic the booty I had to spend,a decent amount of money on these,because they were dress pants I needed,him for a wedding and I didn't have any,so these were I think they were like 40,shirt was from hmm this is immense so,this is a long sleeve but I haven't,rolled watched a video of some guy,talking about how you should dress but a,new tattoo Lina with your kisses money,yeah okay was it today what that mean,I'm so glad you didn't shop said I'm so,glad you didn't you know your knuckles,please don't get really quick what do,you think about merch I have four,followers so what are you and three of,them I know what do you mean her so what,do you think about merch if I ever have,a real channel Mert just like,sweatshirts that say ugly like what are,you like because obviously this is gonna,be a thing you'll realize as you watch,all in her videos everything's ugly go,get boy show them the og ugly look I,have a baby dragon it's ours it's our,son his name is ugly and oh boy it's,we're very nice to him we're not mean to,him don't worry we don't like ugly,beetle will you t-shirt this is,a last-minute trips t-shirt so for those,of you who like Jenna and Julian jenna,Marbles Julian salomina those of you who,watch Julian's stuff this is one of his,shirts this was the first one I think,this was the first one that they did I,don't remember don't quote me but this,is one of his first their first trips,that they did this was one first,t-shirts that they made this is one of,them it's made by teespring,it's really soft it's really comfy I,like it,it's nice it's very nice it's like a,simple design - you could talk about how,you like it because it's more minimalist,than like some graphic tees yes so I'm,also I'm going for like a minimal kind,of style,I don't want graphic t-shirts I used to,wear them all the time I had so many,captures on real and I mean like the one,that you by Walmart where it's like it's,like design on the front but white on,the back and it's like this like rainbow,II like thing there's a giant cat right,in the middle I wear them all the time I,actually had over a dozen catchers just,keep buying before we sort of adjust,keep wearing them and I had so many so,so if you're that person who's stuck in,cats shirt purgatory don't worry you,will come out on the other side try on a,hat try on a showing the kind of showing,that kind of hats that you like regular,cap stone figure this one has a naked,lady on it this was from Ruth candle rue,21 if you have a tiny head and all hats,look really stupid on you like this does,this look down my ears like stick out my,forehead looks weird it doesn't fit me,right but I can't work like this,I can't work like this so if you can't,wear hats these shallow ones look for a,cap that has like it's like there's a,shower I don't remember what the other,term is but there's like a regular cap,and then there's like a shallow looking,one I don't exact time I'm sorry,but this one was actually my aunt I took,it from her house a long time ago that,was hers from like when she was like a,kid I think so this is like really old,it's Nike yeah so these are the kinds of,hats that fit me the only one that fits,me I have other hats up here ones from,when I work there's this return it,um yeah so this is the only hat that,fits me this one is too big and that's,obviously too big but I wear that for,work this is the only hat that fits me,and it's the only like shallow like,capped one that I have so that's where,that's where I don't really wear this,one these are both from Kroger so they,were pretty cheap I think they're like,ten dollars I don't know there's this,one this one's just great and black it's,got a little ball on the top I like,these I think they're cute and then this,one is blue and like burgundy with a,little bit of white in it but I'll put,it on so you can see but this is what it,looks like,I like these I like to wear like a,winter coat with them and then you put,the hood up over top which I can show,you I have a cool all right,this coat is from Walmart it's Dickies,is this one that they made fun of you,inside you look like a farmer oh no that,was i like this on which farm,thank you this is this was 20 years,20-some dollars it's a winter coat it's,pretty nice I like it it's like baggy in,the right ways I ordered this one I'm,lying and the pockets are kind of like,there's a nice inside pocket i boys,wanted an inside pocket there's a,massive hole that goes all the way down,to the bottom so that's upsetting it's,got two pockets right here you've got,these pockets with these are like all,the way back here put your head up like,you said you do yeah so since it's,winter this is like your winter look,yeah so this is this is my winter look,with some shoes yeah here we go,vans I love vans,I love them I'm going for more of this,style I've got some low tops I don't,wear low tops anymore I have these I,have a red pair of these which are,somewhere but I just got these ones for,Christmas I love them I have Congress,yoga all a converse I have all black,converse but I don't like calm,as much as I do bands so I'm gonna try,to keep these clean don't know how long,that's gonna last but I love these okay,so that was three different outfits,they're kind of quick they're kind of,lazy like so they don't they may not,look you know it's like the dressy one,that's why I put those photos up because,you know it's not the way that I would,normally wear
